Here is a news item which I find truly intriguing. We have illegals in this country and the Home Minister wants to meet with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the guilds and decide if there will be a crackdown. "There have been requests for the crackdown to be postponed as it was scheduled to start on the second day of Chinese New Year, where businesses would be brisk with huge profits to be made"
This home minister has time and again forgotten that this country is governed by laws or should be. The law is clear what you should do with the illegals. There is no consideration that profits can be made. In fact as a lawyer he should know that the law does not give him any power to defer taking any action against offenders.
Can we get on with the crackdown immediately.
