The High Court’s ruling on the government’s ban on use of the word ‘Allah’ by non-Muslims and especially The Herald, may be overturned by the Court of Appeal as the Home Minister has said that the government is going to appeal against the decision. This shouldn't come as a surprise as we have seen many High Court decisions against the Evil BN/Umno regime has been overturned by the Court of Appeal as in the YAB Nizar Jamaluddin and YB Anwar Ibrahim cases.
Allah is the Arabic word God and it is also one of His names. It comes from two Arabic words Al which is the definite article "The" and Ilah which means "God" or "that which you adore or worship", so Allah literally means "The Only True God worthy of worship".
Muslims prefer to call God Allah because all the prophets used this great name to refer to their Creator and also because it has no gender and it means Absolute Oneness.
Even in Aramaic, the language Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) spoke the word for God is Allah or Allaha.
We have been commanded by Allah in the Glorious Quran to say to the Jews and the Christians: ""We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; our God and your God is One (i.e, Allah), and to Him we have submitted (as Muslims)." [29:46]
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall (1875-1936), the famous British translator of the Glorious Quran wrote explaining why he chose to use Allah in his translation instead of God: "I have retained the word of Allah throughout because there is no corresponding word in English. The word ‘Allah’ (the stress is on the last syllable) has neither feminine nor plural, and has never been applied to anything other than the unimaginable Supreme Being.” [The Meaning of the Glorious Koran, Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall (trans.), New York, The New American Library, 1961, p.31 as quoted in The Eternal Message of Muhammad, Abd al-Rahman Azzam, Quartet Book Ltd., London, 1979, pp.35-36]

ALLAH SUBHANAHUWATAALLAH(SWT) is the ONE GOD,which the MUSLIM believe is the ONLY GOD to all mankind...!!What we cannot equate
ALLAH SWT is to refer HIM as having
a son and the holy ghost(?)as in the Christian's belief or to MANY Gods as in the Hindu's belief,such as god of posperity,god of destruction,god of love,etc,etc,etc
or others who worship the sun,the wind,the animals,etc,etc,etc....
IT's OK if one refer ALLAH SWT to the ONE,ONLY GOD,THE ALL POWERFUL,
THE BENEVELONT,THE ALL MIGHTY.....
but not when you start making comparison ALLAH to other god,then it's just GOD to you,NOT your ALLAH

b4 100%reverse judgment from appeal court Herald NOW must use 'Allah' on anything : magazines, books, buildings, trees, flowers, new-born babies, cats or ...or...watever, QUICK !
Leave ALLAH to make judgment on who can use and who cannot use. He has the final say. By the way UMNO are you guys cock sure that you are clean and a Muslim??? Looking at the pass 52 years you guys have been cheating us from every corners. Shame on you taking raykat tax money and making stupid commence.
