Committing Oral Sex Is Not Against Malaysian Law

By Admin

Police have investigated MCA President Chua Soi Lek for oral sex, considered carnal intercourse against the order of nature, based on footage from his sex DVD scandal two years ago. According to news reports, Selangor Criminal Investigation Department chief Hasnan Hassan said that police were investigating the sex DVD under section 377(A) of the Penal Code.

Not only will the police be going after those who circulated the tape, but they may also charge Soi Lek, who if found guilty can be jailed for up to 20 years.
The sex scandal resurfaced on Feb 10, 2009 after a Kelana Jaya resident claimed that an envelope containing the DVD and a letter was placed in his mailbox. The letter instructed the recipient to lodge a police report after watching the video. The video, featured Soi Lek and a woman having sex in a hotel suite.

Upon watching the DVD, the resident realised that the DVD was a pornographic video and proceeded to make the police report. Chua had given a statement at the district police headquarters at Petaling Jaya and told investigators that the video is the same as the one that surfaced previously. In January 2008, the former Labis MP admitted to being the man in a sex video and resigned from all political posts.

It is rather strange that the Police were swift to act against Leader of the Opposition YB Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim who is charged with sodomy, which by definition is considered as carnal intercourse against the order of nature just like the blow job Tiger Chua got from his lady friend but until now Tiger Chua has yet to be charged. Unlike Tiger Chua's sex DVD scandal, there's not even an iota of evidence to proof that DSAI committed sodomy as claimed by Saiful Bukhari.

The Scribe calls upon the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), The Inspector General of Police and the Home Minister to institute criminal proceedings against Chua Soi Lek for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature. Failing which, it shall be construed that committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature is not against Malaysian law and all those accused and charged of committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature shall have their charges dropped with immediate effect.

The rats in UMNO

By Krishna Singh

A tourist walked into a Brighton curio/antique shop in the UK
After looking around for a while, he noticed a very life-like bronze statue of a rat.

It had no price tag, but it was so striking that he decided to buy it anyway.

He took it to the owner and said: 'How much is this bronze rat?'

The owner replied: 'It's £12 for the rat, and £100 for the story.'

The tourist gave the owner his £12 and said: 'I'll just take the rat, you can keep the story.'

As he walked off down the street, he noticed that a few real rats had crawled out of the sewers and begun following him.

This was a little disconcerting, so he started to walk a little faster, but within a couple of blocks the swarm of rats had grown to hundreds, and they were all squealing and screeching in a very menacing way.

He increased his speed & ran on towards the beach, and as he ran, he looked behind him and saw the rats now numbered in their MILLIONS, and they were running faster & faster.

By now very concerned, he ran down to the pier and threw the bronze rat far out into the water.

Amazingly, the millions of real rats jumped into the water after it and were all drowned.

The man walked back to relate all this to the shop owner, who said: 'Ah, you've come back for the story then?'

'No,' said the tourist,
'I came back to see if you've got a bronze Malaysian UMNO Politician....

Pornstar Voted In To Lead Malaysian Chinese

By Tan Teik Lye

The Quotes below were extracted from Goh Wei Liang's A PIECE OF MY MIND Blog. This Pro-Ong Tee Keat and Pro-MCA/BN Blogger has thrown mud on OTK's opponents. Now is the time for Goh Wei Liang to walk the talk. If he is not a hypocrite, he should stop supporting MCA as the Party is now been headed by individuals whom Goh Wei Liang condemned so elequently. MCA has proven to the world that it is a party with no morals but only a party that wags it's tail on it's master Umno's request. I'm also interested to hear from Justice4OTK. MCA should now be renamed Malaysian Cheebai Association.

My words were clear when I raised my concerns and I did not mince a single word. "We must not take Dr Chua's goodwill and support blindly". I await to see the next course of action that will be taken. I said it before and I will say it again. I have full confidence and faith in Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat to lead MCA.
Win or lose, I walk with Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat till the end for the good things he did for us and for the hope he gave us Malaysians.

If the MCA Central Delegates choose to vote for Ong Ka Ting's faction to return to power, I don't see how such a decision reflect the calls by the Chinese community. But Ong Ka Ting and Chan Kong Choy's era were not without controversies. Which Minister has ever handed over a Government Ministerial position to a kin ?

And then, there were chatter on vice, phantom members, triads, money lending licences (Ah Longs), PKFZ and nepotism. Some of these issues are still haunting MCA today.

When Ka Ting and Kong Choy stepped down with the Central Committee being their men, it is said that Tee Keat will be supported to be President while Ka Chuan will be the Deputy President.

In other words, probably Tee Keat was to be a puppet President and allow Ka Chuan time to consolidate his position to takeover as President of MCA.
Just like the plans in UMNO's triangle power transition of Mahathir - Abdullah - Najib. The only difference is this involves brotherhood and dynasty rule.

MCA is in a mess. The political alignment ain't clear. Even if it is now, it might just be smokescreens. Let me share with you some insights of MCA.

Chua Soi Lek - Liow Tiong Lai

This alliance won't last. Liow Tiong Lai's support comes from the camps of Ong Ka Ting, Ong Ka Chuan, Wee Ka Siong and Chew Mei Fun.
But Dr Chua is still licking his wounds from the snoop squad case. Any such alliance will fail for sure.
Moreover, Chew Mei Fun was reported to have said that if Chua goes for the Presidency, she will quit. If they team up, both parties are expected to play each other out. Soi Lek could possibly work with Ka Siong while collecting support from his loyalists like Tan Chai Ho and Loh Seng Kok.

By now, I doubt anyone in Tee Keat's camp will trust Soi Lek anymore.
I warned the leaders that we must not take Soi Lek's goodwill and support blindly as I don't trust him much even though he was a good Minister of Health. In the end, my warning became a reality and Soi Lek turned the tables on Tee Keat's camp. So, no doubt, the chances are not there for them to work together, regardless of Soi Lek's philosophy of "politics is about making the impossible possible".

Light Years

From Muslim Melayu Blog

Assalamualaikum w.r.t.

Quite a while I have not posted anything in the blog. Went to PTS raya gathering this afternoon (15/10/2009), and got a dose of adrenalin to write something. I have hyperlinked the blog to 'NASA Image of the Day' and today's image, taken from NASA's Swift satellite, is of a galaxy, known as M31 in the constellation Andromeda, which is the largest and closest spiral galaxy to our own Milky Way.

This image of M31 merges 330 individual images taken by Swift's Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope showing a region 200,000 light-years wide and 100,000 light-years high (100arcminutes by 50 arcminutes).

A light year is the distance of light travelling in a year. The speed of light travelling in a vacuum is 299,792,458 metres per second or approximately 300,000 km per second or 1,080,000,000km per hour.

The Andromeda galaxy is 2,500,000 light years from our milky way, so getting there has a lot of zeros in the kilometer. That is only getting there, to tour the galaxy from left to right, top to bottom, masyaAllah, it is quite mind boggling. Compare it with distances that we are familiar with like from KL to JB about 400km, KL to KB about 600km. Phew... not comparable. All I can say is, subhanallah wallahu akbar.

Tengku Razaleigh's 'Biggest Oil Field In The World' Is In Kelantan!

“I was also told it is the biggest oil field or oil well (not only) in this part of the world but also in any part of the world."
- Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah

By ADMIN

In an interview with The Malaysian Insider on March 20, 2010, Gua Musang MP Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah (pic above) claimed he was told that the national oil company, Petronas, has made a “very big discovery of an oil field, probably the biggest in the world”. This discovery, he asserted, meant that Petronas would have a very good future. However, the founding chairman of Petronas declined to go into details. “I was told… no announcement (was) made (about) a very big discovery of oil. I was told there was a big discovery… which could depress the oil price.“I was also told it is the biggest oil field or oil well (not only) in this part of world but also in any part of the world. “I cannot disclose the (location)… I cannot tell you,” he said when asked repeatedly about the discovery, which he mentioned in his talk titled, “Oil Royalty: A Constitutional Right?” organised by the Malaysian Bar here today. (Informed sources tell The Scribe that the location of this Mega Oil Field is in Kelantan). He also did not identify who had told him of the developments in Petronas. Meanwhile, Petronas, in a brief statement, denied any such discovery.

On Thursday, June 12, 2008, The Scribe wrote about Huge Oil & Gas Reserves Found In Kelantan. This issue is now highlighted in the news every other day. Seriously, there are oil and gas in Southern Thailand and North Terengganu, IS KELANTAN SO UNLUCKY TO HAVE NO OIL/GAS WHEN SANDWICHED BETWEEN THIS TWO RICH FIELDS? For this reason, The Scribe has decided to repost this Article.

Kelantan wants its portion of the oil royalty amounting to RM1 billion from the area jointly developed by Malaysia and Thailand.

The money would be used to develop the Bachok Special Economic Zone, which includes a project to supply electricity to Southern Thailand.

Producing a copy of the agreement signed between the Kelantan state government and Petronas dated May 9, 1975 under the Petroleum Development Act 1974 Petroleum Development Act 1974), Kelantan senior exco Datuk Husam Musa said today there was no reason for the federal government not to pay Kelantan its dues.

The signatories to the agreement were the then menteri besar Datuk Mohamed Nasir and Petronas chairman Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.

The agreement stated that in return for ownership and the rights, powers, liberties and privileges, Petronas shall make cash payments of the sum amounting to 5% to the Kelantan government. The cash payments were to be made semi-annually, in March and September.

Prior to PDA 1974, the rights to extract oil and gas were vested exclusively in the Malay Sultans. All states were made to sign the agreement under the Act back in 1975. Terengganu which signed the agreement enjoyed 22 years of oil royalty until it was stopped in 2000 when PAS took over the state after winning the 1999 general election.

According to Husam, there was also no issue of overlapping claims, as the PDA 1974 was clear on that the state has a claim in royalty to the oil and gas found both onshore and off shore.

Repost:

With all the talk about rising oil prices or the lack of it, the BN/Umno regime saw it fit to raise the price of petrol and diesel. There has long been a suspicion that Kelantan had a vast oil and gas reserve. However, the BN/Umno regime doesn’t seem to want to exploit it as long as Kelantan is under Pakatan Rakyat. It makes sense here if the State is under Pakatan Rakyat, it will be difficult for the Umnoputras to exploit the oil and gas revenues for their own pockets. According to a report in The Star on May 4th, 2006 by Ian MacIntyre, oil deposits have been found at the inshore areas of Tumpat and Bachok districts in Kelantan.

Kelantan State Financial Planning Committee Chairman, Datuk Husam Musa said oil deposits have been found at the inshore areas of Tumpat and Bachok districts in Kelantan. He said the state government planned to appoint a consultant to confirm if there were oil reserves around both inshore areas, which could be extracted commercially. He added that the oil discovery was made recently by certain parties who alerted the state. More details can be found at http://kickdefella.wordpress.com.

The following article extracted from the United States Energy Information Administration is both informative and an eye opener.

United States Energy Information Administration
Malaysia Energy Report (part of May 2000 report)

Malaysia is important to world energy markets because of its 81.7 trillion cubic feet of natural gas reserves and its net oil exports of over 300,000 barrels per day. Note: All information contained in this report is the best available as of May 2000 and is subject to change.
OIL

Malaysia contains proven oil reserves of 3.9 billion barrels, down from 4.3 billion barrels in 1996. Despite this trend toward declining oil reserves (due to lack of significant new discoveries in recent years), Malaysia's crude oil production has been stable in recent years, fluctuating in the range between 690,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) and 730,000 bbl/d between 1996 and early 2000. In 1999, crude oil production averaged 720,000 bbl/d. After a pause during the Asian financial crisis, Malaysia's domestic petroleum product consumption is again growing.

As a result of declining oil reserves, Petronas, the state oil and gas company, has embarked on an international exploration and production strategy. Currently, Petronas is invested in oil exploration and production projects in Syria, Turkmenistan, Iran, Pakistan, China, Vietnam, Burma, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Sudan, and Angola. In 1999, Malaysia exported the majority of its oil to markets in Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and Singapore.

Malaysia's domestic oil production occurs offshore and primarily near Peninsular Malaysia. Most of the country's oil fields contain low sulfur, high quality crude, with gravities in the 35o-50o API range. Over half of the country's oil production comes from the Tapis field, which contains 44o API oil with 0.2% sulfur content. Esso Production Malaysia Inc. (EPMI), an affiliate of ExxonMobil Corporation, is the largest crude oil producer in Peninsular Malaysia, accounting for nearly half of Malaysia's crude oil production. EPMI operates seven fields near the peninsula, and one-third of its production comes from the Seligi field. The Seligi-F platform, with its 28 wells, is the newest satellite in the Seligi field, located 165 miles off the coast of Terengganu, Peninsular Malaysia. Built at a cost of $155 million, Seligi-F is the seventh production platform on the Seligi field. The platform came on stream in March 1998 and is expected to produce an annual average of 21,000 bbl/d. EPMI holds a 78% interest in the project with Petronas Carigali holding the remaining 22%. In addition, EPMI began drilling the nearby Raya-A platform in the second quarter 1998. EPMI has invested $96 million in six wells, and holds an 80% interest with Petronas Carigali holding the remaining 20%.

In other developments, Sabah Shell Petroleum Company, a unit of Royal Dutch/Shell Group, raised production at the Kinabalu field to 36,000 bbl/d, as well as 28 million cubic feet per day (Mmcf/d) of gas. Production at Kinabalu, located in the SB-1 block 34 miles off the coast of Labuan, Sabah in east Malaysia, began in December 1997. Peak production is expected to reach 40,000 bbl/d of oil and 30 Mmcf/d of gas. As operator of the SB-1 block, Shell holds an 80% stake in the block, with Petronas holding a 20% stake. In February 1998, Amerada Hess signed two, five-year production sharing contracts (PSCs) with Petronas for blocks PM304 and SK306. The PSCs commit Amerada to $24.9 million of exploration activities on the two blocks. Amerada drilled five exploratory wells in 1999 following a series of 2-D and 3-D seismic studies. Under the PSCs, Amerada holds a 70% stake in PM304, offshore Terengganu, and an 80% stake in SK 306, offshore Sarawak, with Petronas holding the remaining interests in both blocks.

In February 2000, Sweden's Lundin Oil announced that it had signed a sales agreement with Petronas and PetroVietnam which will allow it to proceed with development of its long-delayed Bunga Kekwa project. Production is scheduled to begin in 2003, with an expected volume of 40,000 bbl/d of liquids and 250 Mmcf/d of gas. Lundin Oil is the operator of the field, and Petronas and Petrovietnam hold equity stakes in the project.

Refining & Downstream
Malaysia has six refineries with a total processing capacity of 524,400 bbl/d. The three largest are the 155,000 bbl/d Shell Port Dickson refinery and thePetronas Melaka-I and 100,000 bbl/d Melaka-II refineries, which each have a capacity of 100,000 bbl/d.

The second phase of the $1.4-billion, 200,000-bbl/d Melaka refinery complex, located about 90 miles south of Kuala Lumpur, commenced operation in August 1998. The 100,000-bbl/d Melaka-II second phase is a joint venture between Petronas (45%), Conoco (40%), and Statoil (15%). This second refinery contains a 62,000-bbl/d vacuum distillation unit, 26,000-bbl/d catalytic cracker, 28,500-bbl/d hydrocracker, 35,000-bbl/d desulfurization unit, and 21,000-bbl/d coker. One of the main purposes of this refinery is to supply gasoline to Conoco's service stations in Thailand and a new line of stations planned for Malaysia. The first phase of the Melaka refinery was finished in mid-1994 and consisted of a 100,000 bbl/d sweet crude distillation unit, which is wholly-owned by Petronas and processes Tapis crude oil.
Petronas, in a joint venture with Conoco and Statoil began construction of a 7,500 bbl/d lubricants plant at Melaka in 1998. Petronas and its partners began construction on the $250 million plant in March 1998, and it is scheduled to come on line in 2002.

In other downstream activities, Petronas signed a joint venture agreement with Union Carbide Company, in April 1998, to build a petrochemical complex in Kertih on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Construction of the complex is estimated to cost $3-$4 billion and to involve three separate projects. The centerpiece of the joint venture is an olefins cracker unit with an annual production capacity of 600,000 metric tons of ethylene and 85,000 metric tons of propylene. Petronas will hold a 76% stake and Union Carbide will hold a 24% stake in this unit, which is expected to be complete by the first quarter 2001. Both companies will hold equal shares in the ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol plant with an annual capacity of 320,000 metric tons and the multi-unit derivatives plant. The derivatives plant will produce amines and ethyloxates, glycol ethers, butyl acetate, and butanol.

NATURAL GAS
Malaysia contains 81.7 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) of proven natural gas reserves. Natural gas production has been rising steadily in recent years, reaching 1.44 Tcf in 1998, up from 1.36 Tcf in 1997. Natural gas consumption in 1998 was estimated at 0.70 Tcf, with LNG exports of 0.72 Tcf (mostly to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan). Exports dipped slightly in 1998 as a result of the Asian financial crisis, but began to climb again in 1999.

One of the most active areas in Malaysia for gas exploration and development is the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development Area (JDA), located in the lower part of the Gulf of Thailand and governed by the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority (MTJA). The MTJA was established by the two governments for joint exploration of the once-disputed JDA. The JDA covers blocks A-18 and B-17 to C-19. A 50:50 partnership between Petronas and Triton Energy Ltd. is developing block A-18, while the Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT) and Petronas also share equal interests in the remaining blocks. PTT and Petronas announced an agreement in November 1999 to proceed with development of a gas pipeline from the JDA to a processing plant in Songkla, Thailand, and a pipeline linking the Thai and Malaysian gas grids. Malaysia and Thailand will each take half of the gas produced. The agreement had been delayed two years by uncertainty over demand growth related to the Asian financial crisis. Production from the JDA is to begin in 2002.

Block A-18 is operated by the Carigali-Triton Operating Company (CTOC), a joint venture project between Triton and Petronas. In December 1997, the MTJA approved a development plan for CTOC's Cakerawala gas field, which will be the first JDA field to come on line. In November 1999, CTOC signed a gas sale agreement with Petronas and PTT, which will allow it to proceed with development. Gas production of 390 Mmcf/d will begin in mid-2002.
Malaysia accounted for approximately 18% of total world LNG exports in 1998. After a brief downturn related to the Asian financial crisis, demand for LNG is rising again. After much delay, Malaysia is proceeding with a long-planned expansion of its Bintulu LNG complex in Sarawak. In February 2000, Petronas signed a contract with a consortium headed by Kellogg Brown and Root for construction of the MLNG Tiga facility, with two LNG liquefaction trains and a total capacity of 7.6 million metric tons (370 Bcf) per year. The Bintulu facility as a whole will then be the largest LNG liquefaction center in the world, with a total capacity of 23 million metric tons per year (1.1 Tcf).

Apart from its existing customers, Petronas will be selling some of the gas from MLNG Tiga to Enron's Metgas project in India. Malaysia also has sold some spot LNG cargoes to Coral Energy of the United States.

Melayu mudah lupa .... bukan mudah lupa saja ... malah Melayu kira ambil mudah segala2nya.

Oleh siti jerangkung

Salaam Siti Jarum,

Betul tu .... tapi Melayu bukan lemah tang tu saja .... malah berderet deret kalau nak di senaraikan .... seperti sedikit sebanyak apa yg tertera dibawah ni:

Melayu bukan setakat MUDAH LUPA saja.
Melayu bikin segala-galanya mudah.
Mudah dalam serba serbi .... pendek kata segala-galanya.
Memang pun Melayu mudah lupa.
Melayu sentiasa lupa.
Melayu selalu lupa.
Melayu memanjang lupa.

Walaupun begitu, ramai yg ingin jadi Melayu ..... walaupun mereka bukan real punya Melayu ....
Contoh? tak payah kasi contoh lah .... sendiri boleh lihat disekeliling .... disekitar kita pun cukup.

(Sengaja aku campur-aduk bahasa Melayu sama bahasa Inggeris kerana ini adalah normal practice - amalan kita semua warga 1Malaysia dari dulu hingga kini. Dan ia lebih selesa dgn penggunaan bahasa bercampur aduk dgn bahasa antarabangsa - sekaligus membawa bahasa kita bertaraf dunia .... ke persada dunia/global)

Salah satu ekzampel - beberapa insiden dimana ramai kalangan Melayu kita yang 'happened' to be living (working) in Northern Europe particularly Norway and Sweden and the like ..... used to come back and told some of their relatives, friends and colleagues that all those people in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and others are so stupid that all the fish heads (kepala ikan yg boleh bikin kari) semuanya di buangkan saja. And these Malaysians (mostly Malays) happily picked those freely available fish-heads from the wet-markets ... and they thought that they're brilliant..... and feel happy somemore .... but they never know that they're really damned stupid fools. No wonder they never learn or never did any research as to why people over there (especially the Whites) never eat the fish-heads (they just discard away like unwanted items (garbage atau sampah lah tu).... inedible items so to say). But the Malays (who thought that they're so smart and intelligent (that's why they can be there and be working and living there probably as expatriates) .... and yet they never want to see (to know) or to ask or enquire the reasons as to why the people over there never consumed fish-heads. And they (the Malays) think that they're intelligent. Biasalah Melayu .......

In our own country Malaysia, almost all Malay-folks like to eat fish-heads as their main items in their daily meals. They never know that .... not the slightest thought from their thick heads that that's the reason why Malays seems to be forgetful (besides being nyanyuk/senile) ..... and that's why ..... Melayu mudah lupa.

Lihatlah kesan pelaburan2 seperti 'skim cepat kaya' ..... 'labu peram' - 'Skim Pelaburan Pak Man Telo' dan berbagai2 lagi.

Melayu mudah percaya.
Melayu mudah terpengaruh.
Melayu mudah terpikat.
Melayu mudah teruja.
Melayu mudah terpedaya.
Melayu mudah meniru
Melayu mudah di tipu.
Melayu mudah dipermainkan.
Melayu mudah dikelentong.
Melayu mudah melatah.
Melayu mudah melenting.
Melayu mudah mengamuk.
Melayu mudah emosional.
Melayu mudah merajuk.
Melayu mudah naik angin
Melayu mudah terikut2
Melayu mudah mengikut membuta tuli
Melayu mudah jadi pak turut
Melayu mudah termakan dgn janji
Melayu mudah diperbodohkan
Melayu mudah diperkotak-katikkan
Melayu mudah di umpan
Melayu mudah digula2
Melayu mudah terpengaruh dadah
Melayu mudah kelam mata

Pendek kata segala macam 'mudah' iaitu 'sikap ambil mudah' ada pada diri orang Melayu.

P/S : Even the ikan bilis heads shouldn't be consumed. This can be found in the nasi lemak where the ikan bilis together with their heads would be cooked together as the gravy sambal dish.

Melayu pandai dengan peribahasa dan pepatah nya seperti "Pelanduk lupakan jerat"..... tetapi tidak realise yang 'ikan selalu terkena umpan' atau 'termakan umpan' ...... sebab apa? kerana ikan selalu lupa akan umpan...... kerana there must be something wrong with their heads (i.e the kepala ikan/fish-heads). TERTIPU .... TERJERAT ..... TERPEDAYA memanjang.

Who is running the police force?
It is an open secret that besides the ruling elite, the Third Party interfering with Police work includes former top officers of the force including those who have served as IGP & deputy IGP etc. These people are being used to lobby for various favours. They may not be doing it for themselves but for others who are prepared to be more than generous if they get what they want. The only way to stop this rot is to have a thorough shake-up of the police force & a Police Commission be set up to discipline & hold it accountable. The infamous blue black eye incident suffered by Anwar should have alerted us all to the need for changes in the police force. Kugan, for example, may have been given the third degree treatment by police acting on the instructions of a luxury car syndicate & insurance adjusters, according to the speculation. Things can only get worse for the police who are determined to protect their shady dealings come hell or high water. Even the IGP is under suspicion. He knows.

SivaRasa should be rapped on the knuckles for delay
Musa Hassan should be given 4 years to get his law degree failing which he should be prosecuted for lying under oath. If he fails his law degree, he should be prosecuted too. In mitigation, he can say that at least he didn't pass off a bogus degree to get his job. SivaRasa should be rapped on the knuckles too by the court for not coming forward earlier & only kicking a man when he's down. That's not very gentlemanly of him. What do you expect of a legislator who doesn't open his mouth at all on Indian issues & pretends to be deaf, dumb & blind? He's happy playing mandore politics, announcing the same allocations over & over again for Indians. The former DBKL Mayor was for years referred to as Dr Elyas Omar by the media. Subsequently, it transpired that he did not have a PhD. Asked why he didn't stop the media referring to him as Dr, Elyas replied "because they didn't ask". Deja Vu? The gov't should offer an amnesty for all those in the civil service holding bogus qualifications/kulitfications.

When women are considered a man's property
A man sticking to one woman is a rule made by a society which considers women as property. Nature knows no restrictions and men are driven by their hormones to ensure the survival of the genes. Being horny or gatal is incidental to the big picture that nature sees. Of course, nature would be defeated if the man was not horny. Once a woman reaches a certain age, she wouldn't be able to keep up with a man who's still strong and looks young and good-looking. Add to that a pocketful of ringgit and all hell will break loose. In fact, the more money that men have, the more their thoughts tend to wonder dangerously and the hornier they become. Besides, financial freedom buys one loads of time. The problem is what to do with all that time if not get laid. Ask any politician in Umno what they do most of the time and you will get the same answers. This is one area the religious dept and Islamic police should be looking at if they are willing to risk theirs jobs, perks and promotions.

The link between Najib and Altantuya is quite obvious
Obviously, the link is because of the submarine deal which saw the Federal Gov't paying out RM 500 in commissions & promises to pay RM 300 million a year for the next 30 years for the maintenance of the two subs which we don't need because our seas are shallow. Many people don't seem to realise that what the ruling elite calls a legitimate business deal is nothing more than stealing the people's sweat from the public treasury. This is what drives the so-called development projects promised by the ruling Barisan Nasional. As Tengku Razaleigh once said in Australia when Mahathir was Prime Minister, they (the ruling elite) are awarding themselves gov’t projects. Altantuya enters the picture as an interpreter who was promised some RM 5 million for her services. Obviously, some people didn't want to pay her & had her killed for perhaps a paltry sum. The finger of suspicion falls on Najib because he was Defence Minister & the broker company that bagged the submarine project was under Baginda, his aide.

Anwar a big let-down among Indians, East M’sians
If MIC were to stand again, it will be wiped out & it will be a toss between Pakatan Rakyat & HRPM. PR is likely to have the edge if HRPM cannot secure at least some non-Indian support. However, if Umno replaces MIC -- & this would not be viewed favourably by the latter -- the party would have a good chance of bagging the seat by default if HRPM enters the fray at the same time. HRPM can only win if PR gives way & this is unlikely to happen given the fact that Anwar thinks PKR is his family business. Anwar is found more & more wanting as a national leader, not only among the Indian community but also in Sabah & S'wak. After having accepted the Tambunan Declaration which covers autonomy, Sabah/S'wak rights, 20 Points & the M'sia Agreement, Anwar refused to back the recent briefing by CigMa activists from PKR at the British Parliament in London & even cut-off promised financial aid from the party for the trip at the last minute. Luckily, M'sians in London came through, tnx to Hindraf.

Religion should not dictate a man’s fate
The big difference between the mainstream media & the alternative media is that the former buries the news angle when reporting on a "negative" issue. Besides that, the MSM tries to pass off virtually racist speeches & propaganda on development as "news". There is also a religious element among the MSM establishments. At the New Straits Times, for example, the policy is to have only Muslims as heads of the various news bureaus around the country. At the main office, Muslims also hold a disproportionate number of the top posts despite sometimes their weakness in the English language & even their inability to match their non-Muslim colleagues in energy & productivity. Not surprisingly, the Nst circulation is down to 88,000 copies daily including copies sponsored for schools by big corporations & other sponsored copies handed out free at the toll plazas, KLIA & LCC. A person's religion should never be held against him but that's the sad fact at the Nst. Many even convert to get promoted.

Support the Right to Freedom of Expression in Malaysia

By Joe Fernandez

To: Y.A.B. DATO' SRI MOHD. NAJIB BIN TUN ABDUL RAZAK

We the undersigned, are Malaysians who believe in the freedom of expression as guaranteed by Article 10 in our Federal Constitution.

We are greatly troubled by the alarming trend to investigate civil society activists and journalists under the Penal Code, the Sedition Act, the Printing Presses and Publication Act, or the Syariah Criminal Offences Act for exercising their legitimate and peaceful right to discuss, debate, and comment on matters of public interest.

This sets a bad precedent, one that shall only encourage a further deterioration of public civic culture in a democratizing society such as Malaysia. It undermines freedom of speech, and narrows the public space for legitimate dissent.

This trend of growing intolerance for differing opinions in Malaysia, especially on matters of religion, must be halted if Malaysia wants to remain a democracy and plans to sit as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council.

We have noted from various media reports that on February 25th 2010, the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS) has lodged a police report against Sisters in Islam (SIS) because of SIS' press statement on the caning of three Muslim women that was announced to have taken place on February 9th 2010. This report by MAIS is one of six lodged against SIS and also against P. Gunasegaram, Managing Editor of The Star for his article "Persuasion not Compulsion" on February 19th 2010.

We understand that the police have already begun an investigation of SIS under Section 298(A) of the Penal Code for "causing, etc., disharmony, disunity, or feelings of enmity, hatred or ill-will, or prejudicing, etc., the maintenance of harmony or unity, on grounds of religion".

The Home Ministry has also issued a show-cause letter to The Star and gave the newspaper 14 days to reply as to why action should not be taken against it.

In a modern democratic nation-state, all citizens are entitled to hold, voice, and promote their own views and the media is free to report and comment on issues of public interest. In this instance, the right cannot be restricted to Muslims alone, nor can it be exclusively exercised on their behalf by a small minority.

Furthermore the act of "questioning" is not legitimately recognised as a criminal offence in any reputable modern Shari'ah Law jurisdiction. Questions about the nature and structure of state, about the character and tone of its legal system and operation of its legal institutions are the LEGITIMATE BUSINESS of all in Malaysia.

The future of democratic Malaysia lies with the expansion of freedom of expression, not further shrinking of the public space for legitimate and peaceful dissent.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned

Best wishes,

G. Umakanthan

The Pendatang joke from Penang

By Krishna Singh

Pendatang joke from Penang

(This joke, which came by email, hits home a most pertinent message about Malaysian nation-building. )

Ahmad: Hey son, who were you talking to?
Son: My fairy godmother.
Ahmad: How many times have I told you there is no such thing as a fairy godmother?
Son: I know but there really is a fairy godmother, Dad.

Ahmad: Okay, call her here now. I would like to talk to her.
Son: But she won’t come Dad. She said she doesn’t want to meet you.
Ahmad: Did she tell you why?
Son: She said that you are a bad man. You betray your Chinese friends by calling them Pendatangs…
Ahmad: You saw that news on TV didn’t you?
Son: No, I didn’t, the fairy godmother told me.

Ahmad: Well, your fairy godmother is wrong. She should thank me for calling the Chinese Pendatangs.
Son: Why Dad?
Ahmad: You see son, the Chinese are actually bad people. They come from another country and they want to chase us out of this country.
Son: Why do they want to do that Dad?

Ahmad: Because they are greedy. Now, you tell your fairy godmother that your Dad is right by doing what he did.. Can your fairy godmother grant you wishes ?
Son: Yes Dad, she told me so. She even asked me to make a wish but I didn’t know what to ask for.
Ahmad: Well, ask your fairy godmother to make all these Pendatangs to disappear and go back to their grandparents country of origin. Okay son, time for bed. No more talking to make belief fairy godmothers, okay. Good night son.
Son: Good night Dad.

15 minutes later

Ahmad: SON, SON, where are you? Where are you? Huh, there you are. I am so worried; I thought I’d never find you.
Son: Dad, where are we….. India? Why are we here? I was talking to my fairy godmother on your wish and suddenly we are here in a strange place.

Ahmad: Err, what were you talking to the fairy godmother?
Son: I told her, I wish all the Pendatangs would be sent back to where they come from. *Is that Tun Dr Mahathir s/o Iskandar Kutty and **Uncle Samy there selling roti? Dad, is this India? Badawi in China? Najib in Acheh rebuilding the home, Khir Toyo busy tending his farm in Indonesia .Syed Albar and the rest of Arab SYED’s clan riding his camel in Yemen‘s Arab desert.*
Indonesia population increases by 18 million while Malaysia population* shrink back to 10 million in 15 minutes!!!

Those descendants with more than 3 generation remained in Malaysia
180 years…... 6 generations: Tun Tan Cheng Lock’s descendants and The Nyonya & Babas.

JANJI ADA TITLE IKON ..... KIRA OKEY LAH .... TAK GITU?

Oleh Jib Pedro

ARTIS JADI IKON PEROSAK?
BUKAN IKON PEROSAK AKHLAK SAHAJA .... MALAH PERUNTUH MORAL lagi ...... (rosak boleh repair .... tapi runtuh lagi parah beb ... punah-ranah... lingkup .... musnah .... hancur lebur ..... tidak boleh di repair2 lagi beb!).

Iya tak iya gak?

Apa tidaknya? Lihat sajalah dikaca2 tv gelagat artis2 dan mereka2 yg menonton. Baik di pertunjukan konsert (rock tak rock toksah kiralah .... even yg siaran langsung Jom Heboh, Gegar, Suarasa, siaran2 realiti show dsbnya) yg dok terkinja2 tertunjai2 terloncat2 atas pentas dgn lagak gaya terhegeh2 si artis2 yg punyalah ghairah (lupa dunia kata orang) telah memberi aksi yg melebih2 dgn pula reaksi spontan dari para penonton dgn yg pompuan yg bertudung tak bertudung lagilah ........ pun sama naik dgn puak2 artis2 yg dah mcm tak sedar diri (lupa diri).

Masing2 dari puak2 penonton dah mcm kena rasuk setan lagaknya dgn begitu teruja sambil melambai2kan tangan, menghewang2 tangan masing2 menunjukkan begitu meminati artis2 yg kononnya idola mereka .... sungguh terhibur sekali.

Kalau macam tu .... kira bukan merosak akhlak masyarakat Melayu kita?

Akhlak disini merangkumi gaya, tingkah-laku, adab sopan, percakapan, budi bahasa, cara berpakaian, cara berhias memperagakan diri, gerak-geri, mimik muka (_expression) dan segenap aspek yg meliputi keseluruhan susuk tubuh si individu artis berkenaan.

JELAS LAH YG ARTIS2 MELAYU KITA KEBANYAKANNYA ADALAH .........
IKON PEROSAK AKHLAK ...........MALAH ADA YG BOLEH KATEGORIKAN sebagai IKON PERUNTUH MORAL lagi.

JANJI ADA TITLE ICON .... KIRA OKEY LAH
Terus terang cakap.

Najib tipu satu dunia!

Oleh Anak Mami

Najib menghadiri Credit Suisse Asian Investment conference di Hong Kong, beliau menyatakan ekonomi Malaysia stabil, pasaran saham diMalaysia adalah sihat belaka, beliau ingin menjemput foreign fund manager atau pelabur asing melabur di Malaysia.

Najib dengan ungkapan :
You like Malaysian markets, which are stable but not exciting enough, so we really have to do something about it given the buzz and the wow factor. .

“When world markets are running high, the Malaysian market doesn’t move that much, but the good thing is that when world markets come crashing down, we don’t crash that much either,” said Najib

CHIN PENG SHOULD BE ALLOWED HOME, MAJORITY SABAHANS OPINED

By Joe Fernandez

PRESS STATEMENT BY
GINDOL INITIATIVE FOR CIVIL SOCIETY BORNEO (GICiSoBo)
KOTA KINABALU
March 23, 2010

Majority of young and middle-aged Sabahans agreed to a suggestion in a written random survey that the ageing former communist leader, Chin Peng (pic above), be allowed home into Malaysia by the Federal Government.

Sabah, the least affected Malaysian state by the feared communist insurgence, seems to be more forgiving to the once notorious but now reconciling Chin Peng, when 256 out of 323 Sabahan respondents, or 79.25 percent agreed that he be allowed by the Government to come back and visit Malaysia.

Another 60 out of 323 respondents or 18.57 percent however disagreed for Chin Peng to be allowed home, while seven of the 323 or about 2 percent choosed the answer "unsure" (tidak pasti).

The survey was carried in November and December last year by private Gindol Initiative for Civil Society Borneo for academic purpose and for public consumption. Respondents aged 17 to 49 years old were picked at random from various backgrounds and affiliations. The average age polled was 37.

Chin Peng, who together with some surviving comrades, now stayed at a government protected settlement in Southern Thailand, have so far been barred by the Malaysian Government from coming back to Malaysia despite numerous pleas by the ageing ex-communist.

President and Founder of Gindol Initiative, Kanul Gindol, said meanwhile there are two other completed surveys on the line, one is a four-question survey on a public perception on the performance of the current Chief Minister, and the other a survey on Sabahan teens and youths' view on various socio-political, economic, education, and youth issues.

Why Should Christians Pray For Ong Tee Keat & MCA?

"Who cares if they gave space to the Tabernacle Church, MCA is indirectly responsible for the fires too for allowing UMNO to ride rough shot over the minorities. Who gives a flying F**k!!!!!! about what happens in MCA nowadays. All of us pray that they crash and burn!!"

The following postings by MarGeeMar
http://margeemar.blogspot.com/2010/03/umno-mca-at-war-with-each-other.html#links and http://margeemar.blogspot.com/2010/03/barisan-nasionals-cyber-troopers-from.html#links really stirred up the Thugs in MCA who are trying desperately to cover up the cracks that are opening up every where in the Barisan Nasional Coalition. The low class Blogger who dare not reveal his identity but goes under the name Justice4OTK has attacked this Blog with profanities. Justice4OTK must obviously be worried that MarGeeMar has brought into the open the simmering animosity inherent between the BN component parties. Below is what Justice4OTK had to say about MarGeeMar and those who participated in the poll " Are Christians in Malaysia really behind MCA and BN/Umno as claimed by Ong Tee Keat?"

"Can you believe what this Oxymoronic Blogger posted in his perverted Blog called MarGeeMar which sounds like MacheeBai . "

Are Christians in Malaysia really behind MCA and BN/Umno as claimed by Ong Tee Keat?

YES 6 (2%)
NO 238 (97%)

The real moron here is Justice4OTK just like his pal Goh Wei Liang who tries poorly to paint MarGeeMar as a racist Indian belittling the Chinese. Very typical of a BN moron who would use the race card whenever the opportunity arises. If as claimed by Justice4OTK that MarGeeMar is an Indian, then what am I? What about Admin, Antimamak, Tan Teik Lye, Jeff Goh etc. In fact I have seen articles appearing in this Blog in Chinese, Malay, Persian, Hebrew and Arabic. MarGeeMar produces articles covering all faiths. If as claimed by Justice4OTK that MarGeeMar is of a certain race, then MarGeeMar, the individual must be a Genius!

What really makes me sick as a Christian is that Justice4OTK and Goh Wei Liang have been spinning lies about how Christians are supportive of Ong Tee Keat and MCA. We all know that MCA and Ong Tee Keat pulled a cheap publicity stunt by offering the MCA Hall for the Metro Tabernacle Church to have their Sunday Worship after the Church was fire bombed. Justice4OTK, Goh Wei Liang and the MCA have used the sermon by the Metro Tabernacle Pastor to achieve MCA's and Ong Tee Keat's twisted agenda.

My question to Justice4OTK and MCA is this, What has MCA done for Christians in this country? If MCA had done something for Christians in this country, Umno would have booted out MCA from BN long ago. While MCA has been claiming to champion the rights of Christians in Malaysia, PAS has been quietly going around visiting Churches in the country and having dialogues with Christians. In fact in these dialogues, PAS has made it clear that Christians can call God 'ALLAH'.

Justice4OTK even has got the cheek to ask us Christians to pray that Ong Tee Keat wins the MCA Presidency. This following pray request comes from Justice4OTK Blog. Just see how he twisted the words of the Metro Tabernacle Pastor:

"Wasn't it the MCA that opened its doors to the Metro Tabernacle church after it was torched? And was it not the president, Ong Tee Keat who graciously opened the doors to the stricken church. By that very act alone, the sermon went on, "all Christians, and right and fair minded individuals have a moral and spiritual obligation to hold this man fast in prayers for the upcoming party elections, which many say is a tough uphill task for the reigning president.""

I would say the best answer to Justice4OTK's prayer request for Ong Tee Keat was made by Major (Rtd) D. Swami of 7th Rangers (Mechanized):

Who are the morons who set fire to the Churches and instigated the incident? Ans: UMNO supporters, cow head is a great example. Who supports and gives power to UMNO? Ans: MCA and the other running dogs in the BN. MCA or OTK are irrelevant to the bigger picture. All the scumbags in MCA and the other component parties in the BN can take a flying leap off the cliff!!! Who cares if they gave space to the Tabernacle Church, MCA is indirectly responsible for the fires too for allowing UMNO to ride rough shot over the minorities. Who gives a flying F**k!!!!!! about what happens in MCA nowadays. All of us pray that they crash and burn!!

I think Justice4OTK should rename his Blog to Justice 4 OTaK kosong.

After MARCH 28, 2010, MCA Will Still Remain As An Umno Lapdog

By Ooi Kee Beng

Undoubtedly, the 60-year-old MCA, just like the United Malays National Organisation (Umno), its senior partner in the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN), has had a long history of conflict. The current split, however, comes when the party is at its weakest; and BN, the coalition that had always been the vehicle for the MCA’s success, is facing the strongest opposition it has ever known, having lost its two-thirds majority for the first time in last year’s general election.

One quick look at relevant tables shows that the MCA today has substantial support only in semi-rural and rural states.

Indeed, despite being allocated 40 parliamentary seats by the BN to contest last year, it won only 15. Twelve of these are in Johor, Pahang and Perak.

In clearly urban states like Penang, Selangor and the federal territory of Kuala Lumpur, it was wiped out, with the exception of one seat in Selangor. Urbanity and urban voters are a problem for the MCA, as it is for the BN and Umno.

Given such a thrashing, one would have expected the MCA to suffer an immediate meltdown. That did not happen, partially thanks to its former president Ong Ka Ting retiring and thus taking part of the blame for the defeats.

However, this paradoxically passed the buck to his successors. With the pyramid of power so much narrower at the top, tolerance for opposition within the party has become a luxury it could not afford.

Dr Chua Soi Lek, the former Health Minister who resigned before the elections in the aftermath of a scandal where he was caught on video with his mistress in a hotel room, received formidable support in the subsequent party election, and emerged as deputy president. He has now been surprisingly sacked by the new president Ong Tee Keat. The old video was re-used to justify Ong’s desperate move.

Such a sudden disposal of a popular leader leaves those of Chua’s supporters, whose political future depends on their man being ahead, understandably angered. They have vowed to challenge the president’s decision. A nasty clash is imminent.

What this reflects is the unease spreading through the party, as it is spreading within Umno as well, that the political future of many who wedded their lives to their party is in jeopardy. The cake has shrunk and its eaters are hungrier.

The MCA’s fate and fortune cannot be separated from Umno’s. It is, after all, BN that brings power, not each member party by itself.

With the weakening of race-based parties like MCA, Umno and their old ally, the Malaysian Indian Congress, it is tempting to conclude that even if ethnic identity remains strong among Malaysians, the willingness to let personal sentiment decide national politics is not as intuitively given a thing as it used to be.

There are certainly signs suggesting such a development. A row of attempts to rouse racial feelings against the opposition — many done on the front pages of Umno’s newspaper, Utusan Malaysia — have had limited success. Even the bizarre use of a cow’s head by some Malays demonstrating against the building of a Hindu temple in their neighbourhood failed to anger Indian Malaysians into action.

The inability of BN to regain voter support, as painfully revealed through its loss in all by-elections held on the peninsula since the general election, makes its leadership extremely uncertain about which card it can play.

Should Umno spin itself as protector of Malayness, guardian of punitive Islam or custodian of secular governance?

The danger here is that Umno/BN, left at its wits end, will get ever more desperate. Rumours are rife that Prime Minister Najib Razak is planning the fall of the Pakatan Rakyat government in Selangor.

These are nourished by Najib’s expressed wish to bring the state back into the BN fold and his becoming the Umno liaison chief in Selangor. After all, the BN regained Perak state soon after the PM moved in as Umno liaison chief there.

The key question for MCA members to ask today — be they supporters of Ong or Chua — is whether or not the dubious recovery of power by Umno/BN through intrigues will make it impossible for the party to ever regain voter sympathy, and national relevance, no matter who is running the party.

ALANG2 NAK BELA GOLONGAN OKU .... JANGAN PILIH2

Oleh sitikengkang kong

Yg prihatin Siti Jarum,

Kenapa mau bising2 dgn drama Halimah Jongang tu? Baik jodol drama maupun tajuk lagu tu?

Kenapa yg ni pula jadi bising tak ketahuan hala jadinya?

Masyarakat Melayu dah jadi haru biru.

Masyarakat Melayu kita memang dah cacat .... pincang ..... tempang ...... itulah hakikatnya.

Jangan buat bising ... jangan melenting ..... jangan melatah ... jangan terasa sangat ....it's all happening .... jangan bikin pening.... jangan ambil pusing......

dan akhir sekali ...... JANGAN HANYA PILIH2 sahaja.

sekian,

Pelakun2 dilayar skrin tu memanglah pelakun ..... tapi mereka yg penonton ni pun dah bertukar jadi pelakun jugak, sebab dalam panggung wayang gelap ... bollehlah beraksi 'merendek-rendek'.

Itulah realiti nya.

Who knows? Sapa tau? Tuhan beri rezeki bukan kpd yg beragama Islam saja.

The Rape & Colonization of Sabah By UMNO

By Joe Fernandez

We want to call on S'wak Deputy Chief Minister Alfred Jabu Anak Numpang to prove that he's a "somebody as he implies by briefing the people on his track record in defending the rights of Sabah & S'wak under the 1963 M'sia Agreement.

We challenge Jabu to an open debate on the issues raised by Cigma during the briefing to members of the House of Commons in London on Mar 9.
Jabu is turning a blind eye to the serious plight of Malaysians in Sabah.

Or, is it more likely that he is actually ignorant about the horrendous problems faced by Sabahans, for example, because he had not been to Sabah often enough.
Cigma’s memorandum titled “Shattered Hopes and Broken Dreams” detailed Sabah’s expectations upon independence as was promised by Tunku Abdul Rahman and under the Malaysia Agreement, the Intergovernmental Committee Report and the 20 Points, the issue of state security and threats to national sovereignty through ‘reverse takeover’ arising from the influx of illegal immigrants, poverty, unfair sharing of oil revenue, lack of fair benefits from land alienation to Felda and Felcra, and other socio-economic problems as a result of the unjust distribution of wealth and opportunities for Sabah from the national economic cake.

Over the past 50 years, “various modifications and adjustments” to the M’sia Agreement have eroded the rights and privileges of Sabahans. Forty-six years after independence, Sabah is now the poorest state despite its abundant natural resources.
Whatever good we had received from Malaysia, is all totally negated by the fact that we are not secure as a state, and that the federal government had reaped a huge economic harvest from Sabah and returned so little to us.

Since the takeover of Umno/BN in Sabah in 1994, Sabah had been plundered to the point of becoming the poorest state in Malaysia. We are in such dire straits with a very uncertain future, so what is the point of praising the government?
Jabu surely knows that Sarawak had no better deal in Malaysia than Sabah.
He must not think Sabah is in the same position as Sarawak which still has some of its original rights intact.

Even Umno daren’t enter Sarawak. But we in Sabah are in a much more different situation. We are under a state government which is under the directive of Kuala Lumpur.

Brunei which opted out of Malaysia, and Singapore which later left the federation, are in a much better economic position regionally and globally. In fact, with all the rich natural resources that we have, Sabah should be richer than Brunei.
We reiterate that we are ready for an open debate on these issues with Jabu anytime at any venue of Jabu’s choice. Let the people judge who is a "nobody in his own country."

At the moment, the consensus of public opinion is that Jabu is a proxy & stooge of the ruling elite in Kuala Lumpur & hence a traitor to our people.

There is nothing wrong in Cigma (Common Interest Group M'sia) calling for the re-activation of the Inter-Governmental Committee on the M'sia Agreement. The IGC was meant to be a permanent institution to monitor the M'sia Agreement.

Jabu must explain why the IGC has fallen into inactivity & disuse over the years.

We call upon the M’sian Federal Gov't and the gov'ts of Sabah, S'wak, S'pore & the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland to return to the IGC as soon as possible, failing which we will relentlessly pursue the matter further in various international forums.

We appeal that the gov'ts of Indonesia & the Philippines be accorded observer status at the IGC.

The presence of Indonesia will ensure that the re-colonisation of Sabah & S'wak by Malaya, after the departure of the British, is reversed. The late President Sukarno of Indonesia did warn against re-colonisation when he launched his policy of konfrantasi (confrontation) & ganjang M'sia (hang M'sia) in 1963.

The presence of the Philippines will ensure that we can bring the so-called Sabah claim to a closure.

Following the successful briefing at the House of Commons in London on Mar 9, we intend to pursue the introduction of an EDM (Early Day Motion) on the M'sia Agreement in the British Parliament as soon as the forthcoming UK General Elections are over.

Daniel John Jambun
Deputy Chairman
Common Interest Group Malaysia (Cigma)
Kota Kinabalu 19, Mar 2010

Note: Jambun was in London on Mar 9 with Nicholas Bawin Anggat from Sarawak and some top leaders of Hindraf including its Chairman P. Waythamoorthy and Advisor N. Ganesan.

UMNO & MCA AT WAR WITH EACH OTHER!

Picture tells a thousand words

Very Loving Couple

Leave It To Your Imagination

Admin Note:

It appears that the power struggle in MCA is clearly showing how Umno has been controlling MCA via remote control. It appears that MCA is actually a subsidiary of Umno. It appears that Umno and NOT MCA members that have a say as to who should lead the Party. It has finally come to a boiling point with factions aligned to embattled MCA President Ong Tee Keat exposing Umno's dirty hands in the internal affairs of MCA. Umno lust for power especially under Najib Razak will eventually lead to the downfall of the BN Regime.

The following is from Pro-Ong Tee Keat Blog Justice4OTK:

This morning CSL held an PC at Alor Star regarding sms sent by Ong Ka Ting supporter,,Says that Ong Ka Ting coming out contest President Post is the blessing of PM. He said that all this inform was not true, is a story made by them. All is bull shit.

So Ong Ka Ting has PM support , Chua has UMNO support and Ong Tee Keat has Rakyat and Chinese People support .

And PM Najib said MCA leader must not only enjoy support within party but the people and community. If this is not an endorsement of Ong Tee Keat , then I dunno what is.

Also watch this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_c__fo6uxA&feature=player_embedded

Now you will agree that Chinese who continue to support MCA and BN are nothing but eunuchs!

Barisan Nasional's Cyber Troopers From UMNO and MCA At War With Each Other!

"Wait I forget you (Omar Goh Wei Liang) get your sources for information from Parpukari. Man the money Govt spent on u is a waste - economics u know jack, and politics u rely on Parpi, just stick to the MCA and nobody will bother u."
-Wenger J. Khairy

By Tan Teik Lye

Major faultlines are beginning to appear within the Barisan Nasional Regime of PM Najib Razak. The mainstrean media has been going on hyperdrive to spin that the Pakatan Rakyat Alliance of PKR, PAS and DAP will fall apart. The pro BN Bloggers such as Parpukari, Unspinners, Omar Goh Wei Liang, BigDogCom, Rocky Bru etc. have been busy doing their part to make it look that Pakatan Rakyat is doomed.

Despite all these, it is BN that is doomed! Pro-MCA BN Cyber Trooper Omar Goh Wei Liang (pic above) said that "I foresee MCA to face the same problems as UMNO Youth now."

This brought an immediate angry response from pro-Umno Blogger Wenger J. Khairy who had this to say to Omar Goh Wei Liang:

"What nonsense are you sprouting about the problems in UMNO Youth?? Wait I forget you get your sources for information from Parpukari. Man the money Govt spent on u is a waste - economics u know jack, and politics u rely on Parpi, just stick to the MCA and nobody will bother u.

The case is just that Maha is upset his son was defeated and is taking his anger out on KJ as usual. Its a case between Maha and KJ. "

Not long ago Omar Goh Wei Liang had said, "Siapa makan cili, dia akan rasa pedas." Guess who is feeling PEDAS now! Ka Ka Ka!!!!

From Around The Blogs. The Week Of March 15, 2010

By Joe Fernandez

From around the Blogs

Government not as dumb as China Press
This Gov't is so dumb that it defies all description. But even so they wouldn't be so dumb as to allow Musa Hassan to quit prematurely as China Press would have us believe. The rumour mills will churn even faster overtime should Musa quit under such circumstances. People might even speculate that he was either sacked or forced to quit before his current contract expires "because of his underworld contacts" as the bloggers would have us believe. The fact of the matter seems to be that there's going to be a reshuffle of top police brass & the IGP will exit during the process. Why didn't China Press report the reshuffle & instead reported that Musa will be quitting? That comes across as either selective reporting or a half-truth. China Press isn't going to get away easily with its report on Musa Hassan. Obviously, their angle was wrong & less than the whole truth & they need to be put on the carpet as a warning to others. The media should also distance itself from China Press on this issue.

Typical sour grapes "non-Malay" wishful thinking & living on hope & hype
This report tries to work backwards from a pre-determined conclusion to more than stretch the truth. The writer probably had only a few skimpy "details" which seems to have been enough to convince him to make a mountain out of a molehill. There isn't even an iota of evidence in the story to suggest that he really spoke to anyone before dashing off his piece in the splendid isolation of his cubicle somewhat like a "katak di bawah tempurung". Journalists are unlikely to make a difference if they continue to churn out reports without going to the field or confine themselves to rehashing the blogs. The nexus between the ruling party & the top brass in various branches of gov't is the reality of a situation where the political masters don't know where politics ends & good gov't begins. Either we need better politicians or better civil servants to break the nexus. To speak of a rebellion in the civil service is typical sour grapes "non-Malay" wishful thinking & living on hope & hype.

Home Ministry should not swear by its Blacklist
The Home Ministry should not take the easy way out & threaten the China Press a la ketuanan Melayu. What purpose does it serve to demand the resignation of the Editor under threat of a three-month suspension? The Home Ministry is noted for creating a blacklist of journalists & warning newspapers not to employ them or else have problems with it. This is most undemocratic & against the concept of a free press. Soon, only the dongkus will be left with the newspapers if the Home Ministry gets away with its blacklist. Newspapers are even advised who to send for government press conferences & fax a pre-determined list of questions. Instead, the Home Ministry should prove to the newspaper that it was wrong. Having done that, the next step is up to the newspaper itself. The newspaper could either discipline the Editor, the sub-editor concerned & the reporter or wait for a reasonable period of time for the errant staff to make suitable amends. Mistakes do happen in the race for scoops.

People should have stake in financial management of country
GST is obviously the right approach (start with 2.5 %) because it will ensure that M'sians feel that they have a stake in the financial management of the economy, administration & the country. Now, most people couldn't care less about corruption because they feel it is not their money. S'wak is a classic example of a state where institutionalised corruption a la Lee Kuan Yew's S'pore is the norm & yet most people don't even bat an eyelid. In S'pore, we are told that either all or the majority of housing agreements involving Gov't-built housing are prepared by Lee & Lee which is either run or used to be run by Minister Mentor Lee's wife. Taib in S'wak has taken a leaf from this & makes sure that all or the majority of Gov't contracts & procurements go to state-owned companies in which his family has a significant stake. He thinks that he can avoid the corruption issue by taking this approach. What about nepotism & conflict of interest? These are issues to consider in the next polls

Feathering their nest might come first
The gov't is taking the right approach with GST. They want to get everybody worked up. After that GST Bill will be delayed & the rate lowered to 2.5 %. The important thing here is not the percentage but the idea. GST will be delayed until the 13 th GE is over. They will start off with 2.5 % if they do well at the polls. If not so good, it's likely to be 3 % to 3.5 %. But this rate will be brought down just before the 14 th GE to 2.5 % just to win. After that, it will depend on whether they win by a small margin or comfortable. If comfortable, 3 %, if low margin 3.5 %. By that time, the people will get used to GST. Soon, it will be 4 % & we are looking at 15 % eventually at the high end. By that time, people will get worked up over the level of corruption in the country. So, it's not known whether the ruling party is more worried about financial management & managing the economy & taxation system or feathering their own nest. If their pockets, they will delay GST, keep subsidies.

I agree to disagree

By rocker deconman

You are damn right man, Khir anak Rahman dlm Terjah punya prog malam tu.
I agree to disagree with that .... mana boleh artis tidak boleh jadi icon?
Semua artis boleh jadi icon what!!!!!!
macm kata Khir anak Rahman ... dia kasi contoh itu Sheila Majid boleh pegang title icon bagi puak2 yg minat dia bagai nak rak .... especially puak2 kaki 'high' kat pub atau kaki tunggang arak ... sure bagi diaorang si ketot ni paling ngetop punya artis dlm menghiburkan puak2 kaki telan arak .... puak2 tu bila dah high .... dengaq katak dok keriau meraung-raung panggil hujan pun diaorang kata itu lagu tu ... merdu sedap dan macam2 lah ... dah high ... dengaq bunyi kentut keluaq dari pada lubang juboq pun diaorang sangka itu rentak poprock punya beat dsbnya. Memang lah dia tu sure dah dianggap icon oleh puak2 kaki 'high' ...kaki botol arak whiskey brandy .... kaki berdengung ayaq setan lah nak katakan!

Begitu gak bagi artis2 yg dok melalak menyalak bagai nak rak ... nganga punya nganga sampai naik orat tengkok .....timboi urat lehiaq .... tarik punya tarek mcm depa dok tarek 'dam' (istilah yg commonly used untuk dadah) like ganja, syabu, dan segala jenis serbuk yg mendatangkan 'dengung' ..... itu yg kerap depa dok sebut 'berdengung' tu. Bila ada member ajak member lain ... "jom berdengung ...." member lain nanti tanya ..."berdengung ayaq ke .... berdengung dam?" .... kalau member tu kaki ganja atau lain2 jenis dadah .... sure dia nanti kata ..."berdengung dam lah" ...... Jadi puak2 artis2 yg jenis hard-core punya kaki dadah (ganja syabu atau yg sama sejenis) sudah semestinyalah .... mostly peminat2 yg jenis mat2gian, jenis mamat lalok sudah tentu mengidolakan sifu yg baguih punya terhinggut2 termelalak kat pentas dok menyalak hentah hape2 punya lagu pun semua nanti kasi tepukan bergemuruh punya dgn bersorak sorai bergawang2 tangan masing2 tanda tengah naik syahdu dgn pukulan irama hasil pengaruh ganja atau najis dadah punya stim.

Jamal suer peminat dia kata dia sajalah ikon mereka. Sifu dia pun sure peminat dia nanti kata hanya dia sajalah ikon mereka dunia akhirat. Begitu juga dgn yg lain2nya. Kiranya semua puak2 tu pakat jadi ikon2 belako beb!
Kalau artis pompuan dah tentu dia nati taruk bulu puki berteknik kaler punya gaya. Masing2 semua berlumba2 nak berglamor.

i m con man the rocker
