Positive Freak however, has this to say to Samy F. Vellu and the rest of the Pariah's and opportunists who seem to be preoccupied with somehow blaiming the plight of the Kampung Buah Pala Villagers on Pakatan Rakyat.

An 18-year-old National Service Trainee has all but lost his left eye while undergoing training at a National Service camp in Mersing recently. The 18-year-old victim was sent to the Mersing Hospital and later transferred to the Batu Pahat Hospital, where he is now. After two operations, doctors are uncertain if he will ever regain his sight. The incident happened after a trainer allegedly flung his truncheon to the ground in a fit of rage during a marching session, and rebounded off the ground and hit the victim's left eye, seriously injuring it. This latest incident was not reported by the BN controlled MSM in order to protect the Evil BN/Umno Regime of Najib Razak.

We have often heard of parents and even NS Trainees praising the program. Parents who praise such the NS are very much the same people who would tell teachers in schools to cane their children believing that it would toughen and instill discipline in them. It is parents like this would probably physically abuse their children all in the name of instilling discipline. What these parents don’t realize is that teachers looked down on such parents as they feel that they have failed as parents. As for those Trainees who praise the program, well either they were lucky they didn’t come home in a box or it was an opportunity to showpiece their repressed egos.

Talking about egos, PM Najib Razak and the BN/Umno regime must be held responsible for the tragedy that has befallen NS Trainees thus far. The following extracted from Wikipedia is good enough reason to immediately scrap the cursed National Service.

After the 2004 pilot batch completed their National Service, the youth wing of the MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association, Malaysia's largest ethnic Chinese party), on behalf of themselves and 8 other Chinese-based youth organizations, issued a memorandum to the National Service Training Council calling for more non-Malay trainers. They also criticised the lack of counsellors, imbalanced diet for the participants, poor communications among the various secretariats and no code of conduct for camp commandants or directors, trainers, facilitators and supervisors. Despite this somewhat diplomatic language it is clear that there is a problem with bullying by NCOs and Officers, a lack of cultural sensitivity by the BARISAN political party affiliated organizers, and a reluctance to provide a proper diet for the mainly Buddhist Chinese Malaysians and Hindu Indian Malaysians.

Other main controversy issues of Malaysian National Service include the selection system where the government computer database system picks up the trainees randomly without even knowing about their social status. Some cases include poor teenagers who need to work for their living and young mothers with newborn babies who were selected for the program, which are considered as inhumane. However, selected trainees for more recent sessions with special cases can send a letter of appeal to be exempted from the training and will usually be approved

In 2005, concerns were raised in Parliament that youth were being taught to use firearms, namely M-16 rifles, in National Service. Deputy Prime Minister, Najib Razak, stated that this was merely a pilot project. However, Democratic Action Party Member of Parliament (MP) for the constituency of Batu Gajah, Perak, claimed that the Parliamentary Select Committee on Unity and National Service had not been informed of the project. The firearms module is presently an official module in the program.

Trainees are required to submit a health status declaration form but are not required to seek qualified medical opinion in completing this declaration (unlike, for example, United States Space Camp which requires qualified medical certification of health status). Trainees are required to complete a medical checkup before entering the program, which is provided for free at major government clinics. This medical checkup, however, is not reinforced.

Despite of the numbers of fatalities and casualties among trainees, the government is still insisting to continue the program. Recently, Najib Razak had hinted that the program could be extended to 2 years, but he doubted that the parents would accept his proposal. The program has been plagued with claims of poor management right from its inception. As of May 2008, there have been a total of 16 trainee deaths.When pressured by more calls to suspend the program due to the 16th death, Najib responded that it was not feasible to stop the program since "many parties are involved".

Major Incidents
2004
Rape, Merang Camp, Setiu, Terengganu, on 28 February. A female trainee, 17, was raped by Corporal Zuki Mohd, 30, in a Perodua Kancil in the Rhu Tapai agro-industrial estate in Setiu between 7.28pm and 9.10pm on February 28. Zuki Mohd had been employed as a physical module instructor at Merang Camp. The trial began on 14 December 2004 at the Terengganu Sessions Court, and ended on 20 December 2005. Zuki, a military personnel from Kampung Bari Besar, Setiu, was convicted of raping the girl by the Terengganu Sessions Court and was sentenced to 12 years' jail and three strokes of the rotan. The female trainee later sued the trainer as well as the government for negligence.

Lost in jungle, Ovai Wawasan Camp, Papar, Sabah, on 21 February. Around 600 trainees and instructors were lost for almost 12 hours after following the wrong trail during what was meant to be an hour-long afternoon hiking trip. Except for kitchen staff, trainees who had gone to church that day, and several staff members who stayed behind to keep an eye on camp facilities, close to the entire 600+ member camp were involved in the hiking trip. After close to 12 hours, a full name count was finally issued at 2 am..

2005
Food poisoning, PDS Resort Camp, Port Dickson, Negri Sembilan, on 16 May. 60 trainees and instructors at Pusat Latihan Khidmat Negara, Port Dickson Camp, Negeri Sembilan.

2007
Food poisoning, Sri Impian Camp, Sungai Bakap, Penang, on 30 December. Trainees suffered food poisoning due to food served on the first day of camp, 30 December.
Lost in jungle, Kem Lagenda Gunung Ledang, Jasin, Malacca, on 30 April. Twenty-three lost their way during a jungle trekking exercise at Asahan Forest Reserve. The instructor in charge of the group was subsequently dismissed with immediate effect for negligence.

2008
High fever, Kem Desaru Gerak Khas, Kota Tinggi, Johor, on 31 May. 58 trainees came down with vomiting and high fever on 31 May, and were admitted to Kota Tinggi Hospital. The incident began when trainees began to fall sick after returning to camp on 28 May, from the Wirajaya module (a two-day jungle trekking exercise).

Food poisoning, Kem Barracuda, Setiu Agro, Terengganu, on 29 May. 67 trainees developed stomachaches believed to be caused by due to food poisoning on 28 May, barely a week after nine trainees from the same camp suffered the same ailment. Fourteen trainees were warded in the Setiu Hospital, while 53 received outpatient treatment. Four food handlers at the camp also received outpatient treatments at the same hospital. The food was catered from outside, as the camp's canteen had been closed after the May 23 incident when four of the trainees were warded for food poisoning.

Food poisoning, Kem Barracuda, Setiu Agro, Terrenganu, on 23 May. Nine trainees fell ill due to food poisoning, with four trainees being warded at Setiu Hospital. The camp's canteen was subsequently closed down.

Outbreak of unknown fever, Kem PLKN Jiwa Murni, Semanggol, Perak, in late April. At least 10 trainees were warded at the Taiping Hospital, while 80 others were being treated at the camp, and all trainees were given blood tests, for an outbreak of an unidentified fever. The Kerian district health office placed the camp under quarantine. The quarantine was only discovered a few days after being initialized, when parents were turned away from picking up their children for a scheduled week-long break.

2009
A 18-year-old ethnic Chinese trainee was alleged to have been sexually assaulted by more than 20 unidentified men at Lake Chini Resort Camp, Lake Chini, Pahang, on 23 June while making a call from a phone booth on camp grounds at night. Accompanied by her father, the trainee lodged a police report and underwent a medical check-up the next day and did not subsequently return to camp. As of one week later, camp authorities were purportedly pressuring the trainee to return to training.

A racial brawl involving almost 100 trainees occurred in the canteen of Lake Chini Resort Camp, Lake Chini, Pahang, on 27 June following a misunderstanding arising from trainees "inadvertently [shoving] into each other" while rearranging chairs. Following this incident, 17 trainees were arrested by police and held at Pekan district police lock-up for two days before being released after meeting their parents.

2004
Awang Mohd Fazil Awang Borhan, 17, attached to Kem Simalajau, Bintulu, Sarawak. Died on 23 April in a drowning accident. He had been swimming with 36 other trainees at Sungai Cina, Matang, Kuching, Sarawak.
T. Saravana, 18, attached to Kem Ethnobotany, Gua Musang, Kelantan. The trainee from Taiping, Perak drowned while picnicking at Sungai Taman Wangi, Gua Musang, about 3 kilometres from his camp, with 250 trainees and 10 trainers.

2005
Nurul Ashikin Karino, 17, attached to Kem Shan Sui, Tawau, Sabah. Died on 14 May after being injured during training. Karino Jalani (father of the deceased) claimed that he was not allowed to meet his daughter who fell and was injured as part of a training accident.
S. Theresa Pauline, 17, attached to Kem Karisma, Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. Died on 11 June after being admitted to the hospital on 23 May due to having fits. Her death was attributed to viral meningoencephalitis. Her father, S. Sarimuthu was paid RM 32,000.

2006
Haziq Jaafar, 17, attached to Kem Padang Hijau, Kluang, Johor. The trainee from Kota Tinggi, Johor, died after a fight with another trainee at Kem Padang Hijau.

2007
Teng Shian Shen, 18 attached to Kem Pasir Panjang, Port Dickson, Negri Sembilan. Died two weeks after being asked to return home from her training at the Pasir Panjang due to breathing difficulties.

Ili Ameera Azlan, 17, attached to Kem Ayer Keroh, Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Died on 18 January at Malacca Hospital, after suffering breathing difficulties. The parents were paid RM 35,000.
Prema Elenchelian, 18, attached to Kem Kisana Beach Resort, Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. The trainee from Kajang, Selangor, was found unconscious in a toilet at Jeram Linang (0230 hours) on 1 March. She was taken to the Tengku Anis Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Prema's death brought to 12 the number of trainees who have died since the programme began in 2004.
Mohd Rafi Ameer, 18, attached to Cheneh Cemerlang Camp, Kemaman, Pahang. Died at 10.30pm on 3 September, after having fever for 1 week. Rafi had previously called his sister and told her that he had a fever, and that his leg had been swollen for nearly a week after he fell during training.

2008
Too Hui Min, 18, attached to Kem Geo Kosmo, Behrang, Selangor. Died on 7 May at Slim River Hospital, Perak, three days after she started complaining of constipation. The cause of death was later determined as being toxic megacolon - her colon had been swollen and the lining had thinned due to septicemia. Her death was the 16th National Service death, and was followed by several DAP leaders calling for the suspension or even the scrapping of the National Service programme.

Afiz Zuhairi Ahmat Rozali, 18, attached to Kem Sentosa, Chenderiang, Perak. Died on 16 April at Teluk Intan Hospital, Perak, after a brief febrile illness. He was treated by camp paramedics several times before finally being transferred to hospital where he died in less than 24 hours.

2009
Abdul Malik Ishak, 18, attached to Kem Guar Chenderai, Padang Besar, Perlis. Found dead in his bed on June 29, at Kem Guar Chenderai. He had not reported any problems on his self-reported health declaration form.

Defense Ministry sources say RM2.37bil has been spent to finance the national service (NS) program since it was introduced in 2004. RM608.6mil was spent in 2004, RM604.8mil in 2005, RM588.2mil in 2006 and RM565mil in 2007. Prime Minister Najib Razak had said earlier that the program would not exceed RM500mil a year. The Scribe calls on Najib and the BN/Umno regime to have a heart and bury their egos and stop the NS at once before more kids come home in body bags or are physically and emotionally scared. I so poor thing - A Malaysian political wayang kulit trilogy

Wayang Kulit is a traditional theater art-form using puppets and shadow-play to tell the epic tales of the ancient classical Hindu legends, Mahabharata and Ramayana. Using shadows and lights tale after tale is spun to entertain the audience.
In recent times the shadow play by some is no less remarkable.

1) T.Mohan (MIC) - Went all the way to Penang to hand over a memorandum to Penang CM on
behalf of the Kg Buah Pala residents and got arrested.
Even more remarkable the Penang CM was expected to stop the police who come under the ambit
of the Home Ministry that is headed by someone who is under the BN coalition together with MIC.
This proves to all the critics out there our police are truly independent.
Theme : See not only Hindraf activists get arrested fighting for justice, I sacrificed too.
I so poor thing.
P.S. My running for MIC youth chief position is purely incidental.

2) Ong Tee Keat (MCA)
Claims that he received death threats but will not divulge details nor lodge a police report.
Some opposition leaders and his Deputy in MCA sarcastically told him to lodge a report so
he could receive police protection, but not OTK he is a very considerate man who does not
want to burden the already overworked police.
Theme : See, opposition politicians Teresa and Karpal are not the only ones receiving death threats.
This transcends political affiliations,so please support calls to extend the IGP's tenure as we all need protection.
I so poor thing.

3) Lead Investigator (MACC)
Has been transferred due to death threats by very powerful forces, so powerful that he had to be
taken off the case, so powerful that they know who he is even though his name is such a closely guarded
secret, very few or almost nobody seems to know. He better be careful because the mob is looking for "whatsisname".
Theme : In the course of my duties I "whatsisname" declare that I do not wish for fame and shall not allow
these elements to intimidate me, I shall forego my Datukship in the quest for Justice.I so poor thing.
P.S. The Royal Commission and Inquest cannot reveal my name in the course of their investigations
for the reason it may jeopardize my personal safety.... nya ha ha ha ha suckers.

Muhyiddin Yassin juga didampingi Bapak Segala Rasuah Malaysia Mamak Mahathir untuk memberikan pandangan anti rasuah di Negara Bostwana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zambia, dan Caribbean (Barbados).

Kini nampaknya UMNO memperluaskan kuasanya di Negara Negara Afrika selatan, maka rakyat harap semoga UMNO dapat membina tapak Ketuanan Melayu dan merangsangkan rakyat Selatan Afrika supaya memperjuangkan hak hak mereka.

Rakyat juga harap semoga UMNO Berjaya menglobalisasikan ideologi Ketuanan Melayu ke Negara negara afrika selatan, jika apa apa berlaku pada pilihanraya ke 13 akan datang, maka terjaminlah sekurang kurangnya ada suatu tapak untuk UMNO berdikari di Negara Negara Afrika selatan. .

Rakyat juga mengalu-alukan Negara Negara Afrika memperlajari teknik-teknik MACC menghapukan rasuah yang unik, maka Ahmad Said Hamdan dapatlah menjadi penasihat anti rasuah di negara Negara Afrika. Begitu juga Omar Goh Wei Liang dapat membantui UMNO menguruskan kempen anti rasuah di Afrika Selatan.

Maka cadangan pembinaan komplek tingkat tinggi, khasnya kompleks kompleks tingkat 14 diseluruh Afrika selatan akan diistiharkan sebagai ibu pejabat anti rasuah. Dengan maka UMNO juga dapat peluang mengautkan keuntungan dalam pembinaan projek bangunan tinggi .

Tingkat 14 haruslah diistiharkan sebagai ibu pejabat anti rasuah di Afrika Selatan, ini akan memudahkan kakitangan anti rasuah mencampak saksi-saksi terjun ke bawah.

Syariah Lawyers Association Regrets Shahrizat's Statement On Whipping Of Model

KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 (Bernama) -- The Syariah Lawyers Association regretted the statement by Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil on the Syariah Court decision to whip a model for consuming liquor.

Its deputy president Musa Awang said the statement was a challenge and insult to the Kuantan Syariah Court.

He was also replying to a similar statement by Titiwangsa Member of Parliament Dr Lo'lo Mohd Ghazali.

Shahrizat said she was shocked by the Syariah Court decision and called for a fair and just punishment.

Dr Lo'lo was surprised that whipping of women was sanctioned by the Malaysian syariah law adding punishment should be educational, and not to cause hurt.

Musa said although whipping for women was not allowed by civil courts, Islam did not differentiate between men and women offenders.

"Their rights and punishments are the same according to Syariah law and in the eyes of God."

7. Dalam Quran Allah berulang kali berfirman supaya manusia selalu berfikir !!

As we are busily preparing for 1st August 2009, Himpunan Mansuh, we have to also prepare to help defend Kampung Buah Pala which is threatened by demolishment by the developer.

Though the Pakatan Rakyat government is trying its best to come up with a good solution for the residents but the developer and the police seem adamant in carrying out the demolition. This can be seen in the actions of the police who visit the area every day, police also have fixed CCTV’s around the village and the developer’s threat to sue the state government . This indicates the developer is planning to carry out the demolishment on 3rd August 2009, that is next Monday.

Thus we need to be there to defend the village with the people. The Penang JERIT team is calling all activists and concerned people to come to Kampung Buah Pala to defend it from being demolished on the 3rd of August 2009. To avoid problems, you are advised to be there on Sunday night.

"Fakta yang perlu difahami ialah tanah tersebut milik Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang dan Nusmetro Ventures Sdn Bhd. Mengikut undang-undang, penduduk Kampung Buah Pala tinggal di situ secara tidak sah."

Translated: The fact that needs to be understood is that the land is owned by the Penang Government Officers Cooperative and Nusmetro Ventures Sdn Bhd. As such, according to the law, the villagers of Kampung Buah Pala are living there illegally.

The Blog goes on to add:

"Jangan Alihkan Beban Kampung Buah Pala Kepada BN". (Don't shift the Kampung Buah Pala burden to BN).

This explains why the Evil BN/Umno Police blocked the screening of the movie “Gadoh” at Kampung Buah Pala last night on the grounds that it was an illegal gathering, the movie was controversial, and the event didn’t have a police permit. Kampung Buah Pala is believed to be under close police surveillance ahead of a August 2 deadline for residents to vacate the premises in favor of the Penang Government Officers Cooperative and Nusmetro Ventures Sdn Bhd.

It is truly amusing that MIC President the Pariah Dog-in-Chief Samy F. Vellu is trying to score cheap political points by wanting to mediate in the Kampung Buah Pala issue. Rightfully, the Penang Deputy Chief Minister (2) YB Professor Dr. P. Ramasamy told Samy F. Vellu to keep his nose out of the Kampung Buah Pala issue and to just concentrate in solving the woes besieging Maika Holdings.

What the Pariah Dogs of MIC don't want to admit is that Dr. K. Crankster's Answer to Omar Goh's Theory On Teoh Beng Huat's Death

Omar Goh, I have the truth (the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God) as to why he was resting at the MACC building.

He was afraid that the DAP led by Sifu Ronnie "Slippery Frog" Liu were going to kill him. Unfortunately for him, the DAP are known to be a crack team of ninja assassins. In fact DAP stands for Devil Assassin Pact. They are more feared than the fabled Hand of Kyoto prefecture.

So, while Teoh was having nasi lemak with his protectors the MACC, a team of ninja assassins, led by Tony "Black Fist Dragon" Pua, and Teresa "Mistress of the Killer Thighs" Kok, sneaked into the building unseen. using their stealth power dressed in baju kurungs, they merged with the other staff of the MACC who were milling about at 9 am.

On the pretext of delivering kueh mueh and pisang goreng, they entered the room where Teoh was. But instead of karipap, they had smoke bombs which they threw to distract everyone. Then while Gobind "The Bearded Belly of Iron" Singh, knocked out the MACC heroes with his anaconda squeeze kung fu, the other DAP ninjas struck with the flying guillotine.

Unfortunately they missed and it sliced Teoh's trousers (which is why it is torn).

Then in a final desperate bid Lim "Ancient Tortoise of Death" Kit Siang, kicked Teoh with a special spinning heel backward forward high low chopping and blocking kick which threw him out the window.

That is what happened. Sumpah demi UMNO.

Everyone knows the drama played out with the Police during the so-called 100 meter march to Komtar in protest against the Pakatan Rakyat Government in Penang by T. Mohan and the Thugs from MIC supposedly in solidarity with the Kampung Buah Pala Villagers. We all know it was just a Sandiwara with the Police as the supporting cast.

The Scribe really feels sorry for those villagers who were duped into believing that Pariah MIC was fighting for them. I'm totally amused with Pariah MIC and its hypocrisy. The party has asked the Penang state government to allow it to purchase the Kampung Buah Pala land (for RM3.2 million) so that it can be returned to the villagers. The developer, Nusmetro, has threatened to sue the state government for RM150 million if the state invokes the relevant legal provisions to recover the land from the company.Is the MIC willing to take sole responsibility for the possible compensation too if the state is found liable? What these misguided villagers in Kampung Buah Bala need to ask Mohan, Samy Vellu and the MIC is how come the then MIC Prai assemblyman Dr K. Rajapathy who was a state executive member in 2005 when the land was sold off to a cooperative, did not protest the transaction?

Hindraf will stay Independent & Apolitical

Hindraf wishes to clarify its stand on the formation of the Human Right Party Malaysia by its Legal adviser P Uthayakumar.

Hindraf would like to state it would stay independent and apolitical to continue its battle for the voiceless marginalised segment of the community and champion their cause. Our goal from the beginning has been to highlight the plight of the neglected Indian community so that the ruling government will make constructive and concrete efforts to allow them to participate in the socio- development of the nation with equality and fairness.

Hindraf to date have not swayed from its original goals and will continue addressing the issues of the neglected ones without any fear or favour. The confusion and skeptism amongst the public is created and fuelled to split the awareness on the fate of those marginalised segment of the population for each politician's own agenda.

Hindraf will continue to operate as an organisation along with its current coordinators throughout Malaysia and internationally in carrying out its activities with the original objective for the marginalised community.

Hindraf would however support the Indian Political empowerment plan devised by Uthayakumar during his 514 days in detention under the ISA and would render its assistance where possible.

Hindraf reiterates, it will raise and question issues whether it is Umno-led BN, Pakatan and even the newly formed HRP if moral chaos permeates where these politicians continue to fail to uphold their governance in a fairly and just manner for the poor and undefended. Our recent stand on the Kg Buah Pala issue in Penang will speak of our stand on truth and justice even if it means ending our friendship with the DAP led- government in Penang.

Both Omar Goh and Punithan are really 'birds of a feather' who think a world of themselves. Just like how Omar Goh's dad use his contacts to get Omar Goh a PSD scholarship to study in Australia, Punithan's dad did like wise with his MIC contacts to get Punithan into medical school in Indonesia.

They both seem to also share similar sexual dysfunctionalities. If Omar Goh is gay (I'm stating this because until today he has never denied this), Punithan on the other hand is a pervert who seeks pleasure in looking at nude photos of young girls.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, Punithan duped a Japanese teenager by the name of Akiko to sent him nude photos of herself in return of him sending her nude photos of himself. They knew each other through FRIENDSTER. This poor Japanese teen fell for Punithan's sweet talk. However, Punithan did not keep his part of his bargain after getting Akiko's nude photos. Just imagine, this pervert Punithan Shan is now walking the wards of a hospital in Malaysia. No mother should give their daughters hand in marriage to this pariah pervert Punithan.

If Omar Goh (the youth representing MCA) and Punithan Shan (the youth representing MIC), are the best both Umno lapdog component parties can come up with, BN will be history come the 13th General Elections.

I think everyone must do their part to counter the lies and spins by people likes of Omar Goh, Punithan or Parpukari by exposing them for what they are: BN Spin Masters! Royal Commission ala Najib

Pertama, Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan polis diarahkan menyelesaikan siasatan secepat mungkin dan laporan siasatan tersebut, yang sedang berjalan, akan diumumkan.

Dua, satu inkues atau siasatan awam yang diketuai oleh seorang majistret untuk menentukan punca kematian Teoh.

Tiga, menubuhkan suruhanjaya diraja dengan bidang kuasa khas untuk menilai kaedah soal siasat yang diguna pakai oleh SPRM dan menentukan sama ada pernah berlaku pencabulan hak asasi manusia sewaktu Teoh disiasat mulai petang 15 Jun hingga awal pagi esoknya.

Sementara inkues pula bergantung kepada keputusan majistret, tambahnya.

Persoalan yang akan timbul adalah :
a) kenapa hendak bahagikan magistrate dengan royal commission? Ikuttilah the Commissions of Enquiry Act 1950

b) Kenapa Royal commission tidak sekali gus siasat , bagaimakah Teoh mati dibunuh? Cara mana MACC membunuh beliau, kenapa hendak campakkannya jatuh ke tingkat 5? Rakyat memerlukan laporan lengkap dan memahami setakat manakah kezaliman UMNO dan agent penganasnya.

c) Rakyat ingin lihat Musa Hassan, Khalib dan Ahamd Said Hamdan disoal siasat,

d) Rakyat inginkan pakar pakar dalam dan luar turut kerjasama, anggota kerajaan yang sangkut paut dengan UMNO haruslah dikikiskan
.
e) Rakyat inginkan IPCMC dan kuasa polis dihadkan. Rakyat inginkan ketulusan dalam aktiviti penyasatan MACC .
Rakyat inginkan PDRM dan MACC menuruti piagam United Nations Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement Officials, sesiapa yang menyalahi akta tersebut maka akan digantung dan dipenjarakan.

f) Kenapa hingga sekarang pihak Polis khasnya Khalin CPO Selangor hanya memberikan perkembangan siasatan? Perlukah beliau memainkan peranan ini ? hingga hari ini dimanakah letaknya transparensi laporan forensic? Pordah ini mainan Najib.

"Tidak perlu untuk inkues ini diteruskan. Suruhanjaya diraja patut menyiasat keadaan kematiannya. Kami juga mempunyai keraguan yang serius terhadap keberkesanan inkues tersebut," kata Naib Presiden PKR Sivarasa Rasiah.

Tambahan lagi Sivarasa Rasiah menyatakan majistret yang bakal mengendalikan inkues tersebut turut terikat dengan timbalan pendakwa raya dan Jabatan Perkhidmatan Kehakiman dan Perundangan. , ini dengan maksudnya segala bukti akan dipadamkan maka segala bukti juga diputar belitkan oleh UMNO.

Nasib patut hentikan siasatan keatas keluarga TEOH, shabat handal mendiang Teoh, sebaliknya patut menyiasat anggota MCAA yang membunuh Teoh. Kalau lah Najib ada telor. Maka jemputlah bekas ketua Hakim Negara, Tun Salleh Abbas dilantik menganggotai Royal Commision, yang menyiasat prosedur Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) ketika menjalankan siasatan. Kalaulah Najib melantik individu yang tidak berkualiti dan intigriti khasnya hakim yang pro UMNO. Maka jahanamlah segala keadilan dan ketulusan.

Ini lah satu projek Najib tipu rakyat lagi. Royal Commission Najib untung komisyen.

Pelapor Perkauman Malaysia

Bila kes pembunuhan Teoh Beng Hock yang panas dibincang dalam masyarakat berbilang bangsa, isu perkauman MACC, PDRM yang dimilik `Malay institution’- Mingguan Melayu, Utusan Melaysia akibatnya telah dapat kritikan yang serious. Statement yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Pukimak juga begitu memalukan. Maka timbul lah Mamak Mahathir yang cuba mengalih perhatian ( divert attention) rakyat Malaysia,. Sanggup mengorbankan diri Pendekar Melayu. Dalam blognya cuba berkongsi sakit dengan MACC, dimana beliau takut Royal Commision akan membongkarkan rahsia dalam kes pembunuhan Teoh Beng Hock. Lalu bertubi tubi membentangkan ketidakpuasan hatinya terhadap keturunan Cina di Malaysia.

Mamak Mahathir melayu celup tidak berani gunakan perkataan Bangsa TIONGHUA , atau bangsa Cina Malaysia tetapi gunakan `bangsa lain' sebagai ganti nama. Cuba lah tanyakan kaum keturunan Cina dijadikan bangsa lain?? kenapa tidak gunakan `Pendatang' seperti Ahmad Ismail?

Ini jelas nampak apa yang dikatakan oleh Mamak Mahathir ` Dan banyaklah lagi korban yang dibuat oleh orang Melayu supaya kaum lain mendapat apa sahaja yang dituntut oleh mereka, demi keamanan dan perpaduan rakyat dan negara.

Mereka cuba yakin mereka adalah tuan di negara mereka tetapi mereka tahu sebenarnya mereka bukan tuan. Orang bukan Melayu yang menjadi tuan yang sebenar.

Jadi entah mana Mamak Mahathir ini telah lupa sejarah kemerdekaan Malaysia. Beliau sedaya upaya inguin menulis sejarah Malaysia dengan Mamak Edition. Cubalah Tanya dalam pemerintahan Mamak Mahathir selama 22 tahun, berapa ramai kah Melayu dicuci otak melelui Biro Tata Negara, sehingga kini berapakah peratusan Melayu yang berkhimat di birokrasi kerajaan kuat rasuah ?? telah terlupakah mamak Mahathir menyatakan rasuah ini serupa macam makan babai? Jadi kita hendak soalkan berapa Melayu Umnoputra yang makan babi? Mamak Mahathir adalah pelapor rasuah dan Pendekar perkauman yang mengoret kubur sendiri.

- Fikirkan hanya berkenaan Dasar Ekonomi Baru (DEB). Agihan kekayaan korporat dalam DEB ialah sebanyak 30% bagi bumiputra (walaupun mereka adalah 60% dari penduduk) dan 40% bagi kaum lain serta 30% bagi orang luar. Tetapi setelah diusahakan selama 39 tahun bahagian yang terdapat bagi mereka ialah 20%, sedangkan yang terdapat bagi kaum lain ialah hampir 50%, walaupun mereka hanya 26% dari jumlah penduduk.

Sikap perkauaman Mamak Mahathir yang begitu jelas, tanpa dinafikan darah dan sel mamak Mahathir amat berbau inferiority complex, percakapan yang dimuntah keluar amat berbisa hingga sanggup memusnahkan keharmonian rakyat. jadi Melayu Ciplak Ini gagal menjadi pahlawan bangsa, dia telah lupa budaya campuran yang unik di Malaysia. khasnya semangat anak bangsa Malaysia patut digalakkan.

Kalaulah mamak Mahathir begitu prihatin tentang `TUAN’, beliau haruslah membuat kajian caramana kaum Cina di Malaysia berusaha, apakah cara meraka merentasi waktu kesusahan, tekanan akibat dikriminasi , sidelining , marginalization oleh UMNO. Memang kaum Melayu adalah pakar perancang, kenapa Allah tidak menyanyangi perancang, tetapi lebih menyayangi orang yang berusaha? Who will benefit actually?
Besides those boutiques, the kaki-lima and the pasar malam traders ..... Of course the fashion-designers (opportunists like that Tok Shah Reza - who plays on religious concept to boost his muslimah-fashion-biz (busana muslimah) - just like once he did try to bring Islamic concept of music and busana muslim fashion shows into pubs & grill as such indirectly may give approval for allowing muslims to enter the pubs, bar and such for nightly entertainments). Therefore, fellow Muslims sudah boleh masuk pub & niteclubs & discos where if there happens to be events like "Muslims Happenings" happens to be at the highlights in such places..... kira HALAL lah tu ...

Who will tend to lose? .... that goes without saying ... her crazy fans of course .... since they'll be the consumers rushing like mad for all kinds and fancies of the latest designs introduced under Tok Siti's brand-name in the market.

Yes! If Tok Siti continues putting on the tudung .... Then ...you can find all sorts of brands in the market ... be it supermarkets ..... hypermarkets.....five-foot ways, pasar malam, boutiques, bazaars and all sorts.

After all people of this new millenium generations are crazy for fashions and always tend to follow and use any brand-name of their idol or idols .... whether in the tudung fashion or not .... that means they dress to kill - meaning to say that - when come to putting on the tudungs it's not so much of being a faithful follower of faith in religious beliefs or rites as 'tutup aurat' in Islam by covering your head (for females) with the kain tudung is 'wajib' i.e. compulsory. But when the real intention is more for showing-off (to tunjuk2) .... it merely defeat the whole purpose. You or they the Muslimahs may get worst of the sins (dosa instead of pahala) for being acting in multiple wrongdoings in pretext form. We can see nowadays that there are so many of those kind of the so-called "the great pretenders" roaming the streets and the byways. That also reflects Islam in its artificial form ... more of a guise rather than truly genuine form.

Is Omar Goh Wei Liang T4TBH?

I have reason to believe that the mysterious Blogger going by the name T4TBH is actually OMAR GOH WEI LIANG!

This is what T4TBH wrote:

Till today, his death remains a mystery. Why did he stayed back to sleepover at the MACC after the claimed interrogation ended? He is supposed to register his marriage with his fiance that day.

The late Teoh Beng Hock was involved in this scandal also but he was forced by Ean Yong and Ronnie Liu. He did not really like what was happening. To protect himself, Teoh made copies of all the false documents and dummy companies that was set up by the DAP. Teoh left behind a hard disk with someone which contains a stack of information detailing the corruption by the DAP in Selangor.

Many questions remains as police are investigating his death. There is no record of Beng Hock leaving the premise. MACC should be held responsibile for his death. They should be thoroughly investigated.

Teoh was forced into some unscrupulous dealings. He did not like what he was doing. To protect himself, Teoh made copies of false documents, fictitous public work, and dummy companies. He copied information from his notebook and the office computers into a hard disk and left it with someone. Inside are stack of information detailing the corruption by the DAP in Selangor.

Compare this with what OMAR GOH WEI LIANG wrote:

why would Teoh commit suicide (as alleged by MACC and others) in these circumstances, when he is about to get married, with his fiancé expecting their child, and with no sign or history of depression or mental illness.

One question is our mind here in BigDogDotCom: Why was Selangor State Exco for Local Government Ronnie Liu was so frantic looking for Teoh’s notebook PC and handphone to a point where he broke the door at the Tuanku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital mortuary?

I found two sets of interesting questions with regards to Teoh Beng Hock's death at the grounds of MACC office.

why was Teoh and another so-called "witness" kept overnight and interrogated with such oppression?

why was Teoh's hand phone in the custody of the MACC when the MACC insisted that he was only a witness; why did the MACC initially deny they took his handphone?

why would Teoh spend the night at the MACC's office if he was free to go especially since he was scheduled to be married the next morning;

why would Teoh commit suicide (as alleged by MACC and others) in these circumstances, when he is about to get married, with his fiancé expecting their child, and with no sign or history of depression or mental illness.

Amongst the things he specifically reminded the Teoh family was to demand the return of Teoh’s notebook PC and handphone. What information are so important in these devices to Ronnie Liu? Are the information contained in these devices will incriminate him and actually provide evidence of his linkages to the Lords of the Underworld Vices?

Why is DAP appointed Kajang Municipal Councillor Tan Boon Wah was reluctant and later refused to give his statement to the Police?

If it is a murder and Teoh and Tan were together in the early hours of Thursday morning in the MACC office at Plaza Masalam, then why is it only Teoh is murdered and Tan is not? Is Tan connected to the murder?

Since at this point it is established that Tan was the last person to see Teoh alive, would that make him a suspect?

If Teoh’s ’sudden death’ is neither a suicide nor accident (which is most unlikely probability), is it a murder?

What is the linkage between MACC original investigations of misappropriation and abuse of state funds to Teoh’s ’sudden death’?

Is the misappropriation and/or abuse of state funds has something to do with the Lords of the Underworld Vices?

If there is, how far reaching is this involvement? Is it within Selangor or include DAP controlled states like Penang and formerly Perak as well?

Teoh Beng Hock was “manhandled and threatened” by MACC Investigators?!!!

Teoh Beng Hock mysteriuosly fell to his death, leaving behind a million question marks on the MACC.

Interrogating Ean Yong Hian Wah (and detaining his assistant Teoh Beng Hock), searching Lau Weng San, investigating Teresa Kok, Elizabeth Wong, Hannah Yeoh, Cheah Wing Yin and Edward Lee Poh Lin.

Of course, the MACC has this power. But the question is: Is the power exercised appropriately?

Fair Winds and Following Seas, Captain

With his passing, the Malaysian blogosphere has lost a steadfast, principled and dedicated voice for justice, rule of law and good governance. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed. May Malaysia be blessed with citizens as worthy as Capt. Yusof.

The Ancient Mariner, Capt. Muhammad Yusof b. Haji Ahmad, passed away peacefully on 19 June 2009. He was 62, and leaves behind his beloved wife and four children.
Capt. Yusof started blogging as the Ancient Mariner on 14 November 2006, with a post entitled "Well, steady as she goes and full speed ahead ...", making an interesting observation that the word "blog" had nautical associations too. Ever since that first entry, he sure went "full speed ahead" with his blog, steadily posting up to 25 entries every month. He claimed to blog strictly for his own pleasure, but that did not stop him from informing, educating and certainly entertaining us. Although his modesty prevented him from claiming it, his writing most definitely made us think as well.

His blog entries came with interesting vignettes and anecdotes from his life at sea and on land, including warm descriptions of the people he had known, the places he had been to, and the books and poetry he had read. They attest to his gentleness and quiet erudition, and evoke memories of a time long since gone, when civility and courtesy was the mark of an Officer and a Gentleman.

That never prevented him from speaking his mind and rocking the boat, though. Far from it, he made many very sharp and accurate observations of life in Malaysia and possessed an equally sharp wit, which he kindly tempered with his good nature and humour that pervaded his blog.

Omar Goh's Spin On Teoh Beng Huat's Death

Omar Goh Wei Liang has given me 72 hours to prove that his father has links with MCA or Barisan Nasional. This idiot challenges me to check with the Registrar of Societies, MCA membership department as well as the Companies Commission Malaysia. Hello Ah Boy, you don't need to be a member of MCA, Umno or any BN shit party to curry favours and opportunities. For all I care, your father maybe one of the phantom members of MCA who would 'surface' during party elections. We all know you got your JPA Scholarship through such connections.

I'm sure your father must really be feeling ashamed of you Ah Boy. After all he has thought you about being a responsible citizen, you just had to stoop so low by not respecting the dead. I'm talking about the sickening spin you wrote in your Blog about the death of the Late Teoh Beng Huat.

The death of Teoh marks the need for Malaysia to reform - not just in terms of transparency, integrity and accountability.

It is high time Malaysians look far and beyond these crafty words often used by politicians to gain political mileage, fame and news.

The Barisan Nasional Federal Government should of course double their efforts in promoting forensic science and improve the forensic labs as well as criminal investigative units in PDRM.

I am very surprised why so many among the Opposition who immediately linked Barisan Nasional to Teoh's death and the MACC.

The system is clear in Malaysia that the Royal Malaysian Police and the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission are independent bodies that come under the Royal patronage of DYMM Yang Dipertuan Agong Malaysia.

Why link Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and the Barisan Nasional Government to these independent bodies ?

Malaysia must move beyond childish tactics like these and stop believing the puppeteers of the Opposition.

An independent inquiry led by the Police, a Royal Commission or perhaps a Parliamentary Select Inquiry which consist of Members of Parliament and Senators should be in place to look into Teoh's case.

Whatever it is, the suspiciously well organized political moves by the Opposition leaders that instantaneously link Barisan Nasional and MACC officers to the death of Teoh have delivered the result of any possible inquiry.

Anything less than a "MACC = murderer" or "Barisan Nasional - blood in your hands" will be deemed unacceptable by the people. The politicians have successfully led the people to deliver the "results" of any future inquiry into the matter.

Sadly, this is Malaysia today and it will be the Malaysia for years to come where the legislative arm is no longer needed but public Court of opinions and judgement are the rule of law today.

There are countless blogs and news online that seem to "direct" Barisan Nasional to take full responsibility over the case of Teoh's unfortunate death.

Taking up the case personally by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak will only blur the lines of independence between the two law enforcement units and the Malaysian Government.

If this was not enough, you went on to make a serious allegation insinuating that Teresa Kok, Ronnie Liu and Ean Yong Hian Wah have connections with Triads and linking them with the circumstances leading to Teoh's sudden death. This is what you wrote in your Blog, Ah Boy:

Surprisingly, Ean Yong Hian Wah is also an EXCO of Selangor, not just a normal ADUN of Seri Kembangan.

$31bil Man from Malaysia

Interesting to know that the Pen Drive was invented by a Malaysian
Chinese who could not get into one of our local universities primarily
because he is not a bumiputra. He had to study in Taiwan.

Pua Khein Seng went to Taiwan to get his engineering degree but ended up staying on, starting his own company and inventing the pen drive.

WHEN he set off for Taiwan in 1993, Pua Khein Seng's only aim was to
complete his degree in Electrical Control Engineering at the renowned
Chiao Tung University and return home to work in Malaysia

Never did he envision himself heading a multi-million dollar Taiwanese
company that developed the world's first USB flash removable disk,
which they called Pen Drive .

Pua Khein Seng went to Taiwan to get his engineering degree but ended
up staying on, starting his own company and inventing the pen drive.

"I went to Taiwan to pursue my undergraduate degree. I chose Taiwan
only because it was too expensive to study either in the United States
or Singapore

"However, I did well in my undergraduate programme and was offered a
place to do my masters," explained Pua, who was back in Kuala Lumpur
recently for a holiday.

After completing his Masters in July 1999, Pua worked for about six
months in a local company before deciding to set up his own venture
company with four fellow engineers who had studied with him at Chiao
Tung.

"We were confident that we had the know-how and ability to start our
own business, which is focused on USB technology. The company is
called Phison because there are five of us – two Malaysians and three
Taiwanese engineers," said Pua, 31, who hails from Sekinchan,
Selangor.

Phison Electronics Corporation was set up in November 2000 and within
six months the young entrepreneurs came up with their first invention
– a USB storage device called Pen Drive

"We were the first company in the world to develop the USB Drive SoC
(System On Chip) and we were very confident that the market for USB
will be huge. At the time, no one believed in us so we had to do
everything ourselves – from developing the technology, the chips to
the product itself.

"We were only 27 years old at the time and inexperienced. But we were
confident that we could design good systems and chips but we didn't
know anything about selling. So, we sought partners or traders who
could help sell our products for us," Pua added.

Through smart partnerships and shrewd strategies, Phison soon made its
way into European, American and Japanese markets. One quick move was
securing Japanese tech giant Toshiba as Phison's largest shareholder
and customer.

"We launched Pen Drive in June 2001 and by August the same year, we
broke even! From September 2001, we were reaping monthly profits
from our invention and there has been no turning back since."

Having established himself in Taiwan , Pua is in the midst of setting
up Phison's branch in Malaysia , due to begin operations this
February.

"I am starting a branch in Malaysia because this is my country. I
would like to do contribute to its development.

"We have about 100 engineers at Phison in Taiwan , 20 of whom are
Malaysians. Though they studied in Taiwan , I had to re-train all the
engineers I hire because, like most fresh graduates (in this field),
they are not industry-ready upon graduation.

"Unfortunately, some of the Malaysian engineers want to return home
after a couple of years because they are homesick, about to start a
family and so on. Some prefer to work in Singapore , as it is closer
to home. Instead of losing them to competitors, I decided to set up an
office in Malaysia where they can still work for me," said Pua.
Another problem faced by returning computer engineers from Taiwan ,
Pua added, was the lack of job opportunities for hardware engineers
in Malaysia .

"There is no environment or support for design engineers here in
Malaysia. One of my Malaysian engineers from Phison returned
home and ended up as a teacher in a Chinese school! I was shocked
and thought, ‘After all that training and re-training, he is going to
just teach?' I told him to hold on till I open up the Phison branch
in Malaysia ."

Though he has been in Taiwan for the past 12 years and married to
a Taiwanese, Pua is not sure how much longer he will remain there.
"I have really no idea where I will be in 20 years. Maybe Taiwan ,
maybe Malaysia , maybe somewhere else ... it all depends on my
business. The industry is moving so fast that I cannot predict
what or where I will be," he said.

For the moment though, Taiwan is home for Pua, his wife and two
children even though he misses the Malaysian way of life.
"I come home once a year for Chinese New Year and will usually
stay for about two weeks. There are several things I really miss
about Malaysia.

One is the food! For the past 12 years I have been craving for
Malaysian food ... I miss laksa, curry noodles, chee cheong fun
and all the other delicious dishes we have here.

"I also miss the lifestyle and quality of life here. When I come
back, I am always amazed to see people hanging out and relaxing
at mamak shops at night.. In Taiwan , most people would still be
at work at that time of the night!

"Before I got married, I used to work for 15 to 17 hours a day,
everyday. Now that I have children, my wife has forbidden me to
stay so late. Now, I go to work at 9am and come home by 11pm.
These hours are quite normal for the Taiwanese."

The man who invented USB pen-drive is a young modest Malaysian
who can't even get into a local University but invented the most
versatile, indispensable computer peripheral today. And helped his
adopted country, Taiwan make $31bil in the process. The rest is
history....
