Press Statement – UMNO stirring the racial pot in Seksyen 23 – Shah Alam

HINDRAF condemns the latest incident involving the act of placing a severed
cow’s head outside the gates of the state secretariat building in
Selangor.

HINDRAF believes UMNO and their cohorts in the Royal Police Force (PDRM) organized this act that is inflammatory with an intention to incite and create racial
hatred and feelings between the Muslims and Hindus.

These perpetrators were able to walk over 300 metres in open public
and conduct their seditious speeches calling openly for bloodshed, and
racial chaos without any interference from the police force. So far
nothing has been done by the PDRM or the AG’s department other than
issuing lip service statements.

Selangor Police chief Khalid Abu Bakar states “If a report is lodged,
we will definitely take the necessary action,". Here we
are talking about an outright and outrageous act in fanning racial
hatred that could threaten the public security and he claims he needs
a police report before an action can be taken.

The police had on many previous occasions brutally arrested and questioned peaceful protesters without any reasons for fear of public security, but they would need a report
before they can take any action for those inciting violence and parading in the public with a severed cow’s head to undermine the sensitivity of the Hindus. This is absurd
and nonsensical.

Who else could practice such double standard other the UMNO led
government and its stooges and that is why HINDRAF believes that this
is the work of the UMNO government to create unrest in Selangor.

There is no distinction between a muslim dominated area and non muslim
dominated area as Malaysia is one multiracial and multicultural
society living together side by side in co-existence in respect of each other’s race,
religious practice and beliefs.

Instead of promoting harmony amongst Malaysians, UMNO is fast becoming
the public threat by protecting such devious and extremist acts.

UMNO should curtail such irresponsible acts rather than seeding and
sowing hatred, bullying extremist elements and fascist mindset amongst
the fanatical Muslims for their own political survival.

PM Najib has to immediately issue a statement and make a firm stand on
the subject and not delegate this paramount duty to his “mandores” and
eventually hoping for the whole issue to be swept under the
carpet.

If the AG’s department fails to charge these perpetrators, HINDRAF
would proceed to formally lodge complaints with the UN Human Rights
Council, European Parliament, UK Foreign affairs select committee and
the Global Human Rights Defence based in The Hague.

In solidarity for a harmonious Malaysia Hindraf calls upon all peaceful citizens who respect and cherish Religious Freedom and the right to co-exist to join us on a peaceful candle vigil at Dataran Merdeka on 5th September 2009 at 6.45pm

A HINDU’S RESPONSE TO THE COWGATE CASE OF SECTION 23

Being a devout Hindu I am extremely saddened by the inhuman treatment that was accorded to a dead cow.

What has the cow done to deserve this inhuman act in this world of of Allah.

Did Allah propose this to be done in the name of the Almighty.

Never would he have told them to do this stuff even if he had revealed himself in front of Satan.

Ultimately we are being led into our superior senses that it is the work of the Almighty UMNO.

Gradually we are taught by these SATANIC PREACHERS into not believing that they will be able to rule this country in a harmonious way the citizens want it.

A peaceful multi religious country for the creation of the lord is all that we are seeking for. Never will this happen if the thoughts of the ruling government is for only one race.

Sending these goons far and near for educational tours has neither helped.

As a love for my country Malaysia and for the peaceful harmony of our next generations in Malaysia I STRONGLY AND OPTIMISTICALLY RECOMMEND THE MUSLIM RELIGIOUS DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA TO LEARN FROM SRI LANKA.

THERE IS A PLACE CALLED KATARAGAMA IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY.

IN THIS PLACE THERE EXISTS A CHURCH, A HINDU KOVIL, A MOSQUE AND A BUDDHISTS TEMPLE WITHIN 30 METRES OF EACH OTHER.

When I paid a visit to this place on the recommendation of my friends, I was basically stunted to see a mosque beside all the other places of worship.

Never in my life had I seen such a collaboration of such places of worship lying beside each other.

Immediately my mind brought me back to Malaysia where this can NEVER happen even if the world turned out to be square

Everyday this place is swarmed with all the different culture and religious people and they go about doing their religious obligations with so much of harmony.

Yet if they still can't organize a educational tour to this place it remains to be seen what further extremism this goons are capable of.

To my brothers of the Islamic faith who have been giving a good name to Islam, we thank you for the kind understandings of our rights to our faith and may the Almighty S.A.W. bless a million blessings upon you and your next of kin.

Today, we Hindus will pray for the soul of the unfortunate cow which was treated in the most degrading manner although, we belief that there was a prayer said by a Muslim before the cow was sacrificed.

Can you imagine saying a prayer before being slaughtered and then being degraded. How will god ever forgive you for a disgusting behaviour on an animal which can't open its mouth and cry out its feelings.

Just as how they have degraded the soul of this cow, the wrath of god will be seen on these 50 or so of Satan's henchmen.

May peace be upon the creations of the almighty.

Dancing around an issue

Regarding the Malaysian use of the Balinese Pendet dance in a TV
commercial, i have this to say:

The statement by the Tourism Ministry of Malaysia that the party
responsible is a third party engaged by the ministry seems to me to be
most disingenuous.

I say that because i used to work for a large ad agency and i know how
ads are produced, at least in the agency i worked for.

The client had a lot of input into ads.

After all, the client is paying a lot of money for the ad and my
agency has to satisfy the client.

The client would often sit in the studio with my colleagues and the
client would say what they wanted in the ad, how the name of the
product should be said, what sound effects or music should be used,
etc.

Before the ad aired the client might return to the studio to do a
final checking of the ad.

In short, the client knew exactly what the ad would be like, before
the ad was aired.

That is why i think most probably the Tourism Ministry is lying.

I think the Tourism Ministry most probably knew exactly what dance was
used in the ad.

It likely can be determined if the Tourism Ministry knew what dance
was used, in advance of the ad airing.

The paperwork will show what was known and when it was known. My ad
agency always had a written timeline for ads, how many seconds each
element of the ad lasted, etc.

The billing of the client was thus detailed as well, so much per sound
effect, so much for script, so much per minute, etc.

The client would agree to payment for the ad and agree to airing of
the ad only when they were satisfied with all elements of the ad.

That is understandable, their brand, product, company, could very well
be made or broken by the ad.

If the Tourism Ministry has lied about the ad, the Tourism Ministry
should stop dancing around the issue, confess it lied and apologise to
the Malaysian public and also of course apologise to Indonesia.

PAS/Pakatan Rakyat candidate Mohd Salleh Man has defeated BN/Umno's Rohaizat Othman in the Permatang Pasir state seat by-election in Penang although the majority has decreased by more than 700 votes since the last general election. This was attributed to a lower turnout as today was a working day.

This latest defeat by BN in the hands of Pakatan Rakyat again shows that the Rakyat (People) have yet again rejected the racist BN/Umno regime. This defeat has turned Najib Razak's 1 Malaysia into 1 Big Joke! More importantly,it also showed that even with the support of the MSM,BN still couldn't pull off a win. DPM Muhydeen Yassin has to bear the blame also for picking a tainted candidate such as Rohaizat to stand in the By Election.

Kalau lah kita menganalisa latar belakang calon UMNO di Permatang Pasir tidak dinafikan golongan UMNo ini dikategorikan sebagai golongan elit di masyarakat Melayu. Ramai pemimpin UMNO sudah layak jadi tukang, antaranya tukang emas, tukang bohong, tukang belit, tukang fitnah, loyar buruk, tukang songlap.tukang rayu, tukang certak duit palsu, akhirnya jadi tunggang langgang

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 21 — Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad suggested today that Chinese and other vernacular newspapers be translated into the national language to avoid any misunderstanding and to promote better race relations.

In addressing the issue of the recent heightened race rhetoric in various print media, the former prime minister said racial issues occurred because there was a lack of understanding in the medium of languages, specifically in Chinese newspapers.

“While Chinese people understand Malay language newspapers, most Malays don’t understand the Chinese press. Sometimes when the Chinese press say something harmful, people will not get the idea because of the lack of understanding,” said Mahathir.。。。。。。。

Inilah Melayu imperialism , satu ideology yang membinasakan keharmonian rakyat Malaysia. Ini lah matalamat UMNO ingin menghapuskan bahasa Cina dan bahasa lain di Malaysia. Matlamatnya ingin memupuk perkauman dan menyebar kebencian terhadap masyarakat Cina.

Mamak Mahathir dengan cita citanya ingin menghapuskan Bahasa Cina telah lama, malah dalam mesejnya cuba menyentuh kaum Melayu bahawa Cina ini bukan bangsa yang boleh dipercaya. Tengoklah syak wasangka yang begitu mendalam tentang kesetiaan kaum Tionghua di Malaysia, beliau ingin hingga menimbulkan ketegangan kaum di Malaysia malah mengharapkan 513 mengulang sekali lagi.

Apa ertinya jadi rakyat Malaysia yang berbilang kaum sekiranya Kaum UMNO tidak mengiktirafkan keturunan Tionghua di Malaysia sebagai anak bangsa Malaysia? Kaum Tionghua tidak kurang memberikan sumbangan kepada Negara. Tetapi ke mana perginya hak pembelajaran bahasa ibunda mereka ?

Kenapa akbar Cina patut di alih bahasakan dalam bahasa Melayu? Padahal penguasaan anak Melayu dalam bahasa lain begitu lemah, cuba lah tengok taraf bahasa English di Universiti , kebanyakan mahasiswa Melayu tiada dapat menulis, bertutur dengan fasih. Jadi elok lah Mamak Mahathir menyuara kepada dunia, Bahasa Melayu dijadikan bahasa wajid dalam planet bumi ini. Tidak kira apa keturunan bangsa pun diwajibkan belajar bahasa Melayu. Segala barangan import harus di alih bahasakan dalam Bahasa Melayu, sekiranya tidak maka larangam akan diambil.

Ini lah ibarat Mamak Mahathir tidak ketahui keletakan Bahasa Melayu dalam dunia ini. Jadi balik kepada soalan, kenapa pula kaum Melayu tidak mempelajari bahasa Cina? Sepatutnya mereka mesti membuka minda dan menerima perubahan dunia pada hari ini. Tetapi asyik di lamun mimpi bahasa Melayu akan jadi bahasa dunia.

Kementerian Dalam Negeri khasnya kawalan perlesenan akhbar patut dibubarkan, sekian memaksa akhbar Cina show cause apabila menerima tentang extremist dari UMNO. Kalau lah syarikat akhbar Cina memerlukan pembaharuan lessen setiap tahun, jadi buat apa perlu mengalih bahasa ? jadi inilah KDN mengsia siakan wang rakyat sekiranya tidak dapat persetujuan pandangan yang berbeza.

Kalau lah dianalisa dengan tajam, berapakah rakyat Malaysia membaca suratkhbar, kenapa Utusan dan berita Harian semakin merosot?? Tambahan pula hingga kini penjualan akhbar cina pun semakin menjunam akibat serangan internet, jadi kenapa Mamak Mahathir enggan menyuruh kerajaan mengalih semua bahasa yang disiarkan dalam internet di Melayukan ?? Pordah Pordah !

Kini Bahasa Melayu bukanlah bahasa yang dimiliki oleh kaum Melayu lagi, penguasaan bahasa dari kaum Cina, kaum India adalah lebih `pure’ dari Melayu sendiri, kalau dibandingkan bukan semua melayu mahir dalam bahasa ibunda mereka tetapi mahir dalam bahasa pasar saja, -- ini lah delima bahasa untuk Kaum Malayu, kaum melayu patutlah malu atas sebab kemunduran bahasa Melayu sendiri. Tapi bukan akhbar Cina yang mengjahanamkan bahasa Melayu. .

While he pointed out that he had not read the letter sent to Gobind Singh Deo, the lawyer for Teoh’s family, he was positive the allegations are false, based on what his officers have told him about the contents.

Mamak Abu Kassim Mohamed tidak ketahui orang bawahannya itu pembunuh yang zalim dan kejam, selepas surat itu terbongkar rahsia, kini Hishamuddin bin Hashim telah hilang diri, entah kenapa Special Branch paling best di dunia tidak mengejar kemanakah Hishamuddin itu hilang? Silap silap sudah dapat perlindungan dari orang atasan?

Mamak Abu Kassim Mohamed ini memang berhasrat hendak menutup kes, kemungkinan beliau juga telibat dalam konspirasi dengan Khir Toyo. Kalaulah belum membaca surat berkenaan kenapa hendak memberikan komen tanpa fakta yang kukuh?

Begini lah standard kakitangan kerajaan di Malaysia, sanggup habiskan masa didepan pemberita tanpa merujuk apa apa bukti pun. Manakah letaknya KPI yang dikendalikan oleh Koh Tse Kun? Saya rasa KPI Najib itu sudah rebus jadi KOPI . KPI – KOPI !!

Mamak kassim Mohamed ini sudah belajar pandai dari tuannya Mamak Mahathir, yang mana sensitive dan yang mana patut di utamakan baginya semua hanya rumours !! Apabila kes pembunuhan Teoh di bongkarkan, maka kita akan lihat berapa lagi ORANG ATAS akan mengelut sesame sendiri. I am starting a series of postings in which I shall attempt to analyse and describe the biased, prejudiced and one-sided arguments that I find in our Malaysian blogosphere. Will you to join me in this endeavour? For this first installment of "How to read partisan blogs", I'd like to analyse a post by Shamsul Yunos, who blogs at "My Anger, it May Be Yours Too". In his recent entry, "Did you know lawyers are special?", he criticises the Malaysian Bar Council for saying that lawyers should not be arrested while on duty. This statement was made by Bar Council president Ragunath Kesavan on 16 August 2009, during the public inquiry by Suhakam into the arrest and detention of five lawyers of the Kuala Lumpur Legal Aid Centre at the Brickfields Police Station on 7 May 2009. The lawyers were arrested when they tried to see their clients, who were among 14 arrested that day for taking part in a candlelight vigil (for arrested political scientist and activist Wong Chin Huat), outside said police station. The only statement from the police (regarding anything related to the arrests) that I could find was in this video.

MEMANG TAK SALAH LAGI - MELAYU KITA MEMANG KIRA MAU SERONOK SAJA

Ass'kum semua,

Lihat sajalah menjelang Ramadhan, artis2 kita sibuk merancang program2 untuk bersantai2 di bulan puasa di hotel2 - padahal sepatutnya sibok ke mesjid atau surau dalam suasana Ramadhan ni, dimana solat sunat terawih lebih afdal lagi dari menikmati juadah2 di hotel2 yg sudah tentu berlipat kali ganda harganya memandangkan semuanya termasuk dlm satu harga package (juadah selera berbuka puasa di hotel sudah semestinya harganya mengikut kadar taraf hotel (sama ada lima bintang atau sekian2 bintang) dan juga percentage untuk para artis terlibat dgn hidangan halua telinga berbentuk hiburan secara santai sambil berbuka - sudah tentu akan menaikkan harga satu kepala disesuatu majlis untuk berbuka di hotel2 yg di anjur bersama2 artis2 berkenaan. Ini serupa macam acara2 seperti majlis2 Secretary Week, Hari Ibu, Hari Kekasih, dan berbagai2 sambutan 'Hari' yg pihak hotel2 kerapkali mengambil kesempatan untuk mencekek darah para 'consumer' yg tergila2 akan majlis2 ekslusif seperti itu. Hebat! nampak hebat dimata umum. Semata2 untuk kepuasan hati dan untuk menunjuk2 akan kehebatan si yg menghadiri majlis2 seperti itu. Memang Melayu hebat - hebat sehebat2nya.

Ya! dalam pada itu memang ada unsur 'win-win situation' atau 'situasi menang-menang' bagi pehak hotel dan artis2 yg terlibat. Tetapi yg jadi mangsa bagi menyumbang kos kepada keuntungan yg memberi 'win-win' atau 'menang-menang' kepada mereka adalah pihak 'consumer' sendiri - iaitu mereka2 yg tertarik dek terpengaruh dgn kehadiran artis2 yg dijadikan 'umpan' sebagai tarikan atau memikat mereka2 yg ghairah sangat dgn majlis berbuka puasa di hotel2 bertaraf 5 bintang atau 6 bintang atau sebagainya.

Cuba bandingkan berbuka puasa di hotel dgn berbuka puasa di mesjid atau di surau.

Sudah tentu berbuka puasa di hotel dipandang tinggi oleh sesetengah kalangan masyarakat kita - apa lagi dgn adanya penglibatan artis2 dgn pelbagai macam jenis hiburan. Memang sesetengah masyarakat kita (tak kira sama ada di bulan Ramadhan al-mubarak ka atau apa2 bulan sekalipun) tetap memilih hiburan dalam apa segi pun.

Dalam pada itu - puak2 artis yg sedang baru hendak menyambut kedatangan Ramadhan ..... sudah beriya2 dgn begitu seronoknya menyanyikan lagu2 Raya ...... padahal Ramadhan pun belum tiba lagi .... sudah datang 'mood' mereka untuk berseronok2 dengan pesta di Hari Raya nanti (lebih dari sebulan lagi ..... mereka sudah tergila2kan kedatangan Hari Raya. Nampak macam mereka menyambut Hari Raya dulu sebelum tibanya Ramadhan .... Syawal? jauh lagi!
Jadi, nampaknya sambutan di bulan Ramadhan selama sebulan berpuasa itu hanyalah sebagai 'gambaran kepura2an' di pihak artis2 dan mereka2 yg berkait rapat dgn media2 hiburan (termasuklah para2 pengacara dan deejay2 radio serta artis2 yg sudah cukup jelas akan kepura2an mereka). Mereka sering bermadah dgn ayat2 yg menyentuh akan kesucian bulan Ramadhan - akan tetapi itu hanya nampak dimulut sahaja - mereka hanya pandai bermain dgn kata2. Namun semua itu hanya pura-pura belaka. Hanya lakonan semata2 - untuk sedap mata memandang sahaja.

Bayangkan .... Hari Raya amat jauh lagi .....bulan Ramadhan pun belum menjelma lagi ..... mereka2 ini sudah ghairah dgn 'Hari Raya mood' mereka di tv (terpampang dlm siri Diva@1 Khamis: 20 Ogos 2009 - dgn Jaafar Onn, Norish Karman, Rohana Jalil dan lain2 artis yg nampak begitu seronok menanti kedatangan Hari Raya .... dan bukannya bulan puasa). Mereka begitu seronok menyanyikan lagu Raya - sedangkan bulan Ramadhan pun belum menjelma lagi ..... anehnya masyarakat artis kita. Kalau ya pun nak berhibur - pilih masa dan tempat - pilih masa dan ketika la ..... jangan main redah ikutdan saja kata orang utara. Namun untuk menunjukkan yg mereka itu ada mempunyai agama dan bersifat Islamic - maka terpaksalah berpura2 kononnya mera'ikan bulan Ramadhan al-mubarak. Dalam hati - Tuhan saja yg tahu.

Memang tidak salah lagi Melayu kita memang kira ndak seronok saja. Di Pulau Pinang sampai ada nama sebuah kampung Melayu - Kampung Seronok.

Ini asyik2 kira nak hiburan saja - kira nak berhibur saja - kononnya nak menambahkan pendapatan diketika sepanjang bulan puasa - jadi mereka berusaha sedaya upaya untuk mengadakan upacara2 majlis berbuka puasa dgn pelbagai jenis masakan diiringi dgn hiburan dari artis2 hiburan. Cara sebegitu adalah sebenar2nya 'mencekik darah' mereka2 (sebagai pengunjung2) yg tidak sedar diri.

Dengan bergandingan sesama mereka iaitu pihak hotel2 dgn para artis2 - mereka sedia menganjurkan acara2 seperti majlis2 berbuka puasa yang dikira istimewa (special) kerana ada hiburan sampingan (oleh artis2 berkenaan) sambil menjamu selera (berbuka puasa). Entahlah .... di bulan puasa sepatutnya selepas berbuka .... kita umat Islam yg menjalani ibadah berpuasa (di siang hari) sepatutnya berjemaah di mesjid untuk menunaikan sunat terawih (selepas Isya'). Ini dah jadi lain pulak - menunaikan ibadah berbuka puasa dgn iringan hiburan oleh para penghibur dan selebriti tempatan yang juga penganut agama yg sama.

Sama ka? atau tak serupa?

Sama2lah kita fikir2kan.

Siapa patut disiasat dalam kes TEOH

Rakyat amat memahami siapakah bukan semua orang kakitangan MACC jahat, bukan semuanya menyokong UMNO tetapi mereka yang membongkarkan rahsia pembunuhan Teoh patutlah dipuji dan dihormati, kami rakyat patutlah mendoakan semoga mereka semoga bahagia.

Balik kepada isu pembunuhan Teoh, siapakah Hishamuddin bin Hashim ? pembunuh yang berkuasa di MACC ? siapakah syaitan ini hingga hampir mencetuskan .isu perkauman di Malaysia. Menurut sumber yang dipercayai Hishamuddin bin Hashim ini memang mempunyai talian hubungan dengan EZAM, EZAMlah perancang untuk mengulingkan PR di Selangor.

Khir Toyo pula adalah taukeh keatas sindiket ini, tapi Hishamuddin bin Hashim yang melaksanakan tugasnya melalui kuasa dan hubungan birokrasi dengan PDRM.

Jadi siapakah yang patut disiasat?
1) Khir Toyo -- tak payah sembunyi di Mekah,
2) Ketua Polis Selangor Khalibd yang cuba menutup kes
3) Doktor Khairul memberikan maklumat palsu dalam inkues
4) Dr Prashant juga patut di soal siasat sama ada beliau pernah di hasut oleh
PDRM atau MACC supaya memberikan fakta yang menyokong TEOH bunuh diri.
5) EZAM.
6) Angota-angota GERAK, NGO yang mempunyai motif politik.
7) Pegawai forensik PDRM yang diarahkan oleh orang atasan.

BREAKING NEWS: Simultaneous State Elections in Perak & Sarawak!

BN is looked set to call for simultaneous State Elections in Perak and Sarawak. The Scribe has credible information that these two simultaneous State Elections will be held before the year is over.

Sources tell The Scribe that BN expects to lose Perak to Pakatan Rakyat but see's itself as having the edge over Pakatan Rakyat in Sarawak. BN/Umno appears to have miss calculated their coup d'etat in Perak which has not gone down very well with Perakians and Malaysians in general. Malaysians see current Perak Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) Zambry as an arrogant usurper with a cynical grin. PM Najib and his strategists in BN/Umno were dead sure that there would be more defections from PR after the coup d'etat but this did not materialize. What has happened is that Perak has since been in a state of limbo with a hung State Legislative Assembly.

Sources inform The Scribe that this has resulted in investors shying away from Perak due to the state of uncertainly in the state. Najib and BN/Umno know this fact and know that BN/Umno doesn't have a ghost of a chance to retain Perak in a snap election. Najib, with the help of the MSM will still try to score points by telling the world that BN/Umno practices democracy by calling for a snap election in Perak which it knows it just cannot win.

Sarawak on the other is a different proposition. BN is making a fatal error in judgement by thinking that Sarawakians are solidly behind BN that its victory in the Batang Ai by elction is a testimony to this. Pakatan Rakyat under the stewardship of YB Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim have been making inroads into Sarawak. There is now more cohesion and understanding among the PR parties in Sarawak. It must be remembered that there is a festering resentment among the largely Christian Dayaks of Sarawak who see that despite of their superior numbers they are constantly sidelined by Taib Mahmud's PBB which is Umno's proxy in Sarawak which is only interested in pursuing the Malay-Muslim agenda of Umno. Issues such as the banning of the word Allah in Christian publications has enraged the non Muslim Bumiputra's of Sarawak. This is added with the on going spat between SPDP's Tiong King Sing and MCA's Ong Tee Keat.

Sarawak is going the way of Pakatan Rakyat. The only problem is that Najib, Taib Mahmud and BN don't see the writing on the wall.

It is thus clear that DNA evidence must NEVER be trusted 100% and must NEVER be used as the sole evidence in court to obtain a conviction.

Any evidence, including DNA evidence, must be evaluated with extreme caution. Don't simply blindly believe it 100%.

Isu-isu yang dibincangkan antaranya usaha penyelarasan tindakan dan kerjasama antara agensi kerajaan yang berkaitan seperti Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia (SKMM), polis dan Jabatan Peguam Negara (JPN) bagi memudahkan tindakan bawah Akta Hasutan.

Uneasy Feeling

The case of Bala raises plenty of questions.

Amongst them are:

who decided on the content of the second SD?, Who was the lawyer for
the second SD?, who paid that lawyer to do the second SD?

The first SD is a disaster for certain parties it implicates in the
Altantuya case. Naturally those parties wish to avoid being sent to
the gallows.

Those parties may wish Bala were dead.

But killing Bala would cast more suspicion on the parties named in the
first SD and the first SD would still remain.

Only 1 person could negate the first SD, that is Bala.

The second SD is an attempt to negate the first SD.

But can parties implicated in the first SD relax after the second SD?

They can't relax, Bala could make a third SD to negate the second SD.

Thus Bala is still a threat to the parties implicated in the first SD.

How to end Bala's being a threat?

End Bala.

The second SD removes some (not all) suspicion from the parties named
in the first SD, should something untoward happen to Bala.

But if Bala is killed or vanishes Bala's family will make noise. Bala
may have told everything to his wife. His wife may make an SD.

Ending Bala is not enough, Bala's family must be ended also.

How to end Bala and his family?

Send them overseas with lots of money? Bala may talk.

Keep them in a prison cell? That costs money and a number of people
are involved. Eventually someone may reveal where Bala and his family
is being held.

A solution that takes little money and involves few people (all of who
keeps quiet out of fear of the gallows) is to murder Bala and murder
his family too.

When and where were Bala and his family last seen? Who were they seen
with?

I won't blame you if you have an uneasy feeling that Bala and his
family are dead.

AH1N1, BN/Umno Sending Malaysians To Their Graves!

Based on World Health Organization (WHO) estimates around 20% of Malaysians will be infected by the AH1N1 virus if the current trend in the spread of the disease continues. The WHO fears that up to 28,000 Malaysians may succumb to this deadly disease. Malaysia now ranks as having the 6th highest death rate in the world for AH1N1. It won't be long before Malaysia takes over the Number 1 position in the number of AH1N1 related deaths judging from the lax attitude of the BN/Umno regime. Statements coming out of Malaysian government leaders such as Rais Yatim that Malaysians should not be alarmed or be an alarmist because Britain had 350 deaths compared to Malaysia's 62 thus far really makes you get worried. The BN owned MSM is also not helping at all by suggesting that only a certain 'high risk' group is susceptible to the virus when this is far from the truth.

Lazarus informs The Scribe that in Penang alone over the last 2 weeks, a number of schools had been shut down because students in these schools came down with the virus. Lazarus reports that Han Chiang High School, Sekolah Teknik Batu Lancang, SMK Teluk Bahang were among the schools shut down over the past two weeks. However, the BN controlled MSM did not report this. Lazarus also adds that there have been confirmed cases of AH1N1 cases among students in schools such as Chung Ling High School but the school authorities refuses to shut down the school by giving the excuse that the school has 3,000 over students.

Almost every school in Penang and for that matter in the country have large number of students who are down with AH1N1. Yet, students who turn up for school with flu like symptoms are merely asked to go home. They are not even sent to the hospital. The scary bit about all these is that these students who are told not to turn up for school do not stay at home or go to the hospital but instead go to cyber cafes, cinemas and shopping malls. The same can be said about schools that were shut down where students and teachers from the affected schools were seen frequenting public places.

According to Lazarus, one school with confirmed AH1N1 cases that was shut down for a week reopened with the school authorities denying that there was any case in the first place. If this was the case, why shut down in the first place? Students and teachers are also not forced to wear the mask. If the BN/Umno government is really serious in wanting to halt the spread of AH1N1 it must impose mandatory quarantine on students and teachers whose schools were shut down due to the virus. The Health Department can put up notices on the homes of those affected to warm the public that the particular home is under quarantine.

The government must suspend schools and colleges and close public places like shopping malls and restrict their access for a week and also raise the alarm and suspend all public gatherings. Already, the number of reported AH1N1 cases could be higher than what is estimated, claimed a virologist from the United Kingdom who urged the Malaysian government to adopt his country's surveillance system. Unfortunately, the BN/Umno regime of Najib Razak appears to be more interested in playing politics by wanting to destroy Pakatan Rakyat by devious means not knowing that they are sending Malaysians to their graves at the same time.

Re. Teoh, there is a branch of physics called Dynamics. It is
concerned with motion of objects.

It is used for example in spacecraft design and the calculations are difficult.

presumed the person had jumped, thus a suicide.

Dr Khairul tunggu skrip orang atas

Ramai yang tidak tahu bahawa Dr Khairul Azman saksi kes Teoh Beng Hock bukan sahaja seiras Gani Patail tetapi perangai juga hampir sama, dan ramai yang tidak tahu Dr Khairul juga antara saksi yang menyiasat mayat Sujatha yang mati (juga dikatakan bunuh diri) melibatkan anak Sammy Vellu.

Tidak hairanlah bila berlaku kes pembunuhan Teoh Beng Hock, polis dengan pantasnya memanggil Dr Khairul sebagai doktor yang bertanggung jawab dalam hal berkaitan bedah siasat dan forensik. Jadi bila Dr Khairul mengatakan dia berat mengatakan Teoh bunuh diri selepas demam sehari selepas memberi keterangan pada hari pertama, ia sebenarnya bukan demam tetapi merencana skrip bersama Gani Patail perancang segala kejahatan.

Dr Khairul tidak dapat melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pakar professional, beliau tidak dapat bebas menyatakan pendapatnya sebelum menerima arahan skrip dari Gani Petail, Gani Petail lah pakar perancang untuk menghapuskan bukti pembunuhan Teoh Beng Hock

Di sini kita dapat melihat, agar hairan kedua dua doctor dalam masa yang sama sudah jatuh sakit.

2) Pada awalnya doctor Khairul mengatakan terdapat 2 DNA misteri di tali pinggang dan jaket Teoh. Selepas inquest lalu beliau menafikan DNA misteri itu, ini lah tanda tanda flip flop.

3) Beliau memberi rumusan lalu membuat kesimpulan mengatakan Teoh bunuh diri. Kalau lah ikut etika professionnya, patut lah beliau menunjukkan bukti bukti yang sahih, bukan logic malah segala procedure dokumentari dan pemeriksaan dibuktikan dengan cara saintifik.

4)Ada pula beliau mengatakan pemeriksaan di pejabat MACC hanya mengikut mata kasarnya. Apa yang memalukan dia tidak tahu ketinggian tingkap. Dan macam beruk kena belacan bila disoal siasat oleh Gobind Singh.

Ada pula sebagai seorang pakar terus melaksanakan teorinya, Sedangkan tiada bukti kukuh untuk menyokong fakta sebenar, Dr Khairul adalah pakar bedah siasat tapi bukanlah seorang pakar psikology yang membuat siasatan sebelum Teoh Bunuh diri. Jadi di sini segala ungkapan Dr Khairul memang tiada rasional dan logic. dari pembentangan teori nampaklah faktanya berdolak dalih, Dr Khairul memang bersedia menjadi Barua Penjenayah Umno seperti Gani Patail. Negara kita dibawah Najib sudah menjadi satu regim dimana Polis, SPRM, Peguam Negara dan Doktor menjadi barua kepada Kerajaan yang Zalim.

Menurut sumber di percayai Kementerian Penerangan mengupah ratusan lepasan graduan universiti bagi menyerang pemimpin-pemimpin Pakatan Rakyat menerusi pelbagai laman blog dalam cubaan membina semula kredibiliti UMNO BN yang semakin terhakis. Angkatan ini diletakkan di bawah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Khas (JASA) dan dikatakan dibayar imbuhan kira-kira RM 3,000 sebulan bagi memantau dan menangkis segala dakwaan dan tuntutan yang dianggap menjejaskan krediliti BN, kata-kata sumber rapat dengan JASA.

Mereka diberi kemudahan komputer dan internet dan misi utama ialah menyerang pimpinan Pakatan Rakyat melalui blog yang kononnya dibangunkan mereka secara peribadi. Tidak dapat dipastikan sama ada pasukan itu turut di tugaskan untuk menggodam blog dan laman web pro Pakatan Rakyat yang menjadi wadah maklumat alternatif rakyat Malaysia masa kini. Penubuhan pasukan bloggers tersebut di lihat sebagai tindakan terdesak UMNO menggunakan jentera kerajaan untuk berdepan dengan keluhan rakyat terhadap UMNO BN di alam maya.

Difahamkan satu daripada syarat utama bagi menyertai pasukan ini mestilah menjadi ahli UMNO terlebih dahulu. Menurut sumber, kira-kira 300 lepasan graduan menyertai pasukan blogger yang tak bermaruah ini di peringkat persekutuan. Selain graduan yang diperalatkan ini, UMNO turut menggunakan khidmat blogger yang asalnya memang penyokong mereka.

Dikhabarkan juga, JASA di Pahang turut menubuhkan pasukan blogger totok UMNO dengan keanggotaan 200 orang. Penubuhan pasukan itu di Pahang di restui oleh Najib sendiri. Walaubagaimanapun, blog kendalian JASA Pahang tidak mendapat 'hits' atau sambutan yang diharapkan kerana serangan mereka terhadap pimpinan Pakatan Rakyat bersifat hentaman melulu dan tidak profesional. Ini kerana mereka yang diambil oleh UMNO masih cetek dalam pengetahuan politik negara dan itu gagal menyogok fakta menyakinkan kepada pelayar internet. Pandangan mereka juga berbaur emosi dan perkauman dengan hujah politik kurang kritis dan kreatif.

Didapati carian dalam laman web JASA mendapati, pasukan itu tidak disenaraikan dalam carta organisasi kerana dipercayai bagi mengaburi mata umum. JASA ditubuhkan pada 1960 sebagai Bahagian Hal Ehwal Khas (BHEK). Ia dinaik taraf sebagai sebuah jabatan di bawah Kementerian Penerangan pada 15 Mac 2000.

"Kebodohan pekerja-pekerja akhbar Utusan terbongkar apabila wartawan Utusan yang bertanggungjawab membuat artikel berhubung Karpal mengakui di mahkamah bahawa dia kurang faham apa yang disebutkan oleh Karpal sewaktu sidang medianya kerana tidak fasih berbahasa Inggeris. Kebodohannya semakin terserlah apabila dia menjawab bahawa 'ultra vires' bermaksud 'menghina' sedangkan isitilah tersebut bermaksud 'melampaui bidang kuasa'. Kebodohan wartawan Utusan semakin mengejutkan apabila wartawan ini mengakui bahawa dirinya tidak mengetahui bahawa Karpal merupakan seorang peguam yang terkenal di Malaysia.“

Karpal menghina Sultan” ?

- Sepatutnya AG Guni Petail yang mendakwah Karpal ke Mahkamah harus lah letak jawatan terlebih dahulu, di mana AG tidak lakukan siasatan terlebih dahulu, ini dapat membayangkan Guni Petail duduk dalam office membaca UTUSAN lalu membuat keputusan.

- PDRM pegawai yang menyiasat Karpal Singh, di manakah kesahihan untuk membuktikan Karpal hina sultan? - Nasib baik wartawan Utusan tidak menyatakan sultan adalah ultraman, Ini berkemungkinan wartawan tersebut amat peka dengan `Melayu Auta’ lalu mengganggap Ultra Vires membawa maksud sultan macam Ultra Virus, atau kuman yang membahayakan.

- Nanpaknya wartawan Utusan bertaraf wartawan pariah, maka suratkhabarnya amat sesuai untuk pemuja UMNO. Utusan hanya layak jual untuk pembaca yang bermentaliti rendah, khasnya manusia yang tidak berupaya memikir panjang tetapi hanya tahu merompak dan menyamun – Umnoputra.

Dear Reader, allow me to to share a "joke" with you. Two waiters were talking about the diners they were serving that evening:

Waiter A: There's a large party at my table. I'll get a good tip tonight for sure.
Waiter B: Don't hold your breath, buddy. They're all X (insert name of group here), everyone knows that X are cheapskates.

Later that night...

To waiter B, the X are damned if they do and damned if they don't. He has made up his mind and no truth can change it. He is a caricature of a bigot, i.e. one who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ. Bigots never let facts, reason and logic get in the way of what they want to believe; after all, why should they do that when it's so much easier to find crooked thinking and dishonest arguments enough to support their bigotry?Bigotry is spreading fast in our blogosphere, on both sides of the political divide; I believe that SAA's blog entry of 31 July 2009 is but one example of it. The purpose of the post in question seems to be to imply that the DAP is chauvinist, anti-Malay and anti-Islam.

Terharu saya melihat gambar perjuang perjuang Islam cara UMNO yang
terdapat dalam gambar ini. Perjuangan Islam yang berunsur perkauman
adalah identiti mereka, ini lah Melayu glokal yang menggunakan Islam
sebagai nilai murni mereka.

Memang rasa muak bila golongan ini dapat sokongan kuat dari PDRM,
kenapa tidak kenakan akta hasutan keatas mereka? jawapannya kerana
kaum Cina adalah kaum pendatang, kaum Cina patut disingkir kelaur dari
Malaysia. Ini lah corak pemikiran mereka.

Anti Melayu, Anti Islam kedua dua slogan yang berunsur perkauman dari
UMNO sudah dapat pengiktirafan selepas tsunami 308. sikap diskriminasi
kian menghakis dan semangat anti Cina, anti India membara kuat.

Kenapa Melayu Glokal sanggup gunakan Islam dalam perjuangan mereka?
adakah tindakan mereka ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang positif
terhadap imej Islam sendiri? tidak ... Islam tidak mengajar umatnya
berperangai binatang, Islam tidak mengajar umatnya maki hamun, benci
keatas mereka yang enggan kerjasama dengan mereka.

Inilah Melayu glokal berketurunan perompak dan penyamun mencari alasan
untuk menghina kuasa rakyat. manakah letaknya hak keistimewaan rakyat
dalam tangan mereka ??? pordah ! phuuui...............

You miss the point by a mile Ridhuan Tee (picture above), all above explanations are just a diatribe against those who take you to task for you insensitive comments,
It is not what you say but how you say it.To then hit out at the Chinese community in general as "kiasu" that too with a broad brush is patently unfair.
You then go on to paint DAP specifically and the Chinese generally as decadent and hedonistic, did Islam or any other religion for that matter ever teach its followers to slander ?
You also paint YB Ronnie Liu as a crusader out on a vendetta against Muslims, when Ronnie Liu stressed so many times that his intent was not to belittle Islam but he is duty bound to see that laws are observed, and not arbitrary.

A distinction must be drawn between insulting Islam and insulting some Munafiqs who call themselves Muslim.
For example many "mat rempits" will declare that they are Muslims, so if I rebuke their actions, does that mean I am anti Islam ?

There seems to be nothing praiseworthy of your method nor intent.
Are you hoping to win goodwill this way ? A true Muslim will never speak like this.

Using the Teoh family's misfortune to highlight the social ills you mentioned is underhanded and opportunistic not to mention in bad taste.
It still does not explain your behavior, is your statement even relevant ? Both Teoh Beng Hock and his fiancee are not Muslims so why apply your standards of morality to them ? They had planned to register their marriage a day before Teoh died. Who are you to judge ?
You obfuscate the issue by trying to draw parallels between religious and civil laws when the issue was your insensitivity more so against the backdrop of multiracial and multicultural sensitivities.
If you want to draw parallels there are areas which are not parallel, for example oral sex is permissible under Islam for legitimately married couples, however under the penal code it is technically an offence even for married couples, here Islamic law makes far more sense than its civil counterpart,
Will you write to the authorities to have this archaic civil legislation repealed ?
Many scholars have opined that the ISA (Internal Security Act) is un-Islamic , will you write to the government as a concerned Muslim to repeal it ?

Why don't you castigate proven adulterers of influential public stature who call themselves Muslim, Rahim Thambi Chik, Abu Hassan Omar, Abdul Razak Baginda... etc , I dare you if your principles are as relevant as you purport.
Can you then blame those who accuse you of being an UMNO tool ? A person is judged by the consistency of their actions..

If you talk about opinion, then ,my question is will you accept a statement by a Hindu that you are an ignorant beef eater as just opinion ?
Of course you will not because you will not like someone who does not share your religious convictions rudely imposing their moral standards on you.
It is not about who is right or wrong but about understanding and compassion.

Understanding and compassion are important. Because the universe can be considered a symphony of compassion which provides for our survival. A human being must show compassion to all living beings, for this is a basic requirement of being human. The more people display compassion, the more exalted they become; the more they resort to wrongdoing, oppression, and cruelty, the more they are disgraced and humiliated. They become a shame to humanity. We hear from Prophet Muhammad that a prostitute went to Paradise because her compassion compelled her to give water to a dog dying of thirst, while another woman went to Hell because she allowed a cat to starve to death. Dr.Ridhuan Tee please seek forgiveness from Teoh's family, and to your fellow Muslims some of whom are angry with your statements too.

Even Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) asked for Islam to be propagated in ways that are most gracious, ie by winning over peoples hearts ,not by threats, there are many inspiring hadith for example Muhammad and the blind Jewish beggar,how the Prophet won the hearts of the people in the City of Taif, even though they shouted abusive words and threw stones at him, and many many more such stories.

He always repelled evil with the good of forgiveness and kind behavior in his view, an antidote was better than poison. He believed and practiced the precept that love could sooth hatred, and aggression could be won over by forgiveness.
He fought fire not with fire but with water, unlike those who thump their chest as self proclaimed defenders of Islam do not even understand this simple concept.

“Keep to forgiveness (O Muhammad), and enjoin kindness, and turn away from the ignorant.” (Quran 7:199)

The tragedy in Malaysia is some non-Muslims unfairly label Islam without a cursory understanding of its tenets , the bigger tragedy however is those who proclaim to be Muslims but are ignorant of their own religion.

Knowing any religion by being able to quote all its hadith, verses ,quatrains and what not is useless if one does not have basic human compassion and use it only to advance ones own agenda.
It just makes one a good parrot not a good Ulama.

1 SURE WAY TO HARTAL

The famous Albert Einstein once said, “I hate crowds and making speeches.” This is a common feeling for many of us and is called enochlophobia. Enochlophobia is the fear of crowds, those who suffer with this fear will go out of their way to avoid places like malls, theaters, or any event that crowds would regular attend. A few things they fear will happen when around large crowds are:

1. Being trampled to death (rampaging Mat Rempits)


2. Contracting a deadly virus (AH1N1)


3. Getting lost in a massive crowd of people (People Power)


They themselves feel small and insignificant when surrounded by so many people.

This fear is one that can possibly be genetic and affects women more often than it affects men. Some get so fearful while in crowded areas until they experience chest pains as if having a heart attack, but are actually having a panic attack due to being overly anxious.

Some reasons why you may be experiencing this type of fear are:

1. You may just be a shy person by nature


2. Unable to desensitize yourself from all of the emotions from others around you


3. You do not feel safe around so many people you do not know personally


3. Media coverage (CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera etc.)

This explains why the BN/Umno regime of Najib Razak and their lapdogs the Royal Malaysian Police get so paranoid when there's word that the Rakyat (People) are going to have a Rally (albeit a peaceful one).

We hear of how businessmen lamenting about their loss of income due to the actions of certain Citizens who choose to exercise their democratic right to peacefully gather and demonstrate what they see as abuses by the BN/Umno regime.

Whatever the case, the reason for all this chaos and 'loss of income' is not because of the actions of peaceful demonstrators like GMI but it was actually caused by the actions of an incompetent Police force under the orders of a dysfunctional BN/Umno regime whose leaders are simply paranoid.

Having said this, one can just imagine that if there were to be a rumor that a nationwide protest rally was going to take place, you can bet your top dollar that the paranoid BN/Umno regime will order the Police to lock down the whole country.

There you have it folks, if you want to successfully have a nationwide Hartal, just let the Enochlophobic BN/Umno regime and their lapdogs the PDRM do it for you. Do this couple of times and in no time even the die hard supporters of the Regime will join the Rakyat to Hartal against the BN/Umno regime. Organizing other forms of protest needs more effort, skills and public support. Hartal cashes on the fear of people and can be organized with the 'support' of the BN/Umno regime. This is 1 Sure Way To Hartal!

In the beginning, most terrorists were no more than a bunch of hot-blooded people, who are zealous at doing and making something good. Unfortunately, at the time, they did not have a clear idea of what “good” things they can do.

The kepala-kepala of the terrorists, on the other hand, have very different agendas. It could be the power they covet or wealth that they crave for, or both. In order to seize what they want, in a rapid manner, they will need to draw strength from the masses. Who will be the better candidates than the overly zealous people? The goals (power and wealth) are set, the means (the masses) are there handy to be exploited, now it is putting it in action (manipulation).
How to manipulate?
Lets look back in the history of mankind, almost all wars were fueled with religion and race. There is no way to pull strength from people together more powerful than race and religion.

Naziz, they chose “race”.
Japanese, they chose “race”
Mao Tze Dong’s Cultural Revolution, he used “religion”, the “religion” he used was his twisted version of communism.
Taliban, “religion”
Osama, “religion”

What those evil leaders did was very simple. To exploit the power of masses, they first have to spawn hatred.

“The survival of your people (“race”) are being threatened, stand up and fight”.

The same work magnificently on “religion”.

“The survival of your religion are being threatened, stand up and fight”.

In very short period of time, the hatred get snow-balled to the magnitude tantamount to a giga-tonne nuclear bomb.
Sadly, those blind-folded follower terrorists don’t even know they are being manipulated. Fueled with made-believed anger and hatred, they have become akin to animals, capable of brutality, cruelness, ready to kill, to butcher, some even kill themselves, like the Japanese Kamikaze or 911 pilots, or those self-bombers who blew up public places.

UMNO is taking the country down that direction. They have been spawning and spreading hatred within the country. Don’t you think they really care for Malays as the race, or Islam. They are off for two things: Power and Money.

It is the duty of every Malaysian, who have the clear mind, to evangelize (not referring to any particular religion) love and care and good virtue to the people around us. Contemplate the true teachings of your respective religion, may it be Islam or Christianity or Buddhism etc.

Don’t be fooled by UMNO and their devil advocates. Hatred will not lead us to anywhere good.

WE CANNOT CALL "EXPRESSWAY" SIMPLY BECAUSE THERE ARE GAPS or STOPPAGES IN THE FORM OF TOLL-GATES ALL ALONG THE HIGHWAYS - SO MANY OF THEM - SEVERAL - SOMETIMES IN MULTIPLES. THAT CAUSE THE HIGHWAY JAMS WHICH JOURNEY - ANY JOURNEY AT ANY TIME - DOESN'T SEEMS TO BE 'EXPRESS' IN ANY WAY.
NEITHER CAN IT BE CALLED "FREEWAY" - SINCE IT IS NOT "FREE" AT ALL - ANY USER GOT TO PAY FOR IT - THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS FREE FOR ANY USER TO DRIVE ON ANY MALAYSIAN HIGHWAY.

THAT'S WHY IN MALAYSIA ..... THE TERM HIGHWAY ALWAYS REMAIN "HIGHWAY".
OUR PEOPLE SIMPLY CANNOT AFFORD TO CALL neither "FREEWAY" nor "EXPRESSWAY".

Police Must Arrest Ibrahim Ali & The Brains Behind The Pro-ISA Group

Malaysiakini reports that the pro-Internal Security Act (ISA) coalition has urged the authorities to detain Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim, PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang and DAP stalwart Lim Kit Siang under the security law.

The Scribe demands that the BN/Umno government and their lapdogs the Police arrests the leaders behind the Pro-ISA Group under the banner Gabungan NGO Pembela Negara (Magaran) which includes Majlis Permuafakatan Ummah (Pewaris), Pertubuhan Kebajikan & Dakwah Islamiah Semalaysia (Pekida) and especially Ibrahim 'Katak' Ali (pic above right) for creating a climate of fear by saying that they, Magaran (the Pro-ISA group) that were prepared to carry out a counter march to the Royal Palace and hand in a Memo to the King in support of ISA.

They even threatened to confront the Anti-ISA marchers all in the name of the so-called King, Religion and Race thingy. In fact, Ibrahim 'Katak' Ali has gone on record to boast that he and his group were prepared to create 'huru-hara' (chaos) if the Anti-ISA group went ahead with their peaceful march. This should be grounds for the Police to arrest Ibrahim Ali and the rest of his cohorts from Magaran as they have clearly caused unnecessary panic and loss of business and inconvenienced the Rakyat apart from spreading rumors of an impending clash in the streets of Kuala Lumpur.

The Scribe and the Rakyat give IGP Musa Hassan (pic above left) 24 hours to arrest Ibrahim Ali and his cohorts from Magaran for creating a climate of fear, criminal intimidation and rumor mongering. Should you have the guts to arrest them, make sure that they get a fair trial and not detain them under the ISA (something The Scribe seriously doubts will ever happen). Show us Musa, if you are your own man or just a pooch of Umno. Please prove your critics wrong for once, Musa.
