PANDIKAR AMIN YANG TIDAK MULIA
www.malaysianinsider.com
This Scribe has said it before and will say it again. This sorry excuse for a Parliament Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia must be kicked out from Parliament together with the the other traitors of Sabahans and Sarawakians, Wan Junaidi and Ronald Kiandee as they have once again proven that they are not qualified to sit in the Speakers Chair.
If you can't stand the heat in the kitchen, then get the hell out suckers!!! By the way, do you know that the Tamil word for pig in pandi. Well sounds and looks like Pandikar.
Making Enemies For No Reason
YM Raja Petra Kamaruddin
This Scribe have long been trying to get an answer to this question. Why is Malaysia as a Non-Aligned nation have animosity towards the state of Israel. Can someone give me an incident where any Malaysian had been killed or imprisoned by the State of Israel? What has Israel done to Malaysia that we need to have a hostile stance towards Jews and the State of Israel?
Being Jew or Israeli doesn't mean you are Zionist. Just like being a Muslim doesn't make someone a terrorist. Only a racist and a bigot would subscribe to this notion. What's happening in the occupied territories of Palestine is a human tragedy. No human deserves to be treated by their Israeli occupiers the way there are being treated. Likewise, the killing of inocent Israeli civilians must be condemned. The killing, torture and unlawful detention of innocent civilians must be condemned to the fullest. Even strange when Arab Muslim countries like Egypt and Jordan can have diplomatic relations with Israel but we don't. I hope our foreign policy is not based on religion but reason.
I often ask myself, why when terrorist brutally kill innocent Israeli civilians, the BN/Umno regime stays silent. However, when a Palestinian gets killed, there is a hue and cry by politicians and the MSM. Is it Halal to kill Israelis because they are not Muslims? Our silence each time when an innocent Israeli civilian is blown to bits does not reflect well on our claim of being a civilized nation. I challenge the bigot Khairy JaMALUddin to organize a demonstration with his Umno Youth Gang in front of the Palestinian, Syrian and Iranian Embassies each time an Israeli is killed by either Hamas, Hezbollah or Islamic Jihad.

ANWAR ACCUSED OF SODOMY AGAIN? KERIS MY ASS!!!
In Zimbabwe, we had the Opposition leader seeking refuge in the Dutch Embassy. In Malaysia, we have the De facto Opposition leader seeking refuge in the Turkish Embassy for his safety.
The only difference between Zimbabwe and Malaysia is that at least the gorilla regime of Robert 'The Beast' Mugabe did not plant sodomy allegations against Mr. Morgan Tsevangarai of the opposition MDC.
It looks like the ZANU-PF and BN-Umno are pretty much similar in many ways. Both are corrupt and racist.
Coming back to the allegation of Dato Seri Anwar's alleged sodomy against this Saiful creep, only a die hard BN-Umno supporter or an idiot will buy this crap.
Anwar is within reach of the corridors of power in Putrajaya. With the momentum going in his favor, why would he want to screw things up for himself at this juncture?
If I were in DSAI's shoes, and assuming that I were gay with an uncontrollable urge to screw some one's ass, it would be easier and safer for me to get a 'ladies boy' and pay him well for our mutual satisfaction. After all, it wouldn't take much effort to find one in KL. I wouldn't do it with a member of my staff who just joined the team only 3 months earlier.
As for Saiful, is this guy for real or what? If you claimed that you got your ass screwed the first time, why the heck did you do nothing and got your ass screwed a second time? I smell a rat here. They say a picture paints a thousand words. Go to this site http://anilnetto.com/malaysian-politics/anwar-said-to-be-in-turkish-embassy/ and you will know what I'm talking about.
It looks like the BN-Umno regime is in desperation mode, thus they and their cohorts, the IGP and AG are trying to prevent the inevitable, Pakatan Rakyat forming the Federal Government and Dato Seri Anwar as Prime Minister of Malaysia. A lot of dirt will be uncovered and I bet the new prison in Sungai Bakap will serve all the BN-Umno goons, 4th Floor Boys, Mahathir, IGP, AG, MR. EC Chief and gang pretty well!

BN Making Use Of NGO's & The Race Card To Cling On To Power
I would say that Tulang Besi was spot on in his Blog http://www.malaysiawaves.com/2008/06/pas-please-beware-of-wong-chun-waimcas.html
Here we find two-faced Wong Chun Wai trying to put fear in the non-Malays with regards to Pakatan Rakyat, especially with PAS. There is a lot of bullshit going around in the MSM and even in Malaysiakini, Malaysian Insider and in Blogs that is aimed in creating fear and friction between Malaysian multiracial population, while at the same putting Pakatan Rakyat’s credibility in doubt. Blogs like “The Way I See It” http://mamanview.blogspot.com/2008/06/malay-silenced-majority.html are among many that is trying to stir up racial sentiments among Malays by implying that the Malays have loss their rights since March 8, 2008. These opinions and articles are very seditious and mischievous in nature.
To add up to BN/Umno subservient Main Stream Media, we find individuals like Aliran’s Anil Netto, SM Mohamed Idris, Ong Boon Keong et al and also NGO’s choking the throats of the Pakatan Rakyat especially in the states they rule. It’s only been 100 days since they formed the Government in these states, but already these individuals and NGO’s appear to be giving PR no chance whatsoever.
What will happen in the end of the day is that the actions of people like Anil Netto and the NGO’s will only make people have no confidence in PR and finally, when it comes to the next GE, the BN/Umno plunderers will be back in business. I don’t know whether the likes of Anil Netto and the NGO’s concerned know that the BN propaganda machine is using them.

BN In Desperation Mode
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak, who heads the BN management committee, said BN leaders panel will then decide the next course of action against SAPP, a component party in the 14-member coalition ruling Malaysia.
SAPP president Datuk Yong Teck Lee last week announced the party had lost faith in Abdullah's leadership and its two MPs would move or support a no-confidence motion when parliament reconvened last Monday.
But both Tawau MP Datuk Dr Chua Soon Bui and Sepanggar MP Datuk Eric Enchin Majimbun did not turn up in parliament due to claims of threats and intimidation.
However, Yong, a former Sabah chief minister, said the party will not pull out of BN where it also has four Sabah assemblymen.
Source: www.malaysianinsider.com
Under normal circumstances the gung-ho politics of Umno’s ‘Ketuanan Melayu’ (Malay Supremacy) policy would have seen Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) being booted out of BN. However this has not yet happened despite the Keris rattling by the Umno bigots. Instead, they are now giving SAPP 30 days to explain their no-confidence motion against PM Badawi.
This is another example of a clear and present danger that BN/Umno is currently confronted with. Sabahans in particular are not buying the so-called goodies Badawi being dishing out to them thus far. The words of SAPP President sums the mood of Sabahans pretty well,”BN is no more in Sabah”.
It is a matter of time the great exodus happens and brings about the downfall of the BN regime!

Don't Fall Into The Hands Of The BN Propaganda Machine!
The opposition Peoples
Even as the Anwar Ibrahim-led opposition Peoples Alliance coalition celebrates 100 days in office this week with huge rallies across the country, the public euphoria that brought them into power is beginning to cool off as people tighten their belts in the face of a slowing economy and escalating cost of living. Demands are rising for the opposition to implement their pledges.

Pass Motion Of No Confidence On All Three Dewan Rakyat Speakers!
"Nazri directed Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia to give the orders and the speaker conceded," the backbencher told The Malaysian Insider over lunch in Parliament on condition of anonymity.
"This was done without consulting the Speaker and the Barisan Nasional backbenchers. They only ask us when they want us to vote government bills," the backbencher added.
An excerpt from www.malaysianinsider.com
This Scribe has written previously on the bias and ineffectiveness of Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia, Deputy Speakers Wan Junaidi and Ronald Kiandee.
As far as the BN regime is concerned, anything decided by PM Badawi/ 4th Floor Boys cannot be questioned or over ruled by any BN member. This rule, it appears, also include the Dewan Rakyat Speakers. The above excerpt from www.malaysianinsider.com merely emphasizes the fact.
When you have a Speaker toeing party line, what chance has any MP whether from BN or Pakatan Rakyat have in raising a motion if it is deemed by the Speaker to be not in the interest of the BN regime even though it is in the interest of the Electorate?
It appears, we have a 'Rubber Stamp' Parliament. We can't expect ass kissers like Ong Ka Ting, Dr. Subramaniam, Richard Riot, Joseph Pairin, Joseph Kurup etc. to stand up against Umno's hegemony in Parliament. In fact, Deputy Speaker Ronald Kiandee even admitted over RTM1 during a live Parliamentary broadcast that he was confident that all BN MP's will vote for any Bill put forward by the BN regime in Parliament.
What hope does parliamentary democracy have in this country when a Speaker can have such a view?
Folks, we have been robbed of our opportunity by these goons dressed as Speakers who prevent our grievances to be heard in Parliament.
This Scribe believes the time has come to do away with the tradition of having individuals from the party with the majority in Parliament from appointing it's members as speakers. There is clearly a conflict of interest here from what we can see from the conduct of the three goons who call themselves Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
This Scribe suggests that we have a retired member of the Bench, preferably someone who is highly respected and can be trusted by the Rakyat be appointed to sit on the Speaker's Chair. He or she must be someone who cannot be cowed by the BN thugs led by the likes of Nazri Aziz.
This Scribe calls on all MP's to seriously think about this less they want our Parliament to be the laughing stock of the so-called Free World.

Journalists A Security Threat?!
Journalists are restricted from moving freely in the Parliament lobby and only have access to the cafeteria, the press conference corner and the Speaker's office.
They have been barred from the lounge meant for MPs, cubicles for ministers, the bridge linking lobby to the next building where Prime Minister’s Office is located, mobile post offices and ATM machines.
Lim Guan Eng (DAP - Bagan), who is also Penang Chief Minister, criticised the ban, saying that it did not reflect freedom of press and a first world parliament.
Representatives of several media organisations have decided to boycott press conferences.
The number of press conferences held at the lobby has increased recently with the stronger opposition in the Parliament. More ministers have been holding press conferences at the lobby. NGOs too have been meeting up with MPs at the lobby area.
Last Friday, the administration of Parliament faxed a letter to media organisations stating that only five representatives would be allowed to cover Parliament, citing security as the reason.
The above was reported by The Star Online today. Despite the wide smile on the face of PM Badawi after his so-called defeat of the motion of no confidence against his regime, it appears that there is something very serious cooking in the corridors of power. The reported threat made on the SAPP lawmakers and members and the damning Satutory Declaration by YM Raja Petra Kamaruddin on the Altantuya murder plus a host of other controversies involving the BN/Umno regime seem to suggest the PM, DPM and the BN leaders are trying to avoid themselves from being put in the spot by the Press.
Even Mr. Split Personality Wong Chun Wai has called this move which is said to be initiated by Mr Dumbo MP Nazri Aziz as "stupid". The government is running scared. That's why garbage media like TV3 and the Malay press have been going on high gear to discredit and do maximum damage to the Pakatan Rakyat. TV3 in fact, is becoming very nauseating. To be honest, if I ever were to see any TV3 newscaster when I'm having a meal, I'll probably throw up!
We also seem to have morons sitting on the Speakers Chair in Parliament. When YAB Lim Guan Eng brought up the matter in Parliament to Deputy Speaker Wan Junaidi, this idiot of a Speaker said this action was decided by Speaker Pandikar Amin and the other idiotic Deputy Speaker Ronald 'Candyman' Kiandee. It appears that the Speaker and Deputy Speaker both of whom are from Sabah, don't consult with the other Deputy Speaker who is from Sarawak on matters as important as this.

Teachers Must Remain Teachers AND NOT Play With Politics!
Updates : I have just received a call informing me that a meeting has been held in their school this morning further threatening the prefects and even the teachers - if they attend the reunion, they will be sacked. Some people think this is a minor issue. This is not a petty or a political issue. Teachers who want to attend the function to see their ex-students also face the threat of losing their jobs. Looks like the leadership style of the principal or the education ministry is nothing but suppression.
Few months ago, I was invited to the Prefects' Reunion of SMK Subang Utama to be held next week. I just received news that I could no longer attend the function because I'm an assemblyman from Pakatan Rakyat. Two prefects have confirmed that the teachers have issued a threat to the prefects to withdraw their invitation to me and if not, the event would be cancelled.I am upset with this. Let me explain to you why this threat by the teachers is so fundamentally wrong:-
· this is a private function to be held outside the school;
· every past and present prefect is entitled to attend this event; and
· I was the Head Prefect for 1995/1996 and was one of the pioneers to start this yearly reunion for the prefects.
I am not a criminal or a bad role model. All I did was this, exercised my right to vote, exercised my right to stand for election, to stand up for my generation and to fight corruption. As a young person, I am not afraid to stand up for righteous principles, not afraid of intimidation by the 'supposedly powerful' groups but today I am told that I am not a welcoming sight at a function which I championed and fought for many years ago.
Yesterday, Penang Deputy Chief Minister II YB Prof. Dr. P. Ramasamy lamented that since assuming the Post, he has been invited to visit only two Tamil schools in Penang. How can YB Dr. Ramasamy help the Tamil schools in Penang which by the way is already in a sorry state when the school authorities don’t even want to invite him?
In fact, there’s an unwritten rule by the BN/Umno controlled Education Ministry that schools must not invite Pakatan Rakyat Lawmakers for functions. I’ve written previously (http://margeemar.blogspot.com/2008/06/exposethe-millions-wasted-by-education.html) how the Little Napoleons in the various State Education Departments and School Administrators are wasting taxpayer’s money.
The problem is far worse as corruption is rife in schools as school heads and their senior assistants are raking in a lot of money from procurements and when awarding contracts to vendors. These school administrators plunder even the funds in the various ‘Panitia’ or Societies and Clubs in the school. The reason why they get away with all these is because of the docile and subservient nature of teachers under their charge and also due to political connections with BN.
Teacher's for long have been poorly treated by both the government and also by the school administrators. In short, you can sum up that most teachers as a bunch of sorry, gutless ‘yes men’ and ‘yes women’. The NUTP, which is supposed to fight for teacher’s rights, is nothing but a subservient stooge of the BN regime. What more evidence you need when you look at ex-NUTP Chief Siva Subramaniam.
The way I see it, the Malaysian Civil Service, which includes teachers, is infested with the BN mindset. To most civil servants, the only Boss they know is Barisan Nasional. That’s why they are willing to sacrifice not only their own future but also the future of their future generations by constantly voting BN in every General Election. To this misguided folks, the BN regime and its policies are always true and right. One good example of such a mindset is the evergreen ex-civil servant, Bulbir Singh who only sees good in BN and evil in Pakatan Rakyat.
In short, the schools we have today are run by BN/Umno lackeys just like all the government departments. The first thing the Pakatan Rakyat Government must do when it takes over the Federal Government is to flush out these vermin’s down the toilet! Only then, will something as unfortunate as what has happened to YB Hannah Yeoh will not happen again.
What Happened To The Other Bone Fragments Found At The Altantuya Murder Scene?
Such a discovery sends a chill down my spine. Whose bone fragments were these? What leads have the Police come up with? With all the hype about the Altantuya Case, I hope these poor souls will not be forgotten. Justice must be done to find the culprits behind the murder of these poor souls. Even more intriguing, does these yet to be identified bone fragments are the remains of victims who were murdered by the same people who murdered Altantuya?
On a lighter note, if there’s any truth in RPK’s Statutory Declaration maybe these bone fragments belong to women who were victims of a very jealous wife. Just jokinglah!

The Day The MSM Spin Doctors Stopped Spinning.
Has the cat cut the tongues of the MSM spin doctors? Even Chief Bullshitter Wong Choon Wai is silent. This guy who suffers from split personality normally says one thing in his Blog but says something else in the Star.
Even today Chief C**k S****r Josceline Tan mentioned nothing about RPK's Statutory Declaration. Instead, she was spinning some bullshit about Dato Seri Anwar not having the BN MP's to defect to Pakatan Rakyat. Use a suction pump next time Josceline, if you can't get the juice!
I bet the MSM boys are threading a fine line and don't want to run foul with the Printing Press Act or worse still the Sedition Act.
RPK has surely done something no has managed to do before. He has made the MSM stop spinning.
Where's The Proof On The LTTE-Hindraf Link?
Where are the proof tough guys? Either you come with the proof and charge the Hindraf 5 in Court or resign from your posts. Talk is cheap especially if you are BN/Umno lackeys. By the same token if you don’t have any evidence to charge the other ISA detainees in Court, then release them all. Don’t use the ISA to unjustly detain Citizens.
Do the right thing Musa, Gani, Hamid. Repent and break away from the shackles of Umno. Free all who are unjustly detained under ISA now!!!

Now, I Know How Badawi Controls BN.
My informer states that Aziz was the person who placed the C4 on various parts of Altantuya’s body witnessed by Rosmah and Norhayati,” Raja Petra claimed in the document.
I make this statutory declaration because I have been reliably informed about the involvement of these three people who have thus far not been implicated in the murder nor called as witnesses by the prosecution in the ongoing trial at the Shah Alam High Court.
I also make this statutory declaration because I am aware that it is a crime not to reveal evidence that may help the police in its investigation of the crime.”
YM Raja Petra Kamaruddin in his Statutory Declaration.
Raja Petra said he had been “reliably informed” that the Prime Minister “has received a written report from military intelligence confirming what I have revealed and this report was subsequently handed over to his son-in-law Khairy Jamaluddin for safekeeping”.
Raja Petra also claimed that “one of the Rulers has been briefed about this matter” and “is fully aware” of the allegation.
The credibility and legitimacy of the Abdullah premiership and government will suffer a mortal blow if Abdullah, Najib and Rosmah remain silent on Raja Petra’s bombshell allegations.
YB Lim Kit Siang in his Blog.
Abdullah is not taking things lying down. His deputy Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak has warned SAPP lawmakers to toe the line when Parliament reconvenes as all other BN MPs are recalled to defend the Prime Minister while the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) is reopening a case against SAPP's maverick president Datuk Yong Teck Lee.
The former Sabah chief minister, who claims the ACA probe is selective prosecution for his lack of faith in Abdullah, is also facing a possible split in his party this weekend from deputy president Datuk Raymond Tan, who has opposed the party’s anti-PM vote.
www.malaysianinsider.com
If you read the above excerpts, you will see that PM Badawi appears to have ‘The Dirt’ on all the leaders of BN including his ‘anointed’ successor Najib Razak. Now, I know why all the BN leaders have no balls to stand up against Badawi. This explains of the ass wiping that has been taking place!
I bet that Badawi hasn’t got the brains to think that well. Must be the work of the 4th Floor Boys headed by the “Dirt Keeper’ Khairy JaMALUddin. On another issue, I was reading the newspaper this morning about the case in the United States involving a Pakistani who is said to have arranged the sale of military hardware to a company in Malaysia. In the report, it is said that the military hardware sold to the Malaysian company has Iran as its intended end user. All of a sudden, I could have sworn to hear someone saying the words “scold me”. What these words mean, I don’t know. If you know what it means, please let me know. Who knows, I may have developed a sixth sense!

Brace Yourself BN/Umno. The Second Political Tsunami Is Upon You!
Apart from being robbed of their resources by the West Malaysian plunderers led by UMNO, East Malaysians have also found albeit too late that their cultural and religious identity have been robbed as well. Prior to the 1980's, non-Muslims were the majority population in Sabah. However today,we find that Muslims make the majority in the State. I've nothing against anyone wanting to embrace Islam or any other religion for that matter. However, what irks me is that the manner in which this drastic change in population has taken place.
It is a known fact that UMNO has manage to keep its hold on power by using Islam as its tool. The logic is simple here. As long as you get to increase the Muslim population, the stronger your power base will become. The reason for this is because prior to the March 8 General Elections, the majority of Muslims generally voted for BN. Only a few would vote for PAS. That's why countless number of Filipino Muslims and Indonesian Muslims were given the Mykad to increase the Muslim population in Sabah, and I suspect in Sarawak as well. Very often, as we have often noticed among especially the ethnic Indians in West Malaysia, the moment they convert to Islam, they immediately regard themselves as Malays and Indians no more. Many of these converts will take a Malay as their husbands or wife's all for the sake of enjoying Malay privilege's. They also make sure that their children are registered as Malay in their birth certificates.
The same thing is going on in Sabah and Sarawak. One day, you will find Malays the majority in these states as the number of conversions to Islam among non-Muslim Bumiputeras increases as well as the increasing number of Filipiono Muslims and Indonesian Muslims being granted citizenship. While you are reading this, many non-Muslim Bumiputeras are being brainwashed by a politically motivated Dakwah (missionary) campaign orchestrated by Umno itself at MARA Colleges, Public Universities, Teacher Training Colleges, Military and Police Academy's, Government Nursing Colleges as well as in the Civil Service. I must stress here that I'm not against Dakwah activities but what I'm against is any attempt made to convert someone by means of blackmail, coercion or plain brainwashing done to fulfill the political agenda of a certain political party. Religion is strictly between the individual and God and NOT Umno!
The New Economic Policy (NEP) is another reason why our East Malaysian brethren are feeling the way they do now against BN.The NEP is an affirmative action policy similar to what is in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In these countries, the indigenous people do not hold any political power and are also in the minority. The ones who hold the political reigns are the White Colonialists and who are also in the majority. In short, the giver and receiver are different people. Unfortunately in Malaysia because the Malays are the dominant political force through Umno's own dominance, what has happen is that the NEP has been abused. The giver and the receiver here are the same people. Recent studies have shown that 61% of Sabah Bumiputeras and more than 50% of Sarawak Bumiputeras live below the poverty line. In fact Malaysia's Gini Coefficient is the highest in Southeast Asia because of high incidences of poverty in East Malaysia especially in Sabah where the State's GDP per capita is less than the national average.
The truth here is that due to Malay Muslim dominance of the BN government, the NEP had largely benefited the Muslim Bumiputeras in both states as well as in West Malaysia. Employment, business and educational opportunities were not equitably distributed to the non-Muslim Bumiputeras in Sabah and Sarawak under the NEP due to selective discrimination by a Malay Muslim dominated civil service. The end result has shown that the NEP is an abject failure. What made things worse was that due to Umno's politics of patronage, not all Malay Muslims have benefited from the NEP due to cronyism and nepotism which we stil see today.
I believe the Sabahans, Sarawakians and all Malaysians have had enough of the BN/Umno regime. What SAPP did is the precursor of things to come in the coming days and weeks. Brace yourself BN/Umno. The Second Political Tsunami is upon you!

Let's Jump Ship From KD Barisan Nasional!
This appeared to be the opening move by the BN component member which may see the Sabah-based political party eventually leaving the coalition.
The announcement was made at the party headquarters in Kota Kinabalu at 2pm.
Yong Teik Lee's SAPP despite claiming that they are not quitting BN, are actually asking to be sacked. You can bet the Umnoputras, and the Umno Cheerleaders from the the other BN component parties will be crying for SAPP's blood. You can also bet that SAPP will be booted out of BN. So, instead of being labelled a 'katak' (frog), SAPP can freely join the Pakatan Rakyat fold once they are booted out of BN.
You can also bet to hear those famous Malay words such as 'biadap', 'penderhaka', 'musuh dalam selimut' to be uttered by BN/Umno. In fact, if you wanna hear it yourself, just tune in to TV3's Buletin Utama tonight at 8pm. If not anyone, the imbecile TV3 newscasters can be counted on to utter these words.
Whatever the case, this is the beginning of the end for the BN/Umno regime. Let's get ready to rumble!

Ahmad Zahid's No-Brainer On Jawi Usage.
On one hand, the BN/Umno regime is trying to woo foreigners to make Malaysia their second home under the Malaysia My Second Home Program, but on another hand, there seems to be a hypocritical zest to Talibanize this multi racial, multi religious country. I have friends who have taken up the Malaysia My Second Home Program who often complained to me that if this country ever wants to surpass Singapore as the preferred destination for their second home, Malaysia must use English together with Bahasa Malaysia in signboards and official correspondences.
Very often I get complaints from foreigners who have made Malaysia their second home that whenever they write letters to the local authorities in English, the letter is replied in Bahasa Malaysia. This to me is plain stupid! Either the people in government are pea brained language fanatics like Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and the rest of the clowns in Umno, or these folks just don’t have the competency to write in English. I’m sure racists like Persatuan Pemuafakatan Melayu, GAPENA, GPMS and those guys from DBP would be hitting the ‘kompang’ hard to have everything written in Jawi.
Even in a Middle Eastern country like Oman, all signboards and official correspondences are in Arabic and English. A South Korean businessman once lamented to me that even in Thailand, English is used alongside Thai. He said it is difficult for foreign businessman like him when he comes to Malaysia, as everything seems to be written only in Bahasa Malaysia. Now, with Zahid Hamidi’s no-brainer, instead of having English written alongside Bahasa Malaysia, we are going to have Jawi instead.

The Days of BN/Umno Regime Are Numbered!
However, what this scribe saw and experienced last night at the City Stadium in Penang only reinforces the belief that regime change in this country is at hand.
Thousands of ordinary people from all walks of life flocked to the Stadium to cheer and listen to the Pakatan Rakyat leaders that included Mat Sabu, Lim Kit Siang, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Lim Guan Eng. This was not an election ceramah (rally). This was merely an Evening by the Leaders of Pakatan Rakyat with the People (Malam Pemimpin Bersama Rakyat). Yet, thousands turned up at the stadium. Some were there as early as 6pm eventhough the first Speaker started speaking only at 9.15pm.
There were no announcements in the MSM as usual about the event but yet thousands turned up. This only cements the fact that the People have accepted Pakatan Rakyat and rejected the BN.
You can actually feel and hear the anger of the people against the BN/Umno regime. No one cares who Badawi picks as his successor. Going by the sentiments of the thousands of people who showed up at the Stadium, it is obvious that they had enough of the BN/Umno bullshit and want it to be flushed down the toilet through a regime change!
The anger of the Rakyat (People) cannot and must not be overlooked. The names of Badawi, Najib, Ong Kah Ting, Koh Tsu Koon, Samy Vellu and other BN leaders always seems to be preceded with some kind of profanity.
It was rather interesting to note that not a single policeman was in sight at the Stadium. However you can be rest assured the Whores of the Royal Malaysian Police, the Special Branch were present, not to keep the peace but to find any kind of dirt that they can get to give to their Masters, the BN/Umno regime, to be used against Pakatan Rakyat.

Expose! Huge Oil & Gas Reserves Found In Kelantan.
Kelantan State Financial Planning Committee Chairman, Datuk Husam Musa said oil deposits have been found at the inshore areas of Tumpat and Bachok districts in Kelantan. He said the state government planned to appoint a consultant to confirm if there were oil reserves around both inshore areas, which could be extracted commercially. He added that the oil discovery was made recently by certain parties who alerted the state. More details can be found at http://kickdefella.wordpress.com.
The following article extracted from the United States Energy Information Administration is both informative and an eye opener.
Source: http://www.eia.doe.gov
United States Energy Information Administration
Malaysia Energy Report (part of May 2000 report)
Malaysia is important to world energy markets because of its 81.7 trillion cubic feet of natural gas reserves and its net oil exports of over 300,000 barrels per day. Note: All information contained in this report is the best available as of May 2000 and is subject to change.
OIL
Malaysia contains proven oil reserves of 3.9 billion barrels, down from 4.3 billion barrels in 1996. Despite this trend toward declining oil reserves (due to lack of significant new discoveries in recent years), Malaysia's crude oil production has been stable in recent years, fluctuating in the range between 690,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) and 730,000 bbl/d between 1996 and early 2000. In 1999, crude oil production averaged 720,000 bbl/d. After a pause during the Asian financial crisis, Malaysia's domestic petroleum product consumption is again growing.
As a result of declining oil reserves, Petronas, the state oil and gas company, has embarked on an international exploration and production strategy. Currently, Petronas is invested in oil exploration and production projects in Syria, Turkmenistan, Iran, Pakistan, China, Vietnam, Burma, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Sudan, and Angola. In 1999, Malaysia exported the majority of its oil to markets in Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and Singapore.
Malaysia's domestic oil production occurs offshore and primarily near Peninsular Malaysia. Most of the country's oil fields contain low sulfur, high quality crude, with gravities in the 35o-50o API range. Over half of the country's oil production comes from the Tapis field, which contains 44o API oil with 0.2% sulfur content. Esso Production Malaysia Inc. (EPMI), an affiliate of ExxonMobil Corporation, is the largest crude oil producer in Peninsular Malaysia, accounting for nearly half of Malaysia's crude oil production. EPMI operates seven fields near the peninsula, and one-third of its production comes from the Seligi field. The Seligi-F platform, with its 28 wells, is the newest satellite in the Seligi field, located 165 miles off the coast of Terengganu, Peninsular Malaysia. Built at a cost of $155 million, Seligi-F is the seventh production platform on the Seligi field. The platform came on stream in March 1998 and is expected to produce an annual average of 21,000 bbl/d. EPMI holds a 78% interest in the project with Petronas Carigali holding the remaining 22%. In addition, EPMI began drilling the nearby Raya-A platform in the second quarter 1998. EPMI has invested $96 million in six wells, and holds an 80% interest with Petronas Carigali holding the remaining 20%.
In other developments, Sabah Shell Petroleum Company, a unit of Royal Dutch/Shell Group, raised production at the Kinabalu field to 36,000 bbl/d, as well as 28 million cubic feet per day (Mmcf/d) of gas. Production at Kinabalu, located in the SB-1 block 34 miles off the coast of Labuan, Sabah in east Malaysia, began in December 1997. Peak production is expected to reach 40,000 bbl/d of oil and 30 Mmcf/d of gas. As operator of the SB-1 block, Shell holds an 80% stake in the block, with Petronas holding a 20% stake. In February 1998, Amerada Hess signed two, five-year production sharing contracts (PSCs) with Petronas for blocks PM304 and SK306. The PSCs commit Amerada to $24.9 million of exploration activities on the two blocks. Amerada drilled five exploratory wells in 1999 following a series of 2-D and 3-D seismic studies. Under the PSCs, Amerada holds a 70% stake in PM304, offshore Terengganu, and an 80% stake in SK 306, offshore Sarawak, with Petronas holding the remaining interests in both blocks.
In February 2000, Sweden's Lundin Oil announced that it had signed a sales agreement with Petronas and PetroVietnam which will allow it to proceed with development of its long-delayed Bunga Kekwa project. Production is scheduled to begin in 2003, with an expected volume of 40,000 bbl/d of liquids and 250 Mmcf/d of gas. Lundin Oil is the operator of the field, and Petronas and Petrovietnam hold equity stakes in the project.
Refining & Downstream
Malaysia has six refineries with a total processing capacity of 524,400 bbl/d. The three largest are the 155,000 bbl/d Shell Port Dickson refinery and thePetronas Melaka-I and 100,000 bbl/d Melaka-II refineries, which each have a capacity of 100,000 bbl/d.
The second phase of the $1.4-billion, 200,000-bbl/d Melaka refinery complex, located about 90 miles south of Kuala Lumpur, commenced operation in August 1998. The 100,000-bbl/d Melaka-II second phase is a joint venture between Petronas (45%), Conoco (40%), and Statoil (15%). This second refinery contains a 62,000-bbl/d vacuum distillation unit, 26,000-bbl/d catalytic cracker, 28,500-bbl/d hydrocracker, 35,000-bbl/d desulfurization unit, and 21,000-bbl/d coker. One of the main purposes of this refinery is to supply gasoline to Conoco's service stations in Thailand and a new line of stations planned for Malaysia. The first phase of the Melaka refinery was finished in mid-1994 and consisted of a 100,000 bbl/d sweet crude distillation unit, which is wholly-owned by Petronas and processes Tapis crude oil.
Petronas, in a joint venture with Conoco and Statoil began construction of a 7,500 bbl/d lubricants plant at Melaka in 1998. Petronas and its partners began construction on the $250 million plant in March 1998, and it is scheduled to come on line in 2002.
In other downstream activities, Petronas signed a joint venture agreement with Union Carbide Company, in April 1998, to build a petrochemical complex in Kertih on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Construction of the complex is estimated to cost $3-$4 billion and to involve three separate projects. The centerpiece of the joint venture is an olefins cracker unit with an annual production capacity of 600,000 metric tons of ethylene and 85,000 metric tons of propylene. Petronas will hold a 76% stake and Union Carbide will hold a 24% stake in this unit, which is expected to be complete by the first quarter 2001. Both companies will hold equal shares in the ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol plant with an annual capacity of 320,000 metric tons and the multi-unit derivatives plant. The derivatives plant will produce amines and ethyloxates, glycol ethers, butyl acetate, and butanol.
NATURAL GAS
Malaysia contains 81.7 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) of proven natural gas reserves. Natural gas production has been rising steadily in recent years, reaching 1.44 Tcf in 1998, up from 1.36 Tcf in 1997. Natural gas consumption in 1998 was estimated at 0.70 Tcf, with LNG exports of 0.72 Tcf (mostly to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan). Exports dipped slightly in 1998 as a result of the Asian financial crisis, but began to climb again in 1999.
One of the most active areas in Malaysia for gas exploration and development is the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development Area (JDA), located in the lower part of the Gulf of Thailand and governed by the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority (MTJA). The MTJA was established by the two governments for joint exploration of the once-disputed JDA. The JDA covers blocks A-18 and B-17 to C-19. A 50:50 partnership between Petronas and Triton Energy Ltd. is developing block A-18, while the Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT) and Petronas also share equal interests in the remaining blocks. PTT and Petronas announced an agreement in November 1999 to proceed with development of a gas pipeline from the JDA to a processing plant in Songkla, Thailand, and a pipeline linking the Thai and Malaysian gas grids. Malaysia and Thailand will each take half of the gas produced. The agreement had been delayed two years by uncertainty over demand growth related to the Asian financial crisis. Production from the JDA is to begin in 2002.
Block A-18 is operated by the Carigali-Triton Operating Company (CTOC), a joint venture project between Triton and Petronas. In December 1997, the MTJA approved a development plan for CTOC's Cakerawala gas field, which will be the first JDA field to come on line. In November 1999, CTOC signed a gas sale agreement with Petronas and PTT, which will allow it to proceed with development. Gas production of 390 Mmcf/d will begin in mid-2002.
Malaysia accounted for approximately 18% of total world LNG exports in 1998. After a brief downturn related to the Asian financial crisis, demand for LNG is rising again. After much delay, Malaysia is proceeding with a long-planned expansion of its Bintulu LNG complex in Sarawak. In February 2000, Petronas signed a contract with a consortium headed by Kellogg Brown and Root for construction of the MLNG Tiga facility, with two LNG liquefaction trains and a total capacity of 7.6 million metric tons (370 Bcf) per year. The Bintulu facility as a whole will then be the largest LNG liquefaction center in the world, with a total capacity of 23 million metric tons per year (1.1 Tcf).
Apart from its existing customers, Petronas will be selling some of the gas from MLNG Tiga to Enron's Metgas project in India. Malaysia also has sold some spot LNG cargoes to Coral Energy of the United States.

Expose:The Millions Wasted By The Education Ministry Each Year!
So, what did old El Stupido Grande do to share our suffering? Cut the entertainment allowance of his cabinet members by 10%; bar Cabinet members and Government officials from travelling to holiday destinations outside of ASEAN; put on hold all unnecessary purchases and oh yeah, trim the menu for government Dinner functions.
I would have expected at least Badawi to cut the Cabinet members salaries by 30% and entertainment allowances by 50%. I guess it was wishful thinking on my part. Anyway, do you know that the Federal Governmnet allocates millions yearly to the various state agencies and state government departments?
One such state government department that has caught my attention is the Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Pulau Pinang (Penang State Education Department). I was appalled to learn that every year JPN is given millions for their budget. The funny thing here is, the JPN must spend all the money budgeted to them within the year because they cannot carry forward this amount to the following year. Now I know why teachers are sent for courses all over the country. What really gets to me is the fact that these courses are conducted at posh hotels. I did a check with the Cititel and City Bayview Hotel in Penang and found out that these two posh hotels are a favorite venue for JPN seminars, workshops, courses and dinner functions. What I fail to understand here is, why can't these seminars, workshops, courses and dinner functions be conducted at say, Dewan Sri Pinang, Komtar, Caring Society Complex among others which to me seems to be under utilized!
I even came to know that teachers in Penang were sent to a shady motel in Chandek Gura, Pulau Langkawi for their Kursus Induksi (Induction Course). If you asked me, I smell a rat here especially when conducting an induction course for Penang teachers in the middle of no where in Langkawi. I believe this nonsense is going on all over the country and not confined to the Education Ministry alone. This sort of thing surely entices corruption. This is an expose.
I pray that when Pakatan Rakyat comes to power all these wasteful exercises will be stopped together with the ridiculous Najib inspired National Service and save the nation more than RM 600 million each year!

Seeing The Splinter In Someone's Eye But Not The Log In Yours!
Hey Steve, coming from a Gerakan Youth leader, I think trying to paint a negative picture on Pakatan Rakyat won't win you and BN any new converts. After all, what were your achievements during your university days as a student leader? Wanna do something positive? Why not try to find out why your 'Mosquitoman' Koh Tsu Koon and the rest of the BN/Gerakan clowns haven't answered the questions of not only the PR Government of Penang but also the People of Penang regarding the mess the Mosquitoman & Co. left behind when Pakatan Rakyat took over the Government.
This also includes the missing files and shredded documents. We want answers among others, the purchase of Batu Kawan land, PGCC, approval of projects in heritage areas and hillside developments like the Ivory Group Project in Batu Ferringhi, Persatuan Bunga Tanjung and many more!!!
Also, please ask Mosquitoman to stop being a cry baby by claiming every investment that has come and that is to come to Penang is through Gerakan's effort. Maybe, some of it is through Gerakan's effort but to say all of it is, is sheer bullshit! The verdict is out Brother, Gerakan is dead and buried! If I were you Steve, I would not waste my time in Gerakan especially since it is a racist Chinese party. No place for a 'Kelinga' like you brother. I'm sure you know one of the reasons why Rhina Bhar saw The Light and left Gerakan. No point re-inventing something that is dead and buried. Join Pakatan Rakyat instead.

Badawi's Scorch Earth Policy In Fuel Hike
Prior to the Elections, DPM Najib said that there will not be any petrol price increase. Then, the BN regime said that they were going to stop Singapore and Thai registered vehicles from enjoying our oil subsidies. Next, the sweet talking Domestic Trade Minister Shahrir says that the price increase will only come into effect in August. However, within hours Badawi says petrol prices will go up by midnight June 5.
Then, in another flip flop, they said that the Singaporeans and Thais will be allowed to pump petrol at our petrol stations.
This hike in petrol and diesel is going to have a domino effect on the country in all aspects. Already, Bank Negara is saying that the inflation rate is projected to up to 4.2% this year due to the fuel price increase. To make matters worse, electricity tariffs are also going up.
Some people say Badawi is committing political suicide but if you asked me, I'd say Badawi & Co. is employing a scorch earth policy before Pakatan Rakyat seizes the Federal Government. The only problem here is that we, the Rakyat become the victims of this policy!

Koh Tsu Koon @ Mosquitoman
Just like the oxymoron from Sabah who called himself ‘Rakyat’ in a reply to my Blog posting titled SABAH & SARAWAK: DON’T DRINK FROM BADAWI’S POISON CHALICE. This individual claims to speak for the majority of Sabahans and was apparently unhappy with my posting. Just like this individual, Tsu Koon is also making such an outrageous claim that the majority of Penangites are unhappy with the PR State Government. Ask any average Penangite and they will tell you otherwise. This mosquito also claims that Datuk Lee Kah Choon was inexperienced to head InvestPenang. Datuk Lee has proven that Mosquitoman’s claim is nothing but sour grapes. Tsu koon should instead emulate Datuk Lee and help contribute towards making Penang great again.
Tsu Koon in his USM days was known as a good note taker. The man writes down everything that is said in faculty meetings. The problem here is, he can take notes and remember every word of it but can’t think just like the graduates we are dishing out these days even though they enter university with a string of A’s.We also know from the PBT saga who wears the pants in Koh Tsu Koon's house. Mrs. Koh should sign up for the Muay Thai Ladies Championship in KL. Anyway, what Penangites are interested in is for Tsu Koon and wife to answer the questions that the PR government has for them regarding the discrepancies during Mosquitoman’s administration. If he can’t answer the questions, best for Mosquitoman to buzz off!

PEOPLE OF SABAH & SARAWAK: DON'T DRINK FROM BADAWI'S POISON CHALICE!
I wonder where are the Umno ultras, ABIM and the clowns from Majlis Pemuafakatan Melayu?
I really hope the Sabahans can really see through the bullshit and bribe the Umno/BN regime is trying to wash the eyes of Sabahans with. What Sabahans need to do is first get rid of their opportunistic, good for nothing BN politicians like Joseph Pairin, Bernard Dompok, Yong Teck Lee, Joseph Kurup, Maximus Ongkili, Bung Mokhtar Raden, Ronald Kiandee and not forgetting the arrogant SOB Pandikar Amin Mulia.
This pathetic excuse for a human being has lamented that he will step down as Dewan Rakyat Speaker because he claims that the unprofessional conduct of the MPs is giving him health concerns.
Well Pandikar, I may not be a medical doctor but I can sure give you some sound medical advice. If you can't be non-partisan, if you can't support the Pakatan Rakyat motion on having a Royal Commission on Sabah's illegal immigrant issue, if you can't be impartial as a Speaker, it's better you get out from the Speaker's Chair. We don't want you to suffer the same fate as one of your predecessors, Syed Mohd. Nasir who died in the Speakers Chair from a heart attack!
The same goes to Deputy Speaker Wan Junaidi of Sarawak. Speaking of Sarawak, who the hell is Taib Mahmud to tell the Dayaks to grab the economic opportunities in the state. What I don't understand is why the Dayaks are allowing a non-Dayak, Taib Mahmud to bankrupt the state while the Dayaks and the other Bumiputeras in the state have such a measly standard of living.
The time has come for Sarawakians to kick out their BN politicians such as Taib Mahmud, James Masing etc. from office and not be hoodwinked by BN/Umno's lies.
It is crystal clear for all to see, this Poison Chalice that Badawi is offering to the peoples of Sabah and Sarawak is nothing more than a desperate attempt for Badawi to stay in power until the UMNO elections at the end of the year. It is also to counter any possible cross overs of BN MPs to Pakatan Rakyat.
MY BELOVED SABAHAN AND SARAWAKIAN SISTERS AND BROTHERS, PLEASE DO NOT BE SEDUCED BY THE OVERTURES OF UMNO/BN AND BADAWI, MAHATHIR AND RAZALEIGH. DO NOT DRINK THIS POISON CHALICE AS IT OFFERS NOT ETERNAL LIFE BUT ETERNAL DAMNATION!
