New Zealand Migration Agents Cheating Malaysians Thousands Of Ringgit!

By Admin

If you have applied for skilled migration to New Zealand and have been told by your migration agent that you have qualified for migration, please do not believe it!
Unscrupulous migration agents based in Kuala Lumpur have been conducting roadshows across the country claiming that individuals who are professionals with related work experience can be accepted for Permanent Residence (PR) in New Zealand.

What these unscrupulous migration agents would tell you is that you have qualified for the minimum 100 points required for getting your PR. Go here
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/ They would then ask you to pay between RM 8,000 to RM 9,000 (non refundable) and submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) form.

What they don't tell you is that upon submitting your EOI, the New Zealand Government would only select those with 140 points even though the minimum requirement is 100 points. What happens next is that your application will sit in a 'pool' for 6 months where you would be asked to renew your application with additional charges.

The Scribe calls on all those who have been duped by these unscrupulous migration agents to report them to the local authorities and the New Zealand government if they refuse to give you a refund. It is understood that these migration agents have cheated Malaysians thousands of Ringgit. This has to stop!

I attended a seminar in KL by Rayford Migration Sevices and they said the same thing to me. They kept on insisting that I should pay up immediately and get my EOI done. They were very pushy. Luckily, I did not fall for their scam. I think there are a lot of New Zealand Migration agents like Rayford who are misleading the public. They are using a grey area in the migration to NZ policy to dupe the public to pay up. The Government must come up hard on these crooks.

Dear Sir
I am James from Rayford and I take offence at your accusations and I demand you remove your statements with immediate effect failing which I will initiate legal avenues against you. The selection in December if you care to check in NZ Skilled Migration was for 115 and 110 points on 1st December and 14 December. This indicates your statements are not true.

I fully agree with this Post, here I have been trying to migrate out of Malaysia for a very long time now and have speculate a lot in this area, though my opinion may not have any statistical information I hope my personal opinion will suffice this matter.

I have heard of this Rayford Migration Services for a long time and seen your company conduct road shows around the entire Malaysia, not bad Rayford, that's one thing I got to give it to you guys.
But you guys are tad expensive for the average Malaysian to afford (like my self).

On the other hand there are other guys like you, Kitson, Global, etc...
For everyone's information these guys are a bit cheaper ;)!! But they have only just entered the market, so fingers cross i hope these guys know what their doing.

I approached almost every single migration agent there is in Kuala Lumpur, and like the rest they all look the same to me. Well i guess you should see for yourself.

Well oops I have muttered a bit too much now, So I'll leave this with you guys, after so many years of trying to chose whether to migrate with an agent or not, I have decide to do it myself.

It took ALOT and I mean ALOT of my time to do it. But at the end i think it was worth it.

Now I'm happily in Auckland New Zealand :) and all i had was 105 points! I guess you guys can give it a shot ;)

Have a good read guys.

This Rayford Migration Services and in particular this James fella are really a bunch of jokers. First, the threatened to take legal action against this blog, but now they are using this same blog to promote their services. Must have realised the popularity of this blog. As for me, I won't trust such an unprofessional company with my money.

hello there people...let me share my views as well...i'm one of the victim from the bloody cheating agent RAYFORD MIGRATION SERVICES as well....I came to sign up for a skilled migration and met Pauline and Rahimi Ryan after attending a seminar. If I were to describe both of them , I would say they are F***KED up person I have ever met. Pauline is a lady who is so good in her talking and gives bullshit advise, in fact she don't even know anything about migration. Will say everything is possible and will make people to pay full payment and 2days later a staffcalled from the agent and told I'm not eligible and when I contacted Pauline she refuses to answer my call and when I demanded for full refund, I was told there will not be any refund given.

Rahimi Ryan is also in the same boat. Both the con marketing person gives me so much hope and now making me run up and down for getting my money back!

The agent is just good in sweet talk and cheat the clients! NEVER EVER GET CHEATED WITH RAYFORD MIGRATION SERVICES

With so many complaints against Rayford Migration Services, I think these people who claimed they were cheated should lodge a police report and also lodge a report with the Consumer Tribunal. They must also alert the Australian and New Zealand governments so that Rayford Migration Services will have their licences revoked.

With so many complaints of Rayford being that bad. I think it would have closed down by now. BUT?!
Why is there still talk about it being that bad and etc. Should have someone taken action already?

But NO, Rayford Migration Services is still up and running.

LOL guys what does that tell you?

Readers on this Blog I feel stupid having to explain things to ADULTS (which I assume you all are),
When you can clearly see its propaganda.

Bottom line, the internet is a messed up world, where people can post anything they want a not see consequences.

I have no interest in this topic but this looks ridiculous!!
Know your facts people!
Don't be sheep and follow the herd!

Victor of Kajang! I think all these bruhaha is actually created by Rayford Migration Services itself to promote itself by stirring up controversy on itself. With so many migration agents around, the competition must be very stiff. Why would Rayford openly publicise its services in a Blog that it has earlier threatened to take action against.

LOL!! @ Kajang Satay!

I spy with my little eye another bias comment, I have not seen 1 neutral comment on this post!

I suppose its just 1 person stiring shit up.

Victor, Kajang out!

I would advise anyone who has a complaint against Rayford to contact the Immigration Advisors Authority and lodge a formal complaint.

http://www.iaa.govt.nz/enforcement/complain-licensed.html

In particular, I would point out the following egregious infractions:

5.1 Advisers
A licensed immigration adviser must not, in a false, fraudulent or deceptive manner, misrepresent or promote:

himself or herself; or
his or her business; or
his or her clients or the clients’ immigration opportunities;

- this means that if the company promises a visa or misrepresent your chances, then they are in violation of the Code.

and

Under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act, it is an offence to give immigration advice about New Zealand when not licensed or exempt.

- this means that other than JAMES RAYFORD (who is registered), if you have received immigration advice from ANYONE ELSE in the organisation, the company is committing an actionable violation.

For those who have a legitimate complaint, please gather your evidence and submit it to the link above.
