Can Bala Be Believed

By Pakac Luteb

Would have written this 3 or 4 days ago but too busy.

Still busy, so going to make this short, you can look up the SD
details with Google.

Look at the preamble (beginning) of both SD.

The 1st SD preamble is that of someone proud of their length of
service and promotions, look at the length and detail of the preamble.

The 2nd SD preamble is short, it's just a formality, not a personal expression.

The style (wording) of the preambles and SDs gives the impression they
were written by different persons.

I conclude Bala wrote the first SD but somebody else wrote the second SD.

Various blogs have focussed on the money Bala was paid, saying he is
not credible, the SD was done merely for money.

As i recall, several days ago, it was revealed Bala's family was being
held hostage.

I think the safety of his family motivated Bala, not money.

I think Bala is credible. If Bala's tale was not credible, then why
didn't Najib counter the tale with evidence?

Bala was an SB officer before setting up his own business as a private investigator. His training gives him a good memory for detail and that is exactly what comes through in his first SD. There is little reason to disbelieve what he says in that SD, which he says was the result of long discussions with legal friends (including Sivarasa Rasiah who presumably encouraged him to come clean and reveal his sensational story under the aegis of PKR). Unfortunately, PKR did not provide Bala and his family adequate protection, knowing full well what Najib is capable of doing to save his own backside. Bala is smart enough to realize that fate has put him in this unique situation whereby he could either remain a silent victim of ruthless hoodlums in government - or rise to the occasion and claim his place as a true Malaysian hero who risked his life to save us from criminal misrule.

If it is about money, Bala still can squeezes more from Rosmah's toyboy (deepak).
They threaten his family and this made Bala highly vulnerable .
Not certain if this "asp suresh" is on whose side but for 1 thing, suresh make sure Bala did not call RPK for advice.

From Bala's revelation , rosmah is involved.

good point. if wat bala said is not true then why ppl close to najis were/are so desperate to ship him off? if ur family's security is at risk & u dun hv much resources & time to react, the only rational thing to do is to keep the family safe 1st. this is pure basic animal instinct for survival & nothing unusual at all. only when the threat has diminished does one hv the luxury of time to evaluate the options.

and dun we all wonder why the deafening silence from them ... we could hear a pin drop ... or somebody is on the verge of nervous breakdown.
