Selain menyampaikan ucapan takziah kepada ibu dan keluarga Alllahyarham, Perkasa juga telah menyampaikan sumbangan yang disampaikan sendiri oleh YB Datuk Presiden.

Didalam kenyataan akhbarnya Beliau menyeru kepada badan badan yang berkenaan agar siasatan dapat dijalan secara menyeluruh dan telus bagi menjaga imej dan keyakinan masyarakat terhadap penjawat awam saperti Polis tidak tercemar.

Selain itu, tujuan artikel ini ditulis juga adlah utk membandingkan PERKASA yg dikatakan paling kuat pembela Melayu, dan DAP, sebuah parti yg paling ekstrim Cina dan anti Melayu (mengikut tafsiran penyokong Umno dan PERKASA)...satu keadaan yang begitu kontradik (ekstrim melayu dan ekstrim Cina), tetapi boleh lihat siapakah yang benar2 mahu membantu Melayu..selain membuktikan DAP bukanlah anti kepada melayu sepertimana dakwaan PERKASA dan rakannya dlm Umno..

PERKASA's Struggle is UMNO's Struggle

The just concluded Hulu Selangor By Election has revealed that the Evil Zionist and Racist BN/Umno Regime thrives on the support of fellow racists whether they are Malay, Chinese, Indian etc.. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that Ibrahim Ali's Satanic PERKASA was set up with Umno's blessing to carry out Umno's own racist agenda. After all, PERKASA's struggle very much mirrors that of racist Umno.

Umno wouldn't want itself to be seen as racist so it sets up PERKASA with the Fake Indian Mahathir Mohamed as it's advisor. The irony is even until now know non Malays either refuse to accept the fact or are simply ignorant to realize that PERKASA and Umno are the same. Don't tell The Scribe that BN leaders such as Ong Tee Keat, Chua Soi Lek, Palanivel, Koh Tsu Koon et al are principled people. As far as The Scribe is concerned, whoever still supports BN/Umno and it's component parties are either morons or are tainted themselves. The same goes to those who vote for BN/Umno.

Whatever the case, Umno has successfully divided the Indian community as can be seen in the outcome of the just concluded Hulu Selangor By Election. Just imagine, Indians voting for the cheapskate Pariah Kamalanathan all because he is an Indian and from BN when the Pariah Kamalanathan embraces Ibrahim Ali and his racist PERKASA. Umno has already done the same to the Chinese community by looking to the just concluded MCA Elections. After all, Umno's divide and rule policy was inherited by their British Colonial Masters. My parents and me had always been an opposition supporter. However, this time they voted for BN.

Do you want to know why?

As the above article said, we voted for BN simply because they promised they will give us all those ringgits. Do you think that they "bought" over my parents. The answer is absolutely NO!

My family had always been poor just like a malay proverb: 'kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang'. Thank God I got a scholarship to study overseas now. (from that university, of course, zero help from government)

Come on, it's only about 2 years from the next GE. And it's only a by-election. Who we voted for would neveer bring CHANGE at glance. So, instead, why don't we (the kais makan pagi punya orang) use this opportunity to get some $$$ and make our lives better. Oh not to mention, it's OUR money anyway, we're just taking what belongs to us.

Altantuya's Ghost Returns To Haunt Najib Razak & BN/Umno

A potentially explosive scandal in Malaysia over the billion-dollar purchase of French submarines, a deal engineered by then-Defense Minister Najib Tun Razak, has broken out of the domestic arena with the filing of a request to investigate bribery and kickbacks from the deal in a Paris court. Najib had commissioned a huge military buildup to upgrade Malaysia's armed forces including the purchase of two Scorpene-class submarines and the lease of a third, a retired French Navy Agosta-class boat, for US$1 billion. The two submarines were designed by France's DCNS naval shipbuilder and built in partnership with Spain's Navantia. Both companies are state owned. The deal earned a commission of €114 million for a company owned by Najib's best friend, Abdul Razak Baginda, once the head of a Kuala Lumpur political think tank. In 2006, the then Indian government and the opposition NDA locked horns over alleged irregularities in the Rs 18,798-crore Scorpene submarine project.

Perimekar, a company owned by Abdul Razak Baginda, received the €114 million for “coordination and support services” – 11 percent of the sale price of the submarines. Zainal Abidin, then the deputy defense minister, told a parliamentary inquiry that such commissions were commonplace in Malaysia. No further inquiry was made as to the commission, nor was any attempt made to determine what coordination and support services Perimekar might be providing.However, it might pay to take a look at some other deals in which top French politicians were involved in, some of them along with DCN, and to ask whether all of that €114 actually went to Razak Baginda, or if some, with the complicity of Malaysian politicians, went into the pockets of their French counterparts.

Within Malaysia, the sale has been compromised by an ongoing trial and set of legal actions around the public kidnapping and private execution of Mongolian modeling student, translator, and paramour Altantuya Shaariibuu. The case took a dramatic turn when the victim was closely connected to EUR 114 million in “commission” payments to Perimekar, a firm owned by a close associate of Prime Minister Najib Razak. The monies were paid by Armaris (now DCNS) for for “support and coordination services,” a term that may bring to mind the murder of Taiwanese Captain Yin Ching-feng in connection with a bribery scandal involving Taiwan’s DCNS frigates.

Full and impartial accountability for public figures is not a prominent feature of Malaysian justice, but French Journalist Arnaud Dubus added to the pressure with a March 5/09 report in France’s Liberation, “Un cadavre tres derangeant: L’etrange affaire du meurtre d’une interprete mongole qui gene le pouvoir en Malaisie” (Page 30-31). It names very prominent names, offers details, and reveals the contents of documents the Malaysian court has refused to admit…

If the documents are true, Altantuya was murdered on the orders of Abdul Razak Baginda. Baginda is a close associate of Najib Razak, who is Malaysia’s Deputy PM and Minister of Defence, and impending Prime Minister. Baginda has been acquitted in a Malaysian court, but Razak himself has been implicated in the associated bribery deal, and Dubus’ report includes detauls of text messages Baginda was reportedly sent by Razak, which strongly imply efforts by Razak to cover up the case and interfere with police investigations.

The motive for Altantuya’s death was reportedly twofold: EUR 500,000 she wished to claim as her share of the “commission,” and the public embarrassment caused to Baginda’s marriage after she tried to collect. The kidnapping was carried out by by agents of the Malaysian Special Branch police, in broad daylight, in front of Baginda’s house, with witnesses present. Malaysian sources have not published full details, but media organizations outside of Malaysia have.

On March 16/09 the case took another turn when Malaysia’s ruling party suspended an opposition lawmaker for a year, after he called Razak a murderer and demanded that he answer questions about his role in the affair.

As is usually true in these operations, it’s the small details that matter. The entire wet operation apparently gave insufficient consideration to the payment of Altantuya Shaariibuu’s cab fare. Somewhere, a cadre of retired Bulgarian KDS professionals are shaking their heads, and wondering what’s wrong with the kids today.

There is plenty of reason to entertain that possibility. French politicians seem to have a knack for backhanders. On October 26, in a trial that centered on illegal arms sales to Angola, Jean-Christophe Mitterrand, the son of the late president Francois Mitterand, was given a two-year suspended sentence and a €375,000 fine for receiving embezzled funds. The court ruled that he had accepted millions of euros in "consultant fees" on the arms deals between 1993 and 1998. In the dock with him were 42 people accused of selling weapons to Angola in defiance of a UN arms embargo, or of taking payments from the arms dealers and using their influence to facilitate the sales.

Although the case has been contained for eight years in the cozy confines of Malaysia's courts and parliament, which are dominated by the ruling National Coalition, French lawyers William Bourdon, Renaud Semerdjian and Joseph Breham put an end to that when they filed it with Parisian prosecutors on behalf of the Malaysian human rights organization Suaram, which supports good-government causes.

Judges in the Paris Prosecution Office have been probing a wide range of corruption charges involving similar submarine sales and the possibility of bribery and kickbacks to top officials in France, Pakistan and other countries. The Malaysian piece of the puzzle was added in two filings, on Dec. 4, 2009 and Feb. 23 this year.

For two years, Parisian prosecutors, led by investigating judges Francoise Besset Francoise Besset and Jean-Christophe Hullin, have been gingerly investigating allegations involving senior French political figures and the sales of submarines and other weaponry to governments all over the world. French news reports have said the prosecutors have backed away from some of the most serious charges out of concern for the political fallout.

The allegations relate to one of France's biggest defense conglomerates, the state-owned shipbuilder DCN, which merged with the French electronics company Thales in 2005 to become a dominant force in the European defense industry. DCN's subsidiary Armaris is the manufacturer of Scorpene-class diesel submarines sold to India, Pakistan and Malaysia among other countries. All of the contracts, according to the lawyers acting for Suaram, a Malaysian human rights NGO, are said to be suspect. This is also the opportunity for Najib's Deputy Muhydeen Yassin (an equally tainted Umno leader from Johore) to see his Boss implicated in the Scandal and see himself sitting on the PM's Chair. However, his joy will be short lived as this scandal will bring down the ruling BN/Umno regime.

Yang jadi peliknya panelis undangan (yg dari PENGASIH tu - iaitu bekas hard-core dadah addict juga) sakan punya dok sanjung artis2 mcm Jamal dan lain2 tu.... kononnya mereka semua bernilai tinggi, menjadi asset pada negara. Ya! mungkin betul pada negara .... tetapi what abt pada masyarakat? pada generasi dimasa2 depan? Kalau dah akhlak buruk dijadikan ikutan, dijadikan idola, dijadikan diva, dijadikan ikon2 berbentuk negatif .... itu sudah dapat dianggap bernilai disisi agama dan bangsa ka?

Kalau setakat menjadi asset pada negara .... sebab boleh menaiktaraf ekonomi negara dgn hasil dana yg dibawa oleh kalangan artis (yg majoritinya mengamalkan najis dadah yg sememangnya di haramkan tu) dlm bentuk seperti itu samalah juga dgn hasil dana pendapatan dari hasil arak dan judi .... that's what ppl call ....DIRTY MONEY ..... Dia tak pikiaq ka yg arak yg depa (artis2 dulu) dok teguk kalau kaki tunggang camna sekalipun .... dia orang tak lah terbawa2 sampai semasa menjalankan pertunjukkan (show) - beraksi di pentas ...... dulu depa tak sebut 'consert' seperti juga 'drama pentas' depa tak guna pakai istilah seperti la la ni ..... 'teater' ....... ada kelas konoooon ..... KELAS APA? kelas bawah ajeler ..... itu ajelah ..... atau Third Class lah yg sebenarnya ..... (kan kita pun terkelas dlm Third World country punya kelas apa?)

Bezanya, puak2 artis2 yg gian penageh dadah ni bergantung sepenuhnya kpd najis dadah untuk merangsangkan persembahan mereka. Tanpa sedut dadah .... persembahan depa tak menjadi ..... tak syahdu ... tak liuk lentok ... tak jiwang2 ... (itu alasan saja .... yg sebetoi2nya jenis tu jenis ada darah gemuruh - bergementar seluruh tubuh ...... itu satu cara untuk mengatasinya .... juga yg jenis 'stage-fright' depa jadi cuak .... takut ... kecut .... malu ..... naik cempera ... naik gelabah ..... gugup... gagap ..... kaku .... kelu .... terkedu-kedu bila berdepan dgn khalayak ramai .... memang pemalu orangnya .... ubatnya pekena dadah aje ler ..... supaya dapat 'get high' ... BARU REALLLL ...... hilang segala malu jenalu lain2nya ..... jadi depa mesti pekena dadah punya ..... tak percaya tanyalah Jamal ka, Hatan ka, Saleem ka, atau sifu depa atau artis2 yg selalu appear dlm pertunjukan 'live' mereka dgn masing2 pasang spec-hitam (cermin-gelap) untuk menyembunyikan biji2 mata depa yg dah kena kesan effect dadah ..... semua orang tau .... semua orang perasan punya .... toksah dok selindung laaaaaa ....... special effect keatas biji2 mata puak2 penageh tegar dadah ni ada bermacam2 happening .... ada yg mata jadi kuyu, ada yg biji mata jadi rudoi, ada yg biji mata jadi merah (mcm hantu raya), ada yg jenis sepet menguncup .... maka sebab tu lah depa pakat pasang cermin pelindung .... iaitu cermin-gelap la....... (spec hitam)
Semua tu mesti 'get high' dulu baru boleh perform.
Najis dadah tu ubat perangsang lah nak katakan.
Tapi, bolehkah artis2 taik2 arak yg tengah 'high' .... atau 'setengah mabuk' naik kepentas buat pertunjukan?

Sebab itu tidak ada unsur2 negatif yg di tonjolkan dlm 'show' atau sebarang performance mereka. Namun media2 hiburan terpaksa ikut rentak depa punya ... malah kalangan orang dalam sendiri pun ramai yg terlibat dgn amalan najis dadah secara sembunyi2. Sebab itu lah najis dadah walaupun haram tetapi maseh available (berleluasa ..... di pasaran tertutup .... bukan pasaran terbuka).

Artis2 yg tertangkap kerna terlibat dgn kes2 dadah banyak yg terlepas kerna didapati .... tidak bersalah .... kerana tak cukup bukti la .... tiada bukti kukuh la .... tiada kes la ..... no further action la ..... case close ..... kes dianggap selesai la..... macam2 helah dan alasan.

Kalau kena pun hukuman tak lah seteruk mana .... di ringankan hukuman la ..... dipendekkan tempoh dlm tahanan la ..... habis teruk mcm lah artis yg sudah mencapai ijazah 'master' yg kerap keluar-masuk 'unidadahsiti pusat serenti' sampai jadi mcm bangkai bernyawa lagi .... muka nampak mcm tengkorak hidup semasa dia beraksi dipentas sejurus suatu ketika dulu. Itupun pihak tv (RTM) maseh sanggup menonjolkan personaliti yg nampak sangat 'haggard' dek kena pukulan najis dadah. Punya la nak tunjuk juga that "the show must go on........"

Itu lah yg kita boleh nampak golongan artis2 walaupun 'hard-core' drug addict maseh tetap dilindungi oleh pihak media2 hiburan ..... kerna media2 hiburan juga bergantung kpd puak2 ni. Tanpa mereka .... media tv akan ketandusan hidangan2 berupa hiburan. Hindraf: Morally Bankrupt?

I asked a friend if she’d seen Tamil Padam and she said, “ya; for a Tamil movie, it was something interesting.”

I said, “What? Tamil movie?!” I’m not talking about the movie, lah! I’m talking about the recent Tamil padam that unfolded in Hulu Selangor!

Like her, you’re also probably thinking what’s this Tamil padam in Hulu Selangor, ya? Call it déjà vu if you like. Maybe even ‘back to the future’? Whatever your preference, the BN win in Hulu Selangor does of course give us much to mull over and there’re several meaningful subtexts and lessons that could be drawn from the by-election. As far as “the Indian scenario” is concerned, to put it simply, it’s the same old mellow-dramatic drama of the Indians shooting themselves in more critical places than just the foot. BN wins and a substantial Indian vote supports the Indian (MIC) candidate.

Of course we know about Hindraf, which having had its quid-pro-quo proposition rejected by Pakatan Rakyat in the days leading up to April 25th, turned a cold shoulder toward Zaid’s campaign. I suppose Hindraf must have thought it was dealing with UMNO when it tried to squeeze PR for some concessions before agreeing to any formal support for Zaid. Well, I’m sure many in the Hindraf inner circle will be saying to PR: ‘Ah, see, we told you so? You can’t win without us – and serves you right!”

Well, if that’s the case, go right ahead Hindraf, and deal with the devil. What this would suggest, of course, is Hindraf would rather have UMNO, and all the baggage of corruption, abuse, restrictions on democratic freedoms and such, gain political mileage just so it can spite PR. Put whatever spin it may want on the situation; ultimately, Hindraf has been directly complicit in enabling UMNO – the very entity which arrested its leaders and punished them without due process of the law. Hindraf has been complicit in abetting the very entity that has been the cause and culprit in the exploitation of the same marginalised Indians for half a century, which Hindraf claims to be fighting for.

Because of some prescriptive disagreement, Hindraf is apparently willing to sit out and see its longstanding oppressor gain even more power, rather than wholeheartedly support PR, which espouses the vision of uplifting all who have been exploited by UMNO. Hindraf is willing to enable UMNO rather than support that movement which seeks to rid the country of political corruption and nepotism.

And what is the message that its strategy has sent to Indian voters? Go ahead and, like us, deal with the devil. Heck, in this case, Hindraf might as well go ahead and move into the MIC premises and collaborate with Samy Vellu! What’s the difference? Talk about shooting yourself, this is a serious, if not fatal, self-inflicted wound by Hindraf.

Yes, despite what many may think, this is not as critical a setback for PR as it actually is for the Indians. You’ve essentially affirmed continued submission to all that UMNO stands for, you have tacitly agreed to submission to the ideology of the likes of Ibrahim Ali, and the racist dogma of Ketuanan Melayu. That’s what your stubbornness has helped affirmed.

Really makes sense, right?

So for what it’s worth, I’m done with putting up with sob stories from Hindraf. For me, Hindraf has lost its moral high ground.

Unofficial results point to a BN victory over Pakatan Rakyat in the Hulu Selangor by Election. Unofficial results indicate that Barisan Nasional's (BN) P.Kamalanathan has won the Hulu Selangor by-election by a 1,683 vote majority, defeating Pakatan Rakyat's Datuk Zaid Ibrahim. The Score Card reads BN: 24,669 ; PR: 22,986

Interestingly, BN has won big in Malay-majority areas, especially the Felda settlements. While PR has won the Chinese-majority areas, but its margin of victory in these areas was not big enough to compensate its loss in the Malay-majority area. This clearly shows that the Chinese have not only abandoned BN but also MCA. The Indians have voted according to the race of the candidate not knowing that they will be continued to be trampled upon by Umno, where Kamal is clearly Umno's proxy candidate in Hulu Selangor. HINDRAF too in a way had been instrumental in driving away Indian voters from PR. This result also shows that the Malay rural heartland have bought the racist Ketuanan Melayu (Malay Supremacy) ideology espoused by Umno and PERKASA.

Earlier, there were reports that Orang Asli villages were barricaded S'gor exco Elizabeth Wong said the barricades were removed at around 3am after her police report. The BN is worried that the Orang Asli vote will be the decider in such a close contest.

It appears that the voters of Hulu Selangor who voted BN have been seduced by the bribes, promises and spin by BN through its MSM and Bloggers such as Rocky Bru, Omar Goh Wei Liang, Unspinners, Parpukari, et al on Zaid Ibrahim and YB Dato Seri Anwar. Sadly, they will live to regret this day.

It appears the just concluded MCA Elections has left the MCA in tatters. The fault line within MCA as in with the rest of the BN itself appears to be widening by the day. We now have pro-BN Bloggers resorting to name calling and slamming each other. pro-Umno Blogger Wenger J. Khairy had slammed pro-MCA Blogger Goh Wei Liang when the latter tried to compare the MCA fracas with what's going on in Umno Youth.
Now we have two pro-MCA Bloggers, Justice For Ong Tee Keat (Justice4OTK) and Goh Wei Liang (A Piece of My Mind) who initially were die hard supporters of Ong Tee Keat are now having a go at each other. What's interesting here is that on one hand we have Justice4OTK slamming Mahathir and Umno and on the other hand we have Goh Wei Liang calling Justice4OTK immature.

Mahathir and his 1 bra him (pic above ) claimed that the Malays are under threat. Under threat from whom? Can the Malays be under threat:-

•From a minority 35% of the population over the majority 65% which are made up of Malays?

•From a minority of the Members of Parliament where Malays make up more than 60% the majority?

•From a group who doesn’t control the main stream media. The mass media are wholly controlled by UMNO and its cronies such as Utusan Melayu, Berita Harian, New Straits Times, The Star, The Sun, Media Prima (TV1, TV2, TV3, TV, TV8, TV9 and all the Radio Stations), ASTRO, etc? Lately even Harakah and Suara Keadilan have been banned!

•From a group whose mother tongue and religion aren’t enshrined in the Federal Constitution where Malay is the official language and Islam is the official religion? Other groups can’t even hold any interfaith dialogues and use of the word of Allah without being severely intimidated by protests, storming of conferences and warnings from UMNO!

•From a group who can’t be appointed the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Mentri Besars and a host of high positions in the Malay states as enshrined in the state constitution or decree by the Sultans where only Malays from UMNO can be appointed?

•From a group who are ever subjected to intimidation of arrest under the flimsiest excuse using the ISA, the Police, MACC, etc and a myriad of repressive laws such as the Sedition Act, Multimedia Act and treason against the Sultans, etc? Of course UMNO are spared from such actions and above such laws.

It is a blatant lie that the non-Malays can ever threaten the Malays. Who is actually threatening the Malays?

From the look of things, UMNO finger prints are everywhere - UMNO Malays are actually the ones threatening and stealing from the ordinary Malays and non-Malays.

Someone has to be the punching bag and scapegoat for UMNO’s cling to power and thievery – hence putting the blame on non-Malays!

UMNO is a racist party and it is very clear that they are separating the Sultans from their subjects and the Malays from the non-Malays for their own selfish ends without a thought of the consequences and our economy!

The sooner the mamak conked, the better for the country. His role now has turned into a shit stirrer.In fact, he is not even qualified as mamak, he's a 'puki mak.'

Despite incidents that degraded the Indian community like the Kugan case and the cow-head incident in Shah Alam, the Indians in Bagan Pinang gave BN overwhelming support in the by-election.However after that, we still have incidents like the PM's special assistant saying Indians came here as beggars and numerous other statements that either went unpunished or unchallenged.

If BN wins in Hulu Selangor especially under the current circumstances it is likely that UMNO will become even more arrogant.

The talk in the coffeshops these days is : Indian votes are cheap and easy, just throw them some crumbs and no matter how you treat them they will keep quiet.
The actions by some within UMNO recently and MIC's inability to stand up to them shows that this is not merely talk.

MIC is fond of saying that though many Indian party's have come and gone but they are still standing since 1946, what they don't tell you is MIC
blocked IPF's entry into BN and took credit for MMSP's work in Bagan Pinang, if MIC was so effective why did the current and former PM show
open public support for MMSP ?

MIC also talks about rejuvenating with a line-up of young people but the President and many delegates are way past their expiry date.

MIC will also point out that some Indians are unhappy with the Selangor Pakatan government,granted they are not perfect but you must ask yourself whether any Pakatan leaders made derogatory remarks and treated the Indian community with such disdain as some within BN ?

Is the Selangor MB Khalid as arrogant and corrupt as Khir Toyo ? The Pakatan government is two years old and promised to help all including Indians.
MIC is 60 years old supposedly exclusively there to uphold the right of the Indians, but beyond talk have not been able to show much results.

The MIC/BN representative P.Kamalanathan who was handpicked by UMNO with ZERO experience in Parliament unlike veteran Zaid Ibrahim who was one of the rare ones to resign from his position as a Minister because he was unhappy with the way Teresa Kok, Tan Hoon Cheng and Raja Petra Kamaruddin were arrested under ISA, Zaid did this because he was a man of principle.

P.Kamalanathan said this on his blog :
"The MIC is aware of the grave responsibility such a position entails as is doing and will continue to do all that is needed and that is best to further spur the growth of the Indian society in Malaysia. The party will continue to be the beacon of the community in safeguarding their interests and unearthing opportunities for the community’s social, financial, economic, cultural and academic well being."

Is this not the same thing they repeated over the last 12 general elections over half a century ?
Look at the fate of our children today. Have your voices been heard? Do you want this to happen to your grandchildren as well ?they may not be as lucky if you continue to succumb to BN like MIC.

UMNO will love to have such a candidate in Parliament who just maintains status quo and does not challenge them,
what more when he owes his candidacy to UMNO, even if before this he could speak his mind it will be unlikely after this.

When you cast your ballot on April 25th 2010, Please think carefully about the repercussions of your vote, this is your right as a citizen but this right also comes with a heavy responsibility.

I am not from any political party but just an ordinary citizen who wanted to share my opinion with you.

Kamalanathan merupakan calon 'kompromi' UMNO - MIC.Dia bukan pilihan utama BN , tetapi kerana persengketaan antara UMNO-MIC memberikan laluan kepada Kamalanathan untuk menjadi calon 'korban' mangsa UMNO.Ini 10 sebab dia akan kalah teruk ;

1.Kamalanathan membawa imej 'naive' dan lembik. 'Naive' disini bermaksud orang tolol yang hanya mengikut telunjuk politikal Masternya.

2.Kamalanathan tidak ada ciri seorang 'fighter' seperti Mugilan atau Dato G.Dia ini umpama seorang 'puppet' yang lembik.

3.Hampir separuh dari Bahagian MIC Selangor tidak bersetuju dengan pencalonannya.

4.Kamalanathan gagal memperjuangkan sentimen akar umbi MIC yang mahukan pemimpin berani dan bukan satu lagi 'puppet' UMNO.Buktinya ;

i.Kamalanathan tidak membuat tindakan protes untuk keluar dewan sewaktu Konvensyen BN Selangor ketika Noh Kotik mengatakan bangsa India patut bersyukur diberi kewarganegaraan

ii.Kamalanthan tidak bangkit bangun menghentam Nasir Safar ketika Pegawai Khas Najib Istrael itu menyifatkan orang India sebagai pengemis di bumi Malaysia ini

11) Kewujudan Kamalanathan cuma lah lawak sambilan, beliau hanya kerja sebagai PR， public relatioon officer, tiba tiba mempunyai peluang untuk mewailiki masyarakat India di Hulu Selangor,. sebagai seorang yang menjawat PR biasanya berkaki bodek, serupalah PR di kelab malam, adakah beliau mempunyai keupayaan untuk mengurus hal negara?? memang pun tiada pentas untuk beliau berdiri di arenapoliticalmulti racial.

12) Persengketaan dalam MIC pun sudah dikawal dan kontrol oleh UMNIO, dimana MIC　cumalah geng underdog yang tanggung malu bila Mat Sembab menguggut , dengan lidah biawak samy Vellu barulah mencengkamkan hingga nak memboikot prk hulu selangor, jadi nampaklah , kedua dua pihak MIC dan UMNO masing masing tidur di katil yang serupa , meliwat antara satu sama lain. Jadi ketika itu manalah wujudnya kamalanathan, dia cuma patung UMNO　sementara waktu sahaja.

13) Kamalanathan memang menyokong perkauman, beliau samakan MIC dengan Perkasa, dimana beliau menyokong perjuangan Perkasa, dia memberitahu rakyat , MIC berjuang untuk komuniti India dalam bangsa, agama, bahasa,.,. kita semua adalah perkasa. tetapi terlupa dia Nasir Satar menyatakan kaum india yang datang ke malaysia adalah penggemis, Itu lah ,,, dia sanggup jual maruah bangsanya dan mengadaikan maruah bangsanya kepada UMNO. Ini membuktikan Kamalanathan sanggup menerima kenyataan Nasir Satar dan sanggup menerima fakta sejarah kedatangan kaum India ke Melaysia sebelum kemerdekaan .

14) Umno menggunakan agenda personal attack terhadap Zaid Ibrahim, tanpa sokongan fakta pertadbiran negara, isu isu rasuah , merompak hak rakyat....idak di ungkitkan, ini membuktikan UMNO telah hilang kapasitinya,

Secara kesimpulannya, nama Kamalanathan itu bukanlah nama yang baik seperti apa yang dikatakan oleh Mat SEmbab, nama 1 Malaysia. tetapi Kamal itu nama Melayu, Alan itu Nama Cina? dan Nathan itu nama Hindu. Sebaliknya pasti kita nampak

- Kamal itu nama Melayu Perkasa

- Alan adalah nama kristian, dimana kamalanathan gunakan nama ini sewaktu beliau gian makan daging lembu

- Nathan, nama India dimana India pariah yang gian minum tuak serta samsu.

Kesimpulannya nama Kamalanathan cuma nama manusia biasa, UMNO tidak berhak memberi pahala kepada kaum yang bukan Islam. Kerana kelaparan kuasa dalam politik, UMNO telah hilang tujuan dan hala, asyik sibuk keluarkan fakta yang bukan sebarang fakta.

The MIC candidate for the Hulu Selangor by Election, Kamalanathan @ Kamala @ Kamlan has confirmed what everyone had suspected all along. He is Umno's proxy candidate for Hulu Selangor.

PM Najib Razak choice of giving MIC to contest the seat is just a gimmick to show to the world that he and Umno are not racist. It is just to hoodwink everyone that his 1Malaysia Bullshit (Only people like Bulbir Singh buys it) is real.

MIC and it's leaders and members have no shame at all for being Mandores of racist Umno. First, Kamala slams HINDRAF as not relevant and now he praises racist Perkasa. What a moron. Whatever the case, he has delivered the Chinese, Indian and Orang Asli votes to Pakatan Rakyat.

Melenting Melatah kat 'bapak ghaib' tak juga boleh solve the whole problem.

Ini sebab peristiwa2 aktiviti buang bayi ni .... bersabit dari apa? dari episod mulanya? macam mana lagu mana dia mula2 start? dari punca apa? punca mana? unsur2 apa? ciri2 mana? cuba trace back kebelakang tengok? Buatlah kajian lebih mendalam & lebih terperinci la ... bukan hanya terkejut beruk dan melenting bila dah terjadi atau berlaku ...... base on end results saja.

Kira percuma lah tu .... free ..... Lepaih tu ghaiblah .... lepaih geram dah lah ...... janji bagi 'awang dlm seluaq' tu puaih sepuaih2nya .... kalau makbapak sanggup terima secara percuma tanpa syarat .... kira selamatlah semuanya ... kalau tidak kalu .... jadi bapak ghaiblah.... itu yg mak menteri dok membebel tu. The Malaysian Insider reports that Umno's campaign to install V. Mugilan in place of G. Palanivel as the Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for the Hulu Selangor by-election has hit a raw nerve with the MIC, whose grassroots members are now “going-slow” on the campaign in protest.

Top MIC leaders are also beginning to react, not just by lashing out at Mugilan but also at his backers in Umno and BN.

The Malaysian Insider understands that MIC president, Samy Vellu, spoke out for his deputy, Palanivel, at a BN management committee meeting yesterday.

There, Samy Vellu lashed out at BN leaders who argued for Mugilan.

Palanivel had been nominated by Samy Vellu to be BN’s candidate for the by-election, but Mugilan’s name has surfaced in recent days as a replacement because the MIC No. 2 was apparently unpopular with Umno and voters in the constituency.

You can be rest assured that the Pariah Traitor Dog Samy Vellu just like the rest of the MIC will wag their tails at their Master's (Umno) command at the end of the day. These morons seem to be suffering from selective amnesia. They appear to have 'quickly' forgotten about the cow head incident, Kugan, and the Indian Beggar comments from Umno. These MIC people just like those from the other BN component parties are spineless and would sell their mothers to the Umnoputras if the price is right.

One thing is for sure, whether it is Palanivel, Mughilan or Samy himself, Hulu Selangor stays with Pakatan Rakyat.

Perak's controversial Mufti Harussani Zakaria (pic above) issued a Fatwa (edict) against the proposed Interfaith Committee. This is the same person who misled his flock into believing that Muslim's were being baptized in a Church in Ipoh. This is the same person who said that ethnic Chinese were going to take over the country. If the Malaysian regime is serious about fostering unity in the country, they must first pull the plug on this demon possessed cleric who had uttered some of the most seditious statements against non Muslim Malaysia.

This is the same person who claims that Islam cannot be on the same level with other religions and thus cannot be on a level playing field with other religions when it comes to dialogues. If Harussani is right, then you can never have any dialogue with any religion as everyone will then claim that their religion is above the other. I see a Clash of Civilizations around the corner.

This bullshit again that the chinese control the economy! This cannard can be debunk (notwithstanding government/UMNO manipulation of statistics since 1969), Since 1969, UMNO instituted a broad range of measure to take effective control of the economy on a 'top-down' approach. This include:
(1) diluting the political 'powers' of the non-malays; (a) isolating the constituency of KL as a federal territory (b) gerrymandering of voters district to favour the malays (c) low cost housing projects to bring the rural malays into the urban heartland of chinese-KL and other key urban areas (the KL perkiliing flats were an early example);
(2) seizing or more correctly asserting control (as powers were effectively handed over to UMNO by the British on independence) of key ministries of which the most important were education, transport and finance etc. (other key ministry like defence and internal security were already under firm control).


These above were two major thrusts underpining the implementation of the NEP in the 1970s, a major trend- consequence being the gradual and consistent "sidelining" of the non-malay parties within the 'Alliance'. The Mahathir administration merely accentuated these trends bringing into sharp focus the EXCLUSIVE ascendency of 'Malay nationalism' into the national agenda. Thus those labelled as 'ultra' pre-1969 became 'mainstream' in the 1980s.

The signs are all around us, despite the constant "baiting" and red-heering by those firmly in control:
(a) control of the financial sectors are firmly under the government;
(b) the nations wealth (Petronas) is firmly under the control of the government;
(c) the transport sector are all firmly under the control of the government
(d) from the mid to late 1990s, the govt is slowly asserting control over the construction sector; Malaysia has the largest ratio of contractors per capita and the large construction companies originally under the control of the non-malays are being brought out or simply forced out legislatively or administratively.
(e) similarly for the housing property sector, large non-malay firms are being brought under the control of the government.

I can go on... (incidently government above actually translate to UMNO and nobody else).
The above trend is so pervasive that it extends not only into the economic fields but also into the social, cultural and even the sporting milieu.

Anecdotal:...
a) Just visit the food stalls along the rest-stops of the NS highway, you would never realise that there is actually a vibrant non-malay food-scene in Malaysia (that is why the NS highway is a culinary dead-zone).
b) Clinching contracts and projects are now not only being tilted heavily to bumiputra companies in the government sector even to many large private companies who are now under the control of the Govt (translate govt). If the chinese still thinks they control the economy, just ask any contractor/supplier/ consultants etc.
c) 5% discount for bumiputras in property, but do any of you know that in one state this policy is mandated to 15%! The pervesity of this policy is (1) the rich and well connected are the main beneficiary of this policy (2) ALL non-malays have been subsidising the Malays to the tune of ... (calculate the property market times by 5% etc.) ... and to think that we are being blamed for 'stealing' the wealth of the malays.
d) Of course the apologist of status quo, trots out the well-worn non-malay compradores who allegedly control the economy. These people are ... well just compradore http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/comprador.
Most compradore are just rent seekers and will fall flat in the real competitive world of business. A good example of the compradore system would be the tax-farm, opium-farm, gambling-farm operated by the British colonialist. Of course some things are still current...

Thus I DO NOT believe the non-malays control the economy. Ask ANY non-malay businessman big or small (not the compradores), and they will tell you the same thing ... increasing difficulty in doing business as an individual (if you are non-malay). I believe in time to come, the gini-coefficient among the non-malays will increase (i.e. the rich become richer whilst the middle class will be destroyed). It (the gini coeff) is already the highest amongst the Malays in Malaysia (which means the wealth gap of the philippines and thais are much lesser). The big non-malay firms will increasingly be fragmented, even it is not sure that the stocks of the non-malay compradores actually belong wholly to them.

Thus I refused to be blamed for the alleged backwardness of the Malays and I refush to take it lying that the chinese control the economy.

5. Hanya di Bagan Pinang UMNO gunakan teknik samseng dan ugutan ini dan hasilnya merfeka berjaya! Maka, wajiblah mereka menggunakan cara yang hampir sama disini.. Bukankah hidup mati mereka hanya untuk kuasa?

I'm part Orang Asli and proud of it

My grandmother on my father’s side is Tengku Badariah binti al-Marhum Sultan Ala' eddin Suleiman Shah (3 September 1896 - 11 February 1937), elder sister to HRH Sultan Hisamuddin Alam Shah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ala'eddin Suleiman Shah (13 May 1898 - 1 September 1960), the Sixth Sultan of Selangor.

My great grandfather on my father’s side is HRH Sultan Ala' eddin Suleiman Shah ibni al-Marhum Raja Muda Musa, the Fifth Sultan of Selangor (1863 - 3 April 1938). And my great grandmother, the second wife of HRH Sultan Ala' eddin Suleiman Shah, is Hasnah binti Pelong, an Orang Asli.

This means the present Sultan of Selangor and I am both part Orang Asli -- and of course part Bugis. This also makes me the abang (elder) to the present Sultan. And that was why the late Sultan used to address my late father as Abang Din.

I know the Sultan is damned pissed with me. He feels I have not given him and the Perak Sultan the due respect as Sultans. Maybe the Sultan has forgotten that he is adek (younger) to me while I am the abang. His father used to call my father Abang Din. So the Sultan should call me Abang Pete. And I do not need to pay homage to him at the palace, although I used to. He should come to my house for Hari Raya instead. That is the Malay way.

No one can dispute the fact that I have Orang Asli, Bugis, Malay, and of course Welsh blood running through my veins. That makes me more Bumiputera than even Ibrahim Ali and all those activists from Perkasa. I doubt many of them can claim to have Orang Asli blood.

I suppose that is why I am what I am. A combination of Orang Asli, Bugis and Welsh blood is a very potent combination indeed. The Orang Asli, Bugis and Welsh are all very proud of their lineage. Call a Bugis person Malay and you would get a keris in your belly. They are Bugis and proud of it. Call a Welsh an Englishman and he would send you to your Maker. They are Welsh first and British second.

The Welsh Parliament even refuses to conduct its business in the English language. It is conducted in Welsh, the Brythonic branch of the Celtic language spoken only in Wales. In fact, more than 20% of the Welsh people speak Welsh and not English.

Anyway, the point to all this is that if there is one person who should be proud of his bangsa (race) then it should be me. Who can claim to be more Bumiputera than me, a person with Orang Asli blood? But I am prepared to put aside the pride of my bangsa and instead accept that I am Malaysian first and all others second. It appears, however, that many Malaysians would rather fight for their bangsa than for all Malaysians.

I remember once having a conversation with a PKR Indian leader who is also a town councillor for Kelang. He was lamenting about how Pakatan Rakyat reneged on its promises to look after Indian interests and now that it is the Selangor government the Indians are being neglected. There are not enough Indian representatives in the government, he complained. There were two or three other Indians in the group.

I asked him why he is bitching so much and whether he is Indian, to which he replied of course he is.

I told him to then go back to India and not grumble so much about the Selangor State Government.

He was shocked and for a while was speechless and did not know how to react. “How can you make such a racist statement?” he asked me.

I am not being racial, I replied. I had in fact anticipated he would say that. "You yourself said you are Indian. A person from Germany is German. A person from Italy is Italian. A person from France is French. A person from China is Chinese. So if you are Indian then you must be from India. So go back to India if you are not happy in Malaysia."

He then understood where I was coming from and quickly said that he is Malaysian, not Indian, but a Malaysian of Indian roots.

Okay, I replied, if you are Malaysian then why are you grumbling that there are not enough Indian representatives in the Selangor government. Can’t I, Raja Petra Kamarudin, a Malay, be your Indian representative?

“How can?” he said. “What if an Indian were to become the representative of the Malays? Can you accept that?”

“I can and already have,” I replied.

He looked very puzzled. He did not know what I meant. “I don’t understand,” he said.

“For 22 years we had an Indian as our Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. Did you ever see me complain? Sure, I opposed Dr Mahathir. But I opposed him because of how he ran this country and not because he is Indian. In all those years that I wrote criticising Dr Mahathir I never once referred to him as Indian. I always addressed him as Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad. I never once raised his race as an issue.”

My Indian friend from PKR had nothing more to say. He said goodbye and walked off.

The Indians are too conscious of the fact that they are Indians. They want to be accorded equal treatment but refuse to also treat others as equals. They keep talking about Indian this and Indian that, never Malaysian this or Malaysian that.

I am actually quite tired of the antics of these Indian racists. There is nothing wrong in furthering the Indian cause. I am all for that and would gladly become a member of Hindraf if they would accept me. But I am not Indian. So Hindraf will not accept me. In England those in Hindraf will be sent to jail for this racial bar. In England Hindraf can’t refuse to accept me as a member just because I am not Indian.

Yes, in England Hindraf would be declared a racist organisation and their leaders would be dragged to court. Maybe I will file legal action against Hindraf in a British court just to prove my point. Hmm… I think I will contact my lawyer tomorrow and see if he can file legal action against Hindraf in a British court. That would teach them not to be too racist.

Doesn’t Hindraf see that it and Perkasa are both the same? They are just on opposite sides of the same coin.

I would love to get involved in Hindraf. I would love to join their cause. But if their cause is about Indians and by Indians only, then I am excluded from the Hindraf cause. Open your doors please, Hindraf. Invite non-Indians like me to support your cause. I am prepared to be the first non-Indian to join the ranks of Hindraf.

But before that can happen you must first not declare all non-Indians as the enemy. You are angry with Barisan Nasional. You are angry with Pakatan Rakyat. You are angry with Malays. You are angry with fellow Indians. You fight amongst yourselves. Which is the real Hindraf? There are five different Hindrafs. Will the real Hindraf please stand up!

The Hulu Selangor by-election on 25 April 2010 will be a good test of Hindraf’s sincerity. You refuse to support Barisan Nasional. You also refuse to support Pakatan Rakyat. Then who do you want as the government?

Okay, if Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat are both equally unsuitable then boycott both. Then form your own third front. And then contest the next general election as the third force. Contest all the 800 or so Parliament and State Assembly seats. Make it a three-corner fight. Let’s see how many seats you can win.

You will need at least 800 Indian candidates. Each candidate will need about RM100,000 to contest the general election. That would come to RM80 million. Even that is not enough. Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat would be spending a combined total of about RM2 billion, Barisan Nasional alone RM1.5 billion.

So how far can RM80 million take you? This is assuming you can raise RM80 million, although RM250 million would be more realistic. How many seats from those 800 can Hindraf win? If Hindraf depends on just Indian votes it will not win a single seat. There are no seats where the Indians make up more than 50% of the voters.

Hindraf will be totally wiped out and will not win a single seat if they depend on just Indian votes. They need Malay and Chinese votes as well. So Hindraf can’t just be about Indians, by Indians. Hindraf also needs the Malays and Chinese to support their cause.

Hindraf has to wake up. If they do not wish to work with Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Rakyat then they will have to go solo. And going solo means it is a dead end road. So Hindraf has to choose its ally. It can’t go to war with the entire world. It has to seek a friend somewhere and get this friend to support its cause.

I, for one, am prepared to support Hindraf’s cause. And I will send a message to Datuk Zaid Ibrahim, in the event he is chosen as the Hulu Selangor candidate, to also support Hindraf’s cause. In fact, he must also support the Orang Asli cause because I have Orang Asli blood running through my veins and the Orang Asli are worse off than the Indians.

Let the Hulu Selangor by-election be the day that Hindraf sends ‘their man’ to Parliament. And let this man be a Malaysian, not Malay, although he may be of Malay descent. Let Hindraf tell the 19% Indian voters in Hulu Selangor that they are not voting for a Malay but for a Malaysian who will ensure that their voice is heard in Parliament.

That is the only way forward for Hindraf. If not then Hindraf will flounder and eventually die. Hindraf just can’t make it without Malay and Chinese support. And 80% of the voters in Hulu Selangor are Malays, Chinese and Orang Asli. And if you don’t believe this then try and contest the Hulu Selangor by-election and see what happens to the independent Indian candidate from Hindraf. Maybe hilang deposit.
