CYBERSPACE SODOMIZED BY 'YOU KNOW WHO' THUGS!

The recent turn of events in this country makes The Scribe believe that this great nation of ours is sliding into chaos every day the Evil BN/Umno regime is in power. What happened in Parliament the other day when lawmakers were intimidated and manhandled by Unno Youth Thugs just shows how low this Nation has sunk. What's even disturbing is the fact that Inspector General of Police Musa Hassan saying that the Police did not intervene in Parliament because their job was to man the gates outside of Parliament. If this is true, it appears that the Police would just stand by and allow Parliament and democracy to be assaulted.

The Scribe demands that IGP Musa Hassan takes blame and resign as IGP. Another disturbing development is the trend going on now to make threats and intimidations to Bloggers and those who leave their comments in Blogs. The Scribe has already received such a threat before. Now it is the turn of Brother Vijay Kumar Murugavell. It appears that whenever someone touches on BN/Umno, Najib, the Police and the Royalty, threats seemed to follow. The Scribe only hopes that those who are making these threats are not acting for the individuals and institutions concerned.

When the trial for the Tak Boleh Tahan 18 resumed yesterday, Mr Jufri Salim pleaded guilty to the two charges and was fined a total of $1,200. The young protester said that he could not get more time off from work and the trial looks set to drag on for a while yet.But Mr Jufri refused to pay the fine because he had done no wrong, adding "I am glad to serve time for a cause I believe in." He will serve an eight-day jail term in default beginning tomorrow. The SDP salutes a courageous and true Singaporean.

Eighteen activists are charged with participating in a protest outside Parliament House on 15 Mar 08. They had raised the matter of rising costs of living in Singapore and how it was affecting the poor.

If the “Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia expressed regret” over the incident, which he said was a “First in Parliament”.

The Speaker added that he would ask the Home Ministry to investigate the matter and “vowed that such incidents would not recur.” (What a JOKE !)

Setelah menunggu sekian lama dan setelah satu Suruhanjaya ditubuhkan bagi menyiasat kes klip pita video V.K. Lingham- korek korek korek , tiba-tiba tiga dari empat orang yang telah disiasat berhubungkait dengan kes klip pita video V. K. Lingam, telah terlepas dari sebarang pendakwaan dan pertuduhan.

Perdana Menteri di Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi memberitahu Wee Choo Keong (PKR-Wangsa Maju) di dalam satu jawapan bertulis dimana 3 kes telah ditandakan sebagai “NFA” — bermaksud “no further action” (tiada tindakan lanjut diambil).

Ini amat menyedihkan dan menandakan negara masih terpenjara dengan isu institusi kehakiman yang tidak bebas apabila pesalah-pesalah tidak dapat di bawa ke muka pengadilan semata-mata dengan alasan tidak mempunyai bukti kukuh.

Keutuhan system kehakiman Malaysia dirobohkan oleh segelintir politikus yang bersikap lemah. Dimanakah letaknya integriti, ketulusan dan keadilan??

Sekalipun Perdana Menteri telah pun berusaha untuk memperbaiki institusi kehakiman, tetapi dengan kelemahan perlaksanaan dengan meletakkan pegawai-pegawai yang tidak kompeten tetapi hanya bersifat “mengampu” serta tidak professional, matlamat penubuhan Suruhanjaya yang menelan belanja begitu besar akhirnya ke longkang juga jawapannya.

Wang rakyat diperhabiskan berjuta juta untuk siasatan Royal Commision, nampaknya inilah cara mereka kutip komisyen rakyat yang secara halal. Royal Commison yang cacat angota, lemah justifikasi dalam perihal penyiasatan, tidak kurang memberi ruang untuk mereka terlepas diri .

Ini adalah akibat dari kelemahan dan ketidak-tegasan Pak Lah sebagai Perdana Menteri sehinggakan mereka yang di bawahnya boleh mempermain-mainkan kepimpinannya dengan memberikan asalan yang superficial dan klise - YAB, tiada bukti kukuh untuk kita mendakwa mereka dan Pak Lah mengiyakannya sahaja.

Kesilapan Pak Lah memilih dan memberi kepercayaan kepada pegawai-pegawai atasan untuk jawatan kritikal seperti Peguam Negara, Ketua Polis Negara, Ketua Pesuruhjaya Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia, Suruhanjaya Pilihanraya, Ketua Hakim Negara dan seumpamanya menjadikan kepimpinan Pak Lah hanya dilingkari oleh penasihat-penasihat yang bersifat mengampu, menzalimi rakyat, membodek, malas bekerja dan jika bekerja mereka melakukannya secara tidak profesyenal.

Jadi system perundangan Malaysia patut dimansuhkan , dimana akta akta Sedition Act 1948, the Prevention of Corruption Act 1961, the Legal Profession Act 1976, the Official Secrets Act 1972 and the Penal Code patut dimansuhkan, Akta akta berkenaan hanya untuk pembangkang dan rakyat jelata sahaja. Kalaulah orang berkuasa mereka kesemuanya adalah above the law. Buat apa akta berkenaan dikuat kuasakan? Ketidakadilan dan pencerobohan akta hanya lakonan skrip UMNO. Mereka tetap bebas seperti burung merpati terbang dilangit biru.

Rakyat telah lama memerhatikan hal ini. Dan rakyat telah bersuara di peti undi semasa pilihanraya umum ke 12 yang lalu, tetapi Pak Lah gagal untuk menyelami intipati keputusannya dan masih terus membiarkan negara dimamah virus korupsi dan rasuah yang bukan kepalang dengan mengekalkan status quo.

Betapa buruk dan hina institusi kehakiman negara selama ini apabila dengan mudah ianya dibeli dan dikuasai oleh golongan mafia sehingga didedahkan semasa siasatan, ada hakim yang sifatnya binatang bertindak membelakangkan keadilan semata-mata kerana telah diumpan dengan rasuah melancong dan lain-lain pemberian bersifat keduniaan oleh golongan mafia tersebut.

Hasilnya, ketempangan institusi kehakiman terlalu nyata dan fungsi mahkamah sebagai tempat untuk menegakkan kebenaran dan keadilan sudah ranap akibat perbuatan hakim yang khianat. Keadaan nampaknya akan menjadi bertambah buruk apabila raja segala mafia akan dinobatkan sebagai Perdana Menteri tidak berapa lama lagi.

Biarlah rakyat membalas dendam melalui peti pilihanraya. Merobohkan UMNO dan BN sekaligus, revolusi melalui mata pena adalah suara keramat. Marilah pengundi pengundi Di bukit Selambau dan Bukit Gantang. Tunjukkanlah kuasa anda kepada pengkhianat Negara ini.

I think this on going trial is a tragic mistake of the establishment.

Through this trial, more Singaporeans will realise that Dr Chee..and the noble 18 were right, are right, and are visionary. Are there truly any Singaporeans who are not experiencing escalating cost of living.

Should Singaporeans, our own countrymen be punished for their wisdom. These men are not trouble makers but concerned with the daily lives of themelves and their fellow countrymen.

The Establsihment instead should engage them in a dialouge, instead of silencing these nobles. It is still not too late. The Prime Minsiter had called for Singaporeans to pull together, especially during this period. This was and is "what" these Nobles were trying to do, and are trying to do all these times.

Listen to these Nobles Mr Prime Minister, not to men who only tell you what you want to hear. Hear them out, before it is too late. Hear them out before there are no genuine concerned citizens left.

ALLAH HAS APPEARED IN THE MALAY BIBLE SINCE 1818!

The following letter by by Saad Hashim appeared in Malaysiakini under the heading Other Christian denominations not using 'Allah'. The writer of this letter certainly has very little knowledge or no knowledge whatsoever about Christianity to write about his warped up understanding of the Christian Church and it's history. It appears Saad Hashim could have got his research material from some 'Sekolah Pondok' which probaby understands the Catholic Church in it's pre Vatican Council 1 form.

The author of this letter has demonstrated his myopic view and contempt of the Catholic and Christian Church. The Scribe would like to set the record straight here, though The Scribe can't confirm it, the author appears to be a Muslim. What the author of this letter has done has only further blemished the good name of Islam and the faith of the Ummah by writing this writer.

With regards to Malaysia's Catholic Church wanting to use the term 'Allah' for God in its mouthpiece, the Herald, I must say that the organisation's intention is far from godly and Muslim organisations have every reason to get angry.

(Mouthpiece? Have read the Herald from back to front Brother Saad?)

The decision to use the word 'Allah' can only mean that the Church, which is in a competition with other Catholic denominations including America's Church of the Latter Day Saints, or the Mormons to enlist new members, is trying to target Muslims in this country.

(Brother Saad, the Roman Catholic Church does not have denominations within itself. When on earth did the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (the Mormon Church) became a denomination within the Catholic Church? Do you know that the Catholic Church and ALL Protestant Churches consider the Mormons as a cult?)

My question is does the Catholic Church realise that by insisting on the word ‘Allah’ for God, it is going to get into a deeper muddle.
For instance, since the Catholic Church believes in the 'Trinity' ie, God, the Holy Son and the Holy Ghost, is it going to use the term 'Anak Allah' for the ‘Son of God’?

(Brother Saad, you obviosly don't undwerstand the concept of the Holy Trinity, in fact The Scribe can't blame you if you don't. It should be Allah the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. Yes, Jesus is Anak Allah! In Arabic everyone, Christian and Muslim, uses the word 'ilah' for god (small g) and 'allah' for God (capital G). So wherever the word God occurs in the English Bible it would appear as allah in the Arabic Bible. the first part of the Muslim declaration of faith (la ilah illa allah) is quite universal. All Christians can join the Muslims in that declaration because all it means is 'There is no ilah (god with a small g) except Allah (God with a capital G)'. So we can all be united on that one. )

The Muslims here may find it quite palatable if the Orthodox Church of Russia, Serbia, Greece, Cyprus or Romania want to use the word ‘Allah’ because these churches do not believe in the concept of the Trinity.

(First of all, Eastern Orthodox Churches are Obedient to the Pope and are in communion with Rome.The Russian Orthodox Church and Greek Orthodox are in 99.9 percent agreement with the Catholic Church but have a disagreement with the Filique in the Nicene Creed where the Catholic Church say the Holy Spirit comes from both the Father and Son where as the Greek Church say's the Original statement which is from the Father only and the other is the Role of the Pope.The Russian and Greek Churches accept him as first among equals where as the Catholic Church proclaims him as the Head of the Church on earth until Christ return.All three beliefs accept the doctrine of the trinity. I believe the Orthodox Church also believes in the Unitary of God and regards other Catholic denominations as ‘deviant teachings’.

(Again, there is no such thing as a Catholic denomination. All Orthodox Churches agree with the Trinity. Anytime you have a group which rejects the Trinity or rejects the Deity of Jesus, you have a false cult.)

I would also want to ask the Malaysian Catholic Church if whether the word ‘Allah’ is being used by all Catholic countries like Ireland, France, Italy and all the Catholic churches in the US, UK, Australia and those in Latin America. Hello, I don't think so.

(Brother Saad, whether you like it or not, the first Holy Bible was in existance in 1818 where the name 'Allah' is used. Check the above snapshot of the Malay Bible in 1818. Here are some examples of where Allah was found in the Malay Bible over the years as reflected in John 1:1) -

Sebelum dunia ini diciptakan, Firman itu telah ada. Firman itu ada bersama-sama dengan Allah, bahkan Firman itu ialah Allah juga. (Modern Malay, 1976)

If the Catholic Church of Malaysia still wants to pursue this matter, have they consulted other Catholics and also the Pope because all the Catholic teachings must come from the Vatican.

And finally, if the Anglicans, the Methodists, the Southern Baptists, the Mormons, the Lutherans, and the myriad of other Christian denominations are not using the word ‘Allah’ for God, why are Malaysia's Catholics insisting on using it?

(Brother Saad, have you heard of the Christian Federation of Malaysia? Do you know that the Catholic , Protestant and Evangelical Churches except for cults like the Mormons, Church of Scientology and Jehovah's Witnesses are part of this organization? Do you know that the Protestants and Evangelicals are all using Allah in their Bahasa Malaysia worship and liturgy and they are solidly behind the Catholic Church in this struggle?)

We should note that animals are often not monogamous, they engage in group sex, lesbian sex, etc.

Our close relative that shares most of our DNA, the bonobo chimpanzee,engages in oral sex, lesbian sex, etc.

As I recall the papers saying a year ago, Dr. Chua's wife knew of the affair but approved. I think his sex life is only his concern and his wife's, if she does not mind his having a girlfriend why should anybody else mind?

I think the authorities should stop disturbing people who engage in consensual sex.
most people do oral sex.
In fact, I think teens should be encouraged to substitute oral sex for intercourse, to avoid unwanted pregnancies.

As much as I'm against racial political parties, thus against the existence of the MCA, I think if the MCA exists Dr. Chua would be a good person as it's President.
I also think we need Dr. Chua back as health minister. The medical system in the country is important and complex and needs an experienced doctor to run it.

Holding Lee Kuan Yew Accountable – Part 2

In Part I of this essay, I drew attention to the fact that Mr Lee Kuan Yew was negligent when he, in a speech he delivered in July 2007, called on Singaporeans to “maximise our opportunities in this golden period.” This happened at a time when the world's economy was already teetering on the brink.

But some argue that Mr Lee is no longer the prime minister and hasn't been one for nearly two decades. Why should he be the one to take the blame? Take a look at what he wrote in his memoir:

Singapore's financial centre was considered over-regulated compared to Hong Kong's. Critics wrote: "in Hong Kong, what is not expressly forbidden is permitted; in Singapore, what is not expressly permitted is forbidden”...Only after the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) had demonstrated the strength of its system to weather the financial crisis of 1987 and 1997-98 did I feel confident enough to move closer to a position where what is not expressly forbidden is permitted.

Note the pronoun. It was he, not the cabinet, who allowed the financial system to become less regulated. Note also the period: It was post 1997. He was not the prime minister then, it was Mr Goh Chok Tong. Why was PM Goh not the one to decide which course our financial system should take?

But why is a speech Mr Lee made in 2007 even important in the present crisis?

If you were a Lehman Brothers' investor back then and had heeded the MM's advice, you would have ploughed even more money into buying the minibonds. (Some of the Town Councils obviously did.) If you were looking to buy a house, you would have paid top-dollar for the bubble property price. And if you were looking to start a business then, you would have borrowed heavily to capitalise on the boom.

And if you were Mr Lee or his daughter-in-law, Ho Ching, you would have placed tens of billions of dollars of our reserves in Western banks. Which is exactly what they did. Read more HERE:

EXPOSED! AHMAD ISMAIL COVERTLY TRYING TO BRING DOWN PENANG GOVERNMENT.

It was reported that Penang Chief Minister YAB Lim Guan Eng is planning to sue Utusan Malaysia over a misleading article on the Interfaith Council. What appears to be controversial was that the newspaper claimed that the Interfaith Council would put Islam equal with other religions. (Ain't all man created equal in God's image?). Anyway, this development comes hot on the heals on a developing story in Penang.

According to Lazarus, controversial Bukit Bendera Umno Chief Ahmad Ismail is working behind the scenes to destabilize the Penang State Government. The latest has been the controversy surrounding the eviction of traders in the Batu Ferringhi beach area. Lazarus tells The Scribe that the traders, involved in watersports, souvenir stalls, food stalls and motels along the beachfront have been given four days to vacate their premises by the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP).

It appears that Ahmad Ismail and his band of thugs and lapdogs from MCA. MIC and Gerakan are making a concerted effort to attack the service of Tanjong Bungah Assemblyman YB Teh Yee Cheu. They claim that YB Teh is out of touch with the common folk zand that he has a poor command of Malay. They also claim that YB Teh did not bother to forward their Memo to MPPP which has led to the current problem. They say that YB Teh is only interested in cycling. According to Lazarus, Ahmad Ismail has been instigating the illegal traders in who have been plying their trade all this while in along the Batu Ferringhi Beach area because the previous Gerakan/BN government of Koh Tsu Koon dare not take action because the majority of the traders are Malays. In fact, parking fees are collected by illegal parking attendants at the Bistro and hawker complex behind Penang Park Royal. A check done by Lazarus revealed that the parking proceeds goes to some fund connected to Ahmad Ismail and not MPPP.

The Pakatan Rakyat government on the other hand governs without fear or favor. This has been exploited by Ahmad Ismail and the Evil BN/Umno regime to discredit the PR government in Penang. They have been instigating the folk in Kampung Belacan and Kampung Chetty to protest against the PR government of Penang. The same thing is going on in Tanjong Tokong. In order to give it a multi racial flavor, Ahmad Ismail has got his MCA. MIC and Gerakan lapdogs to get the non Malays to protest as well. The MSM especially RTM, TV3, Utusan Malaysia and The Star have their people on standby round the clock in Batu Ferringhi hoping to do a major spin when trouble breaks out.

Incidentally, YB Teh's Tanjong Bungah Constituency also covers Batu Ferringhi and Tanjong Tokong which falls under the Bukit Bendera Parliamentary Constituency where Ahmad Ismail is the Umno Chief. The Scribe hopes that the Pakatan Rakyat leadership in Penang will seriously look into this situation currently underway in Penang so that it's credibility and image in Penang does not get tarnish by Ahmad Ismail and his thugs abetted by the MSM.

Ong Tee Keat Out To Finish Off Chua Soi Lek on Najib's Orders!!!

Police are investigating MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek for oral sex, considered carnal intercourse against the order of nature, based on footage from his sex DVD scandal more than a year ago.

The former health minister believes that this is an attempt by political opponents to discredit him yet again.

“I strongly feel that there is an attempt by some quarters to revive the DVD to continue to discredit, threaten and cow me into silence,” he said.

The sex scandal resurfaced on Feb 10 after a Kelana Jaya resident claimed that an envelope containing the DVD and a letter was placed in his mailbox.

The letter instructed the recipient to lodge a police report after watching the video.
Upon watching the DVD, the resident realised that the DVD was a pornographic video and proceeded to make the police report.

Dr Chua gave a statement at the district police headquarters at Petaling Jaya this morning and told investigators that the video is the same as the one that surfaced a year ago.

In Jan 2008, the former Labis MP admitted to being the man in a sex video and resigned from all political posts.

Although he made a comeback in the MCA polls last October as the party’s number two, he and president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat has had to make constant denials of a running feud.

In fact, The Scribe is dead sure that had Chua Soi Lek gone for the Number one post in MCA, it would be him and not Tee Keat who would be President of MCA. Just imagine, if Soi Lek switches over to Pakatan Rakyat, half of MCA will go with him.

Malik Imtiaz has just been informed by the Registrar of the Federal court that the three judges have indicated that they will be reserving their judgment, to be delivered on another date to be fixed later. They have said that they will write up their judgments.That means no decision today on the motions to review the dismissal of RPK's 4 motions last week, including the dismissal of the motion to recuse Augustine Paul.Have also been informed that the hearing of the appeal proper in court room 2 will also not proceed.RPK will continue to remain free.

Holding Lee Kuan Yew accountable – Part 1

In what has become a landmark speech Minister Mentor pointed out in July 2007 that, thanks to his party, the economy was headed skywards: Tourism, consumer confidence, job creation, inflow of wealth, etc were all at an all time high. Not only was the economy going great guns, social development was apparently also doing swimmingly.

In fact things were so rosy then that Mr Lee couldn't hide his excitement: "If there are no wars or oil crises, this golden period can stretch out over many years."Barely one, let alone many, later Singapore's economy started to go into a tailspin – and, might it be pointed out, there were no wars or oil crises.In other words, the MM's prediction was spectacularly wrong – not that there is anything surprising with that, Mr Lee had been wildly off the mark many times before:In January 1998 Mr Lee predicted: "I don't think you're going to get a significant or dramatic political change in Indonesia."

Four months later, Suharto was toppled.In 1995, the then Senior Minister proclaimed: "Both the Suzhou and Singapore sides recognise that they need to work as a team for the Suzhou Industrial Park to compete successfully..." Three years later, the project collapsed.In 1997 just prior to the general elections, Mr Lee told HDB residents that upgrading would lead to a "40 to 50 percent increase in the value of your HDB property." Before the year was over, property prices plunged with the advent of the Asian financial crises.There's nothing wrong, of course, about making bad predictions. Let's be fair, everyone at some point has made calls that have turned out embarrassingly wrong. Mr Lee has made, and will make, his fair share.

The difference with the MM's words is that they drive policy formulation which involves spending of billions of dollars of public monies. Once spoken, these words precipitate PAP groupthink; few dare to tell the Mr Lee that he is wrong, let alone hold him accountable for his errors in judgement which have catastrophic consequences.Oracle of the East he is not but you wouldn't know that if you spoke to the servants with whom the MM surrounds himself and on whom he lavishes made-in-heaven salaries.

These highly intelligent individuals apparently go into a synaptic short-circuit when they are in his presence and suspend all form of independent thinking. Integrating The Police and The Rakyat

Presently, we see the police staying in large compounds of police property.That means police are living with other police, mixing with other police.
that has certain drawbacks.

It fosters an us (police) against them (civilian) mentality. Police in any society are naturally "cliquish", living apart from civilians simply increases the cliquishness. It's clear from the behaviours of some police that some police regard civilians as an enemy to be defeated at all costs. If the police live with civilians the hard attitude of the police may soften.

It isolates the police from the community. If the police live in ordinary housing as civilians do, the police can see the comings and goings of people in the vicinity and note any unusual activity. That will aid in crime detection and prevention.

Also, civilians will get to know the police better and realise that not all police are bad,there are some good police, unfortunately it's the bad police who people remember, thanks to human psychology. people's brains are simply better at remembering an unpleasant experience than a pleasant one.

My suggestion therefore is that police housing be closed and the police personnel and their families be dispersed into the general community.

A senior constitutional lawyer left Kuala Lumpur yesterday for London to engage the services of a QC on behalf of Umno to advise the party on a host of questions that is roiling debate in the country......Sources say the QC that will be engaged by Umno is likely to be someone who has already appeared in the courts here in a span going back almost three decades.It is believed that a QC who has appeared in cases in Singapore is also on the shortlist.Three high-profile QCs who have previously appeared in Malaysia and Singapore to argue on complex issues of law have been Michael Beloff, Anthony Lester and Geoffrey Robertson. Beloff appeared in the Federal Court for proponents of the Merdeka University in 1982. He was unsuccessful in the Merdeka University appeal.Lester was engaged by the Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) as counsel when the late Mustapha Datu Harun sued Sabah governor Adnan Roberts and Chief Minister Pairin Kitingan for restoration as chief minister in 1985. Mustapha lost the case. -

Should we abolish race based political party's ?

Should we abolish race based political party's ? I refer to(The Star) - Respondents to an online opinion poll have voted overwhelmingly for the abolition of race-based political parties in the country.Some 90% of about 500 respondents believe that the abolition would result in greater social harmony and understanding among the various communities.I feel vindicated after much slack from naysayers who opined that race based politics is still relevant.I an convinced that the cause of our political impasse is in a large part due to race based political party's. I call for more polls to be taken by independent pollsters that are larger than above sample size of 500 ,as pro race based political party proponents are likely to arguewith regards to the small sample size. There is much talk about racial unity coming from the so called liberal factions within the ranks of race based political parties (RBPP).I doubt there can be any sincere introspection by these RBPP as their very survival depends on racial polarization.It is akin to inviting drug dealers to participate in an anti drug campaign.

Simply put - if you are part of the problem you cannot be part of the solution.That is why since the political tsunami on March 08, 2008 we often hear catchphrases like unity, soul searching, reform and what not but race relations in Malaysia seems to be on a downward spiral.What we can achieve with the current model is not racial unity but mere racial tolerance, tolerance has boundaries and when they are breached can turn ugly.Why should we merely tolerate when we can revel in our diversity ?

Without doubt UMNO survived by playing up to the fear of the Malays being marginalized to the hilt, and this fear is very real- in casual talks I have gathered from many Malay friends from diverse backgrounds from dispatch boy, architect,taxi driver, town council worker and the pakcik who sells me nasi lemak- they feel that as it is they do not hold the economic pie in proportion to their population, what more if their political power is usurped, they will have nothing- the challenge is however debunking this lie perpetrated by UMNO.

Every general election they would campaign with strong hints either vote BN or we will have another May 13th even if they lose two thirds majority. When everything was calm in the aftermath of GE12 they knew their bluff was called, they then went on to say the Pakatan alliance would not last 2 months, when that too was debunked, they did the only thing they are good at, stir up racist and religious sentiments, it does not matter if it was true-just stir- road signs, scholarship quotas, pig farm, university admission quotas, anything - clearly showing desperation. Protests were more prevalent in states taken over by Pakatan, by wolfish UMNO warlords donning the sheepskin of NGO's.

Then there is the fence sitter group between ages 45-55 who voted the BN on March 08 despite being unhappy because they were afraid of trouble if BN lost its two thirds majority, as the new state governments expose more wrongdoings of the previous BN government especially in Penang and Selangor, and the much feared repeat of May 13th 1969 not happening despite BN's loss of its two thirds majority, this group has become, disillusioned, brave, more bold and likely to vote against BN the next round, the racist politics of fear that UMNO played up in the recent past was likely done to intimidate this group who have living memory of May 13th race riots.

This will go on indefinitely as long as race based parties exist. BN component parties have failed miserably to be a check and balance against abuse of power by UMNO. They share the blame as UMNO alone with 79 seat cannot form the Federal Government. The best BN can do is follow Kuli's suggestion of a unity government by merging BN components into a single entity. Then only can we see a viable 2 party system emerge. Only then will racial politicking be curtailed, as Pakatan and BN unity government will have to woo voters based on issues, then we can see more parties that champion environmental issues , healthcare etc being formed. If you want to keep culture and traditions alive form associations or clubs, racial politicking in the long run is just plain stupid and retrogressive besides you cannot do anything about your ethnicity nor is it any achievement to be born into a certain ethnic line, none of us chose our parents.

Before this can happen however, we must examine our own bigoted tendencies that unscrupulous politicians are willing to exploit.The Malays must lose their irrational fear and stop declaring non Malay citizens subordinate. The non-Malays/Muslims should stop labeling all Malays as this and that because of the actions of a few UMNOputras and get a grip of their Islamophobia, stop labeling all Muslims as "Taliban" and such because of a few fatwas issued by those who are on BN payroll. This is deeply hurting and alienating Malay /Muslims who threw their support behind Pakatan. Its easy to point fingers but it takes 2 to tango. Malaysia does not need more bigots, we need peacemakers and lots of them. What can we do in the meantime before the next elections ?

Political party's love to have bragging rights as to membership numbers.For example MIC to this day brags about having 600,000 members yet in the last general elections could not even garner 200,000 of the popular vote.The ruling coalition themselves (BN) claim to have 5 million members but just garnered a tad over 4 million votes in the same election.This shows there are many members who are registered with BN component party's but voted the opposition any way, if you are one of them or have changed youraffiliation, please send in your RESIGNATION LETTER so they no longer have bragging rights citing redundant memberships. To the 90% of respondents in above poll and other like minded citizens, I say that there is no need to abolish RBPP's by constitutional means, just refrain from giving them your votes and they will die a natural death.

HIJACKED!! (the NEP story) and the Media

The NEP was supposed to help the Malays achieve economic parity with the Chinese.
supposedly the Malays were disadvantaged and could not achieve economic parity without assistance from the government.

The Malays got preferential treatment on government contracts and were given preference for employment in government agencies, such as the police.

BN/UMNO cleverly hijacked the NEP to it's advantage.

The NEP was used as a means to channel money to companies linked toBN/UMNO cronies.
it was also cited as 'evidence' that the Chinese were marginalising the Malays, i.e. the NEP would not exist but for the need of the Malays to reach economic parity with the Chinese.

That the Malays never seemed to reach economic parity was cited as 'evidence' that the NEP was still needed.

BN/UMNO wanted it thus, so contracts could be awarded on the basis of ethnicity rather than on cost. Much RM was siphoned from contracts toMalay cronies.
BN/UMNO suppresses the Malays much like how the MIC suppresses the Indians.
BN/UMNO wants the Malays to feel the odds are stacked against them andBN/UMNO are their saviour.

The NEP is a shadow play, supposedly helping the Malays but fostering racial hatred by blaming the Chinese for the Malays failing to achieve economic parity.

The Malays are indoctrinated to believe they are lord and master ofMalaysia but treated unfairly.

The NEP creates in the Malays a culture of dependency, an attitude of feeling inferior and a laziness, a why work so hard feeling, becausethe NEP assures them a bowl of rice.

Some Malays are figure heads, their work is just to give a company the status it needs to get government contracts.

Not all the Malays have stepped into the NEP trap, some Malays are quite hard working.

Unfortunately BN/UMNO indoctrinated the Malays effectively, especially when it controlled the media. Many Malays were thus drawn into theBN/UMNO trap.
BN/UMNO loves censorship and hates the internet, partly because it wants to keep the NEP.

Some Chinese resent the NEP because of the preferential treatment of Malays. The Chinese feel they are strangers in the own country.

When BN/UMNO calls the Chinese "pendatang" and waves a kris callingfor Chinese blood, the Chinese justifiably feel insecure.
It is time to scrap the NEP, because the NEP has degenerated into an excuse for racism and a channel for enriching cronies.

Membongkar Pakatan UMNO - Singapura - Israel!

"Dalam keasyikan kita semua bergaduh berikutan serangan bertubi-tubi UMNO ke atas Perak dan negeri-negeri Pakatan Rakyat, ramai yang tidak sedar bahawa UMNO turut berpakat dengan Singapura dalam menghadapi ancaman terbesar UMNO dalam sejarahnya iaitu Pakatan Rakyat.

Artikel ini membongkar kerjasama antara UMNO dengan Singapura dalam menghadapi Pakatan Rakyat. Batu Putih dan Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar hanyalah permulaan.. Mari kita lihat.

Sebelum kita meneliti kerjasama antara UMNO dan Singapura, mari kita terlebih dahulu melihat bagaimana Singapura memperkuda rakyat Malaysia selama ini:

1. Perjanjian air yang berat sebelah antara Malaysia & Singapura membebankan Malaysia. UMNO melalui Johor menjual air dengan harga 3sen untuk 1000 gelen kepada Singapura dan perjanjian sah sehingga 2050. Singapura kemudiannya menjual air ini kepada syarikat perkapalan yang berlabuh dengan harga US20 dolar untuk 1000 gelen.

2. Malaysia seterusnya hilang kedaulatan apabila tidak berani membuat jambatan bengkok dalam kawasan Malaysia kerana takut reaksi balas Singapura. Begitulah komen Tun Mahathir.

3. Malaysia membenarkan kereta-kereta Singapura membahayakan rakyat Malaysia . Kereta penulis sendiri pernah dilanggar oleh pemandu Singapura yang memandu bagai nak gila. Mereka masuk keluar dengan cukup mudah. Pemandu Singapura terkenal sebagai pemandu yang laju dan merbahaya sewaktu memandu di Malaysia. Di Singapura, undang-undang mereka ketat di mana kereta Malaysia tidak boleh keluar Singapura sehingga semua saman dijelaskan. Ini berbeza dengan Malaysia di mana pemandu Singapura bebas keluar masuk.

4. Kehilangan pulau Batu Puteh. Modus operandi cukup mudah. Dapatkan dokumen dari malaysia bahawa Malaysia tidak menuntut kawasan tersebut. Kemudian laburkan beberapa juta untuk infrastruktur. Akhirnya, bawa kes ke mahkamah antarabangsa dan Singapura menang.

5. Isu-isu penambakan yang sentiasa membesarkan Singapura.

6. Usaha Singapura menjadikan nagara tersebut negara kasino membawa kesan kepada Malaysia. Kaki judi dari malaysia akan mengalirkan matawang malaysia ke Singapura yang merugikan ekonomi Malaysia.

7. Singapura memilih pemimpin bijak yang jujur di mana majoriti kepimpinan mempunyai ijazah sarjana dari Harvard dan Oxford dan mereka diawasi oleh badan pencegah rasuah yang bebas dari kawalan kerajaan. Ini berbeza dgn malaysia di mana kepimpinan negara tidak terpelajar dan rasuah. Yang terpelajar pula cukup korup dan badan pencegah rasuah tidak bebas.

Berdasarkan modus operandi yang sama ke atas Batu Puteh, Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar akhirnya berkemungkinan besar boleh menjadi kepunyaan Singapura."
Israel akan menguasai Malaysia melalui Singapura. UMNO telah "menjual" Johor melalui Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar apabila menerima Singapura sebagai pelabur utama. Sejarah Batu Putih dijangka berulang! Singapura sangat dipengaruhi Yahudi dan ketenteraan Singapura dlatih sendiri oleh Yahudi. Mereka yang berada dalam bidang ketenteraan boleh mengesahkan hal ini. Kerjasama UMNO – Singapura – Israel ini boleh dilihat dengan mudah:

1. Pemimpin UMNO membuat kenyataan bahawa kehilangan kedaulatan Pulau Batu Putih merupakan satu win-win situation.

2. UMNO cuba menjual Malaysia kepada Singapura dengan projek kerjasama landasan keretapi antara Malaysia-Singapura. Dari sudut undang-undang, Singapura selaku pelabur utama akan berhak ke atas infrastruktur landasan tersebut yang meliputi satu Malaysia. Cubaan UMNO gagal berikutan bantahan kuat dari rakyat.

3. UMNO mengiktiraf Fatah yang disenangi Israel dan enggan mengiktiraf Hamas yang mempertahankan Palestin dan merupakan kerajaan yang sah di Palestin.

4. Lee Kuan Yew sendiri pernah membuat kenyataan bahawa beliau tidak selesa dengan Anwar Ibrahim. Ini kerana Anwar dilihat sebagai lebih bijak dalam menghadapi Singapura berbanding Najib dan Pak Lah.

5. Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar akan mengakibatkan orang Melayu hilang tanah mereka apabila tanah-tanah tersebut akan dijual kepada orang Singapura dengan harga yang mahal. Ini tidak pelik berikuta kemelesatan ekonomi global.

6. Wakil Singapura iaitu KJ sentiasa memperjuangkan kepentingan Singapura. Selaku pelajar dari Singapura yang lahir di Kuwait, cukup melucukan apabila KJ cuba menampilkan diri sebagai hero Melayu. Sikapnya yang selalu bermain api perkauman tidak menjadi isu bagi penyokong UMNO yang dulu, kini dan selamanya bersama UMNO.

7. Singapura yang terkenal dengan penguasaan kuat pihak kerajaan ke atas rakyatnya memang tidak selesa dengan pembangkang. Di Singapura, internet dikawal sepenuhnya dan web seperti ini confirm akan diblock dan pemiliknya dipenjara!

UMNO tidak dapat berbuat begitu kerana terikat dengan perjanjian MSC di mana Malaysia memberi jaminan kepada pelabur asing tidak akan menyekat internet.. Pakatan Rakyat bertarung di Perak, orang UMNO Johor pula yang terlopong apabila hilang Batu Putih dan Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar. Dunia yang lucu……

We invested $14 billion in UBS for this?

In December 2007 the GIC invested S$14.2 billion in Swiss bank UBS. Its deputy chairman and executive director, Dr Tony Tan, had told the world: "In the case of UBS, they have a worldwide global wealth management business which is something not replicable by any bank."Of course not. Which bank conspires with tax cheats to hide away their money for which it now has to pay nearly US$800 million in fines? (See CNN report below)

The bank has admitted to helping defraud the US Government and, apart from paying the fine, has agreed to providing the identities of, and account information for, suspected American customers of UBS. The bank has also agreed to cease its practice of serving customers with "undeclared accounts". Back at home, the GIC had invested US$9 billion in UBS in 2007. Since that year, the Swiss bank has written down more than US$50 billion. It posted a loss of US$17 billion in 2008.But these problems did not come about only in December 2007 when Dr Tan gave his ringing endorsement and, together with Mr Lee Kuan Yew, put S$14.2 billion into the troubled bank. In February that year US President Barack Obama, then a senator, had introduced legislation that would allow the US to pursue Americans who evaded taxes by stashing their funds in foreign banks.

Either Dr Tan knew about the developments and problems that UBS was facing and chose to ignore them, or he had no clue that trouble was brewing in and around the bank. Which is worse? (By the way, Dr Tan is also the chairman of the Singapore Press Holdings, a state-owned company that monopolises the local print media, as well as the former deputy prime minister. Social Inequality & Racial Hatred In Malaysia

mahathir is saying that race based political parties must remain.
race based parties are an old political tool, used to suppress the rakyat by the "divide and conquer" method.
also it can be used to maintain separation of people along raciallines, to facilitate racial hatred.
it makes another 13 May more likely, something the government would like to happen, for it would be an excuse to impose emergency rule.
the arguments of mahathir and others that race based parties are needed for a harmonious society is obviously false. look for example at the harmonious societies of the uk and usa, their parties are basedon ideology, not race.
laws and privileges based on race embed inequality into all aspects of society.
it affects people's economic status, their social status, educational status, even their health.
the less privileged racial group faces stress from how others treatthem as inferior.
the less privileged group tends to be less educated, poorer,malnourished, have poor housing.
the stress and poor nutrition foster poor health, including mental problems.
drug abuse and alcohol abuse also occur, as the marginalised group attempt to "self-medicate" to reduce the emotional pain they feel.
because they don't have much money they have trouble with access to medical care.
even if treatment is free they still have to pay for transport to the hospital or clinic. if they pay for the transport they may not havemoney for food.
after a generation or two has lived under a racist system, racism becomes the norm.
society then ignores the plight of the marginalised less privilegedracial group, thinking "they are like that" that's how it's always been" "they will always be that way."
because race is something a person is born with and cannot change,classification of people by race can be used as a tool to make themfeel helpless and hopeless; because they can never escape their race based inferior social position in a racist society.
that is the situation in malaysia, in particular with the indians, whoare the most marginalised group.
samy vellu knows this and has exploited the indians for nearly 30years, suppressing them and robbing them (remember maika) while claiming to be their saviour.
umno has done a very similar thing with the malays. the specious arguments umno is making against teaching maths & science in engli share made because umno does not want the malays to be better educated;because they will become more difficult for umno to control.
it is resentment of inferior social position, not skin colour, that is behind racial hatred.
to see that, look at small children of various races. they happily play together.
they are not bothered by their brown, yellow and white skins. they know nothing of inferior social positions.
that changes as they grow up and are indoctrinated in school, at home and elsewhere that there are "superior" and "inferior" races.
they become transformed from sweet racially tolerant kids into ranting shouting kris waving monsters calling for blood.
bn/umno know well the psychology of racial discrimination and racial indoctrination and exploit it to remain in power. that is what is behind mahathir's comments.
for malaysian society to advance further, race based politics must be eliminated.
let's say "goodbye and good riddance" to bn/umno.

More pics of Nazri Junior, this ones are even more telling than the ones circulated that I have seen,When opposition MP Elizabeth Wong's voyuer pics were exposed recently, I was pleasantly surprised,that minister Nazri Aziz is one of the few who offered solidarity and support to her within UMNO.Whether it was a sincere gesture or a case of "those living in glass houses should not throw stones".We can only speculate.His sons name is Nadim, nothing wrong with the pics actually -just a young man discovering his hormones but it would put his fatherin a quandry if the good minister were to participate in discussions that border on piety and morality.

BTW, Minister in charge of Islamic affairs Zahid Hamidi (also the architect of the Perak coup d'etat) says Eli Wong's ex-boyfriend can be charged in the Syariah Court for Zina (adultery) if proven,makes one think why Zahid and the sanctimonious people atthe religious affairs department do not take action against Abdul Razak Baginda, since he is a self confessed adulterer.who clearly said that he did not murder Altantuya but admits having an affair with her.Yes, no incriminating pictures needed, we have a confession.It does not help that the whole country knows that he is a close friend of the current deputy prime minister.The DPM has yet to deny the sms exchange between himself and Razak Baginda's counsel that raise suspicion of interfering with the judiciary and prisons department. What has the religious affairs department have to say about this ?

Oh and while they are at it they should also investigate pictures purportedly showing Hishamuddin and Khairy partaking in alcohol.Otherwise the government of the day should just stop the boorishly telling the citizens not to speculate.

Elizabeth Wong is against open burning and other pollution of theenvironment, one of the reasons bn/umno does not like her.

BN/Umno wants money in their pockets and accounts overseas even if itmeans damaging the environment and the health of the present & future generations of Malaysians.
Mahathir is called the Father of Malaysia Inc., I call him the father of Malaysia sink, because under his rule Malaysia sank to new lows re.human rights.
His style of rule I describe as 'my way or the ISA'.

He removed the separation of power between the executive and judicialbranches of government, bringing the judiciary under control of the Executive, i.e. the pm.
(N.B. the above means Najib will soon be in control of the judiciary.what do you think will happen then to the matters of Altantuya, RPK,HINDRAF, etc.? I think you know the answer is Najib will totally block them, using C4 if he thinks that is appropriate. And why not? itworked for Altantuya, it can work for RPK, HINDRAF, etc., also, can't it?)

That separation of power is a key component of democratic society,thus mahathir can be said to have killed democracy in malaysia.

He also eliminated trial by jury, thus turning the judicial process from a transparent one to an opaque one.

Removal of juries from trials also made trials dependent on judges.Mahathir, aided by the police, removed impartial honest judges and replaces them with subservient corrupt ones.

The creation of a judicial appointments commission (jac) can addressonly the honesty of judges. although honesty of judges is an important issue, the JAC does nothing to correct the lack of separation between the executive and judiciary, meaning the pm can overrule the courts.

It also does nothing to bring back juries, meaning that the judicial process is still hidden from public scrutiny, leaving the judicial process vulnerable to secret interference.

Thus the JAC does very little to improve the judiciary, certainly not enough and certainly not what is needed.

The reason the BN/Umno government wants the jac, is to appear to the public to be reforming the judiciary while in fact still remaining in control of the judiciary.
the JAC is thus exposed as just another BN/Umno wayang kulit.

Until those above 2 changes made to the judiciary by Mahathir, have been reversed, i.e. separate the executive from the judiciary and reinstate trial by jury; Malaysia cannot be and will not be a democracy.

If those changes are not made soon, Malaysia will sink to depths so low they are almost unimaginable now.
(Perhaps Najib as PM, C4ing so many people it will sound like new years fireworks. Malaysia can get into Guiness World Record for mostC4 consumed per capita.)
My personal view of Mahathir is that he is an intelligent man, with the personality defect of thinking he should be able to hoodwink and control everyone else.

I believe that even now at his old age he is eager to be in control while trying to hide the fact he is in control. he wants to be thedalang of the next act in Malaysian politics. do not let him.
