我要强烈的在此請問我犯了什么涛天大罪而使你叶金福律师千方百計要警方人员扣留我和尚?
我耒至梹城, 初出道, 暫住甲洞三宝寺俢行, 只因看不过眼叶金福律师的為人, 无礼傲慢不可一视的态度对待壇主, 稍为講他几句而己他却採用如此下流的手段伤害出家人, 的确令人不敢恭维.
一校之長, 其学生如有犯错, 警方人员都必須先见校長去了觧实况, 才可行动, 這是一般常规.但遺憾的是. 他叶金福身为律师却反其道而行, 不依佛理而轻视佛教的精神一味要显示他是马华公会鹅唛區会及甲洞三宝寺理事会的主席, 强求要警方人員扣捕我和尚, 耒逹到其目標, 但还好,基於宗教敏感,連巫裔警方人員也懂得和尊重別人的文化習俗,不敢軽举妄动, 否則后果不敢設想.
我明白, 他马华公会區会主席那督叶金福律师大动肝火, 生氣一位担任該 (暹寺) 甲洞三宝寺將近20年的壇主, 也是自筹建三宝寺最大的功臣, 其因是师父惊觉到一个新耒的叶金福律师满囗仁義道德, 說一套做一套, 排除異己, 而理事会成员多數为其親戚家族当任, 再加上处理 (暹寺) 三宝寺钱財不透明, 除此之处, 他的行动想把佛教的浄土变为政治活動埸所, 公家修道之地, 当作私人財產。
师父看在眼裡, 以大局为重, 而善意的给予劝告, 却引起他马华公会鹅唛區会主席叶金福律师, 闷闷不乐, 坐立不安, 无法无天的反而处处为难, 并不友善的加以迫害壇主离开 (暹寺) 三宝寺
他马华公会鹅唛區会主席叶金福律师, 這种司马昭之心, 伪君子作风, 人人都知--------。你能花言巧語, 蒙蔽誤导群衆一時, 但不能欺骗一世. 佛教的因果肯定報应。
最后我也顺此祝願他醒觉, 諸悪莫作, 衆善奉行。

We are Myanmar group in Malaysia; we lived in Malaysia over decade and always went to one of temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we were very sad and regreting with the committees of temple because they are using our monks in wrong conception of Buddhist teaching or Buddhist rules. We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion.
That temple is president of name:Yip Kum Fook, that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin.
In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monks( Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “Yip Kom Fook gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk said”
Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: Yip Kum Fook ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong”
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always say to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this temple”
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committees members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees.
We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people ( Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk(Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anythings to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy.

佛教之地,都是要善伩修守戒律, 但令人痛心的是 Samnak Sambodhi Buddhist Association No: 19 Jalan 38 Taman Desa Jaya 52100 Kepong Selangor, Malaysia.三宝寺却不以身作則。他们允许缅甸外劳庆祝佳日，隨心所意,在当地杀鱼.鸡. 猪.羊及飲洒作乐,醉身萝死耒污垢佛教神聖之地.至今 已引起居民的反感.
針对以上的题,身为佛教伩徒,也是前任理事会成员,我 依佛礼的教海,据理力争。但孤学难呜,却被一手遮天,以商叶利益为重的马华公会,鹅嘜区会主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook), 把我排除在外,其用意, 一目了然,想完全控(Yip Kum Fook)制甲洞帝沙再也,三宝寺耒达到私利賺钱.现在, 他应用外耒和尚主持三宝寺,其目的,也更清楚,因为外耒者不知内幕,不能久留,无杈过向.
回顾10年前之事,由本地吉兰丹和尚仼壇主兼顾问之時, 此种现象,是不曾发生的,为何到了叶金福(Yip Kum Fook)的領导乏下,却帶耒如此違反佛教的文化？难怪,前仼壇主 也一声不言就远离了,必有其苦衷。

We are Myanmar group in Malaysia; we lived in Malaysia over decade and always went to one of temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we were very sad and regreting with the committees of temple because they are using our monks in wrong conception of Buddhist teaching or Buddhist rules. We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion.
That temple is president of name:Yip Kum Fook, that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin.
In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monks( Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “Yip Kom Fook gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk saidâ€
Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: Yip Kum Fook ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepongâ€
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always say to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this templeâ€
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committees members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees.
We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people ( Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk(Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anythings to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy.

Tan Hui Ming: Lebih Senduk Dari Kuah?
Syabas Persatuan Siam Kedah (PSK) yang bertungkus-lumus menjejaki Tan Hui Ming, gadis 14 tahun yang dipercayai dilarikan lelaki Myanmar pada Disember lalu. Pengerusi PSK, Bun Yin melahirkan rasa kesal kerana ada pihak tertentu yang tidak ada kesungguhan dalam hal ini. Pihak mana yang tak ada kesungguhan? Menteri Dalam Negeri atau PDRM atau Wisma Putra?
Kita tahu sebelum ini PSK ada jumpa Timbalan Menteri Dalam Negeri, Datuk Chor Chee Heung. Beliau berkata pihaknya telah berbincang dan memberikan segala maklumat kepada Ketua Polis Negara Tan Sri Musa Hassan untuk mendapatkan bantuan Interpol. “Saya percaya berita kehilangan gadis ini akan sampai di Myanmar dan polis Myanmar akan segera mencari gadis itu yang kini dipercayai berada di Nambau, Myanmar,” kata beliau selepas menghadiri rumah terbuka MCA sempena Tahun Baru Cina di Dewan Sekolah Menengah Keat Hwa di Alor Setar baru-baru ini.
Apa yang hendak dikesalkan? Menteri bukan Tuhan yang boleh selesaikan masalah dalam sekelip mata. PSK mesti berikan butiran lebih perinci kepada siapa yang dikesalkan agar semua orang dapat tahu "siapa yang cakap tak serupa bikin".
Kerana kesalnya, Bun Yin nak bawa PSK menghadap Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Amboi, remaja hilang pun nak jumpa Timbalan Perdana Menteri! Buat macam TPM tak ada kerja lain. Banyak lagi kerja besar yang sedang menunggu TPM. Kalau semua kes budak hilang, budak lari ikut jantan, budak kena rogol, kena samun, kena rompak, kena lempang, lari dari rumah, hilang dara, hilang teruna semuanya nak menghadap TPM, terbengkalai pembangunan negara kerana TPM asyik layan kerenah budak-budak.
Seseorang yang tidak bernama hantar e-mail kepada aku mengatakan PSK sengaja nak cari publisiti murahan. Nak jadi hero Siam Kedah. PSK nak memalukan Persatuan Siam Malaysia (PSM), kononnya tak prihatin dengan masalah orang Siam. Penubuhan PSK semata-mata nak bersaing dengan PSM.
Tan Hui Ming ialah remaja Cina. Walaupun ibunya keturunan Siam, tetapi bapanya Cina. Keturunan seseorang dikira daripada sebelah bapa. Namanya pun Tan Hui Ming. MCA, Gerakan dan puluhan persatuan Cina tak rasa apa-apa pun dengan kehilangan remaja ini, sebaliknya Persatuan Siam Kedah yang panas buntut jadi seperti cacing kepanasan. Sifat keprihatinan PSK, kata penghantar e-mail itu lagi, kalau betul-betul ikhlas adalah dipuji tetapi janganlah sampai lebih senduk dari kuah. Nampaknya PSK betul-betul akan jadi lawan PSM.
Wah, kenapa pula persoalkan keikhlasan PSK? Biarlah Tan Hui Ming itu Cina atau Siam atau keturunan apa sekalipun, membantu orang adalah dituntut oleh semua agama.
I am Dr. Ashin Indaka from Myanmar, currently a Chief-monk of the Samnak Sambodhi Temple and have been residing here since 2007 with the help and co-operation of its association.
I am writing this because recently the rumour regarding Samnak Sambodhi Buddhit Temple spread in web-pages.
As far as the temple is concerned, it has been rapidly developing not only spiritually but materially as well. Sunday Dhamma School, Dhamma Discussion on Wednesday and Friday are being conducted. New building (Shrine Hall) has been done completely and appreciably within the last 3 years.
Occasionally, we celebrate some Buddhist festivals very crowdedly such as Vassa (Rainy Retreat) celebration, Kathina celebration and Wesak festival and so on.
While celebrating so, in my almost 5 year experience, the committee members of the temple have never interfered the career; instead, they have helped me everything necessary.
So as mentioned in rumour, I have found nothing and no problem in the temple till date. The one who spreads is Phra Piya Dhammo. I have never seen him (Phra Piya Dhammo). But it is learnt that he stayed here 10 years ago. Therefore, the story between the committee members and himself happened last 10 years back.
Being monks, we should not store in our heart such an incident which produces nothing but hatred, sadness and finally revenge.
Please note that the Buddha himself said in the Dhammapada Verse No. 3 and 5 as follows;
Akkocchi mam avadhi , ajini mam ahasi me
Ye tam upnayhanti, veram tesam na sammati
‘He abused me, he beat me,
he defeated me, he robbed me’,
in those who habour such thoughts
hatred is not appeased.
Nahi verena verani, sammantidha kudacanam
Averenaca sammanti, esa dhammo sanantano
Hatreds never cease through hatred in this world;
Through love alone they cease. This is an eternal law.

I find it rather surprisingly, that this monk has not managed to extinguish the burning emotions in him over an incident that occurred almost ten years back. The first time he wrote a similar letter to the one he posted recently was in the year 2006.
We must understand that, it is inevitable that sometimes conflicts and misunderstandings arise. That is the way things are. However, the wise one will learn to forgive and to let go. The wise one don’t keep grudges, ill-will, anger and hatred in their hearts. Such feelings will cause pain and suffering not only in this life but in lives to come. As the Buddha said;”Hatred never cease through hatred in this world, through love alone they cease”. However many holy words one reads, however many one speaks, what good will they do you if you do not act on upon them?.
There is always a reason to an action. Therefore, anyone who wishes to help him in the brotherhood of Buddhism should firstly; pose a few basic questions to him such as:
• Was he attached to the Singapore Anti-Narcotic Special Branch before he became a monk?
• Out of the hundreds of monks who have visited and stayed in the Temple, why was he the only one asked to leave the Temple premise by the Temple Committee.
• What was his true purpose of coming to the Temple then?
After consulting the Malaysia Buddhist Association and acting on the advice given then, the Temple Committee had no other options but to kindly persuade this monk to leave the Temple. Nonetheless, he refuses to leave. He then demanded some money which the Temple Committee relented and gave him a few hundred ringgits for his journey back to Penang. There are moments when things are not easily explained, these are moments when we let time speaks for itself that is; with time the truth will eventually prevail! No one is free from the karmic effects generated by one’s actions!
As practising Buddhist, we should let bygones be bygones. What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. When we continue to cling to the past and worry about the future, we will always live in grief and fear. When a person is wholly free from attachment there is no grief, much less fear. The Buddha taught us that; to be humble is to have wisdom. To regard yourself highly is to have attachment. The Buddha often warned his disciples not to be complacent after attaining wisdom. “One should behave like the rice plant; the riper and fuller the rice grains, the lower the rice plant bows down.
What really matters ultimately are the intangible things- love, kindness, gratitude, generosity, compassion and care we show towards others. The development of these qualities is our true wealth…..qualities that help us grow spiritually, qualities that lead us to true peace, happiness and freedom.
“To do good, avoid evil and to purify the mind”- this is the teachings of the Buddha.

Myanmar man sentenced to 32 years jail for raping 12-year-old girl

KUALA LUMPUR: An illegal Myanmar immigrant was sentenced in a Sessions Court here to a total of 32 years in jail for raping a 12-year-old girl four times He also received a year in prison for entering the country illegally.
However, Sessions Court Judge Emelia Kaswati Mohamad Khalid ruled that the prison sentences would run concurrently. He will, therefore, serve nine years in prison.
Vegetable seller Mohd Shukur Zakaria, 28, pleaded guilty to four charges of raping the child, but claimed the relationship was consensual.
DPP Ain-Nur' Amiyerra Awod Abdullah said the claim of consent was irrelevant as the victim was underage.
“Mohd Shukur deserves a suitable punishment, considering how young the victim was and that he raped her repeatedly,” said Ain-Nur, when asking for a deterrent sentence.
The offences took place in Mohd Shukur's rented apartment room in Taman Wilayah Selayang, Sentul, over the course of four days.
According to the facts of the case, the victim knew Mohd Shukur and ran into him at around 8pm on Feb 3 when she went out to buy some supplies.
He invited her to his apartment where he raped her. She went back to his apartment on Feb 4 and stayed with him for three days.
Her mother, worried over the victim's disappearance, found out she had been staying in Mohd Shukur's apartment and went there with her brother to get her daughter back.
Helped by other villagers, the girl's uncle caught Mohd Shukur and took him to the Jinjang police station where he was found to have no valid immigration document.
Mohd Shukur, who was unrepresented, also pleaded guilty to the charge of entering Malaysia without valid travel documents, and sentenced a year in prison for this offence.
..Puchong (The Star/ANN) - Police will bring five Myanmar girls to Malaysia to assist in their investigations in the case of a 14-year-old girl who was kidnapped and sent to Thailand.
Selangor CPO Deputy Comm Datuk Tun Hisan Tun Hamzah said the girl, who was in hospital, was traumatised and unable to speak.
The teen was found with five other girls from Myanmar at the Hua Lampong train station in Bangkok on March 11 and arrived back home on Monday.
The Myanmar teenagers, aged between 15 and 17, are currently under the custody of the UNHCR in Bangkok
The Form Three girl was abducted on Jan 30 after her mother dropped her off at a bus stop here at around 1pm.

The writer added, the men had no other choice than beat them up like mothers beat their own kids, in such incidents as, they cannot make the girls listen to them only by talking anymore. The Buddha’s teachings emphasize cause and effect because the second noble truth of the Four Noble Truths states: everything has a cause. Nothing just takes place; there is a cause so there is an effect. If we want to have a good effect, we must create a good cause. Most of people focus on the effect, they are not aware of the cause. They only want to receive good effects. It is impossible to receive good effect without creating good cause. Not having known cause and effect is problematic as we can misunderstand what bring us success and happiness (effect). This is the world of cause and effect; if we misunderstand it, this misunderstanding will cause a lot of problems in our life. For it is said, “If you misunderstand one thing, a thousand bad things will follow you”.
No anyone accept the mistake in this world...GOD, ALLAH AND DEVA also run from mistake..round the world, all human good and kindness..

Knowing the rules in your own culture is important, however, they were in fact relocated. Although this type of behavior does not justify any kind of violence, we as human beings are the first of any kind with the potential to actually use language to educate and talk things out. The writer then said, he is not applauding the men for beating the girls, but on the other hand, they have no other reasons or any bad intentions by beating the girls apart from the fact that, they just wanted them to stop doing whatever they were doing. And apparently, all of the girls weren't getting beaten up, and they even beg to differ when they were asked if they were partaking in such actions as of the other two girls did....

The Truth about wife beating from the hadiths is this:
The Man is the absolute master in the house. Beating your wife is definitely allowed in Islam. It should not be as severe as beating your slave. Thats all. You can beat your wife (lovingly !!) pretty good. Make it count!! Just do not break her bones! If you do, she may be able to leave and get a divorce. So, bruising, blue marks, red marks, ..etc are all okay. Just dont go too violently in beating her so as to break her bones. In fact, it is preferred to use a stick or a whip to beat your wife with (easier than using your hand, thats for sure!!). This is what I deduced from an honest reading of the Quran and the Hadith about wife beating.

I really don’t think that anyone (human or deity) should be blamed for the atrocities committed on their behalf, assuming that their only actual connection to said atrocities was that their followers were responsible for them. This is horrible, but hardly surprising. In Pakistan, the minority religious population (Christians, Hindu's, Sikhs, etc) has decreased from 14% to 3% since partition. In Bangladesh (a country India helped get independence), The religious minority went from 26% to 12%. In India, our religious minorities has only flourished. Muslim population went from 8% to 13%!
