What did Utusan really say? Its Friday headline screamed that Teo Nie Ching had greatly insulted Muslims.
On SUNDAY, Utusan carried this on page 3:
■Kesucian masjid terus dinodai
(Sanctity of mosques continues to be sullied)
The above story was also blurbed on the front page as ‘Lagi wakil rakyat bukan Islam cemari masjid’ (Again non-Muslim MP defiles mosque) and said in the article that Selayang MP William Leong “turut menghina kesucian agama Islam”.
■Henti cemari kesucian agama
The above story quotes ex-PM Dollah Badawi (who introduced Islam Hadhari to Malaysia) as saying “we (the country) don’t want this” (non-Muslims doing things to hurt the sensitivities of Muslims), and we “should put a stop to this”.
■MAIS kesal pentadbir masjid terus abai titah sultan
■Nik Aziz kurang takwa – Ibrahim Ali
■Nik Aziz dibidas timbul kekeliruan
On SATURDAY,
■Sultan Selangor murka
Pada Ogos 2009, Exco Selangor, Dr. Xavier Jayakumar, berucap dalam satu majlis berbuka puasa di dewan utama Masjid Taman Sri Andalas sehingga menimbulkan perasaan kurang senang di kalangan Islam.
On FRIDAY,
■Tindakan tegas jemput bukan Islam – JAIS
“Orang bukan Islam adalah dilarang memasuki ruang solat kerana mereka ini dalam berkeadaan hadas besar apatah lagi berada di bahagian imam dan menyampaikan ucapan kepada umat Islam di dalamnya.” — pengarah JAIS Mohammed Khusrin Munawi berkata.
■Ahli Parlimen Serdang langgar titah Sultan Selangor
Nie Ching had made front page picture story on Utusan with a turn to the inside pages.
Umno Online lead off its article ‘DAP langsung tidak hormati Islam – Shahrizat‘ with this intro: “DAP sudah melampau, biadap dan langsung tidak menghormati kesucian Islam dan sensitiviti umat Islam di negara ini, kata Ketua Pergerakan Wanita UMNO Malaysia, Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil.”

Malay rights group Perkasa through it's leader Ibrahim Ali has demanded that syariah laws be created to ban non-Muslims from entering mosques and suraus, despite Muslim scholars maintaining that such acts did not contravene Islamic law.
The group’s call comes in the wake of controversy surrounding Serdang MP Teo Nie Ching (pic above), following reports that she had entered the Surau Al-Huda in her Kajang constituency, during a visit there to deliver aid to the surau.
Former Perlis mufti Dr Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin and PAS spiritual leader Datuk Nik Aziz Nik Mat have defended Teo’s surau visit, which has been criticised by Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders. The National Fatwa Council too had decided on March 1 that non-Muslim tourists may enter mosques and prayer rooms with the condition that they receive permission from the respective managements and ensure that their actions do not violate the sanctity of the mosque. Ibrahim nevertheless called on the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (Mais) to take action against the Surau al-Huda committee for permitting Teo to make a speech there.
It was reported by Umno mouthpiece Utusan Malaysia that the Sultan of Selangor was angry that YB Teo, a non Muslim, set foot in the Surau. Nobody knows for sure whether the Sultan was indeed angry with YB Teo or was it another spin by the BN/Umno controlled MSM. For this reason, YB Teo Nie Ching has written to the Selangor Sultan to explain her visit to a surau in her constituency, while her Pakatan Rakyat (PR) colleagues in PAS say they are considering legal action against Utusan Malaysia, the Selangor religious council (Mais) and others involved in what they say are lies surrounding the controversial visit. PAS vice-president Datuk Mahfuz Omar said media reports that Teo was delivering financial aid to PAS members at the Al Huda surau in Kajang were lies.
Whatever the case, the Sultan of Selangor must remember that he is the Ruler of all Malaysians and not just the Malays and Muslims. The Malay Rulers must appreciate the fact that they rule at the pleasure of the Rakyat (People) whose tax dollars either halal or haram maintains the Monarchy. The Malay Rulers should be seen to be above politics and must not be seen in anyway to be in favor of any political group. Thus, there is no need for YB Teo Nie Ching to apologize to the Sultan or anyone for that matter.

So how did the police so quickly know to finger the culprits who splashed paint at a surau in Taman Pulai Impian?
Elementary my dear Watson.
Police apprehended them on the night of Aug 24 and the morning of Aug 25. But guess what? Malaysiakini reported that the 13-year-old sister of one of the teenagers had lodged a police report on Aug 24 itself.
Her report claimed that her brother and his friends were “provoked” before the incident.
The girl said that she was with her brother and five other friends at a playground nearby the surau and they had gotten into an argument when a separate group of 20 men tried to chase them away.
“A Malay man in a red T-shirt and a songkok from the group became angry and called us babi (pigs)” — the girl said in her police report.
“We demanded to know why they used such language against us. That was when another group of men came out from the surau and reprimanded us.”
She explained that as her group refused to admit that they were at fault, the confrontation turned violent and one of the men, whom she claimed was from the surau, slapped her brother and chased them away.
See, something happened to trigger the vandalism… the insult ‘Cina babi’ — that incessant verbal abuse against the minorities. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Before the police arrested the boys, shouldn’t they also have arrested the grown-up bully who assaulted a teenager and gertak a 13-year-old girl?
Yet it is some Chinese voices who have been most strident that the Chinese boys who threw paint at the surau be punished most severely.
MCA central committee member Loh Seng Kok called for the surau vandals’ citizenship to be stripped.
Bernard Khoo (blog: Zorro Unmasked) urged that “the full force of the law must be used as a deterrent. If whipping is enforced, well and good.”
Note that the NST article had this to say: “One of the four suspects is jobless, while the rest are employed.”
Those Chinese boys are merely 16 and 17 years old. How come at their age they’re already working and one unemployed?
*** Why are they not in school? ***
Deprived of the chance of furthering their studies? Their fathers are mechanic, carpenter, trader — quite possibly unable to afford.
The number of Chinese dropouts is a national problem that MCA should be paying attention to instead of Loh Seng Kok wanting to have the poorly educated juveniles stripped of their citizenship. His over-reaction is outdoing the Malays who have been more forgiving. Loh looks like another LGE by being so ‘over’.
How you have utterly, most miserably failed the community you claim to represent, MCA, and now you descend to this low by haranguing errant boys?! Shame on them but BIGGER shame on you, Loh and MCA.
Think! Vui Kong sitting on the death row in Singapore. Why did he not have better opportunities in life? He could have been in college.
And even now, all some people can talk about is punish, punish, punish.
What about ‘HELP’ for a change? How about uplifting the marginalized?
Church arson vs mosque vandalism — proportionality
CASE 1
Two Malay youths were sentenced by Judge S.M. Komathy Suppiah of the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to 5 years’ jail.
The youths aged 24 and 22 were found guilty of setting fire to the Metro Tabernacle Church near Taman Melawati in January.
They had claimed trial for the offence and did not publicly express any remorse for their act.
They had been charged under Section 436 of the Penal Code which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years jail and a fine.
The church suffered more than RM1 million in damages when its its entire ground floor was gutted and has since relocated to a new building.
CASE 2
Three Chinese teenagers have pleaded guilty to charges of lobbing bottles filled with paint at a surau in Seremban, on Aug 22.
The trio, aged between 16 and 17, are awaiting sentencing by magistrate M. Mageshwary of the Juvenile Court.
They were charged under Section 427 of the Penal Code which carries a maximum penalty of 2 years jail and a fine.
Their offence is for causing damage “to the amount of RM25 or above”.
The boys have publicly apologized for their act.
WERE THEY AWARE?
The Malay youths were sentenced 5 years — a quarter of the maximum penalty (20 years). Going by the same ratio, the Chinese boys should be sentenced to 6 months jail.
The fact that the Chinese teens have said sorry and the mosque committee forgiven them are mitigating factors. The material damage in terms of monetary cost is not much — some turpentine and a new coat of paint.
Did the vandals fully realise the ramifications of their act on our fraught race relations?
(In comparison, the Malay youths surely knew they were setting a match to the religious tinderbox by doing what they did at the time they did it.)
Nonetheless the Malay youths have been receiving rounds of support from Malay blogosphere whereas the Chinese boys have been hurled sticks and stones by certain Chinese themselves.
Calling to revoke citizenship and for whipping is going waaay overboard!

Why these kind of intimidation against Malaysian Indian? When there are any injustices against Muslims, they will all out to voice on the oppressions. Lately, I can see a lot of demonstrations to stop the war at Palestine and showing dissatisfaction against Israel, there are also effort to stop buying US and Israeli products. Watch short video of ethnic cleansing of poor Malaysian Indian labourers.

In Malaysia - an organization has the legal right to storm your house and circumcise your foreskin on your penis regardless of your religion???? so you better lock your doors and widows
PARIT BUNTAR: S Banggarma, who was declared “a Muslim” by the Penang High Court on Aug 4, defied the Islamic authorities and demonstrated her Hindu belief by carrying “paal kudam” (pot of milk) at a temple festival here last Friday. The mother of two offered her penance to Hindu goddess Mariamman at Sri Muthu Mariamman Kovil fire-walking festival in Dennis Town Estate in the morning together with hundreds of Hindu devotees.
Judicial Commissioner Yaakob Sam declared in his 40-minute oral judgment that the 28-year-old mother of two was a Muslim and therefore would have to resolve her “unwitting conversion” dispute with the Syariah Court. Banggarma, whose Muslim name is Siti Hasnah Vangarama Abdullah, instantly brushed aside the verdict as “unfair and unrealistic”.
Banggarma is married to fisherman S Sockalingam in Tanjung Piandang, Perak, in 2000 and has two children -- Kanagaraj, nine, and Hisyanthini, three.
Banggarma claimed that she was unwittingly converted by the state Islamic religious authorities at the age of seven while she was staying in a welfare home in Kepala Batas, Penang.
However, recently the state Islamic authorities stormed into her house and forcibly circumcised and converted her Hindu husband M Muniandy into Islam. Rani’s children, too, are facing the same predicament.

EXACTLY ........ VERY VERY TRUE - LIFE IS NOT WORTH LIVING
IN FACT ....... IT'S BETTER TO DIE [FOR THOSE BAYIs]. WHAT IS THERE TO LIVE?
THOSE VICTIMS (BABIES or BAYIs) ARE BORNED TO DIE ..... BORNED TO DISCONTINUE LIVING.........BORNED TO BE DEAD TO BE EXACT!
DILAHIRKAN UNTUK DIBUANG ........ DIMATIKAN ......... DILAHIRKAN UNTUK MATI .......... JADI APA GUNA LAGI HIDUP BAGI MEREKA2 YG MENJADI MANGSA INI? HIDUP SUDAH TIADA ERTI LAGI? LEBIH BAIK MEREKA2 INI TIDAK HIDUP ATAU TIDAK TERUS HIDUP DIATAS MUKA BUMI INI (PARTICULARLY - MALAYSIA ...... TAMBAH2 LAGI LIVING AMONG THE GREEDY MALAYS).
LIFE IS NOT WORTH LIVING AT ALL. IT'S BETTER .... NOT TO BE BORNED.
TENGOK SAJALAH PAPARAN DARI GAMBAR2 FOTO ....... AMAT SEDIH SEKALI.
BAYANGKAN TUBUH2 KECIL BAYI2 DI BUANG SEBEGITU ......... KENAPA BEGITU MALANG DAN SIAL BANGSA MELAYU KITA ....... ?????
AS FOR WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENED ALL THESE WHILE IN THIS SUPPOSE-TO-BE MUSLIM-MAJORITY COUNTRY MALAYSIA IS...... regarding rampant 'baby dumping' or 'buang bayi' yg semakin menjadi2.
IT'S THE CURSE FROM GOD THE ALMIGHTY! ....... NOT ON THOSE VICTIMS ..... NOT ON THOSE DEAD BABIES OR 'BAYIs' ........ BUT IT'S THE CURSE DIRECTLY ON THE MALAYS THEMSELVES i.e. THE MALAY COMMUNITY ON THE WHOLE. (Of couse the Malays (who ada makan cili) won't admit it .... they'll just say no! no! no!).
BUT DON'T WE SEE THAT IT'S THE MALAYS TO BE BLAMED? ....... not the sinful parents of the poor 'bayis' (the victimised babies i.e. the immediate victims).
IT'S THE MALAY COMMUNITY THEMSELVES WHO PRACTISED SUCH A SYSTEM ...... SO-CALLED 'THEIR WAY OF LIFE' ..... SUCH A 'LUXURIOUS LIFE' ....... TOWARDS BECOMING A MORE ADVANCED & 'TRENDY' SOCIETY ..... FOR THE WORLD TO SEE.
AND NOW THE WORLD SEE.
THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD SEE THE RESULTS OF THE AFTER EFFECTS OF THEIR ACTIONS AND THEIR DOINGS ..... AS WHAT SHOULD BE CALLED THEIR MISDEEDS..
Pix/Parpukari: Lim Guan Eng caricatured by Umno blogs.
Courtesy of http://Hartalmsm.wordpress.com/
Guan Eng, now do you see what can happen!? Talking about ‘rope’ and giving your enemies enough of it to hang you with …
Following the path beaten by the Perak mufti, Mahathir (we’re using him one name, like ‘Madonna’) found an easy opening to take a sly dig at LGE while riding on his favourite hobbyhorse of ‘Malay unity’ and exhorting that “Muslims cannot be weak”.
Bernama reported the ex-PM as saying — “The name of the nation’s Muslim leader must be mentioned in Friday sermons in mosques because Islam is the official religion of the country” — during the breaking-of-the-fast at a Perkim function on Tuesday. (Icker-Tee, btw, is a Perkim national council member and the two pious men keep each other in good company.)
Going into his usual scaremongering mode, Mahathir continued: “Don’t think one day it will not be possible for Friday sermons to be mentioning the name of a non-Muslim leader because they are in power and we [Malays] are weak.”
When Utusan frontpaged the story about the mention of Guan Eng’s name in the doa in Penang mosques, Lim Kit Siang condemned the article as the “most irresponsible act in the history of Malaysian journalism”. Lim Sr demanded that both the newspaper and Ahmad Zahid Hamidi who first to raised the ruckus must apologise.
Penang state exco in charge of religious affairs Abdul Malik Abul Kassim and Anwar Ibrahim quickly came to Guan Eng’s defence although Nik Aziz chose to keep mum.
Since then, the Umno has had a field day grinding this grist for the mill.
Insider reported yesterday:
Malacca Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam accused his Penang counterpart of fanning “communal” politics and challenged Lim Guan Eng to state if he planned to become a Muslim, referring to the continued khatib controversy in the island state.
“I want to ask Lim Guan Eng, (do you) want to embrace Islam? Lim Guan Eng, do you agree with the Penang mosque praying for you to enter Islam?”asked Mohd Ali.
“If yes, I will also pray for you,” he told reporters here, straight-faced.
Guan Eng’s political opportunism to win the heart — and vote — of the Malay masses has turned into ‘senjata makan tuan’. You can bet that Umno will work the ground to rile up the grassroots and the ‘citer’ (story) will grow in the telling in the Umno-controlled media and blog propaganda.
The Caliph Umar Abdul Aziz wannabe will now need all the firefighting help he can get from his PAS and PKR Muslim counterparts just to contain the flames fanned by Umno.
If the ‘amar makruf nahi mungkar’ showman did not so overdo his “holier-than-thou” act to begin with, detractors would not be having this fresh prong to attack him on.
LGE is left balancing the tightrope of his own Christian beliefs in private and his very public ‘let’s go Islamic’. He’s really brought it upon himself the risk of being charged a hypocrite.

Umno vice-president Mohd Shafie Apdal has called upon Muslims and Malays in the country to avoid conflict among themselves to earn the respect of other religions and races.
He said in order to preserve the image of Muslims and Malays, they need to stay away from social ills that they are frequently associated with.
“Others will respect us if the country’s Muslims, Malays and Bumiputeras show good behaviour instead of being involved in street racing and baby dumping.”
“Innocent babies are abandoned because of our actions. It seems like others aren’t involved in this ... we are the ones street racing, smoking ganja (marijuana) and even syabu.”
"What about the other vices? There are worse things than premarital sex, street racing and smoking illegal substances. Should Shafie not be more concerned about the other more serious vices? Why has he not mentioned these as well? These are more damaging than premarital sex, street racing and getting high on weed.
I remember, back in the 1970s, at the height of the Vietnamese refugee problem, Terengganu was flooded with ‘boat people’. And what did the Malays-Muslims do? They 'kidnapped' the good-looking Vietnamese girls and women and raped them.
I personally knew the OCPD of Kuala Terengganu who headed the operation to round up the Vietnamese boat people. He would point to the girls and women who met his fancy and order his police officers to separate them from the rest and transfer them to his ‘harem’.
Sometimes the Vietnamese refugee boats were intercepted on the high seas and the girls/women were removed from the boats. One week later you will find these girls/women clinging to the oil rigs about 200 kilometers offshore. They would be dumped there after the men have had their fill of them.
Is this the way Malays-Muslims should treat unfortunate refugee girls and women? And can you imagine how the children, brothers, husbands or fathers feel when they see their kin taken away and used as ‘sex toys’?
Most Vietnamese refugees came with gold strapped to their bodies. Do I need to add that in many instances they would be ‘relieved’ of their gold?.."

The debate on hudud laws has also echoed in micro-blogging site Twitter, with several users giving their wishlists for Pakatan Rakyat in a bid to urge the coalition to focus on Putrajaya.
One twitterati from Selangor, Vijay Kumar Murugavell, called on the three main opposition parties PAS, DAP and PKR to speed up efforts to register as a formal coalition with a common manifesto and symbol as well as to form a shadow cabinet, saying it would give Malaysians a glimpse of what one can expect in a Federal made up of Pakatan Rakyat.
He was at pains outlining three different steps to be taken by respective parties, hoping to help the three political parties widen their support base and public appeal.
In a nutshell, he urged PAS to concentrate more on fighting corrupt practices and less on issues concerning hudud laws.
Vijay also called on DAP to reinvent itself instead of relying on its Chinese vote bank, by taking an active role on issues that concern the Malays.
As for PKR, he urged the party to be more careful on selection of their candidates for the next general election.
PAS central committee member and Kuala Selangor member of parliament Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad pleaded to PR comrades to stop the debate on hudud, saying it would only destroy the coalition.
“Could PR leaders please avoid being embroiled in Hudud? We are in 'self-destruct mode' again. Please have mercy for our members and well-wishers,” said Dzulkefly.
Reminding leader of the Common Policy Framework (CPF) adapted by PR during their first convention last year, Dzulkefly said issues such as hudud should not be championed on a PR platform.
“We have our CPF, while each is free to profess and advocate our ideologies but not on PR platform and we respect each other's freedom...," he continued.
Advice to PAS, DAP
Another twitterati, a non-Muslim from Kuantan, said while he understood PAS’s agenda to introduce Islamic laws which included the Islamic penal laws, the party he said should first do some homework with regards to their implementation.
At the same time, he told DAP to "not quickly over react or condemn" the idea of setting up Islamic state, adding that the party should give space to PAS to talk about its benefits as the final decision was with the people.
He also called on DAP chairman Karpal Singh to be more tactful when expressing any disagreement.
Karpal had recently locked horns with PAS Murshidul Am Tuan Guru Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, after the latter said hudud laws could solve rising crime rate plaguing the country.
“Karpal could have said, 'I respect [Nik Aziz]'s aspiration and PAS's stand on Islamic State (and) Islamic laws and I wish him luck. I hope he can find ways to amend (the) constitution...',” he twitted, adding that such careful wordings would have rendered any clash of opinions among PR leaders to a minimum.

Indonesian Police arrested three men yesterday after a group of demonstrators threw human faeces at the Malaysian embassy in Jakarta. The situation between the two nations has deteriorated to the point that the Malaysian government has asked the Indonesian government to protect its nationals in Indonesia.
We have seen so many times how Malaysians (read Malays and Muslims) have burned, trampled and spat on Israel's 'Star of David'. All these was done because in the minds of Malaysian Muslims and their hypocrite non Muslim supporters from Barisan Nasional, Israel is always the Evil One. However, when Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad or Al Qaeda massacre innocent Israeli civilians, there is no condemnation or outcry from these very demonstrators who are quick to burn Israeli, US or UK flags.
Don't these people know that there are also Israelis and Jews who are against the injustices committed by the Zionist Regime against the Palestinians? It is sad to note that Malaysians look the other way when acts of violence and brutality are committed against others such as in Darfur where Arab Muslims slaughtering Black Muslims or in Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan where Muslims are killing Muslims. No one, whether Umno or Perkasa condemns these evil acts. More saddening is the fact when non Muslims are at the receiving end of Muslim bigots, Malaysians, even the non Muslims from MCA, Gerakan, MIC, PPP etc pretend that nothing has happened.
Now we have Indonesians burning our Jalur Gemilang, spitting on it, stepping on it and also throwing shit at our Embassy in Jakarta. They even beat Malaysians in Indonesia. Where is Ibrahim Ali and Perkasa? Where is Khairy Jamaluddin and his Umno Youth? Where is Puad Zakarshit? Where is Mufti Harussani Zakaria? Where is Malay wannabe Chinaman Ridhuan Tee Abdullah? Where is GPMS? Where is Bung Mokhtar and Mohamed Aziz? Where is Najib, Mahathir and Muhydeen? Where is Barisan Nasional? Check the combo of pictures above.
You know what, these morons who call themselves Malays here keep on singing the chorus of "Serumpun Sebangsa" but the Indonesians actually look down on the Malays and actually get offended when you call them Malay. The Malays after all are a minority in Indonesia. The Indonesians like the Javanese and Bataks take it as an insult to be equated with the Malays. So it is more like "Serumpun Sebangsat" to them. The same applies to how the Malays glorify the Arabs who actually look down on Malays and who even believe that Muslims in Malaysia follow a deviant form of Islam.
How does it feel now to see other people burn, trample and spit on our flag just like how we Malaysians do to the Union Jack (UK), Old Glory (US) and to the Star of David (Israel) when in actual fact I can't remember of any Israeli burning our flag or doing anything to harm us. So as the old Malay proverb goes "Siapa makan cili dia akan rasa pedas" or it's English equivalent "Do unto others as you would like others to do unto you".

Sedih sungguh melihat gambar2 bayi2 yg mati di buang begitu sahaja ...... sedih sekali
Tak sampai hati tengok tubuh2 bayi2 yg jadi mangsa buatan kaum kita Melayu sendiri. Aku sedih sedih
....let it be ...... let it be? Now, because of that .... I begin to hate my fellow Malays. They're inhuman .... they are not human either.
NAH SEKARANG AMBIK!!!
it's 'the price of greed' indeed. After all ........ it's all started from 'greed' of the highest degree.
SEMUA MELAYU2 - KESEMUA GOLONGAN MASYARAKAT MELAYU - viz YG KORPORAT (KEPARAT) .... MELAYU2 ELIT .... MELAYU2 URBAN YG LEBIH HAPRAK LAGI ..... MELAYU2 YG HIDUP MEWAH DAN YG HIDUP PENUH DGN BERPURA2 ...... JUGA BAGI MEREKA2 YG PUNYA PRINSIP "BIAR PAPA ASAL BERGAYA".
Melayu2 kita berbangga2 sangat dgn budaya dan amat ghairah mengheboh2kan yg kita Melayu amat kaya dengan budaya - (tapi yg jelas kita dok kerja ambik bangsa lain punya sahaja).
TAPI ....... kini tercetus budaya baru ......... iaitu Budaya Buang Bayi.
Apa lagi? ...... So! ..... Melayu sudah boleh lah MENDABIK DADA - kerana SATU DUNIA dah tahu, aware akan Melayu dgn budaya nya terkini (iaitu budaya buang bayi).
Negara satu Malaysia kini menjadi fokus di MATA DUNIA.
Boleh masuk catatan rekod Guinness Book of World Records.
Sebaliknya ...... kenapa di Malaysia Book of Records - diam aje? Tak di hebahkan pun?
Melayu dengan pegangan prinsip ......."Biar mati anak ............ jangan mati adat".
Dan itu yg sedang dok jadi ..... dok berlaku ......... la....la......ni........ tu.
- Habis bayi2 mati terkorban akibat dibuang & di tinggalkan.
- mati terbiar begitu sahaja ........... biar mati bayi2 ...........
- dan itukah prinsip pegangan orang2 Melayu kita 'biar mati anak'? sehingga kini........ asalkan jangan mati adat ........ adat majlis kahwin masyarakat Melayu nan trendy.
Itulah ..... they never think of the umat Melayu sejagat ..... they only think for themselves (see how selfish this kelompok2 Melayu yg terbabit).
- Betoi2 ....... Melayu TOLOL - kerana masih mempertahankan adat & budaya (orang lain punya actually) ..... padahal adat dan budaya songsang - padahal bercanggah dgn ajaran Islam ...... tetapi begitu kuat terpengaruh ....... hingga ramai jadi terikut2 ...... dan itu yg dikatakan ........ mengikut 'trend' ........ 'trendy' lah kononnya.

Article 153 of the Federal Constitution, supervised by the King, covers the position of the Malays and natives and the legitimate aspirations of the non-Malays.
There are no special privileges under Article 153 which refers only to a reasonable proportion of the opportunities for the Malays and natives in four areas (CISO) viz. intake into the civil service; intake into government-owned institutions of higher learning and training privileges; government scholarships; and opportunities in business created by the government. There is no mention of a quota system.
The NEP pledges to eliminate the identification of race with economic function and place of residence; pledges to eliminate poverty irespective of race; and, within the context of an expanding economic pie, calls for the Bumiputera to own, control and manage 30 per cent of the corporate economy (companies listed on the stock market) within a twenty-year time period i.e. 1970-1990.
Other than the above, we don't have to dignify anything else with a comment.
I didn't know that our English Channel swimmer Malik was provided an Australian coach for his feat. And that he took 17hr 42 min, while a 12 year old and a 70 year old took 15+ hr to complete the task. Self sponsored Malaysian Lennard Lee took only 9.45hour.
This is an interesting article by Helen Ang.
Perkasa president Ibrahim Ali has proposed that taxes from haram activities like gambling and liquor sales be increased so that the surplus can be used set up a scholarship fund for non-Malays.
Ibrahim said his proposal made sense because gambling and liquor were industries that Muslims stayed clear of, and that while he is not against non-Malays receiving government funding like from JPA, they should heed the warning “cuma jangan mengganggu hak pelajar bumiputera” (only do not disturb the rights of bumiputera students).
Non-Malay students with excellent results could apply for private scholarships which he suggests to be created by soliciting contributions from businessmen like Robert Kuok and other prominent non-Malay cartels.
Stressing that every excellent bumiputera (he means Malay) student must be given a scholarship “tanpa mengira jumlah ataupun kuota tertentu” (regardless of how many applicants there are or any quota limit), Ibrahim announced last Friday that his movement will sue the government if any one of them should fail to get the scholarship – which he deems their constitutional right.
Two days later, Muhyiddin Yassin said that UPSR and PMR could possibly be abolished as public exams. The deputy prime minister-cum-education minister said on Sunday that Std 6 and Form 3 students may in future be tested only internally for the purpose of streaming into Science/Arts or for places in residential schools.
Residential schools, elite schools, Mara Junior Science Colleges and matriculation centres are run – at exorbitant cost – to specially cater for Malays.
Muhyiddin’s statement begs the question: If the Std 6 exam is only to determine who gets into privileged schools, why should non-Malay pupils bother to be tested at all?
Ibrahim’s idea of ‘excellent’
Cemerlang means excellent. It is necessary to make a distinction between achievement and excellence. For example, it was doubtless an achievement for Abdul Malik Mydin (left) to be the first Malaysian to swim the English Channel.
However, his time of 17 hours and 42 minutes is short of excellent if we keep in mind that a 12-year-old girl Samantha Druce managed 15 hrs 28 mins. Even a 70-year-old, George Burnstad, did better at 15.59 than the 29-year-old Malik at 17.42.
The Malay hero was nonetheless conferred a Datukship for his exploit, such ‘excellence’ as KPI-ed by our self-calibrated measure. Was it worth all the state-sponsored expense of Malik’s training under an Australian coach and ‘airflown’ to England for his almost 18-hour swim when the best channel crossers can complete the distance in under-seven hours?
For that matter, why not carry out the Malaysia Boleh stunt, if they must, swimming from Langkawi to Kuala Kedah instead?
It was however a different case with the second Malaysian to swim the channel that same year (2004). Lennard Lee was already based in England – at Cambridge University doing medicine, and at least his swim met a more useful objective, i.e. to raise funds for a cancer hospital.
Clocking 9.45, Lee was faster than Malik by a whopping eight hours.
More importantly, Lee did not land Malaysian taxpayers a hefty bill for ‘Satu lagi projek Barisan Nasional’.

Relating the above swimming anecdote to education, ask if it is worth your money splashed (pun intended) on Malik-type students to send them to England immediately after Form 5 and all those other places with expensive currency exchange for such mediocre returns?
The politicisation of education has lowered the bar and a significant part of SPM presently comprises objective questions where students tick A-B-C-D from multiple choice options.
In 2007, one boy broke the SPM record with 21As, including a distinction for the High Arabic language paper (Communication Arabic is a separate paper). One gets a better perspective if you were to compare that candidates apply to Oxford University with only three A-levels.
SPM As are multiplied with Islamic Studies separated into many papers – Pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Syariah Islamiah, Pendidikan Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah as well as Tasawwur Islam.
The exam grading is now A-, A and A+. Refining the ‘A’ into three tiers has become necessary because too many students are striking As like bowling pins. The passing mark for some of the papers is now very low, and others are so easy that my 10-year-old niece can score A* & A-moon for SPM English.
Sidenote: Inversely, the standard of Malay language, though, has risen and someone with a BM credit in MCE would have a hard time of it today.
Sensible policy on scholarships
In other countries, university scholarships are given to those at A-level, not O-level by the way.
If Malaysia must award public scholarships, let it be for critical science-and-tech courses that are not available locally, conducted at the most prestigious and cutting-edge universities, and preferably at Masters level for those in government service with lecturers and researchers given priority.
Sidenote: The two Japanese and one Japanese-American scientists who shared the Nobel Prize for Physics all got their first degrees in Japanese universities.
The double standard viz. STPM and matriculation is another contentious higher education issue. Not only does the STPM take a longer time, there’s another six months wait for placement in local university.
But what galls the most is the spin Ketuanan Melayu puts on the disparity. Higher Education Department director Hassan Said once disclosed that “a matriculation student with a grade B would obtain the same points as an STPM candidate with a C.” (‘Ministry reveals formula on grades’, The Star, May 15, 2002).
This asymmetrical grading is due to the STPM being a more difficult exam. Now, following the education ministry formula revealed by Hassan, the next correlation would be that a matriculation ‘A’ is equivalent to an STPM ‘B’. But where does that then logically leave the STPM ‘A’?
By the education ministry’s own admission and anyone’s calculation, there is no way for a matriculation top scorer to match someone with 5As in STPM. Entry into local university is via two paths. Those who have done well in matriculation are graded at the maximum 4.0 CGPA – a bumiputera accommodation that not only places the STPM straight As scorer at a disadvantage but also puts his A to waste.
Chinese education boom
Perkasa’s scaremongering spiritual guide Mahathir Mohamad has accused those who support Chinese education as “racialist”. The ex-premier’s persecution of the Chinese educationists during his tenure is a matter of record.
Yet nowadays, almost everybody I know who is non-Malay has enrolled his/her child in Chinese school.
There’s nothing stopping the Malay or any parent either from enrolling their children in a vernacular school whereas the mollycoddled MRSM, residential and elite schools remain strictly Malay domains.
And if in the past these kids from SRJK (C) proceeded to national school after Std 6, trending now are private Chinese secondary schools and the UEC exam. Parents who pull their kids out of the kebangsaan system are merely making a rational decision.
The bottomline is some non-Malay parents have resigned themselves to zero expectation of this apartheid country.
Non-Malays do not expect their brilliant, hardworking children to get fair treatment from the government. They see and are dispirited by the annual pantomime of poor but clever kids crying and begging, unlike the Perkasa wards who loudly demand state assistance as their federal constitution-given dues.
To sidestep the guaranteed frustrations, the middle-class non-Malay starts saving for his child’s college education when the baby is still in the crib.
Since they realize that they have only themselves to depend on, their rejection of the national school is therefore most logical. Moreover, the Biro Tata Negara-ish environment in School Kebangsaan sends some of the more vulnerable young children home in tears, especially over complaints of bullying in matters of religion.
Why don’t Chinese and Indian parents want to send their kids to national school? The answer in two simple words: What for?!
By Kee Thuan Chye, Free Malaysia Today
Let’s wait and see what action will be taken against Siti Inshah Mansor (pic above), the principal of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra, Kulai, for the racist remarks she allegedly made at the Merdeka celebrations in her school.
The police will be concluding their investigations soon, under Section 504 of the Penal Code. If they have a case, Siti Inshah could be charged with provocation, which carries a maximum imprisonment of two years, a fine or both.
Meanwhile, DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang has called for her to be sacked. MCA president Chua Soi Lek calls for her to be transferred to a desk job and given counselling. How generous of Chua.
If she did what she is said to have done, she should instead be drawn and quartered, like in the good old days. Or have her head put in a cangue – you know, like in the Chinese movies, where the head and hands are locked up within a square wooden contraption.
Or she should be given the Japanese treatment – force-fed water while someone jumps on her bloated tummy, or hung from a tree by her thumbs, and displayed publicly for all to see that this is what happens to racists.
Of course, I’m being facetious, but this must surely be the fantasy of anyone who feels disgusted by any racist act. All the more so if it is committed by someone who is a principal of a school, who should be spreading the message of racial unity instead of – God forbid! – racial hatred.
Siti Inshah is alleged to have said that Chinese students are not needed in the school and can go back to China or Sekolah Foon Yew (a private Chinese school in Johor), and that the prayer strings Indian students wear on their neck and wrist make them look like dogs, and only dogs would be tied this way.
If the allegation is true, what could have possessed her to make her say such things? That is something that must be ascertained. Even if she had been provoked for some reason or other, it is still not her place to react this way to the students. She has a huge responsibility as a school principal to restrain her racist impulses.
Given the seriousness of the situation, if the allegation is true, how then can she be allowed to get away with it? If she were to be exonerated, imagine the damage she could further cause given her influential position.
If it is true that she behaved like a racist, her name should instead be remembered in the Hall of Shame.
Racial slurs
So far, however, among the Barisan Nasional parties, only the MCA and the MIC have criticised the action. Has any Umno leader come out to say anything against it? And if so, why not?
Admin Note:
Little Mullahs are now being promoted as school administrators or to the State and District Education Departments. Very alarming also is to hear that Ustaz's and Ustazah's assuming such positions. These Ustaz's and Ustazah's are so detached from multiracial and multireligious Malaysia that they tell Muslim students not to sing school songs the uses the word "God'. To them the English word "God' is not the "Allah' they worship. Already we have National Schools looking and sounding more like Islamic Schools. Even former Christian Mission Schools that have Muslims taking over as Principals have their legacy and heritage wiped away by these Little Mullahs. An example of this is Convent Pulau Tikus in Penang. The Government must ban the term 'Kafir' (Infidel) from being used outside the confines of Mosques and Suraus as it hurts the feelings of non Muslims. Just imagine if Christians were to go around calling Muslims Pagans!

The events we have been seen happening in Malaysia whether it was the 'cow head' incident, the Allah issue, PERKASA, racist policies of Schools and now the Umno - MCA Sandiwara over non Malay rights are actually a precursor to a diabolical attempt by the Evil Zionist BN/Umno Regime of Najib Razak to set off another May 13 so that the Regime can declare a State of Emergency and suspend Parliament. As a result of this, the Regime will put the blame squarely on heads of Pakatan Rakyat and individuals and NGO's that are opposed to the policies of this Evil Regime.
BN/Umno knows that Pakatan Rakyat has what it takes to seize Putrajaya in the next GE, so it is desperate to do anything to hold on to power. Just like his father Tun Razak, Najib Razak will use the same modus operandi to set off racial strife between the Malays and non Malays to give an excuse to haul PR leaders under the ISA and suspend Parliament just as they did in 1969, when the Opposition made gains in the GE held that year.
During the Permatang Pauh by elections, the BN through Umno and MCA had tried to instigate the Chinese and Malays to clash with the hope of pinning the blame ob PR. Fortunately this strategy did not work due to the timely intervention of PR parties DAP and PAS to ease tensions. Since they can't get DAP or PAS to fall for their bait, BN has now resorted in this Sandiwara (charade) of sabre rattling with the hope of igniting a spark that would lead to racial unrest which could then be blamed on PR. You can be sure the BN controlled MSM will play a pivotal role in this area. I don't think MCA Porn star President Chua Soi Lek wants to offend Big Brother Umno in any way because his oral sex action could land him in jail.
Already the BN controlled MSM like Utusan Malaysia and TV3 together with pro-BN Blogs such as Unspinners (http://theunspinners.blogspot.com/) and pro-Umno NGO's such as PERKASA have been instigating Malays to agitate against the non Malays. It is really scary to read the kind of Comments coming from Malays who accept the Umno propaganda. Here's just a couple of samples:

Sekarang DAP marah bangsa Melayu terlebih rasuah, lawan tauke.
Kongsi Gelap – mereka bawa dr negara asal supaya kegiatan haram mereka dilindungi. Sila baca The Triads - The Chinese Criminal Fraternity by MARTIN BOOTH.
Barangan tiruan – CD,VCD, DVD, pakaian, jam, mcm2 lagi.
Penyokong Komunis – mereka menyokong perjuangan komunis semasa darurat!! Ribuan Anak Melayu bermandi darah, sengsara, anak jadi yatim, isteri jadi ibu tunggal angkara mereka!! Ideologi Mao Tze Tong!! Rujuk The war of Running Dogs untuk pengetahuan tambahan.
Betapa jijiknya penipuan mereka.
PANDAI BERNIAGA!!(Dgn tipuan).

The Scribe calls on all Patriotic Citizens who love this country to reach out to your family, friends and neighbors and make them be aware of the lies and spins of the Evil BN/Umno Regime which is planning to start another May 13. This must never happen again. We must do our part to see that this plan by BN fails. Forward and print out this Blog posting to whoever you know, especially those who rely on the MSM for their news.
"This is the photo of a man worse than a swine in the country as he continues his attack on the race that had rejected him because he is a hypocrite that claimed himself to be more islamic than the Malays to be accepted as a dog to the UMNO bastards. A traitor to his family and country because he just wanna earn money by attacking the Pakatan (Rakyat)! He is an asshole but not a son of bitch because his mum is really innocent but he is a animal with no value! This is the 1st and last time I will write on this useless scum in Malaysia."

MarGeeMar The Scribe stands in solidarity with Sister Helen Ang who is now facing a torrent of abuse and intimidation from individuals and organizations claiming to be Muslim but in actual fact are APOSTATES (Murtad) by their acts and actions against Helen. They claim to be Muslims by their goatees, skullcaps, and tudungs that they don. They claim to sanctify the Holy Month of Ramadhan with fasting, prayer and good deeds. They claim to pray 5 times a day, abstain from eating non Halal food, drinking liquor, and gambling. However, by the way these so-called Muslims such as Ridhuan Tee Abdullah have been viciously attacking Helen Ang, The Scribe can only come to a conclusion that these individuals are not Muslims but APOSTATES (Murtad) who have defiled their own religion as though they are (probably are) under the influence of Evil Spirits. The Scribe says so because Islam is a religion of peace and reconciliation these individuals are in defiance of Islam and the teachings of the Holy Prophet pbuh.
The Scribe can't find anything that Helen Ang wrote that insulted Islam or challenged the Malays Read here http://english.cpiasia.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1978:enforcing-nep-on-minority-religions-&catid=198:helen-ang&Itemid=156
As for Ridhuan Tee Abdullah read his verbal diarrhea here http://www.malaysia-today.net/mtcolumns/newscommentaries/33823-utusan-columnist-tells-critics-to-go-home. This mongrel will certainly pay his dues when he meets up with the Angels of Death Nakir and Mungkar in Alam Barzakh. The Scribe's advice to Ridhuan is "Bertaubatlah sebelum anda disembahyangkan" (Repent before you are prayed for)
To Sister Helen Ang, do not be afraid for you have found favor with Allah SWT for speaking the TRUTH and standing up against Satan's agents like PERKASA, Umno and Ridhuan Tee Abdullah.

Senior Citizen's Outrage: Open Letter To Sharizat.
Open letter to Sharizat (pic above).
Many senior citizens are outraged by your uncalled for comments about the RM100 given to them by the Penang state government in appreciation of their contributions to the development of Penang.
Your comments indicate how uncultured you are, totally unbefitting of a cabinet minister. You said you are ashamed and offered your sympathies to Penang’s senior citizens because they are worth — according to your absurd calculation — less than RM10 a month in the eyes of the state government.
Can I ask you how much a senior citizen was worth when the BN ruled Penang? Absolutely nothing, Yes Nothing at all.You went on to say that you thank God that there is a federal government and a Barisan Nasional government to take care of the people’s welfare without which the poor in Penang will be starving. Yes, the BN government looked after the people of Penang so well that on 8 March 2008, they kicked the BN out of Penang!
As a senior citizen, let me tell you this. It is not the money that matters. It is the thought, the appreciation and the caring attitude of the state government that senior citizens value most.
Did you say that the BN government looks after the people’s welfare? Let us examine the BN’s track record. The NEP has been in existence for almost 40 years and during this period about 1 trillion ringgit was allocated supposedly to help Malays through ASN, ASB and numerous other government programmes involving many government agencies.
Umnoputras hijacked the NEP and by masquerading as champions of the Malays siphoned off a sizeable amount of the funds to enrich themselves, their families and their cronies. These Umnoputras live in palatial houses and live opulent lifestyles. Look at the posh cars they and their cronies drive and the designer clothes they wear while the poor Malays continue to languish in poverty, even after 52 years of Umno’s total dominance in Malaysian politics. How much have these Umnoputras, their families and cronies invested in high-end properties overseas? How much of the loot is stashed away in overseas banks?
A Morgan Stanley analyst estimated that between 1984 and 2003, RM360 billion was siphoned off by Umnoputras and their cronies. The Auditor-General’s Report bears ample testimony to the plunder of the nation’s wealth.
After more than 52 years of Merdeka, many kampungs do not have basic amenities like piped water and electricity while Umnoputras are wallowing in wealth and luxury. No wonder the income differential in the Malay community is the highest among all ethnic groups in Asia.
You were defeated in the last elections and came into the cabinet through the backdoor. We are ashamed of you No wonder Rafidah poured scorn on you. As minister of Women, Family and Community Development, you did little to genuinely empower Malaysian women, especially Muslim women whose problems — marriage, divorce, custody of children, alimony, property rights etc,etc have remained unresolved. Your failures in this regard are well documented by women NGOs and Sisters in Islam.
You had the audacity to offer your sympathies to the senior citizens of Penang. Let me tell you this:
Shut your face, honey. Guan Eng is making money (for Penang, of course), unlike you and the rest of umno gang.
My advice to you is this:
Don’t open your mouth to make a bloody fool of yourself. Do us a favour; disappear from the political scene.
Stop monkeying around.

Hi Ms Justice4OTK aka Tan Cheng Liang
You have already exposed yourself by implying that you are a cc member and also your posting in Anilnetto.com as a Penangite and the fact that there are only 2 guys and 1 gal CC from Penang.
BTW, did't the MCA always kowtow to Armno when BN was in power in Penang ?

Many seem to agree that Justice4OTK is actually Tan Cheng Liang, the former Jawi Assemblywoman and current Penang Port Chairman. Justice4OTK is famous for slandering and using profanities when provoked. Tan Cheng Liang is supposed to be a born again Christian. Or is this a terrible case of Dr Jackal and Mr Hyde Syndrome?

Subhanallah Ya Allah..
Saya jadi teringat doa para sahabat, generasi awal Islam, “Ya Allah.., berilah aku sempatan menghirup udara bulan Ramadhan”. Doa itu mereka lantunkan.. enam bulan sebelum ramadhan menjelang. Subhanallah…
An-Nur:31. Melakukan perubahan secara menyeluruh. Kembali kepada Allah azza wa jalla. Membenahi ikatan dengan Nabi Muhammad saw.. (membaca sirah Nabiwiyah). Menjadikan Nabi Muhammad saw, kembali sebagai satu-satu idola. Berusaha meniru dan menjalankan sunnahnya. Bersiap untuk menjadi bagian dari penyebar

A 53-year-old coffeeshop owner doused himself with petrol in an attempt to commit suicide outside the Komtar building here, which houses Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng's office. The man, identified as Teoh Bak Seng, was upset that several doors on the second floor had been closed to prevent public access due to security reasons.
Prior to that, Teoh had staged a lone protest with placards condemning the decision.
But when police officers attempted to pacify him, the businessman doused himself with petrol, and shouted: “Saya mahu bunuh diri” (I want to kill myself).
What's really amusing here is that Teoh came with gasoline but apparently 'forgot' to bring along a match that would have satisfied the shutterbugs (see pic above) and the spectators who wanted to see a Human BBQ. One can understand the predicament Teoh is in, but the manner he went about it can only be deduced as a publicity stunt which has the signature of BN/Umno on it to discredit the Pakatan Rakyat Government of Penang.
Do you really believe that Malaysians are so sadistic that they would allow him to torch himself? Maybe, someone should have thrown him a lighter (Sorry for the punt. I just can't help it).
SimuFlite at DFW, is the largest corporate aviation training center in the world.

By Anonymous

MCA Blog JUSTICE4OTK had quoted Umno Blog UNSPINNERS (Read here: http://justice4otk.blogspot.com/2010/08/who-is-mummy-foo-lim-guan-eng-knows.html) to spin and slander Lim Kit Siang as a philanderer. Now, this very Blog (UNSPINNERS) which JUSTICE4OTK uses to slander and spin has now called ethnic Chinese in Malaysia as 'Cina Babi' (Chinese Pig). So JUSTICE4OTK, the Umnoputras have called your grandmother a Prostitute and now they are calling you a Pigyet you and your MCA scums have no decency but to hang on Umno's tail.
Burit lu....habis lu ingat Melayu sama India sama Iban sama Dayak mau apa?
Sekarang.....hendak berlagak alim pula.....
Hendak salahkan Melayu 100 peratus.
Babi pun makan suap jugak....jadi tak payah le nak sindir orang Melayu.
