12 Ways Towards Dispelling Islamophobia in USA

By Admin

The BN/Umno Regime of Najib Razak wants to send experts to the United States to 'lecture' the Americans about Islam. The Malaysian Government feels that this can dispel Islamophobia which is said to be widespread in the US.

However, The Scribe is of the opinion that before Malaysia can go to the US to dispel Islamophobia, the BN/Umno Regime needs to do the following.

1. Declare that Malaysia is NOT and will NEVER be an Islamic State.

2. Islam and other Religions are on a level playing field in Malaysia.

3. Malays can renounced Islam and still be Malay without fear of prosecution.

4. Non Muslims marrying Muslims need not convert to Islam.

5. Allow non Muslims to call God 'Allah'.

6. Prosecute the two Al Islam journalists who desecrated the Holy Communion.

7. Prosecute both the bigoted Principals in Johore and Kedah for sedition.

8. The Prime Minister openly declares that Malaysia is NOT Anti-Semitic.

9. Take action against Perak Mufti Harussani Zakaria, Ridhuan Tee Abdullah, Utusan
Malaysia, PERKASA and PEKIDA for hurting the sensitivities of non Muslims.

10. Abolish the Internal Security Act (ISA).

11. The National Fatwa Council of Malaysia MUST issue a Fatwa (Edict) against acts
of terrorism such as suicide bombings against innocent civilians (including
Israelis and Jews) which is against the teachings of Islam.

12. The Malaysian Regime must be quick to condemn any acts of terror committed by
Muslims against non Muslims civilians (this includes Israelis and Jews).

If Malaysia can honestly take the 12 Steps above, only then can we dispel Islamophobia.

Gangster Hawker Center In Penang !!!!!!!!

Admin Note:

The following Email was sent to MarGeeMar. We can't verify the authenticity of this Email, but we are publishing it as it is of public interest.

Dear all,

Just want to share my experience of being surrounded by 5 gangster members in a hawker center at Penang state recently.

Me and my wife were plan to shopping at Metro Jaya at Tg Tokong, Penang, and I parked my car at one of the area hawker centre (see photo above), I thought is a payable car park. At the moment I didn't notice that the car park was only for it customer only. Even the car park attendant didn't inform me when he seen me us walking away from the center.

After we done with our shopping and went back for our car, one guy came towards me and informed me that the car park for their customer only. He told me that I'm trespassing. I tried to explain that I didn't know about the matter but he didn't to listen and asked us to follow him to talked to his boss (The head of the gang) at their office.

I felt something was not right so I asked my wife to stay in the car and I follow him to the office. Once I went into office their was only one guy there, which would be the hawker center boss. He was polite and good looking guy in his 50's. He start to explain to me that how I was trespassing to area and I have to pay RM 50 in-order to leave. At that moment I still tried to negoiate with him. After few minute talking in the office, 3 more guys came in to the office and stand behind me.

Still talked in a polite way the head gangster tell me that there were two more guys at my car there and if I do not compensate them, I will face the consequences.

At that time, without any knowledge what was actually happen outside with my wife, I reluctantly pay them but when I paid RM 50 they ask for RM 200.He said the extra money was to compensate for his men. At time point I was so angry but without any alternative I paid them and leave the place.

I had lodge a police report but no action have been taken. it seem that this kind of activities were covered or........you know!!!!

So be careful when you visit Penang and park your car. I think this kind of things have happen to other places too.

Have a nice day.

DID UMNO FORCE SITI NURHALIZA TO CANCEL HER PENANG CONCERT???

By Admin

Malaysian Pop Queen Siti Nurhaliza was supposed to have performed today in Penang but she had to cancel her performance on the advice of her gynaecologist. It was reported that Penang Chief Minister YAB Lim Guan Eng announced that the Sept 25 concert at the City Stadium, in which Siti Nurhaliza was to perform a one-hour show, would therefore be cancelled. YAB Lim said the state had received a letter from the multi award-winning singer-songwriter's company, Siti Nurhaliza Productions (M) Sdn Bhd, along with a letter from her gynaecologist from the Prince Court Medical Centre which has given the certification that Siti Nurhaliza is not to travel or engage in any physical activity while she is on treatment.

YAB Lim said Siti Nurhaliza Productions had fully refunded the state's RM60,000 deposit and would also be responsible for all other costs incurred, which the state was currently ascertaining.

Meanwhile, Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin, when contacted here later, apologised to the state government and her fans for pulling out of the concert at the last minute. She said this was on the advice of her gynaecologist, as she was undergoing fertility treatment.

"I had already agreed to perform at the concert, but a few days ago, the doctor advised me to be less active and to rest more," she told mStar, The Star’s Malay language portal.

The Scribe and the Blog Team of MarGeeMar wishes Siti the best of health and to be blessed with a child. However, The Scribe wants to highlight the spin done by Umno and it's Blogs such as Unspinners who are claimed that Siti had a personal agenda in wanting to perform in Penang. UNSPINNERS had earlier posted and bragged that they had forced Siti to cancel her Penang Concert. This Blog posting has since been quietly removed by UNSPINNERS. Read here the outrageous claims UNSPINNERS had made against Siti and her husband for wanting to perform for the People of Penang:

http://theunspinners.blogspot.com/2010/07/nak-menang-pru-ke-tidak-ct-boleh-dapat.html

UNSPINNERS has been spewing not only lies but also instigating Malays and Muslims to attack non Malays and Muslims in Malaysia. The scary part of all this is that the kind of comments that this Blog receives. What is more worrying is that these comments are coming from individuals who appear to be highly educated with a good command of the English language (just like Khairy Jamaluddin) but have a PERKASA or PEKIDA like mentality.

Maybe, the Penang Government ought to replace the Siti Nurhaliza Concert with a Concert featuring NAMEWEE!

Syariah: The Law of The Land?

From Loyarburok

Islam and the Constitution

The same rhetorical “fudge”, and similar vigilante recourse to zealous retribution, also apply in the case of claims that Islamic law, syariah law, is “the law of the land.”

Here again we now hear routinely, from Dr. Ridhuan and from those who write IKIM columns in The Star, that Islam is constitutionally the law of the land.

On what grounds?

First, they cite article 3 of the Constitution that proclaims Islam as the religion of the state.

Article 3 does not hold or in any way provide that Islamic law is the law of the land. In fact, the Constitution proclaims itself, in Article 4, as the sole and supreme law and basis of national sovereignty.

Moreover, any review of the debates on this subject that were part of the “Merdeka process and agreements” (the negotiations that some now retrospectively designate as “the social contract”) will reveal that, through Article 3, Islam was simply to be the emblematic “official” religion of the state as a sovereign international political entity, not the mandatory national religion or form of law.

Any such notion was resisted at the time, not only by most non-Malay and also Malay political leaders but also, crucially, by the Malay rulers themselves.

They resisted any assumption of religious powers under the Constitution by the new national government. They understandably wanted to protect their own traditional rights over, and their powers exercised through, Islam in their own states.

The Constitution could only be adopted, and national independence on its foundation proclaimed, on the basis of the consent of the Malay rulers. Their consent was granted on this specific assurance, that their Islamic religious standing would not be diminished.

Accordingly, the religious nature of the new state was, at their royal insistence, to be affirmed by only minimal measures, such as the formal reciting of a doa at the opening of every session of the new national Parliament, nothing more.

So the notion that the Constitution, through Article 3, provides that Islam is to be, in any far-reaching and pervasive social and political way, the religion of the state’s citizenry, rather than the emblematic official religion of state ceremony and symbolism, is mistaken.

As for the claim that, under Article 3, Islamic law is to be entrenched and recognised and to be rightfully promoted as the national legal system or its unchallengeable foundation, that notion is even one step further from any accurate and faithful interpretation of the meaning of the Constitution and of the intentions of those whose agreement made its adoption and promulgation possible.

It is as much an inflation, or a fanciful embellishment, of the meaning of Article 3 as is the patently extravagant claim that Article 153 enshrines Ketuanan Melayu within the Constitution and as the foundation of national political life.

A precedental legal foundation?
Those who now, with retrospective revisionist objectives, seek to argue that syariah law – the legal system of Islam and its principles – is rightfully the supreme law of the land, or its authoritatively and incontrovertibly established foundation, have a second string to their bow.

They point to the judgment, long before the adoption in 1957 of the Merdeka Constitution, in the case of Ramah v Laton in 1927.

The case involved the claim of a second wife, under syariah law, to a share in the estate of her deceased husband.

In arguing her case, lawyers for the second wife, whose claims were not at first recognised under the British common law system of the Malay states, sought to present the expert testimony of an expert in Islamic inheritance law.

The court, through its presiding judge Wilson, refused permission for such an expert presentation to be offered.

It cited clear grounds.

Had the case been one requiring the expert testimony of say, an expert in fingerprinting (or now, in our time, DNA sequencing), the court would have allowed such expertise to be placed before it.

Why? Because the court itself had no expertise of its own in the matter. This would have been specialised, arcane science.

But in the case of Islamic law, the court had held, the matter was different. Not that the court was itself expert in Islamic law, as knowledgeable as a master exponent of the technicalities of fara’id (Islamic inheritance law).

But, it held, Islamic law was a part of the common legal tradition of the country. As part of local “legal culture and tradition”, it was not unknown, nor were its principles foreign, to the common law courts. Though not expert in syariah legal technicalities, the court was entitled and empowered to pursue its own consideration of the principles involved.

It was competent and expert in the law of the land. So, it held, far from foreign and exotic or unrecognisable to the court, Islamic legal principles and processes were, for at least some part of the population, part of the legal culture with which the court worked, part of “the law of the land.”

The court did not need to avail itself of outside expertise. What Ramah sought and the grounds of her doing so were all part – a part though hardly the whole – of the common legal tradition and culture of the land and its people; a legal system that the common law courts were instituted to uphold, and in whose matters those courts were not simply competent and expert but the rightful ultimate authority.

The common law tradition operates by the crystallisation of enduring and established custom as firm social conventions and their subsequent absorption and eventual recognition as legal principle, within and by the legal system itself.

The misappropriation of Ramah v. Laton
When Wilson J., in rejecting the presentation of outside expert testimony concerning fara’id and affirming the court’s own competence to consider the principles involved, declared that syariah law was, or was to be considered as part of, “the law of the land” he meant something specific in that context, as every competent lawyer will understand.

He was affirming the court’s own independent ability, unaided, to deal with whatever was part of the local common law tradition.

He was not affirming that the syariah law, and certainly not the syariah law as understood and upheld by its technical experts (such as the man whose testimony Wilson declined to hear, or in our day the champions of syariah law implementation and supremacy), was any foundational part of the national legal system – and certainly not that it was the overriding law of the land, to whose claims and requirements all other legal concerns must be subservient, and to which all other legal traditions must acknowledge subordination.

Yet that – the dubious notion of an established “syariah pre-eminence” – is precisely the construction that the champions of syariah supremacy now make of Wilson’s judgment in Ramah v. Laton and the use to which, either uncomprehendingly or with knowing tactical purpose, they put it.

They deploy this misconceived or disingenuous interpretation of Ramah v. Laton as a way of getting around the problems that, when rightly and plainly understood, Article 3 of the Constitution clearly provides to the promotion of their cause.

Properly understood, Article 3 presents a huge obstacle to their cause. But the strategic misappropriation of the much earlier case from 1927 enables them to assert that matters were already decided, in a precedental legal decision, long before the Merdeka Constitution was promulgated.

That Constitution, for some, lacks legitimacy since it was, as they see it, “foisted” upon them by foreigners; but, provided it is construed as they wish it to be, the judgment of another outsider, Wilson J., may be used to trump constitutional principles. His words that Islamic law “is the law of the land” are now sedulously deployed to obviate any resistance that the Constitution and its clear-minded defenders might offer to the promotion of claims of Islamist legal supremacy.

Such views have been put by IKIM columnists in The Star, by newspaper commentators and polemicists, and even in law textbooks written by lecturers at the International Islamic University and used in that institution?s Law Faculty courses. (It is noteworthy here that the national committee, operating from the Attorney-General’s Chambers, on the Harmonization of Civil Laws and Syariah has, by formal decision, resolved to make the Law Faculty of the International Islamic University, where this questionable form of legal reasoning prevails and is developed, the sole source of competent specialist legal expertise and advice in its work.)

How did this strange appropriation and misdirection of Ramah v. Laton occur?
When the late Professor Ahmad Ibrahim published his monumental study of Islamic Law in Malaya (1965) he made no reference to Ramah v. Laton. But by the time he began teaching at Universiti Malaya he had discovered it and explored its uses. Students from the early 1970s remember him dwelling on this case in his introductory lectures.

By the mid-1980s Ramah v. Laton had become a “stock in trade” of the group of young “syariah-minded” academic lawyers whom Professor Ahmad Ibrahim, now at the International Islamic University, had gathered around him and who were “making the running” in promoting the implementation of Islamic law.

By the time of the 1988 amendment to Article 121 (1A), these experts had persuaded the government – contrary to the clear meaning of the decision in Ramah v. Laton, but in its name and on its authority – that the civil courts could not hear any case involving syariah law principles; that cases that implicated such principles had to be heard by a separate and autonomous syariah court system of equal standing to the civil; and that the syariah courts and not the civil courts must be the ultimate and unchallengeable arbiter whether, in any instance, syariah principles were involved (and the case accordingly one for disposition at the sole discretion of the syariah courts).

By 2008, in the wake of the so-called Lina Joy case, the leading judges of the land were invoking Ramah v. Laton to justify the development of a new, syariah-based system of Malaysian common law. The common law evolves, true. This was Wilson J.’s point and underlying justification. But to see Wilson’s words in Ramah v. Laton used, over twenty years and more, to justify the supremacy of certain notions of syariah law, those held by some very single-minded parties and partisans, within the local common law and over the Malaysian legal system as a whole is something that must surely have worried lawyers of good sense and conscience. It would, they must have known, have greatly displeased Wilson.

An odd exception
Much of the revisionist reinterpretation, or misinterpretation, of Ramah v. Laton has been the work of academic or scholastic lawyers, legal idealists and ideologues rather than “hands-on” daily practitioners of the law. Wilson’s oft-quoted words have beguiled the polemicists and provided them with a powerful instrument, a bludgeon against all doubters and opponents.

Yet there is one area where Islamic law in Malaysia has, in the real world, developed greatly and become of ever increasing practical significance. This is the area of Islamic finance.

In this area, specialist practitioners, eager that Malaysia might become an international pioneer and pace-maker in institutional innovation, have for some time argued, in effect, for the recourse that Wilson J. rejected in Ramah v. Laton. They have argued that in complex commercial cases involving Islamic finance and Islamic commercial law, courts should be set up that combine the standard common law procedures with conjoint legal and judicial expertise in Islamic commercial law. (Apparently some courts with this character are already operating, initially on a trial basis, in Shah Alam.)

But how might such tribunals – where judges in the civil law tradition would be assisted by, take advice from, sit jointly with, or even operate within specific legal parameters set by syariah-law experts – be constituted, given the words and real implications of Wilson’s judgment in Ramah v. Laton?

These worldly and purposeful practitioners working in the area of Islamic finance and business law understood the situation clearly. They knew what needed to be done if such “mixed” courts and tribunals were to be established. “It is time”, they declared in their professional legal bulletins (as an Internet search will show), “or the ghost of Ramah v. Laton to be laid.”

Nothing less than the exorcism of an unwelcome and troublesome legal ghost was required. But they, at least, unlike the doctrinaire syariah expansionists of the International Islamic University, clearly understood what Ramah v. Laton had been about and what the judgment in that case really meant. No sentiment here, no ideology, just a practical purpose and determination.

Yet it is strange that, at the same time though in different areas, Ramah v. Laton can both be invoked by some yet its setting aside be urged by others in the name, and for the common purpose, of syariah law institutionalisation and implementation.

Sedition?
This is a straight-forward argument, one that should prove unexceptionable to informed scholars, observers and students of these matters.

But in these times these are not easy things to say.

For those who have formed excessive, even quite distorted, revisionist views of the meaning of Articles 3 and 153 of the Constitution and of the meaning of the judgment in Ramah v. Laton, the argument offered above will be unwelcome.

It will be rejected because those who hold the positions that are criticised confuse what is congenial to them -what they want, and wish to be the case – with what in fact is the case, what the Constitution and that legal decision really mean and imply. Where these meanings and implications displease them, they substitute, perhaps unwittingly but in some cases with canny purposefulness, their own, and then persuade themselves that their convenient fictions are the historic truth.

To make this argument exposes the author to charges of sedition: of questioning the standing of Islamic law under the Constitution (as some mistakenly see it); of impugning by implication the position of the Malay Rulers as the constitutionally appointed guarantors of the position of Islamic law (including, the “syariah supremacists” hold, their own inflated notions of its position); and hence of seditiously putting in question the supremacy of the Constitution itself.

Faced with such accusations, one can do nothing but to say, and go on saying, that those of that other opinion are simply wrong, mistaken -and generally, so far as the lawyers and legal scholars among them are concerned, that they should know better.

I have experienced this too

And this business of 'pushing to the narrowest part of the road' is not a dusty fossil.

Muslims **do it today**.

A neighbour of mine, in the local shopping centre (mall) [I live in Australia] had the experience of having a group of Muslim women deliberately walk straight at her, such that she had to jump out of the way to avoid a collision.

And in the jihadwatch archives, an Australian poster described a similar experience:

"...**I was at a strip mall and a muslim pushed me aside saying "Get out of my way you filthy kuffir".** {my emphasis - dda}

'I couldn't believe it!This kid was all of 17 years old!I managed to keep myself under control, but I thought to myself 'and they call me a racist islamaphobe!'.

'It's almost unbelievable that his behavior is acceptable in todays pc environment but had I responded to it,I would be the fellow on my way to jail.

'What a country.
Slightly off topic I realize but had to get it off my chest.P

'lease remember this though, How to tell if a muslim is lying....His mouth is open!"

And from the UK, here is what our late friend Dominic Tabrar-Synge, who posted - brilliantly - as necessitasnonhabetlegem - experienced in the London Underground. He shared it in the comments to this article -

'I could not agree more with your last post if I tried. Yes, of course, moslems are an alien body in our midst. Every day in London - on the tube, in shops, in parks, whilst shopping, whilst going about the 101 tasks that make up an average life - this is borne in on me.

'In London today moslems dress differently, are rude to locals, jump queues, shout at us, wave their fists at us, call us 'worthless infidel' in public and in loud voices.

'**I have, just four days ago, been elbowed aside by a moslem couple, with sidekicks, whilst trying to top up my Oyster card at a tube station at the automatic machine.** {my emphasis - dda}

'Apparently, I had taken longer than the ten seconds that they were prepared to wait and so three burly males forced me aside and, when I objected, pushed me to the floor and - quite literally - and took over the machine which I was attempting to use.

'Not, in a crowded and impatient city like London that this was a surprise, but that in this instance that I was insulted by these people was a surprise.

'The eldest male in the group, dressed in the usual and ridiculous garb of mohammedans everywhere, looked directly at me amd said, in quite clear English, (and I quote verbatim) "Get out of our way infidel slave".

{Got that, everybody? This is an Englishman born and bred, and in his own country, in the magnificent London Underground that his own people created, he was shoved aside by Muslim bullies who openly told him - GET OUT OF OUR WAY, INFIDEL SLAVE! - dda}.

'You may imagine how I felt at that moment. To be so insulted in my own capital city was stunning. It took all my self-control not to do something rash at that moment.

'Knowing that CCTV cameras would have captured this incident I complained, some three hours later (after having completed my journey and return), to the British Transport Police on the Broadway.

' I need not have bothered.

'Not only would no-one there take my complaint of 'technical assault and insult' seriously but no-one to whom I spoke was even prepared to initiate any paperwork whatsoever nor were they remotely prepared to find and look at the video recordings.

'Indeed, one Officer even said to me that I 'should swallow my pride' and live with it because - and, once again, I quote verbatim 'you are just being racist and you have to remember that it's cultural with them'.

'Obviously, at this point, I indicated that I felt that I had been physically assaulted and that I would really like to have my complaint investigated.

' Well, this is really where everything about that evening begins to stick in my craw.

'When I said that, the Officer of the BTP who was listening to me actually cautioned me and warned me that if I persisted with making a nuisance of myself I would be charged under the The Race Relations Act 1976 and the RRAA (Race Relations (Amendment) Act) 2000.

'I gave up at this point. Cowardice is sometimes the better part of valour. But, damn it, they won, didn't they?

'I have been intimidated into a dhimmi position by them and the very powers which should have protected me in my own country.

"Happy New Year everyone", I say in a bitter tone of voice.
- Dominic.
END.

(I can only add that, had Dominic lived rather than dying tragically in a car accident in April 2007, I can bet my bottom dollar that - academic, archaeologist, devout, patriotic and cultured Anglo-Catholic that he was - he would have been marching today right in the front ranks of the Gay & Lesbian Devision of the EDL ).

Utusan like Mossad? Guan Eng is clearly anti-Semitic

Courtesy of Hartal MSM

Lim Guan Eng gave a press conference yesterday saying that his party will sue Utusan Malaysia for defamation. That’s fine, and a perfectly sane thing to do.

However, he likened Utusan to Israel’s security agencies Shin Bet and Mossad. That’s cheap and playing to the Malay gallery.

In the paper’s Sept 16 report ‘Berniat jahat, ganggu siasatan polis‘, Utusan had quoted the former PKR Youth deputy chief Mohd Zahid Md Arip alleging DAP as being a hypocritical party that fights only for a certain race.

Mohd Zahid further accused the prime suspect in the murder of ‘cosmetics queen’, the multi-millionaire Sosilawati Lawiya, as being a DAP life member — a charge that LGE denies.

Mohd Zahid had questioned why DAP was totally silent and failed to condemn the grisly murder.

Umno is playing the race game: all the four murder victims are Malay; the suspects are Indian.

LGE’s response to Utusan and the Mohd Zahid provocation is falling into Umno’s trap of shouting within ethnic silos.

The DAP secretary-general compounds his unhinged performance by wildly headbutting the Israeli agencies. If he wants to sue Utusan, please proceed. We applaud any such move by all the victims of Utusan‘s viciousness.

If he wants to refute Mohd Zahid, go ahead too.

But why the need to sink so low as to pander to racist prejudices against the Jews and perpetuating the anti-Semitic mentality already so prevalent among Malaysians?

It is conduct most unbecoming of a national leader. Such a politician thumping the race pulpit (be it against a foreign and not Malaysian race) is not of the calibre to take his place representing multiracial Malaysians on the world stage.

See video, at minutes,

Bahaya betul Utusan Malaysia.”

Translation:

2: 34 — “This Utusan Malaysia is like Shit Bet you know, like Mossad. It acts like Shin Bet and Mossad to kill, to defame, to character assassinate someone without proof. This Shit Bet Malaysia, this Mossad Malaysia, this Utusan-Shin Bet or Utusan-Mossad is printing a libel and a fraud without any basis.”

4: 28 — “But for Utusan Malaysia to try to link a cruel murder with political issues, I feel is very immoral, and as I said earlier it wants to character assassinate someone not unlike Shin Bet and Mossad Israel wanting to kill Palestinians. So now Utusan Malaysia is like Shin Bet and Mossad using unfounded issues to character assassinate someone.”

6: 20 — “This is why what was said by Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz is certainly true. This Utusan Malaysia is truly jahat lah. I feel they are even worse than that, (they’re) like Shin Bet and Mossad Israel in only wanting to kill people. … And I feel this is what is being played by Utusan Malaysia, not only jahat but using Shin Bet and Mossad Israel tactics to instill hatred among Malaysians. Utusan Malaysia is really dangerous.”

RPK - Under Severe Attack!!!

Author: Hawkeye

Malaysia Today is under severe attack! And another website Free Malaysia Today is also block just a few hours ago. There are rumours going around that Wong Chun Wai the chief editor of The Star new media is to be sack. There is now a cyber war in Malaysia and the suspicion is that the corrupt and evil people are behind the attack depriving Malaysians of their favourite alternative news site.

The government controlled media are fast losing readership and circulations of the main stream news papers fast dropping and there were talks by the authorities in the implementation of a Malaysian Green Dam to block out internet sites."We are under severe attack" Raja Petra said in an email from London as reported by Asia Sentinel just a few hours ago.

The story carried by Malaysia-Today on 5th September about Tay Kay Hock of Johan Holdings Bhd asking for RM500 million for the award of the railway contract and the Penang second bridge project has caught the attention of the Chinese authorities and is viewed with grave concern as the chinese government is on an anti corruption campaign wiht high profile government officials being caught and convicted. Corruption is viewed as a serious capital crime in China and is punishable through public execution.

Ssshhh! Cannot say the word ‘Muslim’ / Altantuya

Courtesy of Hartal MSM

A BBC story on Sept 14 reminds one of the Altantuya murder trial where two Unit Tindakan Khas (special forces) officers were found guilty by the court of killing Altantuya.

The public prosecutor however failed to reveal the most crucial ingredient — motive. Why in the world would the two accused C4 a Mongolian total stranger?

The BBC article ‘Israel rewards nanny who saved boy in Mumbai attacks‘: Read Here
http://go2.wordpress.com/?id=725X1342&site=hartalmsm.wordpress.com&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bbc.co.uk%2Fnews%2Fworld-middle-east-11302005&sref=http%3A%2F%2Fhartalmsm.wordpress.com%2F2010%2F09%2F16%2Fssshhh-cannot-say-the-word-muslim-altantuya%2F

Sandra Samuel found two-year-old Moshe Holtzberg standing by the bodies of his parents in Chabad House, a Jewish centre in the city, where she worked.

Ms Samuel later escorted the boy to Israel where he has extended family and has been caring for him there since.

Ms Samuel has now been granted the right to live in Israel permanently.

She was also given a bravery certificate, which Interior Minister Eli Yishai presented to her personally.

Ms Samuel, a widow, gave up her life in India and left her two sons to move to Israel and continue caring for Moshe.

At a news conference, in which she showed off her new Israeli identification card, Ms Samuel said that the youngster was now helping her learn Hebrew:

“Moshe teaches me Hebrew, and if I don’t pronounce it properly, he keeps on repeating it, that I say it properly. He is a teacher now for me,” she told Israeli Channel 2 TV.

Moshe’s parents were among six people killed by gunmen at Chabad House in the Mumbai terror attacks, which began on 27 November 2008.

The luxury Taj Mahal Palace and Tower and Oberoi-Trident hotels were also targeted, along with the city’s Chattrapati Shivaji train station.

The Mumbai attacks left 174 people – including nine gunmen – dead.

The BBC story above fails to hint at the identity of the gunmen? Were they Buddhists? Sikhs? Catholics?

It also gives no clue as to what motivated the militants to slaughter 174 people — including the parents of infant Moshe — and specifically target the Jewish Center. Why not a Korean place? Or Japanese?

There are many news reports like this one that is quite typical of BBC “editorial discretion”. Their coyness — refusing to tell readers the essential 5Ws — Who? Why? — leaves the article riddled with deliberate omissions.

This phenomenon that occurs in the treatment of certain types of politically correct stories has been diagnosed as delusional self-censorship practised by the liberal Western media.

Moronic Malay Wannabe Chinese Muslim Convert Ridhuan Tee Want's Action Taken Against Non Malay Speaking Malaysians!

Courtesy of Hartal MSM

How time flies… It feels like only yesterday that the Icker-Tee ruined my Raya (Read here
http://hartalmsm.wordpress.com/2009/09/22/ridhuan-tee-how-the-grinch-stole-raya/).

One year down the road, and here he goes again.

In his Utusan column today — which you can read at ridhuantee.blogspot.com — he rips into the “species” for whom the ‘race agenda’ is paramount. No, he’s not referring to the Malays.

Ridhuan writes that it’s not surprising the police officer could have told off ‘go back to China‘ (directed at the 51-year-old woman snatch theft victim who went to his station to make her police report). It must have been the policeman’s long pent-up frustration with regard to Malaysians who can’t speak the national language, Ridhuan makes the excuse for his behaviour.

He blames vernacular schools for Malaysians being unable to speak the national language.

He complains that 70 percent of those visited by the census officers recently who failed to cooperate were Chinese because they’re unable to speak Malay.

“[In other countries] A basic problem such as national language would have long been settled. It is enforced by law. Whosoever fails to comply is sent back. This stern action is clearly fruitful. But not us [in Malaysia]. We’ve been too soft until the very people we’ve been so kind to is stepping on our head.”

(Masalah asas seperti isu bahasa kebangsaan telah lama selesai. Ia dikuatkuasakan melalui undang-undang. Sesiapa yang engkar akan dihantar pulang. Tindakan tegas ini ternyata membuahkan hasil.Tetapi tidak kita. Kita terlalu berlembut sehingga kaduk naik junjung.)

“What is happening in our country has never happened elsewhere. It is only us who have been too liberal and accommodating. Hence, the ultra kiasu take advantage. Rest assured you wouldn’t see any of this news [discussion on this topic] being given attention in the ultra kiasu websites such as Malaysian Insider, Malaysiakini, CPI and others.”

Ridhuan insists that merely having a campaign to promote BM is not enough because of the proliferation of racialist media (media perkauman) and also the widespread use of foreign languages can no longer be controlled. He proposes that the federal constitution may need to be amended to strengthen the position of BM.

As usual, the ‘Icker’ leaves me stumped. He’s waging war on Malaysians who choose to use Chinese or English over BM. In this, he goes on a rampage against Malaysian Insider, Malaysiakini and CPI.

The two news portals (MK & MI) and the NGO website (CPI, which is on our blogroll, see right) all have active BM sections. Furthermore, Malaysiakini is quadrilingual, CPI trilingual and Insider bilingual.

Actually, I suspect Icker is really raging against that “species” (the ultra kiasu) rather than the language mediums of the three portals he slams.

If his wishes are granted and the Chinese return en masse to China, next Raya I shall have fewer friends visiting for a taste of our family’s home-made, mouth-watering pineapple tarts. Rugi!

See The Evidence How BN/Umno Robbed Malaysians!

By Admin

The Evil Zionist BN/Umno Regime appear to have resorted to Cyber attacks resulting in YM Raja Petra's Malaysia Website being down. Also down are Free malaysia Today and YB Anwar Ibrahim's Blog. The reason's for this is Malaysia Today, the hard-hitting news website edited by Raja Petra Kamarudin, has been blocked by mysterious technical problems twice in the last 24 hours after publishing damning articles of deep corruption at the top of the Malaysian government. MarGeeMar will not let the Truth from being concealed and have provided the link where you can see the evidence for yourself.

One implicated UMNO, in looting Malaysia Airlines (MAS). A second alleged that a friend of Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak was attempting to steer RM200 million into the pockets of Najib's family from China Railways Engineering Corporation (CREC), for double-tracking the national railway. Read more and see the evidence here as to how we have been robbed by this Evil Regime

Krishna Singh's Open Letter to the Menteri Besar of Negri Sembilan

KRISHNA M SINGH
908 TAMAN LOOP,
70100, SEREMBAN
TEL 012-6013431

5 SEP 1010

AN OPEN LETTER TO MY MENTRI BESAR

YAB,

Early in your stewardship of Negri Sembilan, I noticed that the towns in this state were usually plastered with billboards, banners and posters with your picture on them. You never missed an opportunity to have these displays be it Hari Raya, Deepavali, Chinese New Year and other national and religious occasions. I wrote to you to say that these displays were extravagant and waste of money. You never replied but continued with the wastage.

Then when Najib became PM last year he spoke out against this practice. I noticed that there was marked reduction in the extravagance.

However, the practice seems to have re-established itself in the last few months and more so since the Merdeka celebrations this year. As I write at this moment the displays are very evident in Seremban.

YAB, there are a lot of poor people in this country and it includes Negri Sembilan, It is apparent to me that you do not appreciate the despair in the lives of poor people. Only early this week I saw a video of Malay lady who cried uncontrollably when her father received RM 1000.00 from the state in Penang – a gift from the Penang government to the senior citizens of the state. I can send you the link if you want to see the video. It is pathetic that we have such poor people in this country.

Instead of wasting money by showing off your well known face to the people to this state, I think the money will be better spent by doling it out to the poor and the needy.

You should learn to embrace modern technology and use emails and SMSs to send the greetings to the people of this state. Another alternative is to have a recording aired over radio Negri with your greetings with much frequency as you want. These methods are more personal and meaningful.

Please stop the wastage. Help the poor and not the contractor who may have already enriched himself with the past contracts.

I take this opportunity to wish you Selamat Hari Raya – the low cost way.

Salaam Eid Ul Fitr 1431H

By Admin

Syawal is upon us and it also signifies the end of fasting during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Ramadan was supposed to be an opportunity to repent and to receive Allah SWT's Grace. Unfortunately what we have witnessed during the Holy Month of Ramadan as far as Malaysia wan concerned was Fitnah (slander), blasphemy, dumping of babies and all types of Evil committed by Muslims. We have seen how politicians, Clerics, individuals and Bloggers who spew hatred and Fitnah all in the name of Race and religion and to secure the continued political dominance of the Ruling Political Party.

On the international front, we are greatly disturbed by the unabated slaughter of Muslims in the hands of fellow Muslims in Afghanistan, Lebanon, Sudan, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and Kirghistan. Unfortunately, Muslims in Malaysia and the world over turn a blind eye to this continuing carnage but are quick to react spontaneously in anger when the perpetrators are Israel and the West. Many react like in this country more for political mileage. Have we ever seen Muslims in this country or elsewhere react in similar fashion if the victims are non Muslims and especially if the perpetrators are Muslim? The strange thing is, whenever Muslims are at the receiving end, it is the non Muslims who stand by the Muslims. Such an example is the case involving the demonic possessed Pastor in the United States who wants to burn the Holy Quran on 9/11. It is the Christians who have come out full force to condemn this idiot.

The Scribe prays that this Syawal will see an end to the Evil we have witnessed during the Holy Month of Ramadan. THE SCRIBE AND THE BLOG TEAM WISHES EVERYONE SALAAM EID MUBARAK.

Umno Blatantly Fanning Hatred Towards Non Muslims

By Admin

Do you remember the BN/Umno Sungai Rapat Assemblymen Hamidah Osman (pic above) with her infamous racial slur, "If you see an Indian and a snake, let the snake go but kill the Indian"? Well just check the kind of shit this bitch is stirring just like the rest of her Evil Cohorts from Umno (see above and go to this link
http://pengundisetiasungairapat.blogspot.com/2010/09/pembangkang-guna-taktik-komunis.html)

It appears that Hamidah and the rest of the Evil Zionist BN/Umno Regime is hell bent on starting another May 13 with the hope that Umno's power will return the Pre GE12 status quo just like what happened after May 13, 1969. No wonder Ibrahim Ali is clamoring for the ISA be used against anyone who offends the Malays and Islam. What about Malays and Muslims offending non Malays and non Muslims, Ibrahim Ali?

Below are some of the shit that has been stirring in the Pro Umno Blog UNSPINNERS:

Pro-Siti Inshah Facebook fights back

Courtesy of Hartal MSM

Our more happenin’ friends have been telling us that social media is more effective and far reaching than this little blog of ours. Possibly, as Facebook, Twitter and others are more snappy, interactive and real time.

Consider for example the Facebook war going on between supporters of Namewee and Siti Inshah (pic above).

Several Facebook groups are vocal on the controversy swirling around both the rapper and the school principal.

The first Facebook warriors to take to cyberspace as a collective is ‘Sokong Cikgu Puan Hajah Siti Mangsa Politik’. It has now close to 5,700 members.

This pro-Siti Inshah Facebook group cannot see where and how the Kulaijaya school principal has offended the minorities.

Quite typically the discussion board goes on a diversionary path and accuses the other races of playing up racial sentiments and in the same breath brings up Hindraf and DAP as pushing a hidden agenda.

Again and too predictably, they allege that Namewee’s fans “hina Islam” — this “insulting Islam” allegation is a popular tactic with those Malaysians who believe that the two-word label removes any need for civilized debate.

Meanwhile Perkasa has thrown their weight behind Siti Inshah. Its president Ibrahim Ali claims she was only giving advice to the students.

Speculation is rife as to what action will be taken against Namewee and Siti Inshah. Last we heard is that the latter may be issued a show cause letter.

Raja Petra A Psychiatric Case???

Admin Note:

It appears that YM Raja Petra Kamaruddin is just too hot to handle for the Moronic BN/Umno Regime that they have resulted in creating fantasy after fantasy to demonize RPK. Now they are claiming that RPK is a nut case and that's why BBC refused to have him on HARDTALK. The Good News is that each time the BN/Umno moronic cybertroopers like UNSPINNERS try to spin about RPK or Pakatan Rakyat, they end up scoring own goals instead. What a bunch of idiots, LOL!!!

Read this latest spin from Unspinners below:

RPK sebenarnya adalah seorang bekas pesakit jiwa.

SENIMAN KUTU JALANAN SAJA LAGAKNYA MEREKA2 TU

Oleh Wan Azli

TV3 BANYAK BODOH - LAGI BANGANG SEBAB TAK PUNYA IDEA YG KREATIF LANGSUNG ...... BIKIN MALU SAJA .......

Where got road? WHERE GOT ROAD ???? ROD ADE LER? untuk melebau (merembat) belakang hangpa semua! Apa kena mengena siaran 'Melodi' tu dgn nama 'Jalan Melodi' ? - siap dgn sign nya sekali - iaitu tanda-nama jalan yg biasa di pacak di jalan2 berkenaan. Nampak juga macam depa dua tu macam 'kutu2 jalan' sahaja lagaknya mereka ..... Jadi! ......... seniman kutu jalanan lah kalau lagu tu!!!!

Istilah menggunakan jenama 'presint' tu pun kita ambik dari penggunaan pihak Amerika (USA) di New York ...... dimana nama2 tempat khas menggunakan nama 'precinct' bagi sesuatu lokasi yg terdapat in the city of New York.

At least 'bunyinya' seakan2 .... hampir2 sama dgn 'siaran' tv 3 tu. At least it sounds like it too - iaitu - Siaran "MELODI" di tv3 - satu siaran berbentuk majalah infomasi mengenai hiburan.

Kena dahhhh!!!!!!

Teringin jugak nak tengok diwaktu2 terdekat ni ..... kot2 pihak TV3 bercadang nak tukar sebagaimana dicadangkan itu ..... iaitu dari tanda-nama "JALAN MELODI" kepada "PERSIARAN MELODI". Apa kata ?

AMACAM? TV3 .... Datuk Farid Ridzuan? ..... Penerbit?

Jangan marrrrerrrrrr!!!!

The Face of the Racist SMK Bukit Selambau Principal

The Bigot Principal of SMK Bukit Selambau Ungku Aznan bin Ungku Ismail seen here with a hat.

By Admin

Malaysiakini reported that the SMK Bukit Selambau principal, Ungku Aznan bin Ungku Ismail has been temporarily relocated to the district education office for a week, but no transfer has been effected. Differences in the handling of the two principals who allegedly made racist remarks to their non-Muslim students last month raises question marks on how such cases should be dealt with.

In Penang, The Scribe was informed that an Uztazah at Convent Greelane Primary instructed Muslim students not to eat from stalls operated by Chinese in the School Canteen. She claimed that the Chinese who ate pork were unclean as they handled food without washing their hands. The Scribe also have been informed that an Uztazah at St. Xaviers' Institution, Penang instructed Muslim students not to sing "God Bless St. Xaviers" as she deemed it to be in praise of a Christian God.

The Government must be sincere in reigning in these bigots (especially the Uztaz's and Uztazah's) as they are poisoning the minds of Malaysian kids with hatred. These bigots must be exposed and sacked less we want more Ridhuan Tee's, Zul Nordin's, Harussani Zakaria's or Ibrahim Ali's running around in future.

Star uses threatening headlines on Namewee but Siti Inshah not even named in all reports

Courtesy Hartal MSM

Irony of ironies, the first of four police reports against Namewee was lodged at Kulaijaya police headquarters on Aug 28. Kulaijaya is the school district of the bigoted Ketuanan Melayu principal who had ordered the prayer bracelets of her Hindu students to be cut, according to details in the police reports against her.

Siti Inshah Mansor drew more than a dozen police reports for her religious bigotry (likening Hindu prayer strings to dog leashes) but no action taken, no harassment from the police.

As for Namewee, three police squad cars sped to his home late at night. So hardworking one, our PDRM.

But let’s see how Sniveling Star reported the two cases — Namewee’s and Siti Inshah’s.

On Namewee, the paper had the following reports:

■Rais warns of stern action over videos with racial slurs
■Stern action against those who incite racial uneasiness
■DPM warns of stern action against those who incite via words or actions
■Police: Wee not arrested yet
On Siti Inshah, UNBELIEVABLY!! the Sniveling Star did not even mention her by name in any of its reports:

■Send racist principal for counselling, says Chua
■School head under probe over racist remarks
■BN, Pakatan leaders united against speech at school
■Police question woman over alleged racist remarks
■Decision on Johor principal soon, says Wee
■Wee: Report on principal’s remarks expected today
Compare the tone of the coverage on the two cases. With Namewee, it’s clearly laced with intimidation and threat. With Siti Inshah, not only is she spared the ‘name and shame’, they’re treating her with kid gloves.

Doubtless Perkasa will be soon giving the woman a trophy and sash hailing her as Wiranita Hall of Famer.

But what turns our stomach is that MCA president Chua Soi Lek — whose party owns the Sniveling Star — merely calls for Siti Inshah to be transferred to a desk job and given counselling.

Furthermore the black pot Chua Soi Lek dares to scold the kettle Namewee for “a lot of vulgar words and signs that should not be used at all.”

Hah! Talk about thick skin.

________________________________________________________

Related, see today in Malaysian Mirror, columnist Mariam Mokhtar:

“If Namewee (Wee Meng Chee) is prosecuted for his music-video, then two mixed messages are being sent out by the government: The first is that the authorities practise double-standards. The second is that it was only because of Namewee’s ‘intervention’ that the government sat up and took racism seriously.”

Hishamuddin, You Got Balls Huh?!!!

By Admin

Home Minister Hishamuddin Hussein has warned that action will be taken against Bloggers who incite racial and religious sentiments. He added that the Police has been given the task to monitor Blogs which he deemed to be detrimental to Malaysia's peace and stability. Unfortunately, there has been number of cases involving himself, Umno and pro-Umno NGO's like Perkasa and GPMS that have been flaiming racial tensions.

If Hishamuddun has got the gut and sincerity, he must explain what action has been taken against the two moronic Al Islam reporters who committed sacrilege against the Catholic Church before going after Namewee and Bloggers.

The Malay-language “Al-Islam” magazine had reported in its May 2009 issue that two Muslim journalists went into two Catholic churches in Kuala Lumpur, received Holy Communion, spat out the hosts, and then took photos of them.
The journalists said in the magazine article that they were investigating rumors of Muslims converting to Christianity, and stated that they found no evidence of this. Read here http://margeemar.blogspot.com/2010/02/catholic-lay-activist-pursues-al-islam.html#links

Hishamuddin went out of line to call Serdang MP Teo Nie Ching as unclean. You are just like the other bloody hypocrites in Umno and Perkasa think that by being Muslims you are guaranteed a place in Heaven despite your evil ways. However The Scribe says that even Prostitutes and Tax Collectors are way ahead of you guys in the Kingdom of Heaven!

Trust the MSM, says Najib?

Courtesy of Hartal MSM

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!!

Sorry for the outburst, but I really couldn’t contain myself. But seriously, Najib’s latest comments about the MSM should be given the respect it deserves. So here’s my 2sens on what he said.

PM Najib: “If we read the mainstream media, intuitively we regard it as an authoritative report where its facts cannot be questioned.”

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!!

He added that alternative media published reports based on opinions which are “half truths and not accurate”.

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!!

PM Najib: “I urge the mainstream media to continue to hold its principle as a paper based on factual based reporting with opinion which are constructive and educated,” he said.

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!!

And that really is all the respect his comments deserve.

E-mail your complaint to the BBC

Courtesy of Hartal MSM

The BBC complaints homepage is
.http://go2.wordpress.com/?id=725X1342&site=hartalmsm.wordpress.com&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bbc.co.uk%2Fcomplaints%2Fhomepage%2F&sref=http%3A%2F%2Fhartalmsm.wordpress.com%2F2010%2F09%2F01%2Fe-mail-your-complaint-to-the-bbc%2F

The British broadcaster assures its viewers and readers that “Your complaint is important to us”.

Malaysians have already been e-mailing to complain about the cancellation of Raja Petra Kamarudin’s interview with its programme Hardtalk.

Do complaints work?

An advocacy for fair media urges its readers to object to unacceptable journalism by participating. On June 29, Honest Reporting took a British news outlet to task — see, ‘Telegraph caught recycling Gaza war photo to distort today’s reality‘.

Honest Reporting asked its readers to “Please send the Daily Telegraph your considered comments by completing its online feedback form and demanding an explanation and a similar apology to that of The Times.”

The Times had recycled a 2002 photo for a news story filed in 2008 on Jenin (Palestine).

Can readers get results by complaining? In the case of Telegraph, the UK’s biggest-selling broadsheet was ethical enough to make the necessary correction.

Within hours of the release of the Honest Reporting communique protesting their misuse of imagery, the Daily Telegraph replaced the objectionable Gaza war zone photo with a peace time photo.

Indeed, with all the resources at its disposal, there is no excuse for the paper to mine its archives unless the photo editor had impaired judgment caused by Palestinianitis (quite a common virus).

Indians recolonised by UMNO

Today Malay-sia celebrates it’s 53rdIndependence day . Even right up to 1969, One Malaysia existed naturally from the hearts and souls of the people. There was then no need for the One Malaysia propaganda because there was existing genuine One Malaysia . But today because of the 53 year old racial and religious supremacist rule by UMNO,multiracial One Malaysia has evolved to become Bi racial One Malay-sia,

The Malaysian Chinese who control up to 50% of the Malaysian economy were forced to be taken in as partners in the national mainstream development on Malaysia. The orang asli ,Kadazan and Iban are bumiputras and have their special position according to the Federal Constitution. Plus the poor Malays, poor orang asli ,poor Iban ,poor Kadazan have thousands of their traditional heritage villages and ancestral heritage land as their social safety net. Why, even the poor Chinese have their hundreds of Chinese New villages as their social safety net.

Even the much touted abused foreign workers have their respective governments and embassies in KL and many highly funded NGO’s like Tenaganita etc to speak up and offer them same form of protection.

For example the Indonesian government is demanding a minimum wage of RM 650 per month for Indonesian maids and the Philipines government RM 1,300 . But for the poor Indian rubber plantation workers UMNO has set RM 325.00 per month as the salary or RM 10.58 per day even in the UMNO Sime Darby estates which has now replaced the British colonialists.

One Malay-sia does not cry for these poor Indians.
From the above said Malaysian society the only community that is left out of the national mainstream development of Malaysia is even the sixth generation poor Malaysian Indian community.

The poor Malaysian Indians did not have a head start unlike what the Chinese had some 53 years ago. Even then the few Philanthropists,Traders ,businessmen, shopkeepers etc were the Chinese. The Corporate,Industrial,Banking, businessman and rich Chinese and their guilds and associations had helped the Chinese poor come out of poverty in these 53 years .

The UMNO led Malay-sian government has helped the poor malays out of poverty. For example at least 442,000 poor Malays have been given a ten acre land ownership scheme in Felda , Felcra and Risda to come out of poverty.Through the UMNO racial and religious supremacy the Malays control about 98% of the 1.2 million civil service jobs and about 40% of the economy.

Today the Chinese control of the Malaysian economy and need no or very little government help. Indians have been denied government civil service jobs and the appropriate promotions. For example the Indians in the civil service has been reduced from as estimated 70% before Merdeka to a mere 1% or so after this 53 years of Independence.

And the trampling of the oppressed Indians under the racial One Malay-sian UMNO regime continues with impunity, the tip of the iceberg of which is recorded on a day to day basis in especially www.humanrightspartymalaysia.com

The only way forward to end this UMNO bi racial One Malay-sia
is HRP’s Project 15/38. Until than there is no merdeka for the Malaysian Indian poor under the 53 year old rule of the neo colonialist
bi racial UMNO regime rule.

Old wine in new bottles. The British colonialists are now replaced by the neo colonialists malay muslim UMNO.The helpless and politically powerless poor Indians are left to rot in the present day bi racial One Malay-sia by the UMNO controlled Malay-sian government and the Malaysian Chinese capitalists who practice racism.
From womb to tomb and from cradle to grave the poor Indians are politically engineered by UMNO to become the new underclass in Malaysia to do bi racial One Malay-sia’s dirty jobs like toilet cleaners, office cleaners. 95% of the UMNO DBKL Alam Flora garbage collector workers are Indians and similiarly in other such establishments nationwide. Also as unskilled plantation and general workers, office boys, security guards, daily salaried taxi, bus, van and lorry drivers etc..

An estimated 150,000 even sixth generation Malaysian born Indian children are maliciously denied their birth certificates by UMNO. Another estimated 300,000 Indians have been maliciously denied their identity cards.

Hundred of thousands of Indians were and are denied even the very basic skills and vocational training in these 53 years . For example unlike the Giatmara which is literally available to all and any poor malay and also available literally
at their doorsteps.

Hundreds of thousands of deserving Indians were denied higher and tertiary education ,JPA,Mara,Petronas etc scholarship ,matriculation places ,teachers training oppurtunities etc.

Hundreds of thousand of deserving Indians have been denied licences, permits to even open up scrap metal and car wash outlets.

Let alone the opportunities to operate food and other stalls, petty trading,Petronas,KFC,Mc Donald ,Highway rest area business opputunities, low rental local council shops, taxi express bus and heavy lorry permits, projects and contracts, business loans and hundreds of thousands of business opportunities.

The British colonialists on this 53rd Merdeka day have obviously been replaced by the neo colonialist UMNO.

911 'NEVER HAPPENED' ???

FREEDOM ISN'T FREE...SOMEONE HAD TO PAY FOR IT!

When I was a kid, I couldn't understand why General Eisenhower was so popular. Maybe this will explain why General Eisenhower Warned Us.

It is a matter of history that when the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces, General Dwight Eisenhower, found the victims of the death camps he ordered all possible photographs to be taken, and for the German people from surrounding villages to be ushered through the camps and even made to bury the dead.

He did this because he said in words to this effect:

'Get it all on record now - get the films - get the witnesses - because somewhere down the road of history some bastard will get up and say that this never happened'

The UK debated whether to remove The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it 'offends' the Muslim population, which claims it never occurred. It is not removed as yet........ However, this is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving into it.

It is now more than 65 years after the Second World War in Europe ended. This article is in memory of the, six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians, and 1,900 Catholic priests Who were 'murdered, raped, burned, starved, beaten, experimented on and humiliated, while many in the world looked the other way!

Now, more than ever, with Iran , among others, claiming the Holocaust "never happened,it is imperative to make sure the world never forgets. How many years will it be before the attack on the World Trade Center 'NEVER HAPPENED',
because it offends some Muslims???

Democracy at work in Malaysia - The petition that Hindraf/HRP wanted to submit to the Sultan of Perak but which the Police Blocked‏

By Malaysia Hindu Voice

Petition to DYMM Perak Sultan from 5000 subjects on forced conversion to Islam Freedom of Religion – Article 11 of the Malaysian Federal Constitution.

To : His Royal Highness
Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Yusuff Izzuddin Shah Ghafarullahulah
Sultan Of Perak,
Kuala Kangsar
Perak.

From: Ramesh Periasamy
Perak Chairman,
Central Committee Member,
Human Rights Party Malaysia,
Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.
Your Highness,

Petition from 5000 subjects of Your Highness on the Right to Freedom of Religion as in Article 11 of the Malaysian Federal Constitution

We would like to humbly submit this appeal to Your Highness to provide protection and support to Your Highness’s subjects whose Constitutionally guaranteed rights are being denied. Because of certain circumstances in their lives that span religious borders of Islam and Hinduism and the treatment they are getting at the hands of the authorities concerned over the issues arising, they now feel that the right enshrined in the Malaysian Federal Constitution, Article 11 is being denied to them in practice.

The case of Madam Banggarma (My Kad # 820813-06-5678).
Madam Banggarma was born a Hindu on Aug 13, 1982, in Keratong, Pahang, to plantation workers B Subramaniam and Latchumy Ramadu, but today lives in Tanjung Piandang, Perak. Madam Banggarma was converted by the State Islamic Religious Authorities at the age of seven while she was staying in a welfare home in Kepala Batas, Penang. She now lives with her fisherman husband, Mr. S Sockalingam and their two children Kanagaraj, eight, and Hisyanthini, two.

She has not been able to marry Mr. Sockalingam in the Civil Registry because she is registered as a Muslim and he as a Hindu. Madam Banggarma’s case for the declaration of her religion as Hinduism, has been referred to the Syaria Court by the Civil Courts. Madam Banggarma’s contention is that since her conversion happened involuntarily and at an unknowing age on her part, and since she has lived a Hindu all her life, and wants to continue to do so, she feels her case must be heard in the Civil Courts as she considers herself a Hindu and not in the Syaria Court which wields no jurisdiction on those who are not Muslims. But the Civil Courts have ruled otherwise. She, however, insists on wanting to remain a Hindu.

Since Your Highness is the Head of the Islam in Perak Darul Ridzuan, we appeal to Your Highness to consider the rights enshrined in the Malaysian Federal Constitution Article 11 and intervene not only to protect Madam Banggarma’s right guaranteed to her in the Federal Constitution to practice the religion of her choice but also to establish clear precedence on matter like this that cross the religious lines to Islam for all the other subjects of Your Highness in the interest of a healthy and just Perak Darul Ridzuan. This is the wish of the 5,000 subjects of Your Highness who have signed this appeal petition.

The case of Madam Indira Gandhi

This is a longstanding case and one which has been in the public eye for some time now. The background to this case briefly is that Madam Indira Gandhi’s husband Mohd Riduan Abdullah @ K Pathmanathan converted to Islam after a marriage with her of several years and after the birth of three children. When he converted he took custody of their third child and went into hiding with that child. After much public debate, the intervention of the Federal Cabinet and latest Ipoh High Court order on March 11 2010, the custody of her third child Prasana Diksa was finally decided in her favour.

Unfortunately she has been unable to enforce the Ipoh High Court ruling on her husband who is now living in Kelantan. The impunity with which her husband is behaving has to do with the fact that when it comes to matters such as these, the authorities responsible for enforcement seem not to be enforcing with the necessary intensity, given the sensitive issues involved and the fact that this is of much public interest in a multi- racial and multi-religious citizenry.

We appeal again to Your Highness to to instruct that appropriate action be taken by the authorities concerned to enforce the ruling of the Ipoh High Court and to force her husband to comply with the ruling to return custody of her third child to Madam Indira Gandhi. This will ensure that that justice is done in Perak Darul Ridzuan regatrdless of creed, religion and race. It is this intention that the 5000 subjects of Your Highness wish to express in the signing of this petition.
We do hope that Your Highness will do the needful to set matters right on both these cases.

Please accept our apologies for disturbing your peace with this petition, but our avenues for recourse on matters such as these are limited. We have attached the signatures of all Your Highnesses subjects who desire to see justice done in Perak Darul Ridzuan.

We Thank Your Highness very much.

Your humble subject

You can be forced into Islam when you are seven years old and there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT, there is no recourse for you - every body gangs up against you - the courts, the police, the administration, the politicians.
When some dare speak up against the injustice in all this, they are brutaised.
This is the democrarcy guaranteed us in the FEDERAL CONSTITUTION - see for your self in this video what happened when Hindraf attempted to petition the Sultan of Perak on the denial of religious freedom guaranteed in Article 11 of the Malaysian Federal Constitution..
