Unconfirmed sources report that Dato' Nizar Jamaluddin has been declared as the rightful Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) of Perak by the Court. The landmark ruling was 4 to 1 in favor of Nizar.
Perak which was ruled by Pakatan Rakyat was taken over in a coup d'etat orchestrated by none other than Prime Minister Najib Razak after the defection of 3 lawmakers from Pakatan Rakyat to Barisan Nasional under controversial circumstances.
It is learned that as Menteri Besar, YAB Nizar will seek an audience with the Sultan of Perak to dissolve the Perak State Assembly so that the People can have a fresh mandate. This is something the illegitimate Perak BN government of Zambry Kadir was afraid to do as BN/Umno knows that they haven't got a ghost of a chance to win in a snap election.
Only yesterday Zambry had dared all the 28 PR lawmakers to quit.
