ANWAR FOR PERMATANG PAUH: REGIME CHANGE IS ON TRACK.

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who was barred to contest elections until April this year, comes back to the parliament at the Permatang Pauh by-election in a seat vacated by his wife. The seat is also located in Anwar's Pakatan Rakyat (PR) ruled home state of Penang. Datuk Seri Anwar's fledgling party, the People’s Justice Party (PKR) won 31 parliamentary seats outperforming its much older and more experienced coalition partners, the Democratic Action Party (DAP), and the Partai Se-Islam (PAS).

His re-entry into parliamentary politics as an opposition leader will surely bring some qualitative changes in the tenor of debates and in the nature of democracy in the country. He worked tirelessly to unify the opposition parties of DAP, PAS and his own PKR under the Pakatan Rakyat banner and the rewards are already visible in the results.


By acting as the middleman and rallying figure between DAP and PAS, Mr. Anwar is instrumental in bringing together people of various ethnic and religious backgrounds for the Bersih (clean) rally, encouraging Malay-Muslim voters who wanted to move away from ethnic-based politics but was still hesitant to vote for a non-Malay-led party which they might not identify with.

The news of Anwar's foray into Parliament as reported by MALAYSIAKINI will certainly not only send a chill down the spines of the BN/Umno regime (both past and present) but also that of the Attorney General (his predecessors), former PM Mahathir, the Royal Malaysian Police (especially the present and past IGP's), the Elections Commission Chief, and the Judiciary (both past and present).

This is because these individuals have a lot to fear as the Rakyat (People) will demand justice to be served and believe me, these individuals have a lot to answer to the Rakyat. You can bet PM Bodowi, Najis and the 4th Floor Boys with the likes of shit head Hamid Albar, Chief Thug @ IGP Musa Hassan, Frog faced AG Gani Petai and the Elections Commission are right now scheming to foil Anwar's entry into Parliament. The BN/Umno regime will certainly try to arrest Anwar on a sodomy charge that the World doesn't believe in.

My advice to these clowns is, don't test the Rakyat's thirst for Truth and Justice. Remember Marcos, Ceausescu, Suharto et al because Makkal Sakti (People Power) rules. Anwar's entry into Parliament will only accelerate the ascendancy of Pakatan Rakyat as the new ruling party of Malaysia. It will a bring an end to the BN/Umno hegemony.

UMNO BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE

Malaysiakini says in it's report that MCA is flabbergasted by PAS's pre-condition that a unified Muslim Malay party of PAS and Umno must accept the implementation of Islamic laws (Hudud and Qisas). PAS spiritual leader Tok Guru Nik Aziz Nik Mat had only a week ago said that it was best for Umno to vanish.

Now, Tok Guru is talking about an unholy matrimony between PAS and Umno. This Scribe is waiting to see how much flabbergasted MCA and the rest of the non Malay BN component parties are going to be.

Even though mouth foaming Information Minister Shaberry Cheek vainly tried to downplay the Hudud issue by saying that it is only the opinion of one individual in PAS, we all know how much weight Tok Guru's words carry in PAS. What is obvious here is that Umno in its lust for power has now got itself caught between a rock and a hard place.

If Umno goes ahead and merges with PAS 'for the sake of race and religion', how is it going to face its non Muslim partners in BN? If it goes ahead with this unholy union with PAS, Pakatan Rakyat will probably benefit from a mass defection of BN component parties into PR.

PAS on its part, will remain with PR and Umno will be left alone in BN and lose its power and vanish over time as in the words of Tok Guru. If BN chooses not to merge with PAS, it will also vanish as PR is getting stronger by the day.

To be honest, it would be a cold day in hell if Holy PAS decides to unite with Evil Umno. It looks like PAS has just 'sodomized ' Umno. Why do you think there was never such a pre-condition by PAS with PR. This Scribe salutes you, Tok Guru. What a brilliant manoeuvre. Syabas!

BN/UMNO ABOVE THE LAW?

No matter what the civilized world says and thinks, the BN/Umno regime will go ahead and charge Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for sodomizing Saiful Bukhari Azlan. The leaked report from the Pusrawi Hospital makes a mockery of the so-called impartial police investigation, and clearly shows the dubious and persistent attempts to incriminate Anwar by whatever means employable.

The BN/Umno regime knows for a fact that where ever Anwar stands for a by-election, he is sure to win. Anwar's entry into Parliament will only accelerate the demise of the BN/Umno regime. Already, Anwar has made it clear that MP's from Sabah and Sarawak are ready to switch over to Pakatan Rakyat (PR).

There are also those within Umno who can see the writing on the wall and are planning to jump ship into PR. Even as Umno is trying to wheel and deal to recapture Perak from PR, BN/Umno may get a rude awakening if BN/Umno ruled Negeri Sembilan falls into the hands of PR. BN has 21 seats while PR has 15 seats in the Negeri Sembilan State Assembly.

Judging from the statements made by the Police and the Government, Anwar may be charged within the week as the momentum for regime change intensifies. Deputy Minister of Health Dr Abdul Latif was quoted as saying that it is improper for MalaysiaToday to publish the article which would 'confuse' the public that the act did not happen and their actions are mala fide.

The Deputy Minister further stated that since this is a criminal offence, there are procedures that the duty doctor need to adhere to. This for a fact tells you that as far as he in concerned, the act did occur. The Deputy IGP too have dismissed the MalaysiaToday report without even carrying out a thorough investigation. I fear that the Police have already made their mind up on this case.

As far as this Scribe is concerned, the ones who are confused are not the Rakyat but BN/Umno itself as it drowns in its own spin.

MALAYSIAKINI IS JUST LIKE THE MSM

This Scribe is of the opinion that Malaysiakini has either been infiltrated by Umno Cyber troopers or have been taken over by KJ's 4th Floor Boys. Several hard hitting Bloggers like yours truely and Nur Aflah to name a few are no more featured in Malaysiakini Blog posts. There is even no history of the articles in Malaysiakimi.

However, we find scumbags like Khir Toyo, Muhammad Taib, Chua Soi Lek, Wong Chun Wai (The Writer) never fail to get their spin and trash featured in Malaysiakini.

These clowns by the name of Athi Veeranggan and Baradan Kupusamy have been dishing out a lot of shit lately aimed directly at Pakatan Rakyat and Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. We are also seeing Bloggers such as Punithan Shan and Makkal Sakthi going to great lengths trying to break Indian support for Pakatan Rakyat and DSAI.

It appears that Malaysiakini has become an extension of the MSM. Athi Veeranggan is now claiming in Malaysiakini that Datuk Seri Anwar has made used of the Indians and that Pakatan Rakyat had played the Indian community out. If this is really the stand of Hindraf, then this Scribe believes Hindraf has lost the script! The Indians have a better deal under Pakatan Rakyat then they can ever dream of under MIC and BN. This Scribe need not give examples about this because the facts speaks for itself.

Several Indian civil movements are fed up with the indifferent attitude of Pakatan Rakyat governments.
Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf), Penang Makkal Sakti Welfare Association (Pemaswa) and newly formed Hindu Action Network (Han) want the new Pakatan governments to form state Indian councils led by the menteri besar or chief minister.
The suggested councils will plan and implement beneficial programmes for the Indian community, with short, medium and long term goals.
According to Hindraf national coordinator TS Thanenthiran, the Pakatan governments have failed to fulfill their promises.
He said during the elections, Pakatan used the Hindraf tagline Makkal Sakti but since winning they have not unveiled any policy to benefit the community.
"Pakatan Rakyat ruling parties, be it DAP in Penang, PAS in Kedah and Perak and PKR in Selangor, seemed to have made empty electoral promises to the Indians," he added.
He stressed Hindraf would continue to fight along the movement’s 18-point memorandum submitted to the federal government last year.
Temple demolitions, non-existence of kindergartens in Tamil schools, private and public sector marginalisation and high suicide rates, are some of the issues the memorandum covers.
'Reps betrayed the community'
Meanwhile, Pemaswa president G Asoghan claimed that Indian leaders in the Pakatan government have "betrayed the Indian community’s trust in them" to deliver the goods.
"Until today, the state governments, particularly Indian leaders, are resting on their laurels," he said.
He claimed that more from MIC, PPP and IPF have benefited from the DAP government in Penang than genuine Hindraf supporters.
Han coordinator G Mugunthan (left) criticised Penang’s elected Indian assemblypersons of protecting their chronic self-interests when they rejected a previous DAP proposal for a state council.
Though DAP members were keen for a one-stop council, the DAP Indian assemblypersons rejected it as "it will put undue pressure on them to deliver."
"Now they are freely doing anything according to their whims and fancies," he said, adding that the appointment of an Indian as Penang deputy chief minister has been more "a curse than a blessing" to the community.
"It has only helped some chronic characters from BN."
Hindraf, Han and Pemaswa plan to organise a joint dialogue session with all relevant Pakatan Rakyat heads of state governments over the issue.

WE WANT THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!

Something doesn't really add up here. First, you had private investigator Balasubramaniam with his first and second Statutory Declarations. Then, as soon as he comes out with his second SD, he and his family disappears even leaving his two dogs without food and water.

His nephew makes a police report and says that the first SD was the truth. His nephew gets a call from his uncle who tells him that he fears for his life.

Suddenly, the Police say that they have tracked him down in a neighboring country and that they were on their way to question him and try to persuade him to return home by guaranteeing his safety. Nearly a month has passed, and we have heard nothing from the Police.

Now, we have the shocking revelation by a doctor from Pusrawi Hospital who examined Saiful's asshole and found out that he was not sodomized. Suddenly, this good doctor and his family have also disappeared and gone presumably into hiding. We need Mulder and Scully of the X-Files for this.

Neither did we arrest the doctor or detain him for three days as alleged in the MalaysiaToday article. We do not have any plans to do so either,” Ismail said, declining to comment further.

This Scribe is wondering how the Deputy IGP can simply dismiss the MalaysiaToday report without even carrying out a thorough investigation. I fear that the Police have already made their mind up on this case.The Deputy IGP should have confirmed either the medical report is true, or that the medical report is a fabrication

The problem from this whole episode is that from MSM reports, the Deputy IGP merely refuted the allegations but really, if he made a statement that the said medical report was a fabrication, then the rumours and innuendos would not be created. As it stands, he does neither, so what are we supposed to infer ?

TIME FOR SABAHANS & SARAWAKIANS TO DITCH BN/UMNO! - MALAYSIAKINI

Umno’s secret collaboration with PAS to form the Federal Government has really shown what Umno thinks of non Malays and non Muslims. More so, it also shows that Umno has little regard to the wishes and aspirations of Sabahans and Sarawakians.

Just imagine, for the sake of their political survival, Umno is willing to go behind its BN partners and strike a deal with PAS on a false premise of maintaining Malay unity and Malay political dominance over the non Malay non Muslim population. Is this what Umno calls consensus within the BN spirit. Umno has truly shown to the world that it is a racist Malay Muslim neo-Apartheid party. Umno is willing to ‘bribe’ PAS with 4 Ministerial posts, 3 Deputy Minister’s posts and lucrative positions in GLC’s and even a possible Deputy Prime Ministership! Do you think Sabahans and Sarawakians can ever get such a deal from BN/Umno?

Apart from being robbed of their resources by the West Malaysian plunderers led by UMNO, East Malaysians have also found albeit too late that their cultural and religious identity have been robbed as well. Prior to the 1980's, non-Muslims were the majority population in Sabah. However today,we find that Muslims make the majority in the State. I've nothing against anyone wanting to embrace Islam or any other religion for that matter. However, what irks me is that the manner in which this drastic change in population has taken place.It is a known fact that UMNO has managed to keep its hold on power by using Islam as its tool. The logic is simple here. As long as you get to increase the Muslim population, the stronger your power base will become. The reason for this is because prior to the March 8 General Elections, the majority of Muslims generally voted for BN. Only a few would vote for PAS. That's why countless number of Filipino Muslims and Indonesian Muslims were given the Mykad to increase the Muslim population in Sabah, and I suspect in Sarawak as well. Very often, as we have often noticed among especially the ethnic Indians in West Malaysia, the moment they convert to Islam, they immediately regard themselves as Malays and Indians no more. Many of these converts will take a Malay as their husbands or wife's all for the sake of enjoying Malay privilege's. They also make sure that their children are registered as Malay in their birth certificates.

The same thing is going on in Sabah and Sarawak. One day, you will find Malays the majority in these states as the number of conversions to Islam among non-Muslim Bumiputeras increases as well as the increasing number of Filipino Muslims and Indonesian Muslims being granted citizenship. While you are reading this, many non-Muslim Bumiputeras are being brainwashed by a politically motivated Dakwah (missionary) campaign orchestrated by Umno itself at MARA Colleges, Public Universities, Teacher Training Colleges, Military and Police Academy's, Government Nursing Colleges as well as in the Civil Service. I must stress here that I'm not against Dakwah activities but what I'm against is any attempt made to convert someone by means of blackmail, coercion or plain brainwashing done to fulfill the political agenda of a certain political party. Religion is strictly between the individual and God and NOT Umno!

They only way out for Sabahans and Sarawakians to break free from the shackles of Umno’s stranglehold is for their parties as well as MP’s and Assemblymen from Peninsula based BN component parties to either join Pakatan Rakyat lock stock and barrel or form a party for Sabahans and Sarawakians and become part of Pakatan Rakyat, where this party will be able to work on equal terms with the Pakatan Rakyat members PKR, DAP and PAS.

This 33 year old laments the fact that it pains his heart to refer himself according to his race and be deprived of opportunities because of the color of this skin. He has interestingly asked that if the Malays don’t want the other races here, it is better for the United Nations to grant refugee status to all non Malay non Muslim Malaysians. At least here, future generations of non Malays and non Muslims can at least be a part of their adoptive country.

No Malaysian wants to be separated from their mother’s bosom. However, the climate of hate generated by Umno and Malay Muslim NGO’s such as ABIM, Persatuan Pemuafakatan Melayu, GPMS, GAPENA etc towards non Malays and non Muslim are gradually making them disenchanted. What would you tell your child if your child, a non Malay non Muslim Malaysian says that his or her ambition is to be a Menteri Besar of a Malaysian State or better still the Prime Minister of Malaysia? Fikir-fikirkan, renung-renungkan!

STAY UNITED PAKATAN RAKYAT FOR THE SAKE OF THE NATION

This news item about "DAP wants Pakatan Rakyat to review PAS membership" was reported by Bernama. Therefore, I would like to remind every one not to read too much into it. After all, Bernama, like the rest of the MSM would go to any length to spin anything that would help extend the shelf life of the BN/Umno regime.

Please, YB Karpal Singh and YAB Nik Aziz Nik Mat, keep your quarrels within the four walls of Pakatan Rakyat. The last thing we need is for you guys to go to the MSM and wash your dirty linen in public. Talk it over in the spirit of Pakatan Rakyat. It's best that the PR leadership of PKR, DAP and PAS have their own Muzakarah (dialogue) and put this issue to rest.

Even more disheartening is the fact that NGO’s too have jumped into the bandwagon to discredit the Pakatan Rakyat Government which is in it’s infancy in the States they rule. Personalities like Joachim Xavier, BK Ong and Anil Netto have been firing away at the PR Government for the slightest mistake or shall I say misstep. What this people don’t realize is that they are playing into the hands of the BN propaganda machine that is orchestrated by the infamous 4th Floor Boys. Armed with the MSM, the BN propaganda machine is using the opinions and grievances of the People and the NGO’s to go on an onslaught against the Pakatan Rakyat. This can be seen as the only weapon the Badawi regime has to prevent itself from falling into political annihilation.

On March 8, 2008, Malaysians, especially the non Malay / non Muslim took their chances by voting for PAS candidates over non Malay / non Muslim candidates from BN. The reason was simple. Non Malays and non Muslims were simply fed up by the racist apartheid like regime of BN/Umno. They wanted change. The last thing they want to see is PAS and Umno getting into an 'unholy matrimony' with a new Muslim party that will consists of racists and religious fanatics. PAS, please don't betray the trust of the non Malays and non Muslims. Should PAS proceed to even discuss this unholy marriage with Umno, I'm afraid non Muslims and non Malays will never ever trust a Muslim or a Malay again!

It is time for Pakatan Rakyat to take stock of the current situation and deal the knock out punch to the pathetic BN. Before you can do this, please talk over your differences within the four walls of Pakatan Rakyat and pleeeease stop making statements to the MSM about your differences. Go for it guys, Putrajaya is yours' for the taking!...

UMNO'S WAYANG KULIT OF DECEPTION

This Scribe has long maintained that the BN/Umno regime that has ruled this country for 51years is a racist, corrupted regime that has sold it's soul to the Devil and will also do the same with the Rakyat (people) and the Nation's sovereignty. Malaysia's loss of Pulau Batu Putih (Pedra Branca) due to the yet to be found 'letter' supposedly showing Malaysia's right over the Island, is just the tip of the iceberg when you consider the mess this regime has done to the Nation which this Scribe is afraid will surface soon.


This Scribe is worried about the Treaties done by the British with the Brunei Sultanate and Sulu Sultanate with regards to its annexation of Sarawak and North Borneo (Sabah). The Treaty of Bangkok 1909 with Siam giving control of Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu to the British. There's a lot of things this BN/Umno regime is hiding from the Rakyat. Why on earth must Malaysia pay 'rent' to the Sultan of Sulu when Sabah is Malaysia's sovereign territory? God knows , one fine day the Sultan of Sulu with the blessings of the Filipino Government will evict us and reclaim possession of Sabah. Then, Said Albar or Rais Yatim will say that there is a 'letter' lying around some where that proves Malaysia's sovereignty over Sabah but they just need to find it.


If you asked me, Umno with its Ketuanan Melayu and Islamic unity agenda is nothing but bullshit. The only agenda they have is their own selfish agenda. As far as this Scribe is concerned, the traitors of the the Malays, Muslims and the Nation as a whole is UMNO. Time to get rid of them with a regime change less you want to see the Thai Tricolor flying over the padi fields of Kedah.

Actually, Saiful hardly knows his father. His father abandoned his mother soon after he was born and the mother remarried. When his mother died, his stepfather also disappeared and Saiful was subsequently brought up by his uncle (or was it his auntie?). And one important aspect in this whole episode is that Saiful’s ‘God Mother’ is Mumtaz Jaafar -- who is Rosmah Mansor’s nominee and ‘bag lady’ in all their clandestine business deals.


Now does that explain why Najib agreed to meet Saiful? Many just could not understand why a busy and important Deputy Prime Minister would want to waste time meeting a university dropout. It is because Saiful is Mumtaz’s ‘God Son’. That was why Najib met him.


Looking at Saiful’s uncle, who looks and acts like his auntie, you can now begin to understand what makes that young man tick. Did the doctor find Saiful’s uncle’s semen specimen in the young man’s sorry butt and that is why the police are not able to charge Anwar? That may explain why the police released Anwar on police bail after the dramatic Hollywood-style arrest just a day earlier.


Saiful’s father is a member of the Malay unity ad hoc committee that was set up to engineer the PAS-Umno talks. Another committee member is the Sapura Managing Director, Rameli Musa, an Anwar ‘crony’. Yes, little did Anwar realise that his ‘best friend’ was setting him up for a fall. Heading this committee is someone from Military Intelligence who I shall not name at this stage.


Yeap, Military Intelligence again. Now can you see why Military Intelligence leaked the information about the official report on Rosmah Mansor’s involvement in the Altantuya murder? It was meant to bring Najib down. And these same people are involved in the PAS-Umno unity talks, which has, amongst its ranks, committee members like Saiful’s father and Anwar’s so-called best friend, Rameli Musa.


Okay, recently, Saiful’s father, who had abandoned the young man way back when he was born, came back into his life. Why, after riding off into the sunset 20 years or so ago, does this father suddenly appear on his son’s doorstep? Simple. He wanted to send his son to meet Najib. Yes, that’s right. Najib thought he was sending Saiful to Anwar as a Trojan Horse. What Naijb did not know is that, in the first place, this young man was sent to him as a plant. Najib thought the young man was God sent and the weapon he could use to destroy Anwar. Actually, he was not God sent. He was sent by the committee to engineer the PAS-Umno Malay unity talks. Najib swallowed the bait -- hook, line and sinker.


And that is why Saiful’s father did not want to appear in public, especially on camera. If his face were to appear on TV then many would probably remember seeing him all over the place. He is not employed of course. His job is ‘brokering’. He is what we would call a Mister Fixit. As every day passes by, we are hearing more and more disturbing news coming out from Malaysia. Whether it is about, politics, social aspects or the economy, nothing seems to be positive. Each time PM Badawi and his imbecile Ministers open their maggot breath mouths, things seem to get worse. Each time the BN/Umno regime tries to ruin Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s return to power; it seems to backfire on them.

Already foreign government such as the United States and Japan have doubts about the impartiality of Malaysia’s Judiciary in the Anwar sodomy saga. Even Michel Camdessus the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, James Wolfensohn the ex Managing Director of World Bank and Paul Martin who is the former Prime Minister of Canada expressing their concern and dissatisfaction in which they demanded the Malaysian government to drop all charges against Anwar Ibrahim as to respect Human Rights. Foreign Minister Rais Yatim’s futile attempt to rebut US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice damning assessment of the Malaysian Judiciary seems more like firing blanks.

This country is also curse by a gutless breed of people who call themselves ‘journalists’ such as Wong Chun Wai, VK Chin, Joceline Tan, Suhaini Aznam, Baradan Kupusamy et al, are nothing but morally corrupt individual who are mere pimps for the BN/Umno regime to ‘sodomize’ the Rakyat (People) with their lies and spins in the BN/Umno controlled MSM.

At a time when the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) has the corrupt BN/Umno regime on the ropes, lo and behold we have so called concerned NGO’s and ‘citizens’ taking pot shots at PR for every single mistake they make. No government is perfect, let alone one that has been ruling for a little more than 100 days, yet these NGO’s and individuals such as BK Ong won’t pull back punches to discredit PR. Now they are making a big hue and cry about the publication of the PR Newsletter by the PR Governments of Penang and Perak. It is so easy to criticise the PR. How do you expect the Penang and Perak Governments to reach out and explain to the peoples of both States of it's policies and programs when the MSM does not give them any coverage. On the other hand, these criticisms have been spinned by the MSM and the BN/Umno regime.

What do these people want? Do they want to return to the status quo where BN/Umno rules with more than a 2/3 majority in Parliament and have full control of all the 13 States in the Federation? Or are these people unwittingly helping the BN/Umno regime to cling on to power? This Scribe gets the impression that the are individuals as well as NGO’s out there that are being used by the BN/Umno regime to discredit PR and make the Rakyat reject PR so that BN/Umno can remain in power. Foreign Political observers are of the opinion that the BN/Umno regime that has rule Malaysia for 51 years is in its final sunset.

MALAYSIAKINI:SUHAKAM MIGHT LOSE 'A' STATUS.

MALAYSIAKINI headlined "Suhakam might lose ‘A’ status". Malaysiakini reported that The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) may lose its ‘A’ status from a key regulator, thus potentially barring it from attending sessions of the UN Human Rights Council.

This is following an accreditation review exercise by the International Coordination Committee (ICC) of the National Human Rights Institution. Suhakam was told by the ICC to provide, in writing, within one year of such notice, evidence to establish its continued conformity with the Paris Principles. This doesn’t come as a surprise as Suhakam have always dragged it feet and shown reluctance in wanting to take on the government whether it was about the BN/Umno regime and Police’s handling of the Hindraf issue, Bersih BMC fracas etc.

They mentioned that “we are sure of his (Anwar) integrity because he have shown to us that he is a responsible person at national and international level, he is a person with high moral standards and ethics when it comes to pursue of justice, peace and international development”. So much for our tainted Judiciary. Just earlier, US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice's made a damning statement on our legal system.

We can't afford to be arrogant like Home Minister Hamid Albar and Foreign Minister Rais Yatim. These statements will in the long run turn away investors from Malaysia.PM Badawi must stop making statements on the Anwar-Saiful as well. This will be read by foreigners that the Executive interferes in the Judiciary. MUHD TAIB: UMNO-PAS TALKS TO CONTINUE - MALAYSIAKINI

However, he was later found not guilty on a technicality by claiming 'I don't know how to read English' to escape the Australian law. In short, Muhammad's motives in saying that talks with PAS will continue albeit on religion only can be summed up by the Malay proverb "ada udang disebalik batu" (there's an ulterior motive). Muhammad was brought in into the Cabinet by PM Badawi to shore up and maintain the 50% rural Malay electorate that was instrumental in maintaining BN/Umno's grip on power. Anything that deals with Muslim unity will definitely go down well with the rural Malay population. On the the other hand, the non Malays now can't complain about any future UMNO-PAS 'dialogue' on Islam because they can be accused of interfering in Islam.

Even though everyone is correct in talking about the political chess being played by Khairy Jamaluddin and Mukhriz Mahathir in their endeavor to slither their way up the political ladder, this Scribe is also keeping an eye on two very ambitious power brokers from Umno. They are Rahim Thamby Chik and Shahrir Samad. Just like Muhammad, Thamby Chik also wriggled his way out from the arms of the law from of a rape conviction involving a 15 year old girl due the dubious circumstances that saw current Penang CM, Lim Guan Eng going to jail instead, for standing up for the victim. Thamby Chik may have shaved his goatee, but the Rakyat have not forgotten him.

Shahrir on the other hand comes to the Scribe as a dangerous, conniving individual. Shahrir's 'Mr. Clean' look and smiling face must never be underestimated. This guy sure knows how to manage his Public Relations better than Muhammad or Thamby Chik. This Scribe has the gut feeling that Shahrir is up to no good. Only time will tell.

ABDULLAH BADAWI & UMNO ARE RACISTS - MALAYSIAKINI

The plan by PM Abdullah Badawi and former Selangor MB Khir Toyo to form an alliance with PAS to form a 100% Malay Muslim Government in Selangor shows that Umno is an ultra Malay party.

Umno doesn't even care about it's non-Malay component members when it came to forming the Selangor state government. Badawi must be exposed to the world as a pathological liar and a bigot who only cares for his race and religion.

As far as Badawi is concerned, all the non-Malay BN component party members and all non Malays and non Muslims in this country are b*****ds! That's Islam Hadhari for you! This Khir Toyo initiated meeting certainly proves the point. This Scribe wonders what sort of thick hide people like Pairin, Kah Ting, Samy, Kayveas, Tsu Koon et al have when they know that Umno don't give a damm about them or the communities they claim to represent and yet they sing praises of Badawi and the BN/Umno regime.

Listed below all the discrimination by the BN/Umno regime on non malays and non Muslims for the pass 51 years. What have MCA, MIC, Gerakan, PPP, PBS, PBRS, SNAP, PBB, PBDS, LDP etc had done? (3) 3% of Petronas employees are Chinese

(5) 100% all contractors working under Petronas projects must be bumis status
(6) 0% of non-malay staffs is legally required in malay companies. But there must be 30% malay staffs in Chinese companies
(7) 5% of all new intake for government army, nurses, polices, is non-malays
(8) 2% is the present Chinese staff in Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), drop from 40% in 1960
(9) 2% is the percentage of non-malay government servants in Putrajaya. But malays make up 98%

Just when the Umnoputras are singing the battle cry of Ketuanan Melayu, our southern neighbor has just claimed a 12-mile territorial sea and 200 mile exclusive economic zone (EEZ) around Pedra Branca (Pulau Batu Putih) – I don’t know why these Singaporeans like to sound so Mat Salleh with their names.

Anyway, this Scribe is starting to get worried. After our loss of Pedra Branca to Singapore in May 2008, this Scribe is wondering that after 51 years of a single party rule by a corrupt BN/Umno regime, it is quite possible that there may be secret deals made by Umno leaders with foreign individuals and governments that might make us lose more than Pulau Batu Putih.

This Umno led regime has no morals whatsoever. They will sell their mothers for a price, what more the nation. All these bullshit about Ketuanan Melayu, Malay unity and Islam Hadhari are nothing but a smoke screen to hoodwink the Malays to continue supporting them. Umno is going around instigating the Malays that a Pakatan Rakyat government will allow the ‘kaum pendatang’ i.e. the Chinese and Indians to rob the Malays of their rights and land.

The Malays must be aware that their continued support of Umno with the non-Malays being the bogeyman, will result with the Malays losing this nation to foreigners. What happened in Selangor after the General Elections clearly shows that Umno led by Abdullah Badawi is an ultra racist Malay party that doesn’t care about the non-Malays. For the non-Malays on the other hand, their traitors are the non-Malay component parties in BN.

As the BN/Umno regime is obsessed with Anwar’s DNA, there is a clear and present danger that this nation may one day lose it’s sovereignty and territory to foreign powers. This Scribe says that it is time to get rid of this divisive, treacherous BN/Umno regime sebelum nasi menjadi bubur (before it is too late).

RPK & ANWAR WILL CONTINUE TO 'SHOCK & AWE' THE NATION - MALAYSIAKINI

This Scribe had written in this Blog on Thursday, July 17, 2008 under the heading RAJA PETRA ARRESTED,CHARGED IN COURT. Well it appears that RPK has kept his word and delivered what he said he was going to do. RPK also wrote in his "No Holds Barred" Column in Malaysia Today on June 30, 2008 that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has evidence that the Inspector General of Police and the Attorney-General had fabricated evidence during his 1998-1999 trials. Now, it will be Anwar’s turn to ‘shock and awe’ the Nation. Hold on tight folks!

Whatever the case, this Scribe believes that the days of the BN/Umno regime’s rule are numbered. It is not a matter of ‘if’ but ‘when’. The following is an excerpt of that RPK article that was written on June 30, 2008:

And since they made a police report and announced that I had made a false declaration even before launching the investigation, this points to the very strong possibility that the police investigation must ‘support’ what they have said, that I had signed a false declaration. To do otherwise would be suicide, for them of course.In the meantime, while they figure out how they are going to bring me down and lock me away in the Kajang Prison,

I too am working on the evidence that will prove the Inspector General of Police and Attorney-General fabricated evidence in Anwar Ibrahim’s 1998-1999 trials. Yes, Najib met Saiful to discuss how to fix Anwar on a sodomy allegation. No doubt, at first Najib denied all this. At first he said he never met Saiful, not even once in his life. Then he admitted meeting Saiful but said he met Saiful to offer the young man ‘career guidance’ and to discuss his future, scholarship, and all such matters. The first statement was a lie. The second was also a lie. Najib met Saiful to discuss the sodomy allegation against Anwar.If Najib can lie so many times with regards to his meeting with Saiful, would he not also be capable of lying about never meeting or knowing Altantuya? What would Najib say if during my trial I adduce a military intelligence report dated when Altantuya was still alive which confirms that he was involved romantically (or ‘involved sexually’ would probably be the more appropriate word to use) with Altantuya?

Sure, charge me. Put me on trial. Even obtain a conviction and send me to jail if you wish. Hey, I am 58. By the time I go to jail I would probably be 60, if I happen to still be around and not already dead by then. So, you can send me to jail, but for how long? What difference does it make when I am no longer alive anyway? And I really don’t expect to live to a ripe old age of 83 like Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. Najib, however, will never become Prime Minister in June 2010. And that is worth going to jail for, however long the sentence may be.

JUDICIARY UNDER SIEGE BY BN/UMNO REGIME - MALAYSIAKINI

MALAYSIAKINI headlined "Court rejects application to call Najib as witness". Malaysiakini reported that Karpal Singh's application was rejected by the Shah Alam High Court on the grounds that it was not necessary to have the deputy premier as a witness in the Altantuya murder trial.

This Scribe is of the opinion that the Judiciary is under siege. Just like how Parliament was under siege by the BN/Umno regime not very long ago, now we have the Judiciary under siege as well. This latest development has certainly thrust Malaysia into the ranks of pariah nations such as Zimbabwe and Myanmar.

Judge Mohd. Zaki Yasin said that there’s no need to call Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak or even PI Balasubramaniam to testify in Court. Najib is a suspect. By right and according to the law, he must me detained by the Police and be given his day in Court to defend himself against his alleged involvement in the Altantuya Shariibuu murder.

Unfortunately, in Bolehland you don’t have to appear in Court because you are a DPM of an Islam Hadhari regime. This rule doesn’t apply for lesser mortals like us and members of Pakatan Rakyat, where the premise held is that we are guilty until proven innocent or until the Police can fabricate enough evidence that makes us remain guilty.

Cuba bayangkan, jika saudara-saudari seorang rakyat biasa yang tinggal di kawasan luarbandar, siapakah yang saudara-saudari akan cari untuk memdapat pertolongan samada pertolongan kewangan, biasiswa untuk anak, pertolongan untuk anak masuk ke sekolah asrama penuh atau perkara berkaitan dengan pemilikan tanah? Jawabannya sudah pastinya Ketua Kampung/Penghulu. dan lazimnya Ketua

Kampung/Penghulu adalah orang Umno. Dengan hubungan mereka yang kuat dengan pimpinan Umno pusat, maka tidak mustahil untuk ketua-ketua kampung/penghulu-penghulu Umno ini untuk memenuhi permintaan rakyat di luarbandar. Ini secara langsung menolong DUN dan Ahli Parlimen BN/Umno menggekalkan kerusi mereka. Tahukah sekarang bagaimana goblok-goblok macam Ahli Parlimen Pasir Salak dan Kinabatangan boleh menang dalam pilihanraya.
Sebab itulah selepas Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak dan Selangor jatuh ke tangan Pakatan Rakyat, JKKK negeri-negeri ini diletakkan dibawah Kerajaan Perseketuan.

Malah, pemimpin Umno Muhammad Muhammad Taib di beri mandat oleh Pak Lah untuk turun padang ke kawasan luar bandar untuk memastikan sokongan 50% rakyat luar bandar tetap dibelakang BN/Umno. Tahulah, Mike Tyson inilah, bila cakap tentang wang, dialah orangnya. Ingat tak peristiwa 'The Six Million Dollar Man' yang ditangkap di Australia kerana menyeludup wang secara haram?

Saya berharap kepimpinan Pakatan Rakyat khususnya PAS perlu menghayati amanat Tok Guru YAB Nik Aziz Nik Mat iaitu "Biar UMNO lenyap". Pakatan Rakyat khususnya PAS perlu mencari jalan untuk membela rakyat luarbandar agar mereka tidak dikongkong oleh UMNO. Jika usaha ini berhasil, maka wakil-wakil rakyat BN/Umno samada DUN atau Parlimen akan hilang sokongan mereka, malah keadaan ini secara langsung akan mendorong wakil-wakil rakyat BN/Umno ini untuk keluar dari BN/Umno dan menyertai Pakatan Rakyat.

UMNO 'OPPORTUNISTS' CAUSING FRICTION IN PAS? - MALAYSIAKINI

MALAYSIAKINI headlined "Umno 'opportunists' causing friction in PAS". Malaysiakini reported that a state PAS leader said opportunists are creating discord among PAS leaders by speculating that the two parties are planning a power-sharing arrangement.


As each day passes, the BN/Umno regime appears to be getting more desperate to cling on to power. Despite all the spin doctoring by the BN/Umno controlled MSM,the BN/Umno regime of Abdullah Badawi is finding power slipping away from their hands.

In it's desperation, the BN/Umno regime is trying to split up the component parties of Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and also Pakatan Rakyat itself. However, all these devious attempts have failed.
Instead, the component parties have become more stronger while the unity between PKR, DAP and PAS have been strengthened further. This is something the Rakyat is beginning to see.

The Rakyat now believes that PR is ripe and ready to be the Government of the day to replace the corrupt and disintegrating Umno led BN regime. This Scribe believes there will be greater checks and balances in a PR Government that the current Umno dominated BN regime. After all, the other BN component parties are mere'Yes man' to Umno.

The leaders of these component parties would not dare to act according to their conscience and stand up against Umno's bullying and hegemony less they want to have an abrupt end to their political career's.

The need for immediate regime change must be hastened as this Scribe believes the current BN/Umno regime in it's desperation would do anything to hang on to power. This is dangerous, even more dangerous than a rabid dog.

BN/UMNO HAVING NIGHTMARES OF SEEING ANWAR IN PARLIAMENT! - MALAYSIAKINI

There seems to be a deliberate attempt by the BN/Umno regime to delay Datuk Seri Anwar’s return to Parliament. DSAI is known to eye the Kulim Parliamentary seat for a by-election comeback to Parliament. However, it is evident here that the BN/Umno regime is having sleepness nights over the prospect of having Anwar in Parliament as his presence there will entice BN MP’s to ‘jump ship’into Pakatan Rakyat. Considering the state of the judiciary in Malaysia, this Scribe is not at all surprised at this delaying tactic as the Judiciary is another extension of the BN/Umno regime.

One of the irony's of the March 8 General Elections is that we are now seeing the true face of the BN/Umno and its leaders. What we are seeing and hearing about the BN/Umno leaders really makes my flesh crawl.For 50 years we have been led by racists, hypocrites, backstabbers, prima donnas, cheats, crooks and to add to the litany, sore losers! If Malaysia wants to take her place in the international stage, we have to ditch these clowns from BN/Umno now!In today's globalize world, we need to look at our strengths and opportunities to counter the weaknesses that we have in us as a nation to counter the threats that are out there. To do this, race, religion, gender and political affiliation's have no place at all.

Unfortunately, as we have been witnessing since the political tsunami that swept the nation on March 8, the BN/Umno regime is sadly on the wrong track. Just look at the hue and cry coming from the BN about Lee Kah Choon's acceptance of his appointment to the PDC and InvestPenang. CM YAB Lim Guan Eng must be applauded for moving away from the norm by appointing a member of the opposition for such and important position. This will never and has never happened when it comes to the BN/Umno.For the BN/Umno, race, religion and political patronage are all that is needed to assume positions of responsibility. See what this practice has brought us after 50 years. Meritocracy is the way forward for this nation.

Unfortunately, this won't happen as long as the BN clings to power. On another front, the Police and the Home Minister, Hamid Albar claimed that missing PI Balasubramanian and his family had been located in a neighboring country. The Police said their officers are heading for that undisclosed neighboring country to question Balasubramaniam.

It has been 2 weeks now, so I guess the Police had met with Bala or haven’t they? If they said they had the cooperation of the Police of that neighboring country, then why the hell is there no news of Bala or what transpired in the meeting between Bala and the Police in that neighboring country.

The ass wiping local media led by TV3, The Star etc have been diverting public attention from Bala’s whereabouts by making a full spin on the PAS-Umno muzakarah (dialogue). The imbecile editors of the MSM must realize as long as there are Bloggers, nothing hidden can be concealed or forgotten for too long.

PM Bodohlah Badawi must stop this childish way of thinking that the nation will hold its breath each time he says he has met with the Pas leadership. Coming back to Saiful, I had thought that no one was supposed to comment on the Saiful’s Sodomy Allegation. However, we have Saiful’s dad coming out in the media with his lawyer proclaiming to the world that his junior ain’t gay. I think IGP Musa Hassan need to check this out. Hello brother, we don’t care if your son is a gay or a cross dresser. That’s his right. You claimed how good a son he is. However, you fail to see your son as a useless, good for nothing university drop out, who couldn’t even make full use of his scholarship given by none other than the DPM of Malaysia. The fact that Saiful wants to be a pilot when he can’t even be responsible with his studies tells you that this Saiful character is really an ‘anak manja’ (pampered child). Where this Scribe comes from we call kids like him a spoilt brat. If screwing up his studies is not enough, he gets hitched with his ‘Pink Mary Jane’s’ girlfriend.

This Scribe wonders at 23 years of age and unemployed, does he know what it takes to be a married man. UMNO HAS SHOWN IT'S TRUE RACIST FACE - MALAYSIAKINI

This whole deal was a racist agenda to stop the DAP from holding power in a Pakatan Rakyat Selangor State Government. Would you believe, even a dirt bag like Khir Toyo was willing to settle for a Deputy Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) post in this Umno-Pas coalition government.

I thought that former Perak MB Tajol Rosli was talking trash when he boasted that the BN will recapture the Perak state government on Merdeka Day. However, with all this talk about Umno and Pas having their muzakarah (dialogue), I have to take this guy seriously.

I hope all non-Malay and non-Muslim Malaysians have finally seen what Umno really is. It is a racist party that is only interested in the continued dominance of one race and one religion over all other races and religions in this land. When we ought to be talking about National reconciliation and unity, the Umno Malay leaders are only preoccupied with all things Malay and Islam. They don't give a damn about the non-Malays and non-Muslims. Umno has really shown it's true colors.

I don't understand why there are still idiots who support MCA, MIC, Gerakan,PPP, UPKO, SUPP,SPDP, LDP,PBS, PBRS.etc.. These parties are nothing but window dressing for Umno to tell the World that the BN is a multi racial party. While the world and the rest of us are fooled into complacency, the Malay Agenda and Ketuanan Melayu marches on.

PAS must bear in mind that it got the non-Malay non-Muslim votes not because they embraced it's ideology, but because they believed and trusted that PAS, together with DAP and PKR will drive out the BN/Umno hegemony and usher in a new beginning for all Malaysians. PAS, please do not BETRAY THE TRUST of the non-Malays, non-Muslims who voted you in. Your true friends are the non-Malays, non-Muslims. Umno is just using PAS for it's political survival. BN/UMNO TRYING TO STIR UP RACIAL UNREST? - MALAYSIAKINI

Malaysiakini reports that PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim is at the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) headquarters in Putrajaya this morning to continue being questioned on his police report alleging fabrication of evidence regarding his 'black eye' incident in 1998.

The BN/Umno regime is not pulling back any punches to cling on to power. The attacks on DSAI have been intensified lately. However, there is a more sinister attempt by the BN/Umno regime to stay in power. This attempt may see loss of lives and property if the following excerpt from fellow patriotic Blogger TULANG BESI is true.

What TULANG BESI was referring to was the incident at the Taman Medan groundbreaking ceremony for a Surau. I find it unbelievable that any Indian would be so bold or dumb enough to protest against the building of a Surau. I also came to understand that the so-called Indians who were heckling were not even from the area.

This Scribe smells a rat here. As pointed out by TULANG BESI, this was the same location where ‘Malays’ butchered Indians after provocation by a small group of unknown Indians during the Kampung Medan incident in 1999. This Scribe says ‘Malays’ because the ones doing the butchering were not Malays but hired Indonesian thugs whom, unlike the Malays, have the stomach for murder and violence as they do back home.

TULANG BESI also interestingly pointed out that a predominantly Malay Muslim police force standing back and doing nothing as a group of rowdy Indians heckle and jeer at the Malay Muslims at the Surau ground breaking ceremony. It has been a known fact that Indian thugs has been used by the MIC leadership in the past especially it’s leader Samy Vellu to ‘silence’ dissent in the Party. I would be the least surprised that these Indian thugs ‘have been loaned’ to Khairy’s Umno to provoke the Malays to attack ethnic Indians, just like what happened in 1999. This will give a drowning BN/Umno regime of Pak Bodohlah Badawi the opportunity to declare a State of Emergency and suspend Parliament. Badawi will then proceed to throw the PR leadership under ISA and once the dust has settled, the country will return to the status quo. UMNO – DULU, KINI & SELAMANYA!
